Tiger Woods Hit With Sexual Harassment Allegation: Details

Tiger Woods is currently facing a pretty significant lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman. As we previously reported, this lawsuit is worth $30 million. Overall, it all stems from an ugly breakup in which Woods allegedly kicked Herman out of his home. Moreover, he reportedly told her he had planned a vacation for her. However, once she was driven to the airport, Woods’ people allegedly told her to not come back to the house. Additionally, there have been some pretty significant implied accusations.

For instance, before filing the lawsuit, Herman was looking to have her NDA nullified. This was being done under the Speak Out Act which makes all NDAs unenforceable in instances of abuse or sexual harassment. With the Speak Out Act being mentioned, there were all kinds of rumors floating around. Now, according to TMZ, Herman is very clearly accusing Woods of sexual harassment.

Tiger Woods Currently At The Center Of A Lawsuit

As she explained in new court documents, Tiger Woods gave her a job in 2014. Subsequently, they got into a relationship, and in 2017, he made her sign the NDA. Herman alleges that her job was threatened which constitutes as sexual harassment. Moreover, she is applying that same logic to the fact that she was kicked out of Woods’ home after breaking up. “The landlord made the availability of her housing conditional on her having sexual relationship with a co-tenant,” Herman’s attorneys explained. “That conduct amounts to sexual harassment under federal and Florida fair housing laws.”

Previously, Tiger Woods denied any wrongdoing in this case. He and his lawyers have also characterized Herman as an angry ex who just wants to get back at him. However, Herman has stood her ground and maintains that Woods has treated her poorly. This is a developing story, so stay tuned to HNHH for all of the latest news and updates.

Bella Thorne Recalls A Director Accusing Her Of Flirting When She Was 10 Years Old

Bella Thorne says that a director once accused her of flirting with him when she was just 10 years old. Throne recalled the incident during a discussion with Emily Ratajkowski on her High Low podcast.

“’What the fuck are you talking about man?’” she remembered thinking at the time. “I don’t give a fuck what the fuck I said. I don’t care if I said ‘eat my pussy right now.’ She is 10 years old! Why ever would you think that? Why?”

Thorne continued: “You’re in a director session—you can’t really say or do much. You do the scene, you say hello, you walk out. There’s no time to like ‘let me go sit on your lap’ or like make you feel uncomfortable. What the fuck are you talking about?”

“Just putting that on a 10-year-old child and making it like they made an adult man uncomfortable is insane… and then that was relayed to a casting director who was happy to relay that to your mom,” Ratajkowski said. “If you need a more fucked up story about Hollywood and, like, pedophilia and the sexualization of children, I don’t know if there is one.”

Ratajkowski has been open about her own struggles with sexual harassment in the industry. In 2021, she published a collection of essays titled My Body, in which she examined the commodification of the female body. In the book, she accuses Robin Thicke of groping her on the set for his “Blurred Lines” music video. The track was released in 2013.

Ashanti Reflects On Sexual Harassment In The Music Industry

Ashanti recently opened up on the sexual harassment she’s dealt with in the music industry over the years. Speaking with People, she reflected on the highs and lows of being a female artist.

“Honestly, I’m not sure if another artist would be able to deal with what I’ve dealt with,” Ashanti remarked to the outlet.

Ashanti explained that she’s always felt more like a “tomboy” and thus frequently found herself in rooms alone with men.

“I was always a tomboy, so I felt right at home with a bunch of big brothers,” she added. “If there was a beat I wanted, and another rapper on the label wanted, we would have to battle it out, and whoever wrote the best record got the beat. So, it made me stronger.”

The iconic singer also discussed a time when a male producer offered to help her with two songs for free. Afterward, he went back on his proposal and demanded she either shower with him or pay $40,000 for each track.

“I really, genuinely thought he was joking. You can feel like someone’s cool, and in the back of their mind, they have an ulterior motive,” she said. “Things like that can happen to Ashanti, so it can happen to anyone — and I’ve heard worse stories.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Ashanti discussed marriage and wanting to start a family. She says she has to “make sure it’s with the right person.”

Looking forward, Ashanti says she’s got an album in the works as well as a documentary about her life. Additionally, she’s working on a re-recorded version of her debut album.

Manager of R. Kelly Pleads Guilty To Stalking, Threatening Singer’s Sexual Abuse Victims

donnell russell r kelly

A manager and adviser to R&B singer and convicted sex trafficker R. Kelly is pleading guilty to stalking.  Federal prosecutors in New York City say Donnell Russell used threats, harassment, and intimidation to keep one of the singer’s sexual abuse victims quiet.

“Through the use of intimidation tactics, Russell repeatedly and purposefully worked to silence ‘Jane Doe’ from revealing the emotional and physical trauma inflicted on her by R. Kelly and his associates. Despite multiple threats, Russell ultimately failed in his efforts and will now face the consequences of his despicable behavior,” said HSI Acting Special Agent-in-Charge Patel. “HSI will continue to work together with our partners to support and empower survivors of abuse and exploitation to come forward and speak out against their abusers.”
