During a recent interview, GloRilla had a surprising response to a question about Lil Uzi Vert. She revealed that the rapper is actually her cousin. When pressed further about whether or not she was being serious she doubled down on the claim. Despite her insistence, some fans still don’t believe that she’s serious. One of the top comments on the post expresses that suspicion reading “that n*gga dont know u.”

But it’s what follows in the interview that grabbed fans’ attention even more. When the interviewer presses her on why they don’t have any songs together, she responds that they’re on the way. GloRilla unveils that she and Lil Uzi are actually in the process of cooking up some new music together already. GloRilla recently released a new single that’s catching fire. The track is called “Yeah Glo” and it’s clicking with fans and fellow celebs alike. The song made its debut in the back end of the Hot 100 during its first tracking week. This week it made a jump up to a new peak of #86 and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere any time soon.

Both LeBron James and Ciara have cosigned the new song. The former met up with GloRilla following a Lakers game earlier this month. Charlamagne Tha God has been a force in radio far longer than many realize, which is precisely why he’s so confident sharing his opinions on others and demanding his flowers. Earlier this week, a resurfaced snippet from an episode of Brilliant Idiots caused some debate online as the media personality referred to others occupying the same spaces in the years after his come-up as his “sons.” Specifically, the internet believes Tha God is referring to DJ Akademiks, host of the Off the Record podcast and known for beefing with femcees publicly.

“How did y’all come to the conclusion I was talking about Akademiks, though?” the South Carolina native asked co-hosts Jess Hilarious and DJ Envy on The Breakfast Club yesterday (February 27). “Well, last year [he] publicly called out you, Wallo, and Gillie and said that y’all are avoiding his podcast, acting brand new or whatever,” the show’s newest addition argued. “That was a year ago,” Charlamagne shot back, clearly not holding onto the past. “Let’s just face it, and say what it is,” Hilarious replied before dissing Ak and his “smell a** basement.”

Rather than feed into the pettiness, the father of four told his pregnant co-host to “cut it out.” Defending himself, Tha God added, “I was just talking. Like, when Nicki Minaj says, ‘All these b**ches is my sons,’ do we say she’s talking to one person?” He might not have satisfied Hilarious and Envy with his answer, but Charlamagne sure did have listeners laughing.

Kanye West’s Old Comments About Meek Mill Re-Emerge Following New Diddy Lawsuit

Last year, Diddy faced a series of damning lawsuits alleging a wide range of sexual misconduct. While it began with accusations leveled by Cassie, that suit was settled very quickly and in following proceedings very few other notable names were implicated alongside Diddy. That hasn’t been true of the most recent series of allegations which has already roped in names like Stevie J, Yung Miami, and Nicki Minaj. But the newest lawsuit features some more direct allegations. While Meek Mill and Usher aren’t mentioned by name, it didn’t take fans long to find out that they were being discussed.

Investigations into the accusations made in the newest suit feature some descriptions that don’t do a great job of hiding who they’re talking about. It alleges that Diddy spoke on having sexual relations with two other notable figures in addition to Stevie J. The lawsuit mentions “Philadelphia rapper who dated Nicki Minaj” and “who performed at the Super Bowl and had a successful Vegas residency.” Fans pretty easily deciphered that it was talking about Meek Mill and Usher. In the wake of the revelation, some have brought up a Kanye West interview from back in 2022. In this particular clip he mentions them both. Check out what he has to say below.

Fans might remember the clip from when it went viral just a few years ago. West goes from angry shouting to hysterical laughing across just a few minutes. Last week it was reported that the music executive would have to sell his stake in the company to pay off an $800K+ debt he owes. Now, sources are saying Cam’ron and Mase might be the new owners of those shares; these rumours were addressed during a new episode of It Is What It Is this week. I say ask for $3M and walk away knowing it’s in good hands. Dame Dash is in a tough spot, with upwards of $800K still owed to a film producer who’s actively trying to get his money. Kanye West Refuses Bunny Pen While Signing Autographs: Watch

These days, it’s hard to predict what kind of mood Kanye West will be in should you approach him outside. We’ve seen the father of four allegedly punch overenthusiastic fans seeking autographs, and even lash out at journalists questioning his controversial marriage to Bianca Censori. 2024 has seen its share of hiccups, but for the most part, Ye seems to be making amends with past enemies, enjoying life with his (often scantily-clad) wife, and connecting with music lovers throughout his travels.

Earlier this week, a video began circulating that shows West approaching a small group of people seeking autographs. As one of them holds a notebook open and a pen out for the Yeezy founder, he suddenly becomes reluctant upon spotting the cute animal design on the stationary. “Is that a pen?” he asked one person in the crowd. “Y’all gonna make me hold a bunny pen?” Ye asked in disbelief, a small smile crossing his face. “Nobody else got another pen?” he asked, turning to his entourage as everyone around awkwardly giggled.

