The Game’s Sexual Assault Accuser Goes After UMG

The Game’s sexual assault accuser, Priscilla Rainey, is now targeting the rapper’s label, Universal Music Group. She previously won a $7.1 million judgment against Game, but claims he only paid $383,502.39 of the royalties he owes. Rainey is hoping that UMG will help her receive the rest.

“Rainey respectfully requests that a post-judgment writ of garnishment be issued commanding Universal Music-MBG NA LLC, the Garnishee named above, to answer the writ of garnishment according to law, along with such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper,” court documents obtained by AllHipHop read.

Rainey alleges that The Game sexually assaulted her while she was a contestant on the reality show, She’s Got Game. When she made the accusation in 2015, she explained that she believed herself to be on a “required after-hours date”. The Game allegedly got drunk and forced “his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.”

In 2019, a judge granted Rainey $7.1 million in post-judgment interest. The Game was to fork over his royalties until reaching the figure.

More court documents read: “Any and all rights, title, and interest of Defendant from the following companies in the form of, among other things, commission, royalties, contract receivables, deferred compensation, income, wages, payroll, salary, and accounts receivable: Sound Exchange, Inc., 733 10th Street NW, 10th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20001; and Entertainment One U.S. LP, Attn: Michael Healy, 22 Harbor Park Drive, Port Washington, NY 11050.”

The Game has previously stated that he doesn’t intend to pay up while Rainey accuses him of trying to hide his money. Last year, Rainey claimed Game was hiding royalties from a collaboration with Kanye West.

George Foreman Hits Sexual Assault Accuser With Countersuit: Report

George Foreman is one of the most famous boxers of all time. He is beloved by many, however, that has somewhat changed over the past year or so. This is because Foreman has been accused of sexually assaulting a minor over 40 years ago.

Last summer, a woman going by the name of Gwen H. accused Foreman of coercing her into sexual acts. Another woman accused Foreman of the exact same thing. Gwen H. is currently in the midst of suing Foreman for $12 million, although the boxer is adamant that this is just some sort of extortion attempt.

George Foreman Responds

Prior to Gwen H. coming out with her story, Foreman tried to get ahead of things. In fact, he claimed he was being extorted way before the lawsuit was even filed. That being said, it was only a matter of time before he and his legal team came through with a strategy of their own.

According to TMZ, Foreman has officially launched a countersuit against his accuser. The lawsuit claims there is “zero corroborating evidence in the form of documents, photographs, letters, or witnesses to support Gwen’s false claims against Foreman.”

Moreover, the legendary boxer claims he has undergone severe emotional distress throughout all of this. “Anxiety, sleeplessness, worry, shock, and humiliation” are reportedly all things that Foreman has gone through over these past few months. At this time, the damages being sought are unknown. Additionally, his accuser has yet to give her reaction to the countersuit.

This is currently a developing story, so be sure to stay tuned to HNHH for all of the latest news regarding this lawsuit.

Kai Cenat Breaks Silence After TikTok Star Accuses His Friend Of Raping Her

Kai Cenat spoke out during a recent stream after a TikTok star’s allegations of sexual assault at his New Year’s Eve party.

Jovi Pena shared a statement on social media last week claiming that Cenat’s friend raped her. She explained that the Twitch streamer invited her to an NYE party. However, after having a few drinks, she said that she wanted to leave but the famed YouTuber advised her to go to a room upstairs where she could sleep unbothered.

Pena said Cenat’s friend, DJIGUI SECK, raped her while she was asleep. Later, she provided screenshots of text message exchanges with Cenat who appeared surprised that his friend assaulted Pena.

On Jan. 7th, Cenat addressed the allegations directly during his Twitch stream. While Pena described Cenat as a friend, he went on to explain that he only met her on Dec. 31st, 2022. He also said that he wasn’t intending on bashing her or the allegations in any form. He also addressed his relationship with SECK, who he said he’s known since high school.

