Breaking Down The Allegations Against Yung Miami In Lawsuit Against Diddy

The recent sexual harassment and assault lawsuit filed by Rodney Jones against Diddy has certainly shaken up the mogul. Reports revealed that the initial filing the producers submitted was over 70 pages long. Evidently, he had a lot to say about Diddy and his alleged shady ways. Despite the length of the original documents, Jones had even more information to deliver. He amended the lawsuit on Monday, March 25, 2024, adding 25 more pages. The updated filing contains allegations against Yung Miami, Diddy’s ex-lover.

Following the raid of Diddy’s L.A. and Miami homes, it’s become clearer that this is a serious matter. Nevertheless, it could still go either way, so onlookers patiently await to witness the story unfold. Unfortunately for her, Yung Miami has now been roped into this highly publicized case. Here’s what we know about Rodney Jones’s allegations against her.

Yung Miami Is Accused Of Transporting “Pink Cocaine” For Diddy

According to the amended court documents obtained by XXL, Diddy allegedly has a love for a substance called “pink cocaine.” This drug, a combination of cocaine and ecstasy, is also called “tuci.” Allegedly, Diddy had a designated drug mule who transported and delivered the substance whenever he wanted. Following Diddy’s home raid, this alleged mule, a man named Brendan Paul, was arrested at a Miami airport.

Rodney Jones’s document identifies Paul as the primary transporter and supplier of the drug. However, the former Syracuse University basketball player is not the only person Jones accused of transporting “tuci.” According to the producer’s statement in the lawsuit, Yung Miami also transported pink cocaine for Diddy

“Plaintiff and the Combs Rico Enterprise were rehearsing for ‘Something in the Water Festival’ in Virginia. Plaintiff Jones personally witnessed Mr. Combs do a few lines of coke in his dressing room. Defendant Sean Combs wanted tuci but Brendan forgot it, so Defendant Kristina Khorram called Yung Miami. Who then brought it on the private jet from Miami,” reads the court filing. Since this allegation was made against her, Yung Miami has not directly addressed it.

Sex Work Allegations

Besides the aforementioned pink cocaine allegation, Jones also accused Yung Miami of being a sex worker for Diddy. The amended lawsuit alleges that the “50/50” rapper, alongside Daphne Joy, 50 Cent’s ex, engaged in sexual activities with Diddy for money. According to the court filing, Diddy would brag to Jones about his sexual exploits with Yung Miami and Joy. After the women allegedly rendered their services, the document claims that the music mogul would pay them a “monthly stipend.”

“Upon information and belief, Defendants Lucian Charles Grainge, in his capacity as CEO of UMG, authorized Motown Records and Universal Music Group to provide financial resources to Defendants Sean Combs and Love Records through wire transfers to Defendants Sean Combs and Love Records accountant Robin Greenhill. Upon information and belief, Ms. Greenhill ensured the wiring, funds transfer, or cash payments to sex workers were completed,” the suit reads. “According to Plaintiff Jones, Defendant Sean Combs bragged about having several women on a monthly stipend,” it continues. Clearly mentioning the individuals, it reads on, “According to Plaintiff Jones, the women who received these payments are Caresha Romeka Brownlee, aka ‘Yung Miami,’ Jade Ramey, aka ‘Jade,’ and Daphne Joy Cervantes Narvaez, aka, ‘Daphne Joy’ who were paid a monthly fee to work as Mr. Combs’ sex workers.”

Yung Miami has yet to respond to either accusation. Throughout the period of this lawsuit, she has kept a low profile, choosing not to engage with associated topics. However, fans believe she is aware of everything going on and is trying to distance herself from Diddy. We can neither confirm nor deny that speculation. However, it is true that the two haven’t been publicly seen together in a while.

JT Gives An Impassioned Response To Drug Accusations Made In Light Of Diddy And Yung Miami’s ‘Pink Cocaine’ Allegations

There’s so much going on in Diddy’s world right now. He’s facing a sex trafficking lawsuit, two of his homes were just raided, and he allegedly got Yung Miami to transport “pink cocaine” for him. Somebody used the latter news item to make an accusation/assumption about Yung Miami’s City Girls cohort JT, and JT was not having it.

As HotNewHipHop notes, an X (formerly Twitter) user shared a video from a 2019 Instagram Live session with JT and Yung Miami. In the clip, JT briefly leaves the frame and supposedly makes a suspicious noise, which some believed to be her snorting drugs. The X user wrote, “So that’s where JT getting that shit from? Makes perfect sense now,” with the implication being that JT was getting drugs from Diddy.

