Jordyn Woods & Karl-Anthony Towns Step Out In Style For Date Night

Some thought that the end of her friendship with Kylie Jenner would also mark the finale of Jordyn Woods’ rise to fame. They were clearly wrong, as the socialite’s star has continued to burn brighter and brighter over the years. Not only has she built successful brands for herself, but she’s also been happily in love with NBA player Karl-Anthony Towns for some time now.

They’ve been together as a couple since May 2020, though many years before that were spent getting to know each other as friends. By September 2020 they went Instagram official, and since then, we’ve seen various heartwarming posts come from both Woods and her all-star athlete. Most recently, the former showed off their date night outfits in a sweet photo on her feed.

Love Birds Take The Town

The Life of Kylie alum posted the sweet picture with Towns on Monday (February 20). For his part, the basketball player looked dapper outside of his usual jersey, instead opting for an all-black ensemble. He kept his accessories simple, rocking a gold pinkie ring and a flashy watch to complete his look. Beside him in radiant yellow is Woods, who likely turned heads all evening long in her glamorous gown.

Sporting her hair in a sleek, dark brown bob, the California native followed in her man’s footsteps by layering simple gold jewellery. This photo hides the most breathtaking elements of her dress, though another photo dump on her feed reveals Woods’ toned stomach and curvy figure looking fabulous. It remains unclear where the lovers spent their night, but they were undoubtedly the best dressed in attendance.

Her date night outfit may have been on point, but less than a month ago, the model was called out for a serious fashion faux pas. Shortly after the launch of her Woods by Jordyn collection, a TikToker’s negative review of the garments picked up plenty of attention. While some were quick to try to cancel the brunette beauty, she took time to respond to the situation with complete composure.

“There’s always room for constructive criticism and I’m always listening to the consumer to see how I can get better and improve. I will say there is a way to be honest and real without bringing other people down and other influencers into it.” Woods explains in the above video. “Opinions are subjective until you have felt the material and you know, some people are going to love it and some people aren’t going to like it.”

Gisele Bündchen Celebrates Carnival In Brazil

Gisele Bündchen has been living her best life since her divorce from Tom Brady. In late October, the longtime couple called it quits on their marriage. Brady, who was entering his 23rd season in the NFL, seemingly chose football over Gisele. Instead of sticking to his 2022 retirement and living life with his wife and kids, he went back to football for one more season. Gisele decided that she needed to make decisions for her own happiness too. The divorce soon led to Bündchen doing many enjoyable things as a bachelorette. This included buying a new mansion, making red-carpet appearances, cozying up to her jiu-jitsu instructor, and more.

However, recent reports suggested that Brady plans to win Gisele back. Sources from Radar Online said around Valentine’s Day that Brady is taking a year to try to “get his family back.” He is slated to begin a new broadcasting job at FOX in 2024. But before then, he wants to win back his ex-wife. “The biggest obstacle between them was Gisele’s complaints about Tom was putting football before family, so he decided to show her he’s willing to focus on them before taking the job at FOX,” sources said.

Gisele Goes Back Home

Throughout all of his drama, Bündchen made an exciting trip back to her home country. The Brazilian model took a trip this week to Carnival back home, which is taking place in Brazil from Feb. 17-Feb 25. She first revealed this in an Instagram post on Feb. 20 while wearing a scintillating crop top and white pants. “It was so special to return to Carnival and honor this beautiful celebration of our Brazilian culture,” she wrote. While it is unclear how long Gisele plans to stay in Brazil, the 42-year-old appears to be living it up. So, Tom Brady will need to show her life with him can be just as fun as her current single stint.

Along with Gisele Bündchen, a few other celebrities have been hitting Carnival celebrations as well. Rap queen Nicki Minaj returned to Trinidad and Tobago for Carnival celebrations this week as well. Along with Nicki, actor Damson Idris also took a trip to the islands for Carnival. It seems like mid-to-late February is a huge celebration time for many countries, with even some of their most esteemed celebrities joining in the fun.

Bleu DaVinci Claims He Discovered Eminem Before Dr. Dre

Former BMF rapper Bleu DaVinci claims that he discovered Eminem before Dr. Dre signed the legendary Detroit rapper. DaVinci explained himself during a recent interview with Cam Capone News, recalling a time he brought Eminem to Priority Records head of A&R Andrew Shack. DaVinci says that he was just 16 years old at the time he found Eminem.

“I know how the whole label run at 16 years old,” the former BMF rapper said. “I brought fucking Slim Shady, Eminem to him, on my mama, anybody. Ask the Jewish man Andrew Shack, I brought Eminem to that first before Dr. Dre signed him. Me and Ras Kass was finna go to New York and just came from Maritime Hall in the Bay and I just watched Eminem perform for the first time, I took his tape and took him straight to the fucking head of A&R Andrew Shack. He was the head of A&R and then he became Vice President. He was the n***a that signed n****s!”

