Doja Cat Loses Her Mind Trying To Recite The Lyrics To Kanye West’s “BACK TO ME”

Last month, Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign released their new album VULTURES 1. The album came after months of delays and was instantly met with quite a bit on controversy. Much of that came from controversial lyrics on the record where West doubled down on antisemitic talking points. There are also numerous lyrics that led to West being called out for objectifying women, some of which came on the track “BACK TO ME.” The song instantly became one of the most attention grabbing tracks on the record, including getting the attention of Doja Cat.

The “Paint The Town Red” singer shared a TikTok over the weekend where she where she sand along to “BACK TO ME.” In particular she’s singing the lyric from the song that stuck out to many other fans the most. It’s a sample from the film Dogma from the character Jay. Both the audio of the original sample and West singing over it appear in the song. In her new video, Doja tries her best to recite the rapid fire tongue twisting phrase. Like many, she doesn’t exactly nail the mouthful of words and seemingly falls into a spiral after missing it a few times in a row. Check out the full clip of her recitation below.

Last year, Doja Cat released her new album Scarlet. It led off with the single “Attention” which was a moderate hit, but she followed that up with two of her biggest songs to date. “Paint The Town Red” hit number one on the Hot 100 becoming her second song to do so following “Say So.” The album also included “Agora Hills” which also became a top 10 hit peaking at number 7.

Last month, Doja began teasing a deluxe version of the album. Despite the tease she hasn’t confirmed any precise details about a release date yet. Nicki Minaj Shows Off Her Flexibility With An On-Stage Split During “Pink Friday 2” Show

One of the biggest tours of 2024 got underway earlier this month. Nicki Minaj took off on the back of her new album Pink Friday 2 with a tour of the same name. So far she’s played two shows in Oakland and Denver. Across the next few months, she’ll play a few dozen more shows across North America before taking off to Europe in May. Though the tour has only just gotten started, clips from the performances are already attracting plenty of attention online.

Earlier today, video started making the rounds online of an attention-grabbing piece of choreography from one of the shows. In the clip, Nicki shows off her flexibility by doing a split on stage in an incredibly revealing fit. Fans cheer her on as she takes her time descending to an almost full split. But her stopping short of that full split actually drew some criticisms from fans in the comments. “Did anyone else cringe?” and “Chillleee yall paid hundreds of dollars for this ?” two other comments read. Others compare her to some of her other female rap contemporaries. “Lmaoooo sis couldn’t do that center split. Meg and Cardi do it with no hesitation” another comment reads. The very first show of the Pink Friday 2 tour was already quite an event. The show took place in Oakland and a video of Barbz brawling in the audience. TMZ shared a clip of a surprisingly large and intense fight that broke out in the stands, though security eventually swarmed in to break things up. Barbz in attendance also started a chant taking at aim at Latto, who Nicki has had beef with throughout the past year.

Now that his first Vultures LP is here, Kanye West is spending plenty of time outside again, recently exploring Europe in interesting fashions with his wife, Bianca Censori.

Whenever Ye leaves his hotel – or anywhere else for that matter – a group of photographers seems to always be waiting for him. Most of them usually want to capture snapshots of the father of four’s eccentric looks, though some overzealous and curious others have endured physical altercations with West. Earlier this week he was forced to confront those “stalking” him overseas, though he managed to do it in a relatively calm manner.

As they repeatedly yell out his name, Yeezy and his security team ensure Censori safely makes it into their vehicle. “When you photograph, just stop screaming at me,” the “4th Dimension” artist said from behind a full facial covering. “I don’t want to get screamed at every time I go to the car,” he continued as everyone around him assured Mr. West he was understood. Nevertheless, they continued to shout, telling the Chicago native that they were simply trying to support him by taking his picture. “If you wanna support me, then listen, don’t scream at me,” Ye pleaded, the frustration evident in his voice.

After several decades of working in the music industry, Kanye West is now more comfortable than ever setting boundaries with fans and paparazzi. We’ve seen him get physical with some photographers in the past, but thankfully, he seems to be getting better at communicating through words rather than actions. During a recent run-in with some supporters overseas, Yeezy was happy to sign autographs for them. However, he refused to use a young woman’s bunny-shaped pen, generating plenty of laughs from the small group. GloRilla Claims That Lil Uzi Vert Is Her Cousin

During a recent interview, GloRilla had a surprising response to a question about Lil Uzi Vert. She revealed that the rapper is actually her cousin. When pressed further about whether or not she was being serious she doubled down on the claim. Despite her insistence, some fans still don’t believe that she’s serious. One of the top comments on the post expresses that suspicion reading “that n*gga dont know u.”

But it’s what follows in the interview that grabbed fans’ attention even more. When the interviewer presses her on why they don’t have any songs together, she responds that they’re on the way. GloRilla recently released a new single that’s catching fire. The track is called “Yeah Glo” and it’s clicking with fans and fellow celebs alike. The song made its debut in the back end of the Hot 100 during its first tracking week. This week it made a jump up to a new peak of #86 and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere any time soon.

Charlamagne Tha God has been a force in radio far longer than many realize, which is precisely why he’s so confident sharing his opinions on others and demanding his flowers. Earlier this week, a resurfaced snippet from an episode of Brilliant Idiots caused some debate online as the media personality referred to others occupying the same spaces in the years after his come-up as his “sons.” Specifically, the internet believes Tha God is referring to DJ Akademiks, host of the Off the Record podcast and known for beefing with femcees publicly.

