Boosie Badazz Wants His Son Tootie Raww To Smoke Less Weed

Boosie Badazz is spending a lot of time with his family this holiday season, gifting them a whole lot and having a great time together. However, these outings and parties are also showing him just how much his son Tootie Raww is smoking these days, which caused some concern. “He gon’ turn into a weed plant,” the Baton Rouge MC said on IG Live on Thursday (December 28). This was when he asked where Tootie was and someone replied that he was outside the house smoking in his car. Still, at least the Trill Entertainment affiliate admitted that he was probably the same when he was young, so he knows there’s plenty that could change.

“He a weed plant with shoes on,” Boosie continued. “Everything revolves around smoking. I was just like that, I can’t talk.” “The first thing you do in the morning, huh?” he asked Tootie when he found him outside in his car. The 41-year-old’s son laughed it off, saying that he didn’t even notice his dad, so it seems like it’s not really that serious of an issue. Still, it’s good that Badazz is keeping an eye out for his kid, even if he’s getting older. After all, it’s never too early or too late to quit.

Furthermore, Boosie is also looking out for Tootie when it comes to his feud with NBA YoungBoy and Kodak Black. “I wouldn’t know what to do if my son get a murder charge,” he said on IG Live. “I gotta stop him from crashing out. Then it worry me more all them lil n***as around him clutching. It’s easy for something to happen. Got me worried as a daddy. You got s**t around you, everybody clutching. That’s how that s**t happen.”

Meanwhile, Raww is happy to boast about his earnings from “trapping” online, so he’s still going through growing pains in the industry and media limelight. Hopefully it doesn’t result in any negative developments or behavioral patterns. But with the “Wipe Me Down” artist watching over him, maybe he will know exactly how he can reach his son through the things he faced, too. When chronic marijuana lover Snoop Dogg announced that he was giving up smoking, jaws around the world collectively dropped. However, fans can breathe a sigh of relief as the news had nothing to do with his longtime herbal habit. Instead, he was lending his likeness to smokeless outdoor fire pits.

Yesterday (December 28), Snoop took to social media to spark up some special bud. Given his decades-long smoking history, there isn’t much Snoop hasn’t experienced. But lighting a joint designed after himself was a hilarious first for the weed crusader.

“They done smoked this n**** down to a tee, this Snoop Dogg blunt,” laughed the rapper in a video shared on his official Instagram page. “Whoever rolled this for me, thank you, cuh. We are smoking the sh*t out of this muthaf*cker to end the new year. Wow. Head blown.”

Fans in the comments let the weed jokes fly in the comment section.

“Y’all took that to da head,” wrote one follower.

Snoop Dogg Pokes Fun At Weed-Quitting Hoax With Iconic “Friday” Reference

Earlier this month, Snoop Dogg took to social media to announce his plans to “give up smoke” for good. While he didn’t provide many more details, users assumed that he had decided to stop smoking weed. The cultural icon is known to be a heavy cannabis consumer, so of course, fans were shocked. Snoop leaned into the chatter, subsequently sharing a variety of Instagram posts hinting that he was going through it amid the quitting process.

While surprising, Snoop Dogg’s announcement managed to inspire some of his peers to do the same. Coi Leray, for example, revealed that she’ll also be quitting marijuana this month. Meek Mill even chimed in, claiming that he’s kicking the habit as well, in hopes of mitigating health problems. In a turn of events, however, Snoop eventually revealed that the entire thing was a hoax. In reality, he hadn’t quit smoking weed at all, and was simply endorsing Solo Stove smokeless firepits.

Snoop Dogg Tricked Everyone

“Announcement: I’m giving up smoke,” an ad later posted on his Instagram page reads. “I know what you thinking — ‘Snoop, smoking’s kind of your whole thing.’ But I’m done with it. Done with the coughing and my clothes smelling all sticky-icky. I’m going smokeless.” He went on to share a black-and-white photo of a blunt in his hand, confirming that he was only trolling everybody. He then posted a clip from Friday, which features his own face deepfaked onto Chris Tucker’s character Smokey. “I was just bullsh*ttin’! And you know this, man!” he says.

What do you think of Snoop Dogg tricking his fans into thinking he’d given up weed? Did you really believe that he quit smoking for good? Snoop Dogg Fans Feel Both Betrayed And Impressed After His Viral ‘Give Up Smoke’ Post Turned Out To Not Be About Weed

Snoop Dogg Solo Stove

Snoop Dogg quit smoking weed… at least that’s what he had the world believing last week with a viral social media post that read, “After much consideration & conversation with my family, I’ve decided to give up smoke. Please respect my privacy at this time.” The post had some fooled, while others figured his specific use of the term “give up smoke” indicated this was actually just a lead-in for some sort of smoke-free product marketing campaign.

It turns out that’s just what it was: Today (November 20), Snoop revealed the whole viral situation was just a teaser for an ad, for Solo Stove, a smokeless fire pit company. Now that the dust (eh, smoke) has settled, people are sharing reactions online (as of this post, Snoop is the No. 1 trending topic on X, aka Twitter), and they have so far fallen into a couple different genres.

