Foolio Murder Suspect Bobs Head To Yungeen Ace Song During Court Hearing

If Gudda Zay is wanting to “be home soon”, then he is really not doing a great job with that. The rapper, real name Isaiah Chance, is a current suspect of the murder of Jacksonville, Florida rapper, Foolio. The latter was tragically killed while celebrating his 26th birthday at a Tampa Holiday Inn in late June. As it stands, Chance is one of three in custody, as it seems there is still a fifth one on the loose. According to HypeFresh, Chance’s, Sean Gathright’s, and Alicia Andrews’ next court hearing will go down in September.

However, before that point, there is some potentially revealing evidence that could be used against Chance in future court appearances. HypeFresh and No Jumper got their hands on some footage which shows the over-confident suspect vibing to some of Yungeen Ace’s music during his hearing. Ace obviously has a lot of history with Foolio, dissing him on multiple occasions. Both were/are in rival gangs, so it would appear that Chance could have some affiliation with Ace based on him bobbing his head to his music.

Or, Chance could be with another gang that is not known of yet. If that’s the case, that’s what these future trials are for. He’s currently facing a first-degree murder charge at the time of writing, which has fans really wondering why he would do such a thing. “Yea bros done 😂 they done used the goobie goober method on him”, one IG user says. “He just told without telling”, another adds.

What are your thoughts on this Foolio murder suspect bobbing his head to some Yungeen Ace in court? Do you think Isaiah Chance is bound to receive time based on this video, why or why not? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Donald Trump Shooting Suspect’s Photos Go Viral After He’s Identified As Registered Republican

Yesterday, Donald Trump was targeted by a gunman at a Pennsylvania rally in an apparent assassination attempt, leaving social media users shocked. The former president was speaking to supporters when a bullet grazed his right ear. He was then promptly ushered away whilst raising a fist in the air and taken to a nearby hospital. Trump was later released and appears to be on track to a full recovery. Sadly, the shooting claimed the life of one man in attendance and seriously wounded two others.

At around midnight, Trump was spotted getting off of a jet at Newark Liberty International Airport, the first the public has seen of him since the shooting. His expression was neutral, though he did wave to nearby photographers. As reactions to the shocking incident continued to roll in this morning, the FBI confirmed the identity of the individual responsible, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks.

Shooting Suspect Identified As Thomas Matthew Crooks

Crooks was killed by the Secret Service on the scene, and his home was later raided by the FBI. Reportedly, he was a registered Republican, and officials are still trying to determine a motive. Photos and clips of Crooks are now making their rounds online as the public waits to hear more. One clip shows him at a Bethel High School graduation ceremony in 2022, smiling as he holds up a diploma. An undated yearbook photo shows him wearing a grey t-shirt featuring an American flag.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Crooks’ car was located not far from where the rally was held. Reportedly, authorities also found explosive devices inside. Trump shared a message with his supporters on Truth Social earlier today, thanking them for their thoughts and prayers. Young Dolph’s Alleged Murder Organizer Arrested In Separate Case

Hernandez Govan, who has been accused of ordering a hit on Young Dolph in 2021, was arrested and charged with stalking, driving with a suspended license, and having an improperly mounted license tag in Southaven, Mississippi on Sunday. He posted a $2,250 bail and walked out of DeSoto County Jail. He had already been out on a $90,000 bond for the murder case of the late rapper. His two co-defendants in that case, Justin Johnson and Cornelius Smith, are still in jail.

“We were apprised of Govan’s arrest on an unrelated preexisting warrant,” a Shelby County District Attorney’s Office spokesperson told FOX 13 Memphis, as caught by AllHipHop. “We are looking into the circumstances. The court will be made aware of the arrest.”

The constant delays in the Dolph case have been tough on his loved ones. Dolph’s longtime partner, Mia Jaye, previously vented about the situation in a lengthy post on social media. “It is truly hurtful that my family was robbed of a future,” she wrote before adding, “My love’s life was taken… and to be left behind to see NO ONE be held accountable in the court of law for the act… is INSANE…. Our family has witnessed lenient bonds being granted, absurd requests approved for the defendants to get a [change of] venue motion, freedom, more time to build a stronger defense… witnessed songs be made, defendants enjoying life while on [house arrest]… all while our loved one is 6feet deep, waiting for JUSTICE to be served… talk about disheartening, unfair, triggering and hurtful.” The two share a son named Trey and a daughter named Aria.

For the latest stalking charge, Govan will appear in court on August 20 while the trial for Dolph’s murder begins in September. Be on the lookout for further updates on Young Dolph on HotNewHipHop.

They authorized the criminal homicide warrant after he was identified as one of the three suspects involved in the robbery-related shooting outside of a music studio. Cameron is reportedly out on bond for the September 2021 murder of Josh Evans.