JT wasn’t going to take that accusation lying down, as she responded, “First of all I was in the half way house being drug tested EVERY night I went in! I explained this YEARS ago I NEVER did cocaine & never will it actually destroyed my family! Y’all get on her making jokes about shit for shits & giggles & don’t know ppl post trauma! Stop playing with me! PLEASE.”

Another user responded, “JT i luv you but what was u doin in that live cos gurrrl???” JT wrote back, “You ever had mucus? Lol yall are something else on these apps.”

The timeline of allegations and lawsuits surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs since last November is approaching novel length. On Monday, March 25, Diddy’s Los Angeles mansion was raided by Homeland Security “in connection with a federal sex trafficking case,” as first reported by FOX 11 Los Angeles. TMZ additionally reported that a raid was carried out at Diddy’s Miami residence. Homeland Security’s statement remained vague, while Diddy’s attorney, Aaron Dyer, released a statement maintaining Diddy’s innocence, as relayed by ABC News.

By Tuesday, March 26, Diddy reportedly sold his shares in Revolt to an anonymous buyer, and Rolling Stone reported that Diddy’s alleged drug “mule,” 25-year-old Brendan Paul, was “taken into custody by Miami-Dade police,” who were working alongside Homeland Security. TMZ circulated videos of Diddy outside a Miami airport at the time of the raids as he was reportedly preparing to leave for the Caribbean.

So, what does this have to do with Yung Miami?

What Is Pink Cocaine, The Drug Yung Miami Allegedly Smuggled For Diddy?

As per USA Today, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones Jr.’s civil lawsuit was filed against Diddy in February, but he filed an amendment in New York federal district court on Monday that implicated Yung Miami by alleging she and other women “were paid a monthly fee to work as Mr. Combs’ sex workers.” She also brought tuci (also referred to as pink cocaine) to Diddy.

According to the National Library Of Medicine, pink cocaine majorly contains “ketamine, often combined with 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), methamphetamine, cocaine, opioids, and/or new psychoactive substances.” Its effects are more similar to ecstasy, making its name something of a misnomer.

As the bad news continues to pour in for Sean “Diddy” Combs, more of the people in his orbit have been pulled into the drama surrounding the lawsuit filed by Rod “Lil Rod” Jones. According to XXL, Jones’ most recent amendment, filed on Monday, now levels a number of eyebrow-raising accusations at Yung Miami, Diddy’s rumored paramour, with whom he’s had a very public association, although both have refused to label their relationship as such.

Jones accuses Miami of both carrying drugs for Combs and of being a sex worker being paid a monthly retainer by Diddy, according to USA Today. Jones said Miami, real name Caresha Brownlee, was one of three women Combs kept on retainer, including wellness coach Jade Ramey and model/actress Daphne Joy. Incidentally, the latter is most notable for her connection with Curtis Jackson — better known as 50 Cent — the father of her 10-year-old son Sire. 50 has notably trolled his ex over her alleged association with Combs, which could be seen as at least part of why he’s carried on a one-sided feud with the fellow music mogul.

Jones’ lawsuit says Miami brought Combs a drug called “tuci” from Miami to Virginia via private plane when his alleged drug mule, Brendan Paul, forgot to bring it along. Tuci is also known as “pink cocaine” and is a synthetic drug made of pink food coloring, strawberry flavoring, ketamine, caffeine, and MDMA. Its effects are similar to those of ecstasy, rather than cocaine, according to drug treatment facilities such as The Willough at Naples and Avenues Recovery.

Diddy Sued by ‘The Love Album’ Producer for Sexual Harassment and Assault

Sean 'Diddy' Combs Rebrands Combs Enterprises to Combs Global as Business Portfolio Expands

Diddy is once again the subject of a lawsuit. The legal documents obtained named Stevie J, Yung Miami, Cuba Gooding Jr., and has a lengthy list of defendants.

According to NBC News, Diddy is being sued by producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who claims to have lived and traveled with the Bad Boy Records mogul from Sept. 2022 to Nov. 2023. Jones claimed he has hours of video and audio of Diddy and his staff participating in “serious illegal activity.” He is seeking $30 million in damages.

Jones was hired to produce songs on Diddy’s latest Grammy-nominated album, The Love Album: Off the Grid.

Jones states in addition to working as a producer, Diddy forced him to find sex workers and also pressured him into sex acts for his pleasure. Jones also states Diddy would hand out laced alcoholic beverages at his house parties.

