At this rate, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson might need his own bank soon. He continues to keep his foot on the gas pedal with an extensive television universe on the Starz network, blockbuster movies, new music, and other money-making ventures, but it appears as though there’s a little bit of a feud happening between his shows BMF and Power Book II: Ghost. 

Over the last few weeks, we’ve seen 50 engage in camaraderie with BMF star Lil Meech, as well as Michael Rainey Jr., who plays Tariq in Power Book II: Ghost. The two young actors have seemingly gotten into a social media beef, cracking jokes about one another as they battle in the ratings department. For right now, BMF is the #1-rated show on Starz but Ghost is creeping up.

“@lilmeechbmf let’s go, time to get busy,” said 50 about Big Meech’s son. “Now look BMF Highest rated show but, GHOST it feels like ya might got a problem. @michaelraineyjr LOL IM DON KING IN THIS SHIT! i don’t care who win i’m leaving with the winner.”

That seemingly kicked off some problems between Meech and Rainey. Lil Meech posted on Instagram, asking, “Wya Lil Ghost?” Rainey Jr. responded by saying that with Ghost back on the air, they’d retake the #1 position in no time. 

“My young boys crazy and competitive,” said 50 about the debate. “They like nah i ain’t #2 ,number 2 means you the first n***a to lose fuck that !”

Over the last few weeks, it seems that the American public has been on edge as they awaited the results from both the Kyle Rittenhouse and Ahmaud Arbery cases. Rittenhouse was acquitted on all charges related to the double homicide in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where he shot and killed Black Lives Matter protesters. Meanwhile, Travis McMichael, Gregory McMichael, and William Bryan have all been found guilty for the murder of Ahmaud Arbery, the 25-year-old shot dead in Georgia while jogging.

Rittenhouse has been enjoying his days following his acquittal and immediately sat down with Tucker Carlson where he revealed that he supports the Black Lives Matter movement.

“This case has nothing to do with race. It never had anything to do with race. It had to do with the right to self-defense,” said the teen. “I’m not a racist person. I support the BLM movement, I support peacefully demonstrating […] The jury reached the correct verdict, self-defense is not illegal. I’m glad that everything went well. We made it through the hard part.”

However, one of the founders of the Black Lives Matter Los Angeles chapter calls foul on Rittenhouse’s claims. 

“They’re using tools, they are a propaganda machine that’s used to make the nonsensical seem to make sense,” Melina Abdullah told TMZ. “And so they want to make Kyle Rittenhouse both a young hero of white supremacy but also not be a blatant white supremacist. He’s declaring this support for Black Lives Matter… We see all over his social media him throwing up white supremacist signs and people know what it is.”

The gossip mill is churning out new rumors and the internet has been lit up. There have been many Hip Hop couples that fans have admired together and as individuals, but people seemed a bit perplexed when Hollywood Unlocked shared their exclusive story earlier today (November 24) that Lil Baby and Saweetie were now a couple. Over the weekend, Saweetie not only performed on Saturday Night Live, but she hopped on the Power 105.1 Powerhouse stage for a performance, as well.

At Powerhouse, the rapper was asked about her forthcoming album Pretty B*tch Music, but instead, she revealed her desire to have a baby. However, she made it clear that she doesn’t have a man, yet HU says otherwise.

As Saweetie celebrates her two Grammy nominations, it was reported that she was still in New York and was seen shopping with Lil Baby. The “Best Friend” hitmaker was allegedly at a Chanel store with Baby where he is said to have dropped $100K on her. Recently, there were also rumors that Saweetie was dating Baby’s good friend James Harden, but she quickly shut that down.

Fans believed that Lil Baby and the mother of his child, Jayda Cheaves, had once again reconciled, but that may not be the case. Saweetie and her Migos ex Quavo dated for some time, but their explosive breakup was documented, including the scandal over their violent elevator fight. Would Lil Baby and Saweetie be the next “it” Hip Hop couple?

Not only is she friends with Kendrick Lamar, but Adele also has a strong friendship with Drake. In fact, she explained during an interview this week that she believes the two are part of a “dying breed” before revealing her bond with Drizzy is “one of the biggest gifts” of her entire career.

As she continues to promote her chart-topping new album 30, Adele did an interview with CBC Radio where she spoke about Drake, and why she and he are part of a “dying breed.”

“We are a dying breed,” she said about herself and the Torontonian both being megastars. “There was like 10 of us. You know, I don’t think there’ll ever be that many of us again at the top doing it the way we were doing it… We came out before streaming. We came out before all the social media frenzies of, like, you know, ‘You’ve got five seconds to entertain; otherwise, get the f—k out.’ We existed in the old school.”

She went on to say that her friendship with the artist has been one of the most redeeming parts of her career, adding, “I can say something to him, and he won’t judge me for it, you know? So to have access to someone that’s in the same position as [me] is, like, one of the biggest gifts of my entire career.”