“How did y’all come to the conclusion I was talking about Akademiks, though?” the South Carolina native asked co-hosts Jess Hilarious and DJ Envy on The Breakfast Club yesterday (February 27). “Well, last year [he] publicly called out you, Wallo, and Gillie and said that y’all are avoiding his podcast, acting brand new or whatever,” the show’s newest addition argued. “That was a year ago,” Charlamagne shot back, clearly not holding onto the past. “Let’s just face it, and say what it is,” Hilarious replied before dissing Ak and his “smell a** basement.”

Kanye West’s Old Comments About Meek Mill Re-Emerge Following New Diddy Lawsuit

Last year, Diddy faced a series of damning lawsuits alleging a wide range of sexual misconduct. While it began with accusations leveled by Cassie, that suit was settled very quickly and in following proceedings very few other notable names were implicated alongside Diddy. That hasn’t been true of the most recent series of allegations which has already roped in names like Stevie J, Yung Miami, and Nicki Minaj. But the newest lawsuit features some more direct allegations. While Meek Mill and Usher aren’t mentioned by name, it didn’t take fans long to find out that they were being discussed.

Investigations into the accusations made in the newest suit feature some descriptions that don’t do a great job of hiding who they’re talking about. It alleges that Diddy spoke on having sexual relations with two other notable figures in addition to Stevie J. The lawsuit mentions “Philadelphia rapper who dated Nicki Minaj” and “who performed at the Super Bowl and had a successful Vegas residency.” Fans pretty easily deciphered that it was talking about Meek Mill and Usher. Kanye West Refuses Bunny Pen While Signing Autographs: Watch

These days, it’s hard to predict what kind of mood Kanye West will be in should you approach him outside. We’ve seen the father of four allegedly punch overenthusiastic fans seeking autographs, and even lash out at journalists questioning his controversial marriage to Bianca Censori. 2024 has seen its share of hiccups, but for the most part, Ye seems to be making amends with past enemies, enjoying life with his (often scantily-clad) wife, and connecting with music lovers throughout his travels.

Earlier this week, a video began circulating that shows West approaching a small group of people seeking autographs. As one of them holds a notebook open and a pen out for the Yeezy founder, he suddenly becomes reluctant upon spotting the cute animal design on the stationary. “Is that a pen?” he asked one person in the crowd. “Y’all gonna make me hold a bunny pen?” Ye asked in disbelief, a small smile crossing his face. “Nobody else got another pen?” he asked, turning to his entourage as everyone around awkwardly giggled.

Thankfully, someone else came through with a normal writing utensil, allowing for the Graduation rapper to make his fan’s day. As the brief clip continues to make rounds, some are criticizing West for seemingly being uncomfortable in his manhood, or for previously repping Nazi symbolism but not wanting to touch something as innocent as a rabbit.

TI Reveals He Almost Got Fired From “ATL” In His Third Day On Set

While TI has long been associated with hip-hop, he’s also stretched his range into a number of other mediums. The most notable might be television where he starred in TI and Tiny for years. While much of his TV work is reality TV, cameos where he plays himself, or musical performances, he’s also flexed his acting ability a few times. One of the first ever times was on ATL in 2006. The movie aimed to capture the spirit of Atlanta through both humor and drama, making the rapper one of the perfect choices to star in the film.

But during a podcast appearance earlier this year, he revealed that he was almost fired from the film immediately. The way he tells the story, he received two checks amounting to $15 million which made him less than motivated to go to work on the film. But he reveals that through the near firing, he learned about some of the responsibility being thrust onto him as the main star of the film. TI On Nearly Getting Fired From “ATL”

Earlier this month, TI reacted to one of the biggest stories coming out of the Grammys. Killer Mike took home a sweep of the rap awards but that wasn’t the news many were focused on. Instead they were talking about videos that hit the internet shortly after. The videos showed Mike being walked out of the ceremony in handcuffs.

TI didn’t mince words when discussing the situation. “It was an atrocity. Usher Shares Hilarious Video From His Honeymoom

Usher has had about as busy of a 2024 as anybody so far. That was mainly because he performed on one of the biggest stages in all of music earlier this month. The Super Bowl Halftime show is always a spectacular affair and the R&B legend raised the bar even higher by inviting along some very special guests to perform some of the biggest hits of his career. Additionally, he released his first new album in six years. It was called Coming Home and contains the hit single “Good Good” with 21 Savage and Summer Walker.

Another story that didn’t come out until the days following the Super Bowl, is that Usher used his time in Las Vegas to do more than just perform. He used the opportunity to secure a marriage certificate and ultimately get married. Unsurprisingly, he’s celebrating both the marriage and his performance on a gorgeous looking honeymoon. “Inner Peace, Inner Peace,…Inner Piece of DEEZ CANNONBALLZ!!!” he captioned a video shared to Instagram. In the clip his girlfriend is enjoying a relaxing swim in a stunning looking vacation home. Usher is following his wave of renewed interest from the Super Bowl with a massive tour this year. Fans will get the chance to see even more of his big hits in person as he hits dozens of major cities. Unfortunately, his tour became the newest in a long line of shows to have a rough ticket release on Ticketmaster.

Fans trying to get tickets to Usher’s show found long waits that sometimes resulted in tickets being sold out before they could even get in to buy them.
