Kanye West Snatches TMZ Photographer’s Phone Following Question About “Controlling” Bianca Censori

Kanye West grabbed a TMZ photographer’s phone out of their hands after being asked about his wife, Bianca Censori. The camera person asked Ye about rumors he’s “controlling” her and has banned her from freely using her social media pages. West was heading to Hollywood Blvd. for Charlie Wilson’s Walk of Fame ceremony on Monday when the incident occurred.

In video of the incident, West smacks the camera away as soon as the reporter brings up Censori. “Don’t come after me with your dumbass sh*t,” West can be heard saying. “I’m a person bro. You’re recording. Don’t come ask me that dumbass sh*t. I’m a person.” When the photographer asks for their phone back, West initially refuses but goes on to offer them a job paying double what they make at TMZ.

As for the reports about Ye “controlling” his wife, an insider told Page Six: “Bianca has always had social media and she was active on it — until she married Kanye. He doesn’t want her to have it because he thinks that it will hurt her if she had to read the nasty things that people say. He convinced her that, since she is a star now, she has to remain a mystery and it is creepy to those who know her as it feels like another form of control.” Ye had been repeatedly posting photos of Censori wearing little to no clothes on his Instagram. Monday isn’t the first time West and Censori have been involved in an incident with the media as of late. Earlier this month, TMZ published a video in which the two were accosted by a stranger in Los Angeles. Teyana Taylor Slams “TMZ” For “Misleading” Divorce Reports

Since announcing her split from Iman Shumpert in September of last year, Teyana Taylor has made various headlines for the breakup. In November, her previously secret divorce filing started to gain traction online, and featured various shocking accusations against her ex. She argued that he displayed traits of a narcissist, treated her cruelly, was jealous of her career, and more.

Things only ramped up from there. A subsequent filing showed Taylor accusing him of being intoxicated while caring for their two small children. Earlier this week, the pattern continued, with TMZ reporting that he had the utilities in their home shut off. According to the outlet, Taylor woke up one day to find that the WiFi and cable had been cut off, and just a day later, the water. The outlet also reported that she hasn’t been receiving any financial support from Shumpert when it comes to their kids, and is asking a judge to demand child support.

According to Taylor, however, the report was nothing short of “misleading.” She took to her Instagram Story to call TMZ out recently, insisting they report the whole truth instead of only parts of it. “Yo @tmz you serious????” her message begins. “Y’all really be taking it too far with these d*mn misleading headlines and I’m tired of it! Every time I turn around it’s either half leaked and made up stories, or words being twisted up for clickbait!!!!”

She continued, “SHOW IT ALL & COME CORRECT!!! Kayne West And Kim Kardashian Have Another Tense Encounter At Saint West Basketball Game

It appears that there is more tension in the co-parenting agreement between Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. The pair were seen avoiding one another as they jointly attended a basketball event involving their son, Saint. The pair arrived separately at the LA-based event and sat separately from one another after Kim appeared to take umbrage with some comments from Kanye. The two went their separate ways after the event. Kanye’s wife Bianca Censori, who some have described as a “radicalized Kim Kardashian”, was not present.

However, this is the second time that this happened in the last few days. At another of Saint’s basketball games, the pair sat separately while attending the game. The only connection between them was their daughter Chicago, who spent a few minutes speaking with her father before returning to watch the game with her mother. It’s unclear if this is simply the nature of Kim and Kanye’s relationship now, or if new issues that haven’t been made public have arisen.

However, perhaps Kanye’s recent online behavior is the cause for his ex-wife’s chilly reception. Fans have continued to express their concern and confusion over Kanye West and his continued posting of Bianca Censori. The images posted last week show Censori in a skimpy, back-laced outfit and a gimp mask in the kitchen. West captioned the image “cream of wheat”. He went on to post several other images of Censori in the same outfit around a sparsely furnished apartment.

However, the bizarre posts, which have been the only thing West has posted since he rejoined Instagram last month, have continued to ire the of fans. “Stop humiliating this girl, please. Be better,” one wrote. “Stop this bullshit and drop the album man,” added another. “I think Bianca is an experiment at this point,” theorized a third. It’s not the first time that West’s behavior concerning Censori has alarmed fans. People have likened Censori to a “radicalized” Kim Kardashian. Furthermore, people have noted that West has tried to model Censori’s appearance to match Kardashian’s.

Trey Songz 2013 Sexual Assault Lawsuit Dismissed

One of the ongoing legal troubles for rapper and singer Trey Songz recently came to a close. Last year, he was sued by a women for a 2013 incident that took place at a Casino in Connecticut. Songz was hosting an event at the casino where the unnamed woman was in attendance. While there, she alleges that Songz grabbed her bathing suit, exposing her breast without her consent. The original filing seemed pretty damning as she claimed there was video evidence to back up her claims.

