Most recently, the death of a TikToker, Kyle Marisa Roth, is being pinned on the New York native, and the story is interesting albeit sad. As Distractify reports, the content creator lost her life on April 15th after a battle with colon cancer. The official cause of death hasn’t yet come out, though social media is abuzz with allegations pointing fingers at Lopez.

On her TikTok page, Roth shared celebrity gossip content, sometimes posting about “Jenny from the Block.” According to past videos, JLo’s negative reaction to this had a direct impact on her income, particularly after Roth’s account was banned after she used footage from the multi-talent’s film about growing up in the Bronx, The Greatest Love Story Never Told. The late entertainer said that Lopez’s “narcissism single-handedly crushed her small business,” leaving her unable to download or save content that had amassed her billions of views. “JLo has cost me more than four figures of income just for March 2024,” Roth alleged after making a new account.

Now, if you think maybe the jeans were stained that way, maybe so, but they were faded with streaks all over the denim. And get this: these were light-washed by Acne Studios and cost an excellent $620.

Lopez, 54, knows how to mix and match because she wore a blue Intimissimi Modal cashmere turtleneck top that only set her back $59 bucks. She also wore a dope navy peacoat to keep her warm during the outing, which was unbuttoned, hence not missing the dirty denim. Of course, the accessory game was on point, with a powder blue Chanel purse being carried effortlessly. Overall, it was a confident look for the superstar, dirty denim or not.

As of late, J-Lo has been spending a lot of time in New York City with her A-list actor and director husband, Ben Affleck, while they search for an apartment to rent. Earlier this month, they were apparently checking out a $ 45,000-a-month 6-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side. I wonder if she had on those jeans during that tour.

That’s one takeaway from This Is Me…Now, the sequel album to 2002’s This Is Me…Then that bookends her full-circle romance with Ben Affleck and all of her personal and professional ups-and-downs in between. Lopez has been through everything imaginable throughout her iconic multi-hyphenate career. So, no, she wouldn’t be scared by reported lower-than-expected ticket sales.

In mid-March, Variety reported Lopez’s mysterious cancelation of seven This Is Me…Now The Tour dates and noted, “While the tour is still scheduled for a robust 30 shows, large numbers of tickets at most of the tour’s dates remain unsold.” On Wednesday, April 3, Lopez casually revealed an updated tour title, This Is Me…Live The Greatest Hits, with an Instagram Reel. Variety pointed out that this repackaging is likely a play to “apparently broaden its scope” after the reported low ticket sales after her original tour announcement in February.

However, to be fair, People reported that the cancelations were due to “a logistical issue through the tour’s promoter.” Lopez did not acknowledge ticket sales whatsoever in her new announcement. Instead, she leaned heavily on nostalgia, which is always smart if you’re Jennifer Lopez.

This Is Me…Now debuted at No. 38 on the Billboard 200 after its February 16 release.

Produced by Live Nation, the 37-city tour kicks off on June 26 in Orlando, FL, at Kia Center, making stops across North America before concluding in Houston, TX, on August 31 at Toyota Center.
