City Girls Amplify Album Anticipation By Dropping A Summer Anthem Contender, ‘I Need A Thug’

Yung Miami covered a special issue of The Cut in April and was asked for an update on the next City Girls album.

“Girl, I ain’t even gonna tell!” Miami said in the accompanying cover story. “I don’t know, like, it is coming, and it will be sometime this summer — for real, for real, for real. When you doing a project, it takes time. We’re trying to sit through it and make sure that that’s what we want to put out. It’s gonna hit different.”

The timetable was narrowed down with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe on Thursday, June 8, when Miami confirmed the album is due in July (as relayed by Billboard). City Girls officially initiated an album rollout by simultaneously dropping “I Need A Thug,” a two-minute single that packs enough punch to contend as a summer anthem. (Their Instagram and Twitter accounts promise “City Girls loading…” and “#CityGirlsAreComing.”)

Billboard additionally noted that Miami and JT drew from LL Cool J’s “I Need Love” for the duo’s first featureless song since 2021. The chorus also pays homage to TLC: “I need a thug / Sex, money, and drugs / Private jet flights while I’m gettin’ my back rubbed / Like TLC said, ‘No scrubs’ / Cut a check before I even give a hug.”

Last month, City Girls hopped on Diddy’s “Act Bad” with Fabolous, and the single’s video is as raunchy as you’d expect. City Girls enlisted Usher for “Good Love” nearly one year ago, which followed in the footsteps of the Fivio Foreign-assisted “Top Notch.”

Yung Miami Gives Us “Act Bad” Advice While Making Out With Diddy On IG

If there’s anything Yung Miami could consider herself to be an expert in, it’s acting bad. Since she and JT teamed up with Diddy and Fabolous to drop off what’s already being called the “song of the summer,” we’ve frequently seen the City Girl out on the town, often twerking at the club alongside her besties in designer duds. On Saturday (June 3) evening, Miami gave us a glimpse into her most recent wild activities, which include plenty of PDA with her good “friend,” Diddy.

“Imma give y’all act bad advice 🆎,” the mother of two wrote in the caption, kicking things off which a photo of Sean Combs shamelessly admiring her cake while she throws it back. Following that comes photos of Caresha holding stacks of cash in her shiny silver bra, posing salaciously with a friend, and smiling from ear to ear while turning up in great company. The latter half of her post is where the “Twerkulator” really lets loose, sharing a snapshot of her and the father of six sucking serious face while outside in broad daylight.

Yung Miami Steps Into “Act Bad” Mode Ahead of Summertime

Afterward, she gave another glimpse of her bodacious booty, which Diddy happily grabs onto during their embrace. As he glances over at the camera, Miami wraps her arms around the Bad Boy’s neck, showing how much affection her heart holds for him – even with their past drama. To round out the IG post, the Florida native threw in a picture of her and Diddy hanging out the window and sunroof of a luxury whip, respectively.

Even with the constant public displays of affection, we’re fully expecting the collaborators to continue defining themselves as “friends” to the public. Akademiks Disses Yung Miami, Claims Her Only Talent Is “Pimping” Men: Video

Thanks to her work in the City Girls, on her Caresha Please podcast, and more recently, as a supporting actress, Yung Miami has amassed an impressive fanbase throughout her career so far. Today (May 30), DJ Akademiks reminded us that he’s not a member of the rap diva’s club of supporters. In fact, he said some hateful things about her during a live stream which is now making rounds online. In one clip reposted to @theneighborhoodtalk, the media personality discredits Miami’s entire resume, declaring that she’s a “one-trick pony,” and the only thing up her sleeve is “pimping men.”

“Yung Miami, who recently did an interview saying she was tired of sharing a man,” Ak began his rant. “You know, I keep telling you, Yung Miami is, to me, a clown… She is not talented to do anything else. The only acting talent is to be like, ‘Yo, I’m pimping these dudes out,’” he continued to slam the mother of two. Afterward, he accused Caresha of “crying” after talking about her love life in the media.

Akademiks Gets Some Thoughts About Yung Miami Off His Chest

Fans of the Florida native and/or the blogger may recall their last feud, which took place in late 2022. At the time, Akademiks labelled Miami a “side chick” for her role in Diddy’s life, which has notably diminished since he welcomed a new baby girl, Love Sean Combs, with Dana Tran. The New Yorker wound up sending Ak a direct message over his comments, which the former claims left the “Twerkulator” artist emotionally wounded.

