Chief Keef Delivers Highly-Anticipated 'Almighty So 2'

Chicago rap icon Chief Keef has released his highly anticipated album Almighty So 2 via his label, 43B, in partnership with BMG and RBC Records. The sequel to his acclaimed 2013 project “Almighty So,” the new album spans 16 tracks and delves deep into Keef’s artistic evolution.

Crafted over two years, Almighty So 2 showcases Keef’s growth as an emcee and producer. With production largely handled by the artist, the album boasts a raw and unfiltered sound, focusing on Keef’s sharp lyricism and dynamic vocal delivery.

The album kicks off with the epic intro “Almighty,” featuring a sample of Carl Orff’s “Carmina Burana.” This sets the tone for the larger-than-life narrative that unfolds. From there, Keef explores a range of sounds and influences, from classic hip-hop samples to modern trap beats, showcasing his versatility and creativity.

Keef enlists a lineup of collaborators to join him on the project, including Sexyy Red, Quavo, G Herbo, Tierra Whack, Lil Gnar, and Ballout. Each adds their unique flair to the album.

Almighty So 2 follows a string of successful releases from Keef, including the acclaimed mixtape “DIRTY NACHOS,” produced in collaboration with Mike-WiLL Made-It. With his latest album, Chief Keef reaffirms his status as one of hip-hop’s most innovative and influential artists, delivering a project that will resonate with fans, old and new.

Almighty So 2 is now available for streaming on all major platforms via 43B / RBC Records.

Zach Bryan Brought Out Sexyy Red During His Recent ‘The Quittin Time Tour’ Stop And Users Online Are Obsessed With The Unlikely Duo’s Mashup

Typically when you think of country music, there is a set list of what immediately comes to mind. Well, thanks to one Queen Bey, that imagery has been expanded. So, when Zach Bryan brought his The Quittin Time Tour to the Show-Me State, he was sure to channel that change.

On May 2, during the “I Remember Everything” singer’s visit to St. Louis, Missouri, Bryan treated concertgoers to a surprise cameo from a hometown hero. With several musicians native to the area finding someone to win over Enterprise Center wasn’t a difficult task. But Bryan wanted to shake things up and that exactly what Sexyy Red did. After hitting the stage, Sexyy added her own flair to the music with an impressive round of twerking.

Usually, country music is accompanied by line dancing, but simply put ass-throwing is universal. Plus opening acts The Middle East and Levi Turner provide enough of that earlier in the evening.

As expected the crowd ate Sexyy Red’s supporting performance up. After the show “Thank you for bringing me out Zach Bryan,” she wrote.

Bryan returned the love by way of a post on his official Instagram page. “Home of Sexyy Red,” he wrote. “Thank y’all so much for coming and you always got friends in us.”

Attendees and users online cheered on the duo’s now viral linkup.

“This is the generation that will end racism once and for all. It’s beautiful,” penned one user.

“This is why I love her so much. Twerking at a Zach Bryan show,” chimed another.

“I just watched Zach Bryan sing ‘Revival’ for 13 minutes while Sexyy Red danced around the stage for 13 minutes. There’s no show more St. Louis than that,” exclaimed one user.

“I love this soooo much omfg,” wrote another.

Following cameos from Bruce Springsteen, Kacey Musgrave, and Sexyy Red, Zach Bryan’s next onstage surprises have a high bar to meet.

Kendrick Lamar Disses Drake’s Relationship With Sexyy Red On “Euphoria” Diss Track

Kendrick Lamar just dropped “Euphoria,” his response track to Drake’s “Push Ups” and “Taylor Made Freestyle” amid their beef. You’ve probably already heard the track, but if you haven’t, we’d recommend you check it out before getting into this angle, which a lot of people are already pointing to online. Moreover, K.Dot had some bars for Drizzy’s artistic relationship with Sexyy Red. “When I see you standing by Sexyy Red. I believe you see two bad b***hes,” he raps on the cut. “I believe you don’t like woman, that’s real competition, you might pop a** with them.” This also ties into another bar that the Compton lyricist has here, seemingly about the Toronto creative’s alleged plastic surgery.