Before her album dropped, Adele revealed in October that she had played a few songs for Drake when he visited her hometown, saying, “I played it to Drake last year when he was in town. And I was like ‘is this what people want, or not want?’ And he said ‘absolutely’ but that’s it really. Drake’s obviously incredible and amazing as well as being my mate, but I don’t send it around to various people being like ‘can I get your thoughts on this?'”

The Stevie J and Faith Evans drama has taken yet another turn. In 2018, the longtime friends turned lovers reportedly tired the knot in an intimate Las Vegas ceremony, but their three-year marriage has faced its share of obstacles. Stevie has been at odds, still, with his ex and mother of his daughter, Joseline Hernandez. There have also been controversial reports involving Stevie and Faith, including allegations that she was arrested following a domestic violence incident.

Most recently, Stevie reportedly filed for divorce from the singer, but they soon reappeared frolicking on the beach together. Just when people thought this would be a reconciliation once again, a video went viral online showing an explosive argument between the two.

We previously reported on the clip where Stevie is behind the camera as he cusses out his wife. He accuses her of cheating on them in his home while Faith tells him to leave her alone. Stevie repeatedly called her a “b*tch” as the couple exchanged several “f*ck yous.” Today (November 24), Stevie seems to want to kick off the Thanksgiving holiday by offering up an apology.

“Happy holidays everybody. I’d like to make this video for my wife,” said Stevie. “A video was released last week and it showed me talking crazy to my wife, publicly humiliating my wife. I’d like to apologize and say sorry that I would allow someone to come in my home and steal a computer and be able to do that to us.”

“You’re an amazing person. I’d like to apologize to your family. They don’t deserve that,” he continued. “Nah, she didn’t cheat. I was just in the moment, you know how us guys do. I’d like to take the time to apologize to Faith and let you know I love you and I’m here for you always.” Watch the apology below.

Kanye West is trying very hard to get back together with his estranged wife Kim Kardashian, it would seem. Despite Kim’s recent relationship with Pete Davidson, it’s become clear that Kanye won’t let his wife move on peacefully and this week, he explained why he “needs” to get back together with Kim during a surprise visit to Skid Row.

Speaking about being near to his family, Ye said, “The narrative that God wants is for you to see that everything can be redeemed. In all these relationships, we’ve made mistakes. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve publicly done things that were not acceptable as a husband. But right now today, for whatever reason — I didn’t know I was going to be standing right here. I didn’t know I was going to be in front of this mic, but I’m here to change that narrative. I’m not letting E! write the narrative of my family. I’m not letting Hulu write the narrative of my family.”

He continued, “I’m doing everything to be right next to the situation. I’m trying to express this in the most sane way possible, the most calm way possible, but I need to be back at home. Why is that? Because if the enemy can separate KimYe, there’s going to be millions of families that feel like that separation is okay. But when the kingdom, when God, who has already won, brings KimYe together, there’s gonna be millions of families that are gonna be influenced and say that they can overcome the separation, the trauma, the devil that’s used and capitalized and keeps people in misery, while people step over homeless people to get to the Gucci store.”

Ye seems very hopeful that he can breathe new life into his marriage with Kim, despite rumors that he’s moving on himself with model Vinetria.

Alabama rapper HoneyKomb Brazy has had a horrendous year thus far following the death of his grandparents. After somebody shot at their home in a separate incident earlier this year, the rapper’s grandmother and grandfather were both killed when their house was set on fire in February. A few months later, Brazy’s mother took to social media to claim that her home kept being shot up after her parents’ murder. His trying year got even worse this summer when it was revealed that Brazy violated his probation, which prompted the judge to send him back to prison for the remainder of his sentence, which is an additional thirteen years.

Brazy is currently at Limestone Correctional Facility in Alabama and the rapper spoke out on Wednesday to tell his fans that he’s fearful for his life and believes that he might get killed while behind bars.

“I’m at limestone correctional facility, I been here 9 day and they shook me down 5 times already,” he wrote. “This a racist camp and the polices been calling me out my name and calling me all types of n***as. I’m in lockup right now with no disciplinary write up or no explanation. I ain’t really complaining about my situation, but I do wanna bring awareness to my family and fans on what’s going on. They woke me up at 2am this morning and strip searched me and through [sic] me in the lockup cell with no mat, blanket, or nothing and made me sleep on the floor. I said that to let everybody know I ain’t finna keep going for this shit. I been laid back trying to make it home to my family and see this bigger picture but I still got my grandma and grandpa and all type of other shit on my mind. I ain’t finna keep going for this shit no more, they probably gon run in here when they see this post and jump on me. They might kill me or I might make it out but I ain’t going for it no more so I’m just letting everybody know.”

It’s been a truly awful year for HoneyKomb Brazy, and his situation just seems to keep on getting worse. He’s been getting lots of support on this post, including from rapper Yung Bleu, who commented, “I’m fenna find out we’re u at brother fenna have my lawyer follow up ASAP.”