But before the trial could reach a conclusion it was dismissed by the judge. That happened because Trey Songz’ legal team filed a motion to dismiss the case. While that isn’t normally granted by default, it is if the other party fails to respond to it. According to TMZ, that was the case when the unnamed woman who filed the case never replied to the motion which led to the entire case being dismissed. It’s a much needed win for Songz who has faced a myriad of legal issues and accusations of sexual assault in the past few years.

The accusations being made against Trey haven’t slowed down. Just this month Celina Powell made accusations against the singer that included kidnapping. She told a harrowing story of Songz allegedly taking her phone and holding her hostage for two full days without adequate food or water. It’s the latest in numerous concerning allegations of coercive sexual behavior made against him.

Just a few months before that yet another lawsuit was filed against him. This was once again for a sexual assault, though this time one at a private party. While he’s repeatedly tried to get lawsuits filed against him thrown out, he’s still facing numerous legal battles going forward. Kodak Black’s Lawyers Call For Drug Charges To Be Dropped

Last month, Kodak Black was arrested by police and hit with a few charges, including for drug possession. Though he pretty quickly pleaded not guilty to the accusations he’s been held in jail ever since for violating his probation. Police claim that Kodak was discovered with white powder around his mouth which he tried to hide from police. The charges filed against him claim that the substance was cocaine but his lawyers have denied that right out of the gate. His attorney denied that the substance was cocaine, claiming instead that it was Percocet.

Since the arrest, Kodak Black’s lawyers have been fighting to get him free. One of their first attempts was to get him released into a drug rehab program. Despite his clear struggle with substances, the judge denied that request. In the reasoning given, the judge described Kodak as a “danger to the community” as a justification for not releasing him. The news kept getting even worse for Kodak in the weeks that followed. News broke that he could end up being forced to serve a previously pardoned jail sentence. He famously had a sentence commuted by Donald Trump a few years ago but may end up having to serve that time anyway. Check out the latest developments in the story below.

Now in their newest legal move, Kodak’s lawyers are once again calling for his drug charges to be dropped. According to TMZ, in newly filed legal documents they claim that new tests have confirmed exactly what they said about the powder found on Kodak. Reportedly, his defense has evidence that it was in fact Oxycodone which he also reportedly has a prescription for.

The judge hasn’t made a ruling on the filing yet. The call will seemingly be determined by how strong the evidence presented by the rapper’s defense actually is. Diddy And Diageo Announce They’ve Settled Their Lawsuit

Last year, Diddy filed a lawsuit against spirits giant Diageo. The rap mogul and company had been collaborating over DeLeon Tequila though it wasn’t always love between both sides. Last year both sides cut ties with each other following a lawsuit filed by the rap exec against Diageo. He accused them of not prioritizing the brand and even managing it with racist intentions. The company denied all of his allegations immediately and news about the suit started to dry up in the months following.

Now according to TMZ, the two sides have come to a resolution. They revealed the news that Diddy was withdrawing the lawsuit he originally filed last year. “Sean Combs and Diageo have now agreed to resolve all disputes between them. Mr. Combs has withdrawn all of his allegations about Diageo and will voluntarily dismiss his lawsuits against Diageo with prejudice,” a statement shared by both parties reads. While there was no news of a settlement, TMZ does speculate that the legal proceedings feel like they could have ended with some kind of agreement.

Diddy Dropping Diageo Lawsuit

Of course when you’re discussing recent lawsuits involving Diddy, Diageo isn’t the first thing that comes to most people’s minds. The rap mogul has been subject to a series of lawsuits dating back to last year accusing him of decades of sexual misconduct and abuse. The original lawsuit came from Cassie and though it was settled quickly it opener up a flood of new litigation.

One person who has been thinking a lot about the legendary rap figure in recent months and that’s 50 Cent. He saw the lawsuits as an opportunity to reignite beef and has been taking to Instagram to repeatedly attack Diddy. He’s used stand-up comedy clips, prisoner testimony, and even AI-generated images as attacks against the rap exec. Kanye West And Bianca Censori Bundle Up For Walk Around Los Angeles

It’s been a turbulent time for Kanye West so far this year. Even though we’re less than two weeks into 2024 there’s already been plenty of trouble for the rapper. He reportedly owes nearly a million in taxes and is facing a new lawsuit after punching a fan seeking out an autograph. All the while texts from former collaborator and ally Pusha T leaked online leading fans to speculate that they have beef.

