“Stranger Things” is one of the most popular Netflix original series of all time. Focused around a gang of kids in the 1980s living in Indiana, the hit series was created back in 2016. Now, within a span of six years, the show is on its fourth, and final, season. The trailer for its final episodes was released last year in August– which means fans have waited for a very long time to see the group of youngsters take on supernatural forces. 

The first part of the final episodes was released on the streaming network on Friday, May 27. The next set is set to drop on July 1. In all, there will be a total of nine episodes for fans and supporters to digest. 

Since the first few shows came out, viewers haven’t stopped talking since. Using all social media platforms, thousands of people are boasting about the series, all while trying their best not to spill too much. 

The official “Stranger Things” Twitter account has also been communicating with its fans, retweeting and posting original content to get them all talking.

Great news for Star Wars fans – Disney+ has a slew of exciting new content coming over the next year, some of which will see the return of old favourite characters, including Liam Neeson’s beloved Qui-Gon Jinn, who he portrayed in the first prequel film, The Phantom Menace.

The news of Neeson’s was just one of the exciting moments that unfolded at the four-day 2022 Star Wars Celebration event at the Anaheim Convention Centre, which kicked off on Thursday and is wrapping up today, May 29th. The Taken actor is set to lend his voice to one episode of the upcoming animated anthology series, Tales of the Jedi, which will recount stories from across various generations of knights.

As Collider reports, Qui-Gon Jinn’s return comes with another special surprise – Neeson’s own son will join him to voice a younger version of the character as we get a look at his time spent as a padawan under Count Dooku who, as fans will know, eventually turned to the dark side, becoming a Sith.

It was also noted that Ahsoka Tano will be another major feature of Tales of the Jedi, as creators unravel the story of her mother. The first full 15-minute episode debuted during the panel, though it won’t be until sometime this fall that subscribers are able to stream it.

Another Star Wars original on the Disney+ docket for 2023 is Young Jedi Adventurers. “Taking place during The High Republic era, [the forthcoming series] will follow Younglings as they learn the ways of the Force, while en route to becoming fearless warriors,” Daily Mail reports.

Soccer games, particularly Champions League Final games, can be quite raucous, even if a star like Camila Cabello is singing. Like any artist, Cabello’s had her highs and lows of live performances. Her debut musical guest appearance on SNL was widely praised. Her “Don’t Go Yet” performance on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon was widely ridiculed.

Cabello’s performance for the Union of European Football Associations’ 2022 Champions League Final will probably go down as one of her lows. A short while after ending her kick off performance for the game, Cabello took to Twitter.

Her main complaint was that she wasn’t the only one singing. Instead, the Liverpool and Real Madrid fans sang their own teams’ anthems, often drowning out Cabello’s set entirely. “Playing back our performance and I can’t believe people were singing their teams anthem so loud during our performance,” the singer wrote. “Like my team and I worked tirelessly for so long to bring right vibes and give a good show.”

She continued in a separate tweet, writing, “Very rude but whatever. I’M GLAD U GUYS LOVED IT!!!!!” She punctuated her point with a series of celebratory emojis. Her performance was a medley of past hits, including “Havana,” “Señorita” and “Bam Bam,” and it lasted all of six minutes.

In the time since posting both tweets, it appears that Cabello has had a change of heart, or at least doesn’t want to get push back from defensive soccer fans. She deleted both tweets. It takes a brave person to stand between soccer fans and their soccer.
