ASAP Rocky and Rihanna never fail to flex their power couple status, and their latest date night was certainly no exception. Recently, the pair was spotted out and about in New York City, unsurprisingly dressed to impress. ASAP Rocky rocked a crisp navy blue suit, which a complemented with a pair of dark shades. As for RiRi, she stunned in a satiny button-up top and some distressed jeans. She topped off her looks with various sparkling silver accessories, heels, and a fun braided updo.

At the time of writing, it remains unclear exactly what the duo was up to during their night out, but it’s far from the first time they set couple goals. Earlier this month, for example, they debuted matching “1988” tattoos. Rihanna’s is on her ankle while ASAP Rocky’s is on his back, and the ink marks the year they were both born.

Last month, Rihanna also hinted at possibly expanding their family during a chat with ET in June. They already share two sons, RZA and Riot Rose. The hitmaker revealed that she’s looking forward to welcoming more children with the rapper, though she took the opportunity to clarify that she’s not expecting at the moment. “You know what, I hope so,” she said about having more kids. “I’m not pregnant if that’s what you’re asking.”

After all, both of them have been keeping busy as of late, with music and their other endeavors. They have new albums in the works, and Rihanna also just launched Fenty Hair. While RiRi’s next project doesn’t have an official release date yet, Rocky’s Don’t Be Dumb is expected to drop on August 30. Fortunately, they didn’t appear to have any issues this time around, despite Censori going pantsless. Amid all of this, Ye’s been keeping it pretty casual. He was seen in a pair of black sweatpants and a matching hoodie on their latest excursion. Pink Friday 2 wildly outsold this new Meg LP in its first week, something that the Barbz were very quick to bring up as the conversation shifted to commercial success. Sadly, there isn’t a whole lot of discussion on which album is actually better, but that’s just the way discourse goes these days. Still, even with this in mind, it’s nothing to feel defeated or bitter over either way.

Destroy Lonely has a lot of jewelry, so we’re sure that when he reportedly lost his upside-down diamond cross pendant during his Rolling Loud Europe performance, he didn’t flinch too much. But one man’s trash might become another man’s treasure, as someone found his pendant and put it up for sale on eBay for $50K. However, it seems like this listing for the “Luv 4 Ya” rapper’s ice disappeared as of writing this article, so maybe somebody bought it, the seller took it down, or they got called out on cap enough. Regardless, it’s wild to see these alleged possessions come up online, and in this case, especially so soon after the Vienna show went down.

But Destroy Lonely has much more important matters to attend, such as domestic abuse allegations against him that recently surfaced online. “Everybody who know me in real life knows this aint facts or me im not proving myself to the internet or no woman,” he wrote in a since-deleted Twitter rant denying these claims and accusing his former partner of subjecting him to violence. These remain just allegations at press time, and little else emerged about the supposed situation since it initially blew up. We’ll see if the rest of 2024 holds any more developments in this regard.

We’re sure that another revamp is just around the corner, as she never likes to box herself in for too long.

Furthermore, Doja Cat’s sensibilities in the wardrobe world extend to her surprising skills at quickly and engagingly dealing with outfit malfunctions mid-performance. For example, she recently turned a faulty mini-skirt into a mini-part of a concert, ripping it off as she performed and putting that frustrated energy into her vocal performance. Of course, mishaps like these aren’t necessarily uncommon across performers. But few artists can say they handled them as uniquely and as entertainingly as this example.

However, one thing that artists usually can’t control when they’re on stage performing is how much the crowd knows their material or is willing to engage with it live. During her recent tour, Doja Cat also expressed some visible frustration with how a festival crowd wasn’t singing along with her. We’ve all seen headlines about rappers and musicians acting out at live performances when it comes to the crowd, and some are more measured while others go all out. But it doesn’t change the bizarre feeling it must give, so we can’t blame them for letting that show every once in a while.