Thankfully, someone else came through with a normal writing utensil, allowing for the Graduation rapper to make his fan’s day. As the brief clip continues to make rounds, some are criticizing West for seemingly being uncomfortable in his manhood, or for previously repping Nazi symbolism but not wanting to touch something as innocent as a rabbit.

TI Reveals He Almost Got Fired From “ATL” In His Third Day On Set

While TI has long been associated with hip-hop, he’s also stretched his range into a number of other mediums. The most notable might be television where he starred in TI and Tiny for years. While much of his TV work is reality TV, cameos where he plays himself, or musical performances, he’s also flexed his acting ability a few times. One of the first ever times was on ATL in 2006. The movie aimed to capture the spirit of Atlanta through both humor and drama, making the rapper one of the perfect choices to star in the film.

But during a podcast appearance earlier this year, he revealed that he was almost fired from the film immediately. The way he tells the story, he received two checks amounting to $15 million which made him less than motivated to go to work on the film. But he reveals that through the near firing, he learned about some of the responsibility being thrust onto him as the main star of the film. TI On Nearly Getting Fired From “ATL”

Earlier this month, TI reacted to one of the biggest stories coming out of the Grammys. Killer Mike took home a sweep of the rap awards but that wasn’t the news many were focused on. Instead they were talking about videos that hit the internet shortly after. The videos showed Mike being walked out of the ceremony in handcuffs.

TI didn’t mince words when discussing the situation. “It was an atrocity. To be honest with you, Killer Mike going and sweeping the Grammys, winning three Grammys and then getting arrested and going to jail at the same event in the same venue, is the story of the Black man in America,” he explained. Usher Shares Hilarious Video From His Honeymoom

Usher has had about as busy of a 2024 as anybody so far. That was mainly because he performed on one of the biggest stages in all of music earlier this month. The Super Bowl Halftime show is always a spectacular affair and the R&B legend raised the bar even higher by inviting along some very special guests to perform some of the biggest hits of his career. Additionally, he released his first new album in six years. It was called Coming Home and contains the hit single “Good Good” with 21 Savage and Summer Walker.

Another story that didn’t come out until the days following the Super Bowl, is that Usher used his time in Las Vegas to do more than just perform. He used the opportunity to secure a marriage certificate and ultimately get married. Unsurprisingly, he’s celebrating both the marriage and his performance on a gorgeous looking honeymoon. “Inner Peace, Inner Peace,…Inner Piece of DEEZ CANNONBALLZ!!!” he captioned a video shared to Instagram. In the clip his girlfriend is enjoying a relaxing swim in a stunning looking vacation home. Usher is following his wave of renewed interest from the Super Bowl with a massive tour this year. DJ Khaled Keeps His New Shoes Clean By Having His Security Carry Him

Rap artists having a love for nice shoes goes back decades. DJ Khaled is no different as he’s taken fans behind the scenes of his elaborate shoe collection in the past. Over the weekend he performed in Miami and unsurprisingly wanted to bring out his best drip. In a video he shared from just before the show he went to great lengths to assure that his shoes would be in perfect condition. When getting out of his car to get to the stage Khaled needed a way to keep his shoes off the ground.

The way he chose to do that was by getting two of his security guards to carry him. In the start of the hilarious video, he has two big security guards lift him up while he pulls his legs up to avoid any ground-to-shoe contact. The hilarious video reminded fans of a similar incident where Jack Harlow needed security to carry him at the Kentucky Derby a few years ago. While some sneakerheads in the comments wish they could keep their shoes that clean, many laughed at Khaled. Some of the top comments mentioned that he would eventually get them dirty anyway. Travis Scott Throws The First Pitch At His New Cacti Park Baseball Stadium

Travis Scott’s creative range stretches far beyond just music. Though albums like RODEO, ASTROWORLD, and UTOPIA are fan favorites, he’s got plenty more to offer. His brand stretched into the world of fashion with regular merch drops and brand collaborations often aligning with new music. Last year, he stretched into the world of film when he dropped a movie called CIRCUS MAXIMUS alongside the release of UTOPIA. But now he’s diving into the world of sports in a much more direct way than ever before.

That came with the opening of his new baseball stadium Cacti Park. The park is in West Palm Beach and serves as a training facility that will also host Spring training games. Scott himself was in attendance over the weekend then the Astros took on the Nationals. But he wasn’t just there, he actually got to throw the first pitch in the stadium named after his own seltzer brand. Videos of the pitch he threw made the rounds online and while it isn’t perfect it certainly a far cry from some of the weakest efforts celebs have made in the role in the past. Over the weekend, Travis Scott’s newest album UTOPIA was certified double platinum. The album dropped in July of last year and achieved the milestone impressively quickly.