There are those who can’t believe they were fooled/those reflecting on the people who were fooled. Lil Duval chimed in, tweeting, “Snoop had all yall talking about ‘im about to stop smoking too’”; Rappers like Meek Mill and Coi Leray discussed quitting weed after Snoop’s post.

Then there are those who have to give it up for Snoop and Solo Stove and their uber-successful marketing campaign. Ice T even weighed in, tweeting, For all you MFs that hit me up saying ‘Ice! You heard about Snoop?!! He stopped!’ And I said….’Wait for it.’ Lol. Snoop is too cold. I love it.”

Did Snoop Dogg Quit Smoking Weed? Rapper’s Latest Instagram Post Suggests Not

Snoop Dogg has been in the music industry for decades, meaning he has a strong idea of what appeals to the public, and what they fail to buy. He’s a marketing genius – and we can say that especially after his latest campaign with Solo Stove. As you may recall, the California native made a shocking announcement earlier in November, announcing his plans to “give up smoke” in an undeniably dramatic Instagram post. Snoop’s deliberate wording made some raise their eyebrows about how literally they should take him. However, many other artists were quick to assume he meant his love for cannabis and vowed to quit the drug with him.

If Coi Leray and Meek Mill are still going through with their plans to stay sober, they’ll be disappointed that their inspiration was only trolling with his news. On Monday (November 20), the Death Row head’s IG profile lit up with a new video explaining he’s not quitting weed at all. Rather, he’s partnering with Solo Stove to promote their smokeless fire pit products. “I’m done with smoke. I’m going smokeless with @solostove #ad,” he wrote in his caption.

In the accompanying video, the legendary lyricist makes an announcement that he’s “giving up smoke,” as his initial post declared. “I know what you’re thinking, ‘Snoop, that’s kinda your whole thing!’” he tells the camera. “But I’m done with it. I’m done with the coughing and my clothes smelling all sticky-icky. I’m going smokeless. Solo Stove fixed fire, they took out the smoke. Clever.” Clever, indeed, Doggfather.

Elsewhere in the news, Snoop Dogg is just one of the artists whom embattled industry executive Suge Knight has been discussing lately. Earlier this month, the incarcerated star revealed some of the behind-the-scenes tactics he allegedly used to help the “B**ch Please” hitmaker beat his murder case. Snoop Dogg Revealed What His Viral ‘Give Up Smoke’ Post Was Really About And Of Course It Wasn’t Quitting Weed

Snoop Dogg Solo Stove

Last week, Snoop Dogg shocked the world with an announcement he shared on social media, writing, “After much consideration & conversation with my family, I’ve decided to give up smoke. Please respect my privacy at this time.” The logical first leap to be made there is that the post was Snoop declaring he was giving up weed. After thinking about it for a second, though, it felt more like Snoop was setting up some sort of product rollout or brand partnership (edibles, perhaps?).

Now, we know for certain that it was the latter (albeit not edibles): Today (November 20), Snoop shared an ad for Solo Stove, a smokeless fire pit company. On Instagram, he wrote, “I’m done with smoke. I’m going smokeless with @solostove. #ad.”

The video he shared is a close-up of Snoop that slowly zooms out to reveal he’s sitting in front of a Solo Stove. Meanwhile, he says, “I have an announcement: I’m giving up smoke. I know what you thinkin’: ‘Snoop, smoke is kind of your whole thing!’ But I’m done with it. I’m done with the coughing and my clothes smelling all sticky-icky. I’m going smokeless. Solo Stove fixed fire. They took out the smoke: Clever.”

Per a press release, Snoop, the company’s official “smokesman,” said, “I love a good fire outside, but the smoke was too much. Solo Stove fixed fire and took out the smoke. They changed the game and now I’m excited to spread the love and stay warm with my friends and family.”

Snoop is teaming up with the brand to design a signature line of Snoop Dogg x Solo Stove products. First (and available now for $420, here) is a limited edition bundle that includes a Bonfire Fire Pit designed by Snoop, a fire pit stand, a Snoop bucket hat, and a Snoop x Solo sticker pack.

It remains to be seen if the rappers Snoop Dogg inspired will follow through with giving up weed.

Andrew Tate Takes Credit For Snoop Dogg Quitting Weed After Calling Drug “Gay”

Andrew Tate’s content certainly isn’t for everyone. Still, that’s not stopping the 36-year-old from feeling confident in his influence and the validity of his opinions. Many of his social media posts have raised eyebrows in the past, including rants aimed at teenage Greta Thunberg, and negative comments about women who have come forward with allegations against actor and comedian Russell Brand. More recently, it was Tate’s thoughts on a particular drug that have him going viral, especially after Snoop Dogg’s apparent reaction to the podcaster’s opinion on his favourite treat.

