Doja Cat Loses Her Mind Trying To Recite The Lyrics To Kanye West’s “BACK TO ME”

Last month, Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign released their new album VULTURES 1. The album came after months of delays and was instantly met with quite a bit on controversy. Much of that came from controversial lyrics on the record where West doubled down on antisemitic talking points. There are also numerous lyrics that led to West being called out for objectifying women, some of which came on the track “BACK TO ME.” The song instantly became one of the most attention grabbing tracks on the record, including getting the attention of Doja Cat.

The “Paint The Town Red” singer shared a TikTok over the weekend where she where she sand along to “BACK TO ME.” In particular she’s singing the lyric from the song that stuck out to many other fans the most. It’s a sample from the film Dogma from the character Jay. Both the audio of the original sample and West singing over it appear in the song. In her new video, Doja tries her best to recite the rapid fire tongue twisting phrase. Like many, she doesn’t exactly nail the mouthful of words and seemingly falls into a spiral after missing it a few times in a row. Check out the full clip of her recitation below.

Last year, Doja Cat released her new album Scarlet. It led off with the single “Attention” which was a moderate hit, but she followed that up with two of her biggest songs to date. “Paint The Town Red” hit number one on the Hot 100 becoming her second song to do so following “Say So.” The album also included “Agora Hills” which also became a top 10 hit peaking at number 7.

Last month, Doja began teasing a deluxe version of the album. Despite the tease she hasn’t confirmed any precise details about a release date yet. Throughout her 50+ videos exploring their less-than-a-year-long marriage, Johnson refers to him as “Legion” while accusing her ex-husband of telling tall tales about his career, family, and wealth during their time together.

In a conversation with TMZ, McCoy is sharing his side of things, claiming that Reesa Teesa once threatened to “expose” him as they were navigating trust issues. Because he failed to give into her demands, Legion says that his ex is only speaking out to spite him. He’s currently feeling backlash in his personal life as a result of the popular TikTok series that defames him, specifically in his career as a public relations employee at a hospital. According to the outlet, McCoy met with attorneys on Monday (February 26) to discuss his options for taking legal action against the content creator.

Yung Miami Claps Back At Security Guard Who Called Her Out On TikTok

Earlier today, a TikTok started making the rounds online discussing an interaction with Yung Miami. A girl who worked as security at this year’s Super Bowl posted a video recapping some of her interactions with celebrities while there. But in the video she called out Miami specifically for being rude to her. She claimed she tried to talk to the rapper but was ignored. For that reason she accused Miami of being rude and even claimed that she wouldn’t do her job as security for the rapper if fans came after her.

Many in the comments came to Miami’s defense. They claimed that she didn’t owe security anything and might not have even heard the greeting. Eventually, the video got popular enough that Miami herself saw it and decided to defend herself in the comments. “How tf I’m suppose to hear you if one I’m on the phone. 2. You WHISPERED that’s my “good sis Caresha” like you’re literally whispering in the video! where in the video or where’s the audio of you trying to get my attention. That’s why a new video of a security officer from this year’s Super Bowl calling out Yung Miami has so many people talking.

The claim was made in a TikTok by a woman who appears to have worked as security at the Super Bowl. The video features a compilation of videos she took while working the event that show off some of her interactions with celebrities. At the end of the video though, she calls out Yung Miami by name. She tells a story of trying to interact with her politely and being walled off completely. She then compares Miami’s behavior to some of the other celebrities that she feels were nicer to her. New York City Sues TikTok, Instagram, and More Apps for Role in Nationwide Youth Mental Health Crisis

New York City is taking TikTok, YouTube and more social media applications to court. The city, led by Mayor Eric Adams, cites the aforementioned, along with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and more, as a contribution to a “nationwide youth mental health crisis.”

The lawsuit is filed in the California Superior Court, stating the social applications are purposefully designed to be addictive to children and teenagers. The suit follows the Health Commissioner’s Advisory that DOHMH Commissioner Dr. Vasan issued last month, citing continued use of social media as a public hazard. The advisory callsf or parents, healthcare providers and more to take action.

“Over the past decade, we have seen just how addictive and overwhelming the online world can be, exposing our children to a non-stop stream of harmful content and fueling our national youth mental health crisis,” said Mayor Adams in a press statement.. “Our city is built on innovation and technology, but many social media platforms end up endangering our children’s mental health, promoting addiction, and encouraging unsafe behavior.

“Today, we’re taking bold action on behalf of millions of New Yorkers to hold these companies accountable for their role in this crisis, and we’re building on our work to address this public health hazard. This lawsuit and action plan are part of a larger reckoning that will shape the lives of our young people, our city, and our society for years to come.”

NYC H+H Chief of Behavioral Health and Co-Deputy Chief Medical Officer Omar Fattal, MD, MPH added, “We must maximize our efforts to support the mental health needs of children and adolescents by providing families with tools and resources that foster healthy development. This includes robustly addressing the negative impact of social media on the mental health of children and adolescents. We join the mayor and DOHMH in encouraging all young people and their families to consider their use of social media and how it may be negatively affecting them.”

Mayor Adams’ administration has been actively addressing the youth mental health crisis. In a significant move last year, the city introduced TeenSpace, a free tele-mental health service catering to New York City teenagers aged 13 to 17. This service enables youths to connect with licensed therapists via phone, video, or text. Since its launch, TeenSpace has provided support to over 2,000 teenagers across the five boroughs within just three months of operation.
