Remy Ma Tells Joe Budden To Stop Trolling About His Sexuality

Remy Ma recently appeared on The Jason Lee Show and said that Joe Budden should stop trolling about his sexuality. Moreover, many believe that some of the rapper and commentator’s past comments hint at him being LGBTQIA+. Remy’s message to Budden, though, is in the context of a close relationship, as they cohosted State of the Culture together. Of course, he hasn’t strictly confirmed anything or gone into more detail concerning his sexuality. Still, the New York hi-hop legend wants the podcaster to quit with the games and open up.

“I gotta call Joe,” Remy told Jason Lee on his RevoltTV show. “Because I feel like we’re close enough for him to be honest with me about his sexuality… Because I be confused.” However, Lee offered some pushback, suggesting that the media personality is just trolling. In response, she told Budden to either clarify things or stop making references to his sexuality altogether. “Yeah, but stop!” the “All The Way Up” spitter responded to Lee. “He got me out in the streets arguing with people in his defense.”

Furthermore, rumors first circled of the Slaughterhouse MC’s sexuality back in 2021. On an episode of his show, he briefly remarked that he “likes guys and girls,” first prompting Internet sleuths to speculate. Later, the former Everyday Struggle host tweeted a message seemingly addressing the conversation. “I see the word got out!! Continue to spread the word [please].” In fact, his ex-girlfriend Tahiry Jose suggested that Joe might be open to new things. In addition, rumors sparked again after he said he’d “break” Lil Fizz, reacting to his nudes allegedly leaking. Also, he made a joke about making “fizz” come out of the singer, reality show star, and B2K member.

“I am not gay or bisexual. I’m flattered,” Joe remarked in a subsequent episode of his radio show and podcast. “What I said about Fizz, I was joking. That was a joke, but you never know how the joke feels until you’re on the other side of it.” While she took a moment to talk about Budden, Remy Ma actually went to The Jason Lee Show to promote her upcoming rap battle. Regardless, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest on Joe Budden & Remy Ma.

Remy Ma Calls Drill Rap “Overrated”

It may be one of the leading subgenres in Hip Hop, but Remy Ma has quite a bit to say about Drill. As a veteran, Remy has witnessed the evolution of Rap as it has shifted sonically and culturally as time moves forward. Remy recently sat down with The Jason Lee Show, and while there, she dropped off a few thoughts about Drill’s influence. Despite the genre’s popularity, Remy suggested she’s not a huge fan.

“Okay, I don’t have an exact person, but I do feel like a lot of the Drill music is like, overrated,” said Remy. “I don’t know what they’re saying.” She then mimicked what she believed Drill tracks sounded like. “That’s all everybody listen to.” Lee chimed in to say he wasn’t even sure which artists were Drill.”

Remy added that it isn’t necessarily an artist but a sound. “I feel like that whole genre is super overrated. Literally out here killing—these artists, they’re 14, 15, 16. Killing each other. I feel like, it’s the way people are acting like it’s this whole big thing, but I don’t really think any of them is getting the money that they should. Off of their YouTube views and off of their music. And it’s overrated to me. Out here dying over it.”

In February 2022, New York City’s mayor Eric Adams declared a war of sorts on Drill. “Violent people who are using drill rapping to post who they killed, and then antagonize the people who they are going to kill is what the problem is,” he told reporters. Adams faced pushback from Rap artists and supporters. Later, he met with several artists to have a conversation that went beyond criticism of music.

Additionally, within the last few years, we’ve seen outlets speak out. Radio personalities, specifically, have declared they won’t play Drill music where artists are blatantly sparking beefs and dissing people who have been murdered. This hasn’t stopped rappers from continuing to pen incideniary lyrics.

Chrisean Rock Says Lizzo Dressed Up As Her On Halloween “For Attention”

Chrisean Rock is used to people delivering their opinions about her on social media, and she’s answering questions about Lizzo. Last Halloween, the “About Damn Time” hitmaker shared her costume on Instagram. She dressed up as Rock and even gave her rendition of the Crazy in Love star’s performance of her single, “Vibe.”

In an interview on The Jason Lee Show, the host revisited when Lizzo copied Rock’s look. “She did that for attention,” Rock quickly replied.

The rapper clarified that she didn’t hate the nod.

“I like it,” she continued. “It’s just different—sometimes it hard to come with like…it’s different when they want attention or they show love.”