“Weed, Oh, you mean… Gay?” Tate wrote on the morning of November 15th. The message brought in everything from chuckles to Mary Jane connoisseurs unimpressed with the former kickboxer. Interestingly, the very next day, Snoop announced on various social platforms that he’s retiring from marijuana which has long been a marker of his brand. “I’m giving up smoke,” he wrote on Thursday afternoon, along with a black and white photo reading, “After much consideration and conversation with my family, I’ve decided to give up smoke. Please respect my privacy at this time.”

Andrew Tate Thinks His Tweet Influenced The Doggfather’s Big Decision

Of course, we can’t say for sure whether the “B**ch Please” hitmaker saw Tate’s message or not. However, Twitter users couldn’t help but crack jokes about the timing of the two posts. “He’s becoming too powerful,” one person joked of the Big Brother alum. When Andrew came across that message, he reposted it on his own page, declaring, “I’m just getting started.”

2023 didn’t begin on a high note for Andrew Tate, though he and his brother have since earned many of their rights back after being released from house arrest in the summer. The embattled entertainer is facing harrowing allegations of abuse and sex trafficking, among other things, though he continues to focus on growing his online community and leaning into their support in his times of trouble. Snoop Dogg’s Shocking Vow To ‘Give Up Smoke’ Actually Inspired Some Other Rappers To Quit Smoking Weed

Yesterday (November 16), Snoop Dogg shocked the world with the following announcement shared on social media: “After much consideration & conversation with my family, I’ve decided to give up smoke. Please respect my privacy at this time.”

Is Snoop, perhaps the biggest cannabis icon of all time, really done with smoking weed? Who knows. His specific phrasing of “give up smoke” may be a little suspicious. Maybe Snoop’s generating viral attention to later introduce a line of edibles on the way? Whatever the case may be, his words have had a clear impact, and that includes on some fellow rappers, who saw what Snoop said and decided to give up weed.

After Snoop shared his announcement, Meek Mill re-posted it on X (formerly Twitter) and wrote, “Ima go to Dubai and completely stop smoking … ima follow snoop, my doctor said I got a lil bit emphysema in a chest if I don’t stop smoking it cuts my lifeline in half, I was addicted to the nicotine and this new weed got too many chemicals and too risky to play with my mental!”

Coi Leray was also moved by Snoop’s post, as she declared in an Instagram Story that she plans to stop smoking after Thanksgiving next week.

ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith had quite the reaction, too.

Wiz Khalifa Stuns Fans With His Backpack Of Pre Rolls

It’s been a strange day for some of the biggest and most notorious stoners in music. Earlier today, Snoop Dogg took to Instagram with some news that shocked fans. In the post he claimed that he was quitting smoking. Many felt that it had to be a joke or some kind of marketing trick, given that the rapper is one of the first celebrities most people think of when weed is brought up.

Now, another stoner is making the rounds online for basically the exact opposite reasons. Fans don’t have to worry about Wiz Khalifa being done smoking any time soon, at least not after seeing a new video of the rapper making the rounds online. “Wiz Khalifa stays with that [gas emoji] on him,” the caption of the video reads. In the clip itself, Wiz pulls out a backpack with a box inside of it that is absolutely stacked to the brim with pre rolls. Check out the entire short video below.

Wiz Khalifa Isn’t Quitting Any Time Soon

In the comments, fans unsurprisingly have jokes. “bro handin out pre rolls as if it’s candy,” and “Me at the family thanksgiving functions,” two of the top comments read. Others compare his situation to the breaking Snoop Dogg news with funny results. “Snoop: “I quit smoking” Meanwhile wiz:” and “don’t show snoop this he gon relapse,” two more top comments read.

Last month, Wiz dropped his second new mixtape of 2023. The project is called Khali Sober and features 12 new tracks. The breakout song of the bunch has been the opening track “Uptown Bound.” The tape follows his much longer See Ya project which dropped back in June. That album featured one of WIz’s biggest songs of the past few years, the party song “Too Many Shots.” What do you think of the video of Wiz Khalifa traveling with a ton of pre rolls? How Did Snoop Dogg Start Smoking Weed?

Snoop Dogg shocked the world today with perhaps the most surprising announcement he could have made: In an image shared on social media, he declared, “After much consideration & conversation with my family, I’ve decided to give up smoke. Please respect my privacy at this time.”

Seemingly, this is Snoop declaring that he is no longer smoking weed (although that’s something he’s tried before). He didn’t explicitly say that, though; Perhaps his phrasing of “give up smoke” was calculated and intentional, a tease for another announcement to come soon (his own line of edibles, maybe?). Whatever the case may be, this has Snoop fans talking, which makes now a good time to look back at when Snoop’s weed journey began.

In 2008, he told the story to Esquire, saying, “The first time I got high off marijuana was in the ’70s, with one of my uncles. They had these little roaches on the table — these part-way-smoked marijuana cigarettes — and there was some Schlitz Malt Liquor Bull. I went in there and sipped the Schlitz, and my uncle asked me did I wanna hit that roach. And I was like, ‘Yeah.’ He put it on the roach clip for me and lit it up, and I hit that motherf*cker. I was about eight or nine years old.”

So, whether or not Snoop is really done with smoking weed, you at least know how the legendary journey began.
