“As proud children of immigrant parents, we created Lost In Riddim because we wanted to offer a festival experience more authentic to ourselves and our culture. Something that speaks to us not only as music fans, but who we are as people,” said Fornati Kumeh, festival co-founder and talent buyer. “With a new and larger location, not to mention this incredible lineup of international artists locked in to perform, I’m expecting this to be a weekend for the record books. Soulja Boy Responds To 12-Year Old Diss From Wizkid

rap beefs

Despite his hit single “Crank That (Soulja Boy)” coming out 15 years ago, Soulja Boy has always been able to keep himself relevant. Whether it’s through his classic interviews, becoming a meme, or even creating his own game console Soulja will always keep himself a trending topic. Another way in which he’s kept himself relevant is by beefing with other artists.

Over the span of his nearly two-decade-long career, Souja has beefed with Lil Yachty, Key Glock, Bow Wow, Chris Brown, and even Kanye West. Now you can add Wizkid to that list, and not even for anything that was said recently.

A tweet from Wizkid where he called the “Rick and Morty” rapper “wack” recently resurfaced. However, Wizkid tweeted the diss toward Soulja in 2010, years before he would be the international star we know today. “I swear soulja boy is wack!..jeeeezzzzz!” Wizkid tweeted 12 years ago.

It is unsure how the tweet made its way onto Soulja’s feed, but he would go on to respond to the tweet, despite it being over a decade old. “Ya mama Wack. Shut ya bitch ass up,” Soulja responded.

Sean “Diddy” Combs traveled to London to promote his brand-new track, “Gotta Move On,” which will appear on his sixth studio album later this year. While across the pond, Diddy attended a private UCA graduation ceremony to celebrate his longtime friend Naomi Campbell, who received an honorary doctorate degree. WizKid was also present at the celebration.

While on hand, Diddy wore a Saint Laurent Komono Jacket. His Jeans and Loafers were also Saint Laurent, while his tee was from Fear of God.

At the most recent BET Awards, Diddy received the Lifetime Achievement Award. The prized award recognizes business titans who have had a significant impact on the industry as well as our culture. The music entrepreneur will commemorate the classic debut album No Way Out, which launched his quest to create one of hip-hop’s largest empires, on July 22nd by marking its 25th anniversary.