Jam Master Jay Case: Third Murder Suspect Could Avoid Trial With Plea Deal

In February of this year, Karl Jordan Jr. and Ronald Washington were found guilty of the murder of Run-DMC icon Jam Master Jay, and one of their alleged co-conspirators is currently awaiting trial. The third suspect, Jay Bryant, is currently in talks with prosecutors about a plea deal, per his attorney Cesar de Castro. This means it’s possible for Bryant to avoid going to trial altogether.

Reportedly, these conversations began in the weeks following the other two suspects’ guilty verdicts. Jordan and Washington are accused of killing Jam Master Jay over a drug deal. Allegedly, Bryant helped the duo gain entry to the recording studio where he was murdered, opening a fire escape door.

Jay Bryant Allegedly Assisted Karl Jordan Jr. and Ronald Washington In The Murder Of Jam Master Jay

American hip hop group Run-DMC (American rapper Joseph ‘Run’ Simmons, American musician and DJ Jason ‘Jam Master Jay’ Mizell (1965-2002), and American rapper Darryl ‘DMC’ McDaniels) attend the 1987 Soul Train Music Awards, held at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium in Santa Monica, California, 23rd March 1987. Run-DMC won the awards for ‘Best Rap Single’ for ‘Walk This Way; and ‘Best Rap Album’ for ‘Raising Hell’. (Photo by Vinnie Zuffante/Getty Images)

Bryant’s DNA was found on a hat located in said studio. Previously, his uncle accused him of carrying out the actual shooting, but no other witnesses corroborated his claim. He’s “involved, but he’s not the killer,” according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Artie McConnell.

“More than two decades after they killed Jason Mizell in his recording studio, Jordan and Washington have finally been held accountable for their cold-blooded crime driven by greed and revenge,” U.S. Attorney Breon Peace stated after Jordan and Washington were found guilty on all counts. “That the victim, professionally known as Jam Master Jay, was a Hip-Hop icon and Run-DMC’s music was born in Hollis, Queens, in this very district, and beloved by so many, adds to the tragedy of a life senselessly cut short.” What do you think of another one of Jam Master Jay’s accused killers being in talks about a plea deal? Young Dolph Trial’s Judge Scorches His Alleged Killer In Court: Watch

The trial for the murder of Young Dolph is meant to be an unbiased and fair one, but that is becoming quite difficult to see these days. However, it’s important to note that it’s for external reasons, so there’s no actual threat of injustice when it comes to the verdict. Moreover, this stems from Shelby County Judge Jennifer Mitchell’s recent reprimanding of prime suspect Hernandez Govan in a Tennessee courtroom this week, according to court documents obtained by AllHipHop. For those unaware, he sought a change in his bond terms, as he wants to be able to find employment to provide for his family.

Furthermore, Govan stands accused as the mastermind behind the hit on Young Dolph. The court charged him with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder. They arrested the suspect in November of 2022, a year after the rapper’s passing, and granted him a $90K bond and house arrest arrangements. This also follows other developments in this court proceeding, such as authorities seeking jurors outside of Memphis to lessen the risk of bias in the outcome.

Judge Slams Young Dolph’s Alleged Murderer: Watch

Back to Judge Mitchell, though, she chastised Govan for his behavior during this bond and house arrest term. “Mr. Govan, I don’t have to tell you how serious these charges are,” she began her remarks about the Young Dolph case. Mitchell believes he is “playing fast and loose with the court” and disrespected the judicial process. “You’re doing interviews… and the court doesn’t like the fact that you feel free enough to do interviews. You are to not have any interviews with anybody for any reason.”

“Please don’t give me any reason to revoke this bond,” Judge Mitchell concluded her statement. The court will review Govan’s bond conditions on March 1, and it’s unclear how this will impact the rest of the trial. However, there’s already a lot of speculation and dissatisfaction with how this whole thing is panning out, and whether this will really bring the justice the late Memphis legend deserves. Unfortunately for us, we’ll just have to wait and see. On that note, log back into HNHH for the latest news and updates on the Young Dolph trial.

Man Arrested For Alleged Involvement In Blac Youngsta’s Brother’s Murder

Blac Youngsta’s brother Tomanuel Benson was tragically shot and killed in August of last year, a case that saw little development in its immediate aftermath. However, that recently changed as authorities arrested a 28-year-old man in Memphis for his alleged involvement in the shooting. For those unaware, the rapper’s brother passed away after a shooting at a Memphis gas station. An investigation into the incident resulted in police naming Randy Darnell Ewing Jr. as a suspect, and warrants for his arrest emerged shortly after. This is the most recent development following a months-long manhunt that hadn’t resulted in any concrete news up until this point.

