Coco Austin has developed a definite brand for herself. The model, and wife of Ice-T, has never been afraid to push boundaries. Most recently, the 44-year-old launched an OnlyFans page. She, and her antics, are rarely out of the mainstream tabloids. This is especially the case when her husband adds fuel to the fire. Ice-T is clearly his wife’s biggest fan and isn’t afraid to stand up for her.

However, that is not to say the couple is without controversy. Many people are critical of the way that they are raising their daughter, Chanel. Chanel was born in 2015 and has been a prominent part of her parent’s public image for many years. In the past, Coco especially has received criticism for pushing Chanel in a stroller, getting the child’s nails done, and bathing her in the sink.

The latest controversy surrounding Coco Austin stems from a TikTok she posted with her daughter. The video features Coco and Chanel dancing to the Black Eyed Peas’ Boom Boom Pow. The routine starts off innocent enough but quickly takes a turn as Coco lifts her leg into her daughter’s arms as Chanel attempts to slap her mother’s backside. The rest of the routine features squatting and side-on fist pumping. Fans did not receive the video well, with many commentators deeming it “inappropriate”. Nearly all of the negative comments have seemingly been deleted, leaving only positive reviews, including one from Paris Hilton.

However, this is just the latest in a series of mother-daughter dance controversies for Coco Austin. Austin received heavy criticism for a video showing Chanel teaching her grandmother how to twerk. In another video, Chanel appeared to twerk for the camera during Christmas. Other videos of the pair dancing have also received backlash. A prominent sticking point for fans is the way Austin shifts responsibility onto her daughter. In this latest incident, the TikTok is accompanied by a caption stating that Chanel “always makes me do all these weird dances”. Cardi B provided fans with a rare glimpse into her day-to-day life “as Belcalis.” She’s often spotted in settings surrounded by her team and glam’d up but she wanted to give fans the real. On her latest TikTok, she shared insight into her day as a regular person, from the moment she wakes up in the morning until her nighttime studio sessions.

The two-minute clip begins with Cardi B getting out of bed before brushing her teeth, showering, and getting ready for the day. She explained that she has to move fast so she can “get ready before [her] kids notice [she’s] up because, boom, once they know [she’s] up, they won’t leave [her] alone.” From there, Cardi plays with her 5-year-old daughter Kulture and her 1-year-old Wave. “Usually we have somebody doing lunch for me, but everybody’s on spring break, so I got all the duties,” Cardi narrates.

After lunch, Cardi left her son with her cousin while she and Kulture hit the gym. Cardi explained that she’s putting in 2-hour workouts plus one hour of stretching as she aims to gain her flexibility back. “I want to be able to be as flexible as I was before I had my son,” she said. “But my real goal is to be as stretchable and flexible as I was when I was a stripper, but can’t build Rome in a day.”

Afterward, she addressed those who were likely to comment on her liposuction procedure. “There’s this thing called visceral fat, and visceral fat is the fat that surrounds your organs that you cannot lipo,” she explained. “And that’s why sometimes girls with lipo might have a snatched waist with a gut – that’s because they’re not working out, they just keep eating and eating and their waist is small but they still got a belly.”

Lizzo is well known for promoting body positivity and self-love. The Grammy-award-winning singer often speaks out about loving yourself, both through her music and in interviews. Many celebrities who speak on matters like body positivity seem to simply be engaging in lip service to gain attention. Lizzo, however, takes it very seriously. Last year, Lizzo announced a project that she says was five years in the making.

In March 2022, Lizzo started her own brand of shapewear, Yitty. In her announcement, the singer wanted to make it very clear that the brand was for everyone, regardless of size or shape. “This is a dream 5 years in the making…. Introducing @YittyOfficial: Shapewear you can wear Underwear, Overwear, Anywhere,” she tweeted. “For Every Damn Body. 6X to Xs. Are you ready for the YITTY LIBERATION? Coming soon…” The brand’s Instagram page already has upwards of half a million followers, showing just how effective Lizzo’s focus on body positivity is when it comes to marketing. Now, the singer has teamed up with a TikTok star for some promotional pictures.

In a new Instagram post, the brand shared several pictures of Lizzo and Tiktoker Aliyah posing in pieces from the singer’s brand. In the photos, Lizzo rocks a denim two-piece paired with white fishnets and red faux-fur-adorned Moon Boots. Aliyah, on the other hand, was decked out in a green bra top, unzipped Yitty jacket, and light-wash denim skirt. The two don’t skimp on the accessories, either, with Lizzo making sure to show off her Yitty brand necklace. “Throw a [heart-on-fire-emoji] in the comments if you think this styling by @aliyasinterlude on C-E-Ho @lizzobeating is FIRE AF!” the caption read.

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar regarding the brand launch, Lizzo spoke about what she hopes to achieve. “I was like, I wanna create a product that, even if you see it, it’s not shameful. It’s not embarrassing.