Furthermore, this doesn’t really come off as much of a shot at Sexyy Red, but more so a comment on Drake’s complicated relationship with women in his music. After all, he’s thrown out shots against the likes of Megan Thee Stallion, someone that Kendrick Lamar has shouted out as a force before on 2021’s “family ties,” for example. Also, it could speak to wanting to associate with these femcees not due to actual admiration or genuine support, but because the OVO mogul knows that they are real competitors to him and doesn’t want to be on their bad side. Of course, this is all speculative, but it’s rap beef: the cookie’s crumbling as it should.

Kendrick Lamar Addresses Sexyy Red & Drake On “Euphoria”

Elsewhere, folks are obviously going wild over this on social media, whether they’re a fan of “Euphoria” or they’re not impressed. What’s definitely true is that Kendrick Lamar included a lot of shots for Drake across six and a half minutes, and there are surely plenty of lines that people will continue to break down and discover new things about as time goes on. Turns out the wait was worth it. Would you agree?

Whatever your take is, let us know in the comments section down below. Given all of Drake’s trolling against Kendrick Lamar as of late, it will be interesting to see whether he stays in this mode or hits the booth right back. Both MCs have warned the other not to proceed, so maybe we’re in for a whole lot of alleged dirt. No matter what happens, Round 2 is here: sit back and enjoy the show.

Blueface’s Mom Karlissa Saffold Explains Sexyy Red Beef

Blueface’s mother Karlissa Saffold isn’t the biggest Sexyy Red fan in the world. Towards the end of last year, she called the St. Louis MC “Stanky Red” and said that she was “barely cute,” which clearly did not slow down her momentum at all. Things even escalated again recently, but as Saffold usually does, she took to her Instagram Live from the comfort of a jacuzzi to explain any issues that there could be between them. For one, she suggested that they don’t actually have any issues with one another, and that this is all just the result of Internet humor and easy misconceptions.

“I am not beefing with Sexyy Red,” Karlissa Saffold began her IG Live clip following their exposed DM exchange. “Didn’t she say I said sorry to her? That was in December. So I guess, you know, time’s getting a little hard. But that was in December. I apologized to her, so how am I beefing with her if I apologized to her? Shut the f**k up. I’m trying to help you out, and you over here talking about somebody else that already got more contracts than me and you.

Karlissa Saffold Says There’s No Beef With Sexyy Red

“Thank you Sexyy for posting my page,” Blueface’s mom continued about Sexyy Red. “They want you to post theirs too, so they over here trying to be haters like they did with Chrisean Rock, all mad as f**k and s**t. That’s why we ain’t gon’ help y’all ’cause y’all h*es f***ing mad. I ain’t gon’ never forget you instigating h*es either. You weirdos. Y’all want that baby to be so disrespectful to the mama instead of wanting her to help me. Now you f***ing mad. All these babies is mine, I’m the mama. Me and Mr. Saffold, he in one room, and I’m in another. We just trying to be cordial, but that ain’t gon’ take away from my hot old b***h summer. You shouldn’t have f***ed her before summer got here, so it is what it is.

“I’m about to be in GloRilla’s video, I’m about to be in Sexyy Red’s video, I’m about to be in Diamond’s video, Rollie’s video, and Kaliii’s video,” she went on. “You might as well call me an old bad b***h all summer long. I’m about to get me a real jacuzzi so y’all can stop hating on my fake jacuzzi. Yes, honey, so make sure y’all go and tell GloRilla and Megan, my daughter-in-law, and Sexyy Red that it’s about to be an old b***h summer. We don’t need Caresha and them. *laughs* We don’t need none of them pissy problems.” For more news and updates on Karlissa Saffold and Sexyy Red, come back to HNHH.

Sexyy Red Starstruck While Taking Picture With A Fan, Premieres Green Hair On IG

Sexyy Red has become such a star in hip-hop for a lot of things. She is unapologetically herself no matter the circumstance, her raunchy bangers are always turning fans up, and she has co-signs from some of the biggest names in the game. However, she is also quite controversial for all of those reasons we just mentioned. A lot of people feel her fame is not deserved. But you know she is just going to keep chugging along and going about her business and spreading her face across the internet. Sexyy Red has been doing more of the same lately after a semi-viral picture with a fan.