While all of this has been going on West has been spending plenty of time with girlfriend Bianca Censori. He’s been repeatedly posting pictures of her in some notable outfits, some of which are quite scant. In one particularly strange post, he promised that 2024 was a year for “no pants.” In the accompanying picture of Censori that came with the post, she lived up to that promise. While all of this is going on, West has reportedly been working on a new album. The project is called Vultures and it’s a collaboration with Ty Dolla Sign. It was originally slated to be released in December but has gone through a series of new release dates ever since.

The album was supposed to be released tonight January 12, but that release date was eventually wiped from online copies of the record. Earlier today though, a new potential release date appeared. During a New Year’s celebration at the start of the month, Nicki Minaj dazzled fans with some tracks from her new album Pink Friday 2. But when her DJ tried to queue up one of her classic hits, she skipped on the track. After teasing fans with the instrumental introduction to “Starships” Nicki made him skip the song. Despite boos from the crowd, she insists that she doesn’t play that song anymore because she doesn’t like it.

That got plenty of fans discussing both the song and Nicki’s take on it. One person with a pretty interesting opinion on her choice to retire the song is the producer who originally helped her craft it in the first place. TMZ caught up with RedOne to ask him some questions about the song being retired. “I have the utmost respect for Nicki Minaj and I love her work very much. I will always respect an artist’s wishes, I feel very proud to have made that record with her along with the global success it made,” the producer said of her choice to stop performing the song.

That led to a discussion about something else Cole told her about doing what’s right for the songs she’s writing above all else.

Nicki Minaj set fan expectations pretty low on any Pink Friday 2 deep cuts getting a music video. Jonathan Majors Will Do First Post-Trial Interview With ABC

Jonathan Majors assault trial was one of the biggest news stories of 2023. The actor was ultimately found guilty of assault and harassment in the high-profile trial just a few weeks ago. Immediately following the news Marvel Studios severed ties with Majors who had been playing a character within their cinematic universe. In the weeks since he’s been pretty quiet making no public statements and only being snapped by paparazzi a few times. But now he’s prepared to break his silence on the case.

According to TMZ, Jonathan Majors sat down with ABC for an interview. One of the network’s news anchors Linsey Davis conducted the interview. The network also revealed that the interview will air on Monday and will also be made available on streaming the same day. It’s the first piece of publicity that majors has done since the guilty verdict was handed down. Some online are surprised that ABC in particular will be conducting the interview, given that they are owned by Disney. Disney also owns Marvel who very recently dropped Majors from their super-hero themed film series.

Jonathan Majors Will Break His Silence

Jonathan Majors is still yet to be sentenced for the guilty verdict. A hearing is scheduled for February 6th to hand down a sentence for his convictions. The charges could carry a sentence of up to one year, though many suspect that Majors won’t spend any actual time behind bars. Even before the guilty verdict was handed down in the trial Majors was already facing repercussions. All the way back in October Disney removed a show due to star Majors from their future plans. The show was called “Magazine Dreams,” though now it seems difficult to believe it will ever see the light of day.

Throughout the course of the trial, Majors seemed to grow closer with his new girlfriend Meagan Good. She often showed up alongside him in court and reports said they had grown incredibly close by the weeks leading up to the verdict. T.I. And Tiny Sued For Sexual Assault For Alleged 2005 Incident

There’s been plenty of drama surrounding T.I. and Tiny in the past few months but much of it hasn’t been particularly serious. But that changed recently when the pair were both sued over an allegations of sexual assault spawning from a 2005 incident at a Los Angeles hotel. As TMZ reports, the couple are accused of drugging a woman at a nightclub before taking her back to their hotel room and sexually assaulting her.

The pair quickly responded to the allegations making a statement to TMZ. “On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head. This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years. For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations. For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do … Our position is clear… We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court,’ the statement reads.

T.I. And Tiny Lawsuit

Much of the recent drama surrounding the pair has spawned from a Falcons game in late November. During the game, T.I. and his son, King Harris, reportedly got into a pretty serious altercation. In a post on Instagram following the altercation though, T.I. downplayed the severity. ““Fck what dis internet talkin bout… Da HFamily Tied Like a Knot,” he claimed.

In the wake of the incident, though, even more rumors began to spark online. Consequently, there became enough speculation that T.I. might not actually be King Harris’ dad that Tiny felt the need to respond. “Man this is the biggest bullsh*t ever!!! No disrespect but I don’t even know Bimmy like that! I was just reminded of who he was. Quit playing with us for click bait b*tch!” she said in response to the claims.