For recruitment of sex workers, Diddy allegedly gave Jones a Bad Boy baseball cap, which was known to be a signal in the area that Diddy was seeking sex workers.

Jones stated he was assaulted and harassed in Florida, Los Angeles, New York, and while traveling on a yacht in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Jones says he was subjected to “constant unsolicited and unauthorized groping and touching of his anus.”

Diddy is accused of forcing Jones to work in a bathroom while he showed in a glass enclosure and attempting to “groom him into accepting a homosexual relationship.”

Jones also states Diddy would often brandish guns and bragged about being the cause of the 1999 New York City nightclub shooting, which jailed Shyne.

According to TMZ, the legal docs state Jones was forced to watch a video showing Hitmen producer Stevie J having sex with another man. He also states a cousin of Yung Miami, Diddy’s girlfriend, sexually assaulted him and tried to initiate sex in front of Diddy and his staff.

Jones also states Justin Combs recruited prostitutes and underage girls while actor Cuba Gooding Jr. was at one of Diddy’s yacht parties. Gooding Jr. allegedly was “touching, groping, and fondling Mr. Jones’s legs, his upper inner thighs near his groin, the small of his back near his buttocks and his shoulders.” Gooding Jr. settled a separate lawsuit for rape in June 2003.

Included in the lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York are images of Diddy with alleged underage girls and sex workers. The suit also lists Diddy’s son, Justin Combs, Diddy’s chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, and a run of music executives, including Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge and former Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam, as defendants.

Jones categorizes the record labels and their representing executives as a “RICO enterprise” that “failed to adequately monitor, warn, or supervise” Diddy’s actions.

Diddy’s legal representation, Shawn Holley, released a statement.

“We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls,” Holley said in a statement. “We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”

A rep for Justin Combs reached out to TMZ, stating, “Justin Combs categorically denies these absurd allegations. They are all lies! This is a a clear example of a desperate person taking desperate measures in hopes of a pay day. There will be legal consequences for ALL defamatory statements made about the Combs family.”

Yung Miami Unleashes Her Wrath On DJ Akademiks With “50/50 Freestyle”

The Yams Era is officially underway. Yung Miami has been hyping this new mindset and outlook on her career since before 2024. The City Girls rapper and entrepreneur has already built a successful foundation for herself, especially with her award-winning podcast Caresha Please. But, this Yams movement might take her success to another level this year and beyond.

It seems JT is following a similar mentality as she looks to expand her solo catalog. She put out her first single since “No Bars” with “Sideways” just last week. Yung Miami is seemingly looking to do the same with her “50/50 Freestyle.” This is just her second solo single, following up the 2021 record “Rap Freaks.”

Listen To “50/50 Freestyle” By Yung Miami

“50/50” is a braggadocious banger that sees Miami flexing her beauty and money. However, the point that needs to be made is how ruthless she was toward DJ Akademiks. You can see the lyrics below; she is not playing around one bit. She goes after his manhood and exposes how he uses s*x toys instead of messing around with a real woman, ouch. DJ will almost certainly respond at some point, so be sure to stick around with us for the latest on what should be a developing story.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “50/50 Freestyle,” by Yung Miami? Did you expect her to diss DJ Akademiks so ruthlessly on this one? Who dropped the better single, her or JT? Should both of the City Girls drop a solo project this year? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section below. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding Yung Miami and DJ Akademiks. Finally, stay with us for the most informative song posts throughout the week.

Quotable Lyrics:

Yeah, leave him alone

Deion Sanders Inspires Yung Miami’s Latest Yams Era Look

As an Aquarius, Yung Miami is a professional at doing things in her own way. Other femcees who fall under this sign include Megan Thee Stallion and Justina Valentine, both of whom also take a distinct approach to how they move in the spotlight. For the latest chapter of her career, Miami is all about the Yams, which she’s been discussing frequently on social media, though not everyone is clear on exactly what to expect from the rapper-turned-podcaster in this era.

“The Yams Era is my Primetime,” the mother of two wrote on Instagram earlier this week in the caption of a promotional video. “In the Yams we do ginger hair… Focus on ourselves… And get money! Yams is the new lingo… To my fans, the YAMS… This is the new us,” Miami further declared of her rebrand. Since then, her socials have filled with more content promoting her work, including a reference to NFL icon Deion Sanders with her sporty outfit. “We ain’t got tomorrow. We ain’t got now. We ain’t got next,” she wrote beneath Tuesday’s (February 6) upload. “We got now. We ain’t coming no more. We’re here. #Yams 🍠🍠🍠.”