The Missouri rapper quote tweeted a video on X (formerly Twitter) in which a tall and handsome male fan asked for a picture. As you can see from the clip, Sexyy was more than happy to do this supporter a favor. She was giggling and cheesing the whole time and she admitted she was a little smitten. “He sexyy so I’m nervous 😉👉🏿👈🏿,” she replied.

In addition to this video, Ms. Red also has another new hairdo. Over the course of her career, we have seen her with all sorts of colored wigs. Pink, Red, Black, and now we have a bright green. In fact, it looks pretty similar to an extremely icomic DC comic book character. Sexyy agrees, because now she is calling herself “da Joker,” on Instagram.

What are your thoughts on Sexyy Red getting nervous around this fan and her new green hairdo? What look on her do you like the most and why? Do you think she will reach out to this fan? Tay Keith Reveals He Faced Massive Backlash For Working With Sexyy Red

Sexyy Red had a massive burst in popularity in 2023 that saw her rising from a relative unknown to one of the biggest stars in all of hip-hop. One of her biggest collaborators is producer Tay Keith, who helped craft her breakthrough hit. They worked together on “Pound Town” which eventually broke through when Nicki Minaj joined on for the “Pound Town 2” remix. They also teamed up on the viral “Skee Yee” which became an irresistible summer hit and viral TikTok anthem last summer. But in a new interview with Billboard, the producer revealed his choice to collaborate with Red didn’t go over well with everyone.

“People were trolling the sh*t out of me. They were real-deal trolling me. It wasn’t much good feedback. It was coming from even people around me, ‘What you doing?’ I saw the potential. That’s as simple as it was, me believing in her,” Tay Keith explains in the interview. “I think people doubted me working with her because they didn’t see the reason to do it. I definitely seen the potential. I tell people all the time how long I was watching Sexyy Red’s music before she blew up,” he continues. The producer also reveals that he was watching her videos on YouTube for a while before the pair finally collaborated. Check out his full interview below.

Sexyy Red Turns Club LIV In Miami All The Way Up With Her Performance

Sexyy Red is having a ball right now: recent live performances at events like Dreamville Fest, new material, and a whole lot of fan hype (despite some “beef” with an allegedly fake cousin). While a lot of people are starting to want something more from her, she was still no less electric when she gave folks a show at Club LIV in Miami, presumably over this past weekend. Moreover, the St. Louis MC offered a barefoot rendition of some of her biggest hits in an uncharacteristically blue outfit. From the passionately screamed lyrics coming from attendees’ mouths you can hear in the clip below, you can tell it was a pretty fun time.

Furthermore, Sexyy Red has a lot to promote and celebrate at the moment, including a highly teased remix of Nicki Minaj’s “FTCU” that dropped to fan acclaim. Every fanbase involved in this new version had some great things to say about it, although it wasn’t perfect reception across the board (but then again, what is?). Travis Scott got some props from the Barbz and Chris Brown fans commended his rapping skills. Considering how this career trajectory’s looked like up to this point, we can only expect more big remixes and collabs in the near future.

However, the 26-year-old has never forgotten the journey she endured to get here, whether its peaks or its valleys. For example, she recently responded to a fan who shared one of her first-ever music videos: a diss against her cheating boyfriend that’s a flip of Vanessa Carlton’s classic “A Thousand Miles” tilted “Ah Thousand Jugs.” “Neva give up ya time comin,” Sexyy Red responded to her throwback music video. It’s certainly important advice for anyone that’s on a grind with goals in mind, and she’s now an example of how that belief can manifest into something massive.

Meanwhile, the Hood Hottest Princess might not have guaranteed longevity just yet, but she’s certainly on a right path that will be hard to knock off-course. After all, the one and only Drake dubbed her the GOAT on her birthday earlier this month. We’ll see what other big moves, releases, and public appearances keep fueling this fire. For more news and the latest updates on Sexyy Red, keep checking in with HNHH.