Furthermore, Ewing Jr. received charges of second-degree murder, criminally attempted second-degree murder, violations of the sex offender registry law, and other firearm offense-related charges. U.S. Marshals worked with Memphis PD and Shelby County’s Sheriff’s Office to capture Blac Youngsta’s brother’s alleged killer after a short chase on Tuesday night (February 13), according to AllHipHop. They found Ewing Jr. while armed and treated him for his injuries sustained during the chase before transferring him to Shelby County Jail. Detectives and other authorities remain tight-lipped when it comes to possible motives.

Meanwhile, this is how Blac Youngsta mourned his brother on social media. “I Love U Baby Brother Rest Up,” he wrote on his Instagram Story at the time. “I’m Gone Make The World Pay. I Swear To God Nobody Safe. Standing Over Everybody. Everybody #4LIFE. Gone Make Sure They Feel Me I Promise. Life Will Never Me The Same But God Got Me. I’m The Strongest Man N The World.”

Still, the rapper has also done a lot in his career as of late to make sure he is tributing Tomanuel Benson in every facet of his life. For example, he seemed to dedicate one of his most recent projects, Blac Sheep 2, to his late brother, preserving their bond and this shock in his life in musical form. Hopefully this case continues to move forward at a brisk pace and picks things up very soon. Memphis Police Update Big Jook Murder Case With Pictures Of Suspect’s Vehicle

Yo Gotti’s older brother Big Jook was tragically shot and killed outside of a Memphis restaurant on Saturday (January 13), and Memphis police are working hard to find the culprit. Moreover, they released images of a white Ford Explorer, and according to FOX13, investigators believe that this is the vehicle and person responsible. In addition, they noted some of its features: no license plate, dark-tinted windows, and black wheels. As such, they seek help from locals and the general public when it comes to tracing the culprit down and solving the case of Jook (real name Anthony Mims) promptly. Law enforcement and investigators believe that the suspect or suspects executed a targeted attack, not a random act of violence.

Furthermore, Memphis PD responded to gunshot reports outside Perignons Restaurant and Event Center. Medical officials pronounced Big Jook dead after he arrived at St. Francis Hospital, whereas another injured victim was airlifted to Regional One Health in a critical state. Another report claims that Yo Gotti and Jook’s mother was with him at the time of the shooting, and fled the scene before the bullets fatally struck him. This is a largely unconfirmed report, though, so take it with a grain of salt as more information comes out in the near future.

While police haven’t arrested or identified any suspects yet, they provided pictures of the alleged suspect’s car thanks to video footage they received of the incident. “We do feel that [the suspect] possibly targeted [the victim],” Memphis Police’s Deputy Chief Paul Wright theorized at a press conference. Shortly after this tragedy, footage circled online of Big Jook and Yo Gotti at a relative’s funeral that took place shortly before it. We know they likely spent Christmas together, as Gotti gave lavish gifts to his family.

Meanwhile, other folks pointed to the CMG boss‘ brother’s eerie caption for his last Instagram post before he passed. “They don’t want to face you they wanna snake you… Stay alert 2 stay alive watch your back at all times… Put snakes on the plate and eat great.” For more news and the latest updates on Yo Gotti and this case, stay up to date on HNHH.

Young Dolph’s Accused Murderer Meets New Judge

Last month, it was revealed that the man accused of being behind Young Dolph’s murder would have a new judge assigned to his trial. The suspect, Hernandez Govan, met the new judge who will oversee his case for the first time earlier this week, Judge Jennifer Mitchell. Govan was charged in connection to the Memphis rapper’s murder along with three other men, Justin Johnson, Cornelius Smith, and Jermarcus Johnson.

He allegedly planned the attack. The other men are accused of stealing the vehicle used to carry it out, and firing off the deadly gunshots. Young Dolph was shot several times at his favorite bakery, Makeda’s Homemade Cookies, in November of 2021. The judge formrely overseeing the case, Judge Lee Coffee, was removed due to his alleged mistreatment of Justin Johnson. “It would appear to a reasonable person that Judge Coffee has a prejudice of a personal character directed at the defendant,” the Court of Criminal Appeals said of his removal.

Justin Johnson, also known by rap moniker Straight Drop, released a song called “No Statements” last year from behind bars. Coffee later called the facility Johnson was at and had them put him in administrative isolation. The warden claims that no rules were broken by Johnson recording the song.

Govan was released from jail earlier this year on a $90K bond, and has since been on house arrest. During his meeting in the courtroom with Judge Mitchell on Thursday (November 2), she simply urged him not to violate his bond ahead of his next court appearance. His next appearance in scheduled for December 14 of this year. What do you think of Hernandez Govan meeting the new judge overseeing his case for the first time?
