Just as Cardi B refuses to let up on Taska K in pursuit of her court-decided judgment, “How We Do” rapper The Game has found himself in the same piping-hot financial waters. According to Radar Online, The Game lost his latest legal battle against his sexual assault accuser, Priscilla Rainey.

On December 29, Rainey argued that The Game has been imploring sneaky business tactics to avoid paying out his $7 million judgment. In the paperwork, Rainey alleged that The Game transferred several high-value assets, including his California mansion (estimated at $2.8 million), trademarks, and even cash funds to shell companies (JTT Holdings, Inc, F12 & Associates, 5th Amendment Entertainment, and Pass Go 2 Win LLC) then his manager Wack 100, to avoid being seized by the courts on Rainey’s behalf via a lien.

Even though Wack 100 testified that he received these items due to debts The Game previously owed him, the judge ruled in Rainey’s favor, urging The Game to resume payment towards the remaining balance. Rainey stated in court that The Game has only paid $500,000 toward the massive seven-figure total so far.

The Game maintains that he did not sexually assault Rainey during the filming of his then-reality show, She Got Game, which aired in 2015.

The Game Could Have To Forfeit Crypto Wallet

Like many out there, The Game similarly wishes he never got involved in the crypto market in the first place. According to HipHopDX, his crypto wallet could end up going towards payment he owes for a 2016 sexual assault lawsuit. In 2016 She Got Game star Priscilla Rainey won $7.1 million in a lawsuit against The Game. Overall, the lawsuit stemmed from an incident that happened on a date between the two that Rainey was led to believe was part of the reality show she was on. Apparently, she’s only received around 5% of the money she’s owed in the years since.

Subsequently, Rainey targeted his crypto holdings to get her money. The rapper has always been an advocate for the crypto marketplace and has quite a bit in digital assets and NFTs. Although, this isn’t the first time his involvement in crypto has come back to bite him either. In 2021 he was part of a multi-million dollar lawsuit related to Paragon Coin Inc. The company committed to an unregistered initial coin offering in 2017. For his role in the incident, The Game consequently had to pay $12 million.

Much like Kim Kardashian has with her daughter North, The Game has faced accusations of being a bad parent for his daughter’s social media antics. After his 12-year-old daughter shared a TikTok of her singing Sexyy Red’s “Pound Town,” The Game came under fire. Afterwards in a social media post, however, he came to his daughter’s defense.

Additionally, it was only a few months ago that The Game last dealt with the fallout from his case. In January, Rainey took aim at Universal Music Group, Game’s label. Rainey is seeking the money she’s owed from the label directly. What do you think of the newest development in The Game’s attempts to not pay for the lawsuit? The Game’s Sexual Assault Accuser Goes After UMG

The Game’s sexual assault accuser, Priscilla Rainey, is now targeting the rapper’s label, Universal Music Group. She previously won a $7.1 million judgment against Game, but claims he only paid $383,502.39 of the royalties he owes. Rainey is hoping that UMG will help her receive the rest.

“Rainey respectfully requests that a post-judgment writ of garnishment be issued commanding Universal Music-MBG NA LLC, the Garnishee named above, to answer the writ of garnishment according to law, along with such other and further relief as this Court deems just and proper,” court documents obtained by AllHipHop read.

Rainey alleges that The Game sexually assaulted her while she was a contestant on the reality show, She’s Got Game. When she made the accusation in 2015, she explained that she believed herself to be on a “required after-hours date”. The Game allegedly got drunk and forced “his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.”

In 2019, a judge granted Rainey $7.1 million in post-judgment interest. The Game was to fork over his royalties until reaching the figure.

More court documents read: “Any and all rights, title, and interest of Defendant from the following companies in the form of, among other things, commission, royalties, contract receivables, deferred compensation, income, wages, payroll, salary, and accounts receivable: Sound Exchange, Inc., 733 10th Street NW, 10th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20001; and Entertainment One U.S. LP, Attn: Michael Healy, 22 Harbor Park Drive, Port Washington, NY 11050.”

The Game has previously stated that he doesn’t intend to pay up while Rainey accuses him of trying to hide his money. Last year, Rainey claimed Game was hiding royalties from a collaboration with Kanye West.