For the most part, Kai didn’t publicly respond to the allegations until the stream. However, many fans were curious why he was silent about this matter. Some pointed out that he seemed to stop responding to Pina’s text but he explained that he went to his attorneys and authorities immediately.

“I went nowhere else but the police instantly,” he said. “I went to my legal team and I went to the police.” He added that his legal team advised him not to issue any text messages or public statements about the matter, though they gave him the “green light” to speak about it during the stream. From there, he addressed rumors that he “set-up” the assault on Pena.

“I’ve been accused of this being set up and I knew what was going on,” he continued. “Negative. Negative. That’s disgusting. That’s the reason why I’m kinda mad… I don’t know sh*t that went down that night.”

Kai Cenat also said that he brought the matter up with his friend, who is accused of assaulting Pena. Cenat described Seck as being in “complete shock” about the matter.

Cenat also told his followers not to harass Pena or go on her social media accounts at this time.

We’ll keep you posted on anymore updates surrounding the case.

SSGKobe Denies Sexual Assault Allegations, Says He Was Raised To “Respect Women”

SSGKobe has denied sexually assaulting an artist named Ka$hkenni during a studio session, last month. The 19-year-old rapper released a statement responding to the accusations on social media.

“My parents raised me to respect women,” he wrote. “I practice this each and every day and will continue to live my life abiding by that. Unfortunately, a private matter of consensual sexual relations between two consenting adults has turned into a defamatory public matter against me.”

He continued: “The picture being painted is not based on facts. I apologize that my desire to not have a long term relationship with someone was not properly communicated by me, resulting in a false rehashing of events. I will leave this matter to be further addressed by my legal team.”

Ka$hkenni previously made the allegations on Instagram weeks ago. She claimed that SSGKobe coerced her into sex despite her attempts to say no.

“He gets up to go back into the recording room,” she wrote at the time. “I feel someone staring at me. I look over and he’s standing in the doorway of the room we are in giving me this very demanding and intimidating look. I’m still under the impression that he just wants to talk so I go into the recording room with him.”

“He proceeds to start trying to [take] advantage of me,” she continued. “He asked me to give him head. I told him ‘no I don’t do that, I don’t wanna do that.’ And I try and move around him in order to leave the room and he steps in front of me to block the door.”

She further recalled: “And proceeds to coerce me into doing things with him that I don’t want to do. He never asked for consent. And I was verbally telling him ‘No,’ ‘stop’ and ‘you’re hurting me.’ I was trying to push him off of me. But he ignore[d] all of that.”

Kehlani Reveals She Was Sexually Assaulted After U.K. Concert

Kehlani says she was sexually assaulted following a performance at the O2 Victoria Warehouse in the U.K., Monday night. The show was a part of the European leg of her “Blue Water Road Trip Tour.”

In a post she shared on her Instagram Story, Kehlani explained that someone in the audience inappropriately touched her while security escorted her through the crowd after the show. She has since deleted the post.

Kehlani began by saying she won’t address the incident on video.

“I don’t want any video of me as angry, triggered, crying upset as i am anywhere,” she wrote. “i don’t care how sexual you deem my music, my performances, my fun with my friends dancing at clubs, or ME….”

She further continued: “That does not give any of you the right to cross a boundary like sticking your hands up my skirt & pulling my underwear to TOUCH MY GENITALS as i am being escorted through a crowd after performing.”

“As a victim of sexual assault, i am endlessly triggered and mindblown,” Kehlani concluded.

Kehlani previously opened up about her experience as a survivor of sexual assault on her Sunday Gems podcast in 2019. She shared words of support for others in need.

“I don’t want to add more hurt, I don’t want to add more pain,” she said at the time. “All I want to say is, ‘Sending love to everybody who’s on a healing path right now, and sending love to everybody who needs it. And if you’re apologizing for abuse, you’re disgusting. Suck my dick.’”