Nicki Minaj Announces “FTCU” Remix With Travis Scott, Sexyy Red, And Chris Brown

Barbz rejoice, the remix Nicki Minaj has been teasing for weeks was finally announced. Earlier this month, she first floated the idea that she and Sexyy Red may be teaming up for a remix of her hit “FTCU.” They interacted on social media repeatedly in the weeks since and each time it had fans begging for more news on the upcoming track. Now fans got a surprise last-minute announcement not only revealing the track would drop tonight, but it features more contributions than originally expected.

Nicki just announced the “SLEEZE Mix” of “FTCU” which features a trio of artists with a variety of different styles. As previously announced, Sexyy Red will make an appearance on the track likely delivering her usual mix of hard-hitting and raunchy bars. Additionally, Travis Scott and Chris Brown will also appear on the track. While Minaj and Brown have collaborated numerous times before, she and Travis Scott have never formally crossed paths on a song. The announcement set fan hype into overdrive but they thankfully won’t have to wait long to hear the whole thing. Check out the artwork for the new song below.

Nicki Minaj’s New “FTCU” Remix Drops Tonight

Nicki Minaj is about to take off on the international leg of her Pink Friday 2 tour. She recently got some good news from a judges ruling. The ruling allowed her husband to travel with her for the next section of the tour. She needed the approval for his international travel due to his previous legal troubles. The couple celebrated the good news by sharing a family photo dump to Instagram with some shots of them alongside their son Papa Bear. Nicki is playing a trio of shows in Canada this month before heading to Europe in May.

Sexyy Red Causes Split Social Media Reaction After Twerking in Front of Her Son

SexyyRed007

Sexyy Red celebrated her birthday and went out twerking. The issue in certain social media sectors is her son, who is looking on in the moment. Red’s butt is in full view of the child, and another woman would playfully interact with him.

The reaction is split as some supported Sexyy Red, with one social media user writing: “So yall don’t dance in front of yall kids?? Yall just 2 step ok.”

You can see the moment below. What’s your take on it?

Returning down memory lane to the MySpace and Juicy Couture era, Sexyy Red has unveiled the video for her latest Billboard-charting single, “Get It Sexyy.” Produced by Tay Keith, the track has already amassed millions of streams and debuted impressively at #23 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Directed by Des Gray, the video captures the essence of the early 2000s, reminiscent of BET’s “106 & Park” playlist. Sexyy Red channels the era’s vibes, sporting tall tees and putting her spin on classic internet dance challenges. Notably, internet sensation Soulja Boy makes a cameo, contributing to a catchy dance routine akin to “Crank Dat.”

The star-studded video features appearances from Drake, humorously portrayed as Sexyy Red’s roller-skating rink date, along with cameos from Adin Ross, Rob49, Wizz Havinn, Fabo, Tay Keith, and more. “Get It Sexyy” marks Sexyy Red’s highest-charting solo single, surpassing her previous hit “SkeeYee.”

Chief Keef, Mike WiLL Made-It, & Sexyy Red Drop Off Music Video For “DAMN SHORTY”

Just over a month ago, Chief Keef and Mike WiLL Made-It, collaborated with Trap-A-Holics for their long-awaited mixtape DIRTY NACHOS. The rapper and producer tandem had been building up to this project for about a few years. In fact, the first single to be released for the project officially was “LOVE DON’T LIVE HERE,” which hit streaming platforms all the way back on June 15, 2021. Then, just a couple of months later of that same year, “HARLEY QUINN” dropped. Things would not ramp up again for the tape until February of this year with the self-titled track. Now, Keef and Mike are dropping the first music video and “DAMN SHORTY” is the first track up to bat.

The song had one of just three features on the 18-song tracklist and Sexyy Red was one of them. This marked the third time that Red and Keef collaborated. Before, the Chicago influencer laid down vocals for one track off the Hood Hottest Princess (Deluxe). That was “Ghetto Princess,” but Keef also contributed to a remix of “(F My Baby Dad)” called “Bow Bow Bow (F My Baby Mama).”