In the comments of the live stream repost, one user pointed out that the embattled entertainer has a controversial history with some “one-trick ponies” himself. “Didn’t you YOURSELF, DJ AKADEMIKS, BUT CELINA POWELL A G-WAGON? 😒😒🤔🤔🤔🤔. So, if she a pimp, you are THE BIGGEST TRICK OF THEM ALL SIR 😂😂😂,” they clowned him. “So, keep it cute and watch your mouth about our sis Caresha.” Do you agree with DJ Akademiks’ latest take on Yung Miami? Yung Miami Sets The Tone For “Act Bad” Summer In A Super Tiny Swimsuit

When the City Girls and Diddy teamed up with Fabolous to drop the “Act Bad” music video earlier this month, many were surprised to see the father of six getting wilder than Yung Miami and JT for the camera. In the time since the catchy potential song of the summer landed on DSPs, we’ve also seen Caresha step out with Sean Combs to sit courtside for an NBA game. At the time their famous faces were seen on the jumbotron, aptly naming them “Mr. & Mrs. ‘Act Bad’.”

They were dripping in designer duds while at the game, but in her free time, Miami is making it clear what her vibes are for the coming months. From the looks of things, the rap diva will be spending plenty of time outside, showing off her bodacious body. Her Twitter profile has already been lighting up with videos of her throwing it back in the club at 3 AM and salacious, flirtatious messages to Moneybagg Yo’s partner Ari Fletcher. On Monday (May 29), she turned up the heat some more, sharing a clip of her saucily strutting through what looks to be a luxurious hotel pool area.

Yung Miami Reminds Us How to “Act Bad”

The mother of two wore nothing more than an ultra-tiny black one-piece swimsuit, the words “Act Bad” written across her chest. While Caresha’s front is fully under wraps, nearly her entire backside is on display in the thong-cut garment. “God d*mn! Miami said, ‘That’s a motherf*cking thong, b*tch!’” a friend recording behind the camera yells out. The City Girl nonchalantly walks past two people while showing off her goods, both of whom awkwardly stroll away as she proudly lets her star power shine.

It remains unclear what else Caresha, Diddy, and their other collaborators have in store to promote their new single, but knowing them, it definitely won’t be lowkey. Would you be brave enough to wear Yung Miami’s “Act Bad” swimsuit in public? Let us know in the comments, and check back later for more pop culture/hip-hop news updates.

Moneybagg Yo Tweets & Deletes Thirsty Response To Ari Fletcher & Yung Miami’s Flirting

Ari Fletcher’s OnlyFans account hasn’t even been made official yet, but already, fans are thirsting over the idea of it. Of course, it doesn’t help that the mother of one has been teasing social media with some salacious tweets, or that she recruited Yung Miami to help her out. “What you gone do with that naked picture I sent you earlier? @YungMiami305,” Fletcher tweeted on Saturday (May 27) night. “Play with my p*ssy until I cum 💦😋,” the City Girl wrote back shortly after, causing countless fans to chime in with thirsty responses.

Among those with something to say was the socialite’s boyfriend, Moneybagg Yo, who quote-tweeted the Florida native’s saucy message to his girlfriend with a simple but effective, “👀😅.” The post has since been deleted, but @theneighborhoodtalk managed to snag a screenshot before the Memphis-born rapper took it down. It remains unclear how serious Fletcher was about sending NSFW photos to the “Act Bad” rap diva, but we do know she at least has her beau’s encouragement to start an OF page if she so desires.

Moneybagg Yo Reacts to His Girl’s Wild Antics

After confirming that she would start an account on the content-selling site if Bagg’s Hard to Love mixtape hits No. 1, the recording artist shared his thoughts on Power 106 earlier this week. “Y’all better run it on up, man. You wanna see this OnlyFans, man? Run it up… She already locked and loaded man. I believe it. I know what’s up man,” he said, making it known that Fletcher has an impressive collection of spicy snaps ready to share with the world – for the right price, of course.

Following his project’s debut on Friday (May 26), Moneybagg Yo has been busy doing plenty of press, even revealing what it is that makes him “hard to love” in his eyes in one interview. Who’s OnlyFans would you sooner subscribe to, Ari Fletcher, or Yung Miami? Let us know in the comments, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Ari Fletcher Tweets About Sending Nudes To Yung Miami, City Girl Shares A Scandalous Response

Ari Fletcher has never been one to shy away from showing off her bodacious body – both before and after her recent waist-slimming procedure. The mother of one has been candid about previously going under the knife but also works hard to keep herself in great shape after surgery. She’s already built herself an impressive empire thanks to her YouTube channel and various brand deals, but now, Fletcher is preparing to collect some funds back by showing off her famous figure on OnlyFans.

She hasn’t launched an account quite yet but revealed earlier this week that she fully plans to if her man, Moneybagg Yo, goes No. 1 with his new Hard to Love mixtape. While some men would immediately react in jealousy over the news, Bagg made it clear he’s not insecure about Fletcher flaunting what she’s got – especially if she’s making money while doing it. While speaking with Power 106, the rapper said that it’s not his place to dictate his partner’s decisions, but he’ll happily accept more streams on his latest project.