Bleu DaVinci On Eminem

“He was in the middle of doing the Rhyme & Reason soundtrack and I brought him Eminem,” DaVinci continued. He added that he wasn’t able to convince the label to sign him as he didn’t have any respect as a teenager. But when Dr. Dre eventually signed Eminem, Shack cussed DaVinci out. “Dr. Dre signed him why didn’t you tell me?’ I said I did tell you, muthafucka. He the hardest muthafuckin’ white boy I ever seen rapping in my life, that’s why I brought him in here,” DaVinci said. “I didn’t have to bring this shit in here … I was just 16 they wasn’t respecting my gangsta.” Eminem signed with Dr. Dre’s Aftermath Entertainment in 1998.

Eminem isn’t the only rapper that DaVinci brought up. He also claimed in the interview that Gucci Mane initially wanted to join BMF, but was turned down by Big Meech. “He was cool, and he used to try to get down with the mob, but Meech was telling n****s like, ‘Nah man, this n***a be out here robbing n****s and shit. We can’t have no n****s that’s known robbers.’ It wasn’t like he was some robber. N****s knew he would get down on a n***a type shit. So we kinda wasn’t doing that at the time. He always just been a friendly and always been the homie.”

Gorillaz Movie Canceled By Netflix

In October 2020, Gorillaz frontman Damon Albarn announced that the band had a movie in the works. The English group confirmed that they had “signed contracts” with Netflix just a year later, according to NME. With co-creator Jamie Hewlett pioneering the iconic cartoons that represent the band, the project was to be an animated movie using Gorillaz’s branded characters.

Unfortunately, Albarn confirmed in an interview with HUMO that “it will never happen.” Netflix has allegedly canceled the film due to cutbacks in the network’s animation department. The 54-year-old musician explained the situation bluntly. “The streaming platform for which we were making the film has withdrawn,” he said. “They started to panic because they were making too much content and decided to cut back on their movie offerings.”

Gorillaz’s Iconic Characters Get The Boot

Albarn continued to throw shade on the “classic Hollywood practice.” The English-Icelandic singer reflected on how the Netflix representative the band was working with had left the company. “From then on you have lost your guardian angel, and there seems to be a bad smell hanging on you,” he began. “Hollywood is quite territorial: if a new guy comes along, he must and will have a different opinion, even if he secretly agrees with his predecessor.”

When Albarn initially announced the project, he spoke with Apple Music enthusiastically. “I’m at Netflix because we’re making a full-length Gorillaz film,” he told the streaming service. “Yeah, we’re having a writing session in Malibu this afternoon. It’s really exciting to do that. It’s something we’ve been wanting to do for a very long time. It’s been through so many incarnations…this Gorillaz doing a movie. Honestly.”

Gorillaz Not Giving Up, Despite Cancellation

Despite the disappointing setbacks of their movie, the band will be releasing its eighth studio album, “Cracker Island” on Friday (February 24th). Although we won’t be seeing the Gorillaz characters on our Netflix screens, the band dropped their “Silent Running” single featuring Adeleye Omotayo earlier this month. Check out the music video for that above. As always, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news on your favorite hip hop artists.

BMF’s Bleu DaVinci Explains Big Meech’s Role In Gucci Mane & Jeezy’s Deadly Beef

Gucci Mane and Jeezy’s falling out over “So Icy” created huge friction within Atlanta. Wop remained one of the most prolific artists out of the A, while Jeezy experienced incredible commercial success afterward. At a time when these two figures transformed hip-hop and asserted Atlanta as a capital for rap music, the falling out between them created tension that led to the death of Pookie Loc – a man whose name has been mentioned on numerous occasions in Gucci Mane’s diss tracks towards Jeezy.

Fortunately, the two buried the hatchet recently. In the middle of the pandemic, Swizz Beatz and Timbaland managed to bring Jeezy and Gucci Mane together in Magic City for an epic Verzuz performance that has hardly been outdone. The two set record-breaking numbers, celebrated their catalogs and finally made peace with one another. By the time the event ended, they capped off the evening with a performance of “So Icy” for the first time in their life.

Bleu Davinci Claims Big Meech Started Feud Between Gucci Mane & Jeezy

Bleu Devinci detailed Big Meech’s role in Wop and Snowman’s beef during his interview with The Cam Capone Show. Davinci said he was meant to join the other two rappers on the song as BMF planned to purchase “So Icy” from Gucci Mane. “It was going to me my song. We was going to drop with that record,” he explained. “But [Gucci Mane] wanted $100,000. Meech wasn’t buying it.”’ during his interview with The Cam Capone Show. Davinci said he was meant to join the other two rappers on the song as BMF planned to purchase “So Icy” from Gucci Mane. “It was going to me my song. We was going to drop with that record,” he explained. “But [Gucci Mane] wanted $100,000. Meech wasn’t buying it.”

While Meech and his team are known for blowing that much money in a strip club on any given night, he was not willing to shell six figures for the record. “Meech was like, ‘Fuck that record… We ain’t givin’ that n***a no $100,000 for that bitch ass song, ’” Davinci recalled Meech telling him. “It came down to some shit like that, it wasn’t even Jeezy. It was really Meech that denied it.” He said that he believes Gucci Mane probably felt a way about their counter-offer, which led to further friction between the two camps.  Davinci said that Meech probably would’ve reacted similarly if the prices was lowered to $15K-$20K. Peep the interview above.
