Gunna Dodges Street Interview In Awkward Clip: Watch

Sometimes, celebrities just want to be left alone… in fact, that’s probably how they feel most of the time. Still, they often have to put on a smile for the cameras and play along, although they occasionally just make their reluctance clear. Interestingly enough, Gunna just proved that you can do that while still being polite to a fan in a new, albeit awkward clip. One interviewer walked up to him with his phone and asked him about his fit. The clip abruptly cuts off before going into another question from the recorder, which indicates that either someone cut his response or Wunna just didn’t give one.

Of course the College Park MC dripped down; he recently attended New York Fashion Week. Whether he talked about his fit or ignored the fan is a question we might never know. Moreover, that edit could’ve saved the interviewer a bit of embarrassment, but it’s still clear from his dejected walk that Gunna wasn’t interested in talking. Before leaving, the recorder praised his single “fukumean” and his Barclays show, for which he looked back and said “Thank you.”

Considering all the drama, gossip, and vulture-circling that’s dogged the 30-year-old as of late, it’s understandable that he’s averse to the media, be it big or small. There’s still a lot of debate around his role in the YSL RICO case, with neither side letting up for the other. Regardless of all that, Gunna continues to find massive success and cultivate his die-hard fanbase. For example, the aforementioned “fukumean” overtook Drake’s “Search & Rescue” as the most streamed rap song of the year in the United States.

Meanwhile, the day that the Drip Season hitmaker returns for an interview or other media appearance will be a massive one. People are as curious as ever about the personal stories within the YSL RICO case, as exploitative as some find that to be. It’s one of the most important developments in the genre this decade, but Gunna is not letting it define him. For more news and the latest updates on the trap rapper, check back in with HNHH.

Moneybagg Yo’s “All Dat” Reminds Him Of Ex Megan Thee Stallion, The Feature

Moneybagg Yo was recently approached on the street somewhere in New York by a social media interviewer. Moreover, he asked the Memphis rap star, out of nowhere, what song reminds him of his ex. His answer was quite hilarious, considering that his pick “All Dat” literally features his ex, fellow hip-hop hitmaker Megan Thee Stallion. Then, he proceeded to rap a couple of lines from the track: “What you doin’ with all that a**? Let me touch it, she say it’s mine, so I smack it when I f**k it.” Perhaps the funniest part of the whole exchange is that, whether genuinely or for more laughs and engagement, the interviewer seemed to have no idea he was talking to one of the biggest rappers out of Tennessee right now.

Furthermore, Moneybagg Yo is getting fans ready for his next mixtape Hard To Love: Heartless Edition. Unfortunately, hype for it slightly quelled when the “Ocean Spray” MC announced that he delayed it from this week to the next (June 3) out of respect for Taylor Swift. She dropped her Ice Spice collab, the “Karma” remix this week, and as a big fan, he had to open up the door for her. it’s not like she would’ve sold very little otherwise, but big props go out to the 31-year-old for that one.

Moneybagg Yo Gets Reminded Of His Ex With A Specific (And Obvious) Song

While the two broke up a few years ago, it seems like everything is good between them. During a 2020 interview, Moneybagg Yo spoke briefly on what caused his split with Megan Thee Stallion. “Two strong personalities just bumping heads a lot,” he shared. “It didn’t work but I always wish her the best. I’m really proud of her. The Megan I know and the Megan ya’ll know are two different things. It’s still love, we just didn’t see eye to eye.” In addition, he explained that they weren’t able to spend that much time together in the first place. “That’s why I ended up getting a dog for her, cause I feel it’ll still be a part of me.”

Meanwhile, the two seem to still be in healthy relationships since, Meg with Pardison Fontaine and Moneybagg with Ari Fletcher. Sure, Meg’s relationship fell victim to some breakup rumors, but it seems like things are sailing smoothly. Regardless, that’s for them to know and for us to find out whenever they want to open themselves up to the public. Ray J Loses Out To Cheesesteaks In Street Interview

The cheesesteak is a Philadelphia staple. Perfectly cooked beefsteak, melted cheese, fried onions, and peppers if you’re feeling controversial. All served on a soft hoagie roll. There are few culinary experiences better than a high-quality cheesesteak. Furthermore, they can be found across Philadelphia (and beyond, but is it really a cheesesteak if it’s not from Philly?). Also, pro tip when traveling to Philadelphia – avoid the “name-brand” cheesesteak shops and find the ones the locals actually eat at.

Ray J, on the other hand, is more of an acquired taste. The rapper, made most famous by his early 2000s sex tape with Kim Kardashian, is not the first person who comes to mind when you discuss “snaccs”. Maybe that’s a harsh thing to say but we’re just reporting the facts here. After all, this sentiment has been made all the more evident in a new street interview from 856 Entertainment. And yes, there is a reason why we were talking about cheesesteaks to begin with.

The People Want Cheesesteaks, Not Ray J

856 Entertainment took to the streets to discover the answer to one very similar question. Would people rather have a cheesesteak, or dinner with Ray J? On the one hand you have a free cheesesteak, made however you want. On the other, you have the 42-year-old rapper and founder of Raycon. We know which we would pick, and so did the people that spoke with 856.

The people overwhelmingly chose the Philly specialty. Some people barely heard the question before enthusiastically saying the cheesesteak. Additionally, a number of the interviewees gave a very simple reason why – “who the fuck is Ray J?” It was a landslide for the sandwich. But to add insult to injury, the interviewees weren’t done roasting the rapper. In the last clip shown, the interviewee was asked. “Because he’s ugly” was the woman’s simple reply. It seems that vox populi prevails again and the cheesesteak is the overwhelmingly preferred option. But what about you, dear reader? Free cheesesteak or dinner with Ray J? Let us know in the comments and check HotNewHipHop for all the latest gossip and news.