“Y’all better run it up,” he said. “Y’all better run it on up, man. You wanna see this OnlyFans, man? Run it up… She already locked and loaded man. I believe it. I know what’s up man,” the southern lyricist told the station. While Fletcher hasn’t explicitly stated whether she’ll be starting the NSFW profile or not yet, she didn’t hesitate to flirt with City Girl Yung Miami on Twitter on Saturday (May 27) night, seriously stirring up some attention for the two.

“What you gone do with that naked picture I sent you earlier? @YungMiami305,” the internet star wrote to Miami. “Play with my p*ssy until I cum 💦😋,” the “Act Bad” rapper shot back, just hours after she was spotted out on a date with Diddy.

Diddy & Yung Miami Labelled “Mr. & Mrs. Act Bad” On Miami Heat Game Jumbotron

After a consecutive few years of turning up during Hot Girl Summer, Diddy has come up with a more gender-neutral solution for the world, dubbing 2023 an “Act Bad Summer” along with the release of his latest single. The father of six linked up with Fabolous and the City Girls for the catchy new song, which is sure to be bumping in clubs all across the country over the coming months. Following the track’s premiere on New Music Friday (May 26), Sean Combs and his collaborators also unveiled the raunchy music video for it, which finds the Bad Boy founder dancing naked after a wild night of partying.

Despite the fact that Miami told The Cut she and Diddy went their separate ways earlier this year, the Caresha Please host has been spending plenty of time with the producer lately. Not only did they attend the Met Gala together, both dressed to the nines in custom designer duds, but on Saturday (May 27), they also stepped out for the Miami Heat game. The pair looked happy to be at the event when the jumbotron caught them sitting courtside, aptly labelling them “Mr. & Mrs. Act Bad.”

Yung Miami Joins Diddy for Another Date Night

Even though the number one girl in his life is now his infant daughter, Love Sean Combs, the Florida native still looks happy to be by Diddy’s side. As always, the status of their relationship remains unclear to the public, though they have made it abundantly clear that they know how to make a hit together. “Act Bad” has been in the works as far back as the New Yorker’s appearance on Miami’s podcast, at which time he admitted the record needed some work before it was ready to share with the world.

Diddy Took Yung Miami On A Lavish Shopping Spree And The Photo He Posted Was Priceless

Diddy, Fabolous, and City Girls are living the life of luxury on their new single, “Act Bad.” It appears that Diddy and Yung Miami of City Girls celebrated their collaboration in style.

In a clip Miami shared to Twitter, she is seen shopping at various stores, purchasing items like clothes and handbags, handing the cashiers credit cards and stacks of money. The video clip is synced with a portion of “Act Bad” — Miami’s verse, on which she raps. “He wanna sponsor my act bad / Double R, black bag, Tom Ford, black tags / Walkin’ out Chanel with a black bag / Yeah, it’s givin’ body bag, listen up, scallywags”

Though Diddy was reportedly declared a billionaire back in October of last year, he appeared to be worn out by all the shopping. It appears he covered the bill for the day, as Miami said “Thank you papiiiii” in her tweet.

But by the end of the day, it seemed like Diddy was just happy it was all over. He doubled down on his visibly frustrated reaction by sharing a screenshot of the video clip, in which he looked tired, but relieved to get out of the store.

You can check out the clip and Diddy’s hilarious reaction above.

Summer Walker Rants About Narcissistic Men’s Mothers On “Caresha Please”: Watch

While Summer Walker has never shied away from airing out the men who have done her wrong both on social media and in her music, she’s also made sure to hold the women who raised them accountable. On the final track of her sophomore album, Still Over It – mostly dedicated to her toxic relationship with London on da Track – the Atlanta native begins by singing, “I wanna start with your mama, she should’ve whooped your ass.” “4th Baby Mama” has since gone on to become an anthem for women scorned, and it wasn’t the last time Walker spoke out about her feelings on the topic.

More recently, she joined City Girls rapper Yung Miami on the Caresha Please podcast. The duo discussed “all the smoke” as the rapper loves to put it, dishing on everything from Walker’s recently revealed relationship with Lil Meech to her plans for having more children in the future. While things with the BMF actor sound to be going great, the “No Love” songstress did have some things to get off her chest about the mothers of men she’s previously dealt with.

Summer Walker Talks Toxic Mothers on Caresha Please

“I have no regrets,” Summer confirmed of her decision to release the relentless song. “There’s nothing worse to me than, like, men who have enabling mothers. Like, narcissists that have enabling mothers. Like, you could call a n*gga mama and be like, ‘He just did this, he just did that.’ And they’ll be like,” the mother of three explained as Miami cut him off to add, “‘What you do that make him do that?’”

The two women agreed that it’s painful to deal with women like that. “And that’s why he acts like that now, because you never disciplined him or told him when he was wrong,” Walker ranted before revealing that her two youngest children are boys, and she’s determined to not raise them in such a manner. “I wish a girl would call me and tell me my son did some crazy shit to her. I would be like, ‘N*gga is you crazy?! I ain’t raise you like that. Don’t be out here embarrassing me.’”