Lee didn’t think Lizzo was trying to hate on Chrisean and noted he believed the hitmaker wasn’t being malicious.

“I didn’t really get mad, I’m just telling you. ‘What you think about it?’ I would be like, really gullible,” Rock further said. “I don’t know if I’m scared to be gullible. I don’t know, some people just like to laugh at me. So, I don’t know if they doing it to make me a joke or…”

Rock continued, “I like her, yeah! But I don’t know if it’s a joke or what’s up.”

Lee repeatedly emphasized, “We love Lizzo.”

Meanwhile, Chrisean and Blueface recently filmed a music video where the pair stood for a fake wedding. Rock has long stated that she will marry her rapper beau one day; however, Blueface repeatedly makes it clear that he has no intention of exchanging vows.

Blueface Says Gunna Dry Snitched

The explosive romance between Blueface and Chrisean Rock is being highlighted once again, this time on The Jason Lee Show. The couple has earned attention for their often hostile moments, many of which make their way to social media. The volatile relationship has also been at the center of their reality show, Crazy in Love, and Lee sat down with them to set the record straight.

However, their fights and insults weren’t the only topics of conversation. Lee brought up YSL’s RICO case, more specifically, Gunna agreeing to a plea deal. The rapper has been criticized by the masses and accused of snitching. Blueface and Chrisean were asked if they believed Gunna is a snitch.

Lee called Blueface’s manager Wack 100 “the courts of the streets” who already agreed that Gunna snitched by taking a plea.

“Wack, what the f*ck you say?!” Chrisean yelled to him off-camera while laughing. However, Blueface gave an answer.

“Yeah, he dry snitched,” the rapper said. Rock told him, “You ain’t got nothin’ to do with that.”

Meanwhile, Gunna has laid low as those conversations continue. Fourteen YSL co-defendants are currently on trial, while eight have already accepted pleas. Gunna’s attorney insists the rapper will not cooperate with the authorities, but that hasn’t kept those allegations from pouring in.

Additionally, the YSL case has seen several strange moments in the courtroom. A juror was punished for skipping a hearing to go to the Dominican Republic.

Later, Young Thug was handed a Percocet by one of his co-defendants. More recently, a defendant was allegedly roughed up by a deputy after spitting on him.

Blueface & Chrisean Rock Talk Marriage & Attempted Murder Charges With Jason Lee

There has been an onslaught of information about Chrisean Rock and Blueface in recent weeks. The volatile couple’s unraveling has already occurred on social media, but now, their reality series gives an intimate look at their relationship. The Zeus network has come under fire for featuring the pair on Crazy in Love, and now, it looks like they’re dishing even more on The Jason Lee Show.

The new Revolt series launched with an expansive interview with Cardi B, and Lee returns with a chat with the Hip Hop couple that has taken over timelines.

In a trailer shared by Lee, Blueface and Rock look much happier than recent occurrences would suggest. They cuddled up close on the couch as Lee attempted to fire off questions, but he was met with the pair opting to make out instead.

Blueface joked about his attempted murder charges stemming from a shooting in Las Vegas. Elsewhere, he was adamant that he would never marry Rock, but she countered his decision.

This was a more carefree chat than their recent stint on No Jumper. Videos from that feature went viral after Chrisean was seen being physically removed after Blue asked for her to be kicked out.

Although Blueface claims he’s done with Rock, it doesn’t look like they are splitting for good anytime soon.

Cardi B Details Having Suicidal Thoughts: “I Wanted To Be Dead”

Hollywood Unlocked founder Jason Lee has set off a new venture with help from Cardi B. The Jason Lee Show arrives courtesy of Revolt and recently shared its premiere episode with the Grammy winner. This conversation was anticipated due to Lee and Cardi’s personal friendship, and the rapper detailing opinions that she may have otherwise avoided with other platforms.

There are several takeaways from Cardi’s interview, but fans paid close attention to her responses about ongoing harassment. “I’m afraid to be vulnerable because people wanna say, ‘Oh, you looking for sympathy,’” she said.

“I wasn’t a celebrity,” she added. “I was somebody that really wanted to be dead.” Cardi said during this time, it was difficult to be an attentive mother or wife. “It just made me cry. It was a point that I felt like I was so weak of a person that I was [too] weak to be a mom.”
