Diddy Sued Yet Again For Alleged Sexual Assault By Radio Contest Winner’s Sister

Diddy now faces yet another sexual assault lawsuit, this time from an Oklahoma woman named LaToya Grayson who sued him, Bad Boy, and other companies for an alleged drugging and sexual assault in 2006. However, it’s important to note first that the alleged victim does not have a recollection of the alleged assault in question. Still, Grayson also included pictures in her filing that lend credence to her narrative. Per the lawsuit, in 2006, the alleged victim’s sibling won a KJAMZ radio contest (a local Oklahoma station) that covered flights to New York City and hotel accommodations for them and a guest. Most importantly, they won two tickets to Sean Combs’ White Party.

Furthermore, the woman suing Diddy included pictures of the alleged White Party invite and her and her sibling’s Delta airline tickets for New York City in her lawsuit. The tickets were for an October 16 flight to NYC and an October 17 flight back to Tulsa. Also, Grayson included a picture of a Roger Smith Hotel bill, which is in Manhattan, allegedly paid for by Atlantic Records.

Grayson alleges that she and her sibling went to Diddy’s party but were separated, with Grayson going in and her sibling staying out. During the shindig, the plaintiff claims that she took pictures with many celebrities, which she allegedly included in the lawsuit as well. But when Grayson began to feel sick after two drinks, she headed to the restroom. Then, she claims that she cannot remember the rest of the night at all and woke up in Saint Vincent’s Medical Center with no underwear, a ripped shirt, and almost none of the money she had.

With this in mind, Grayson cannot say for sure who allegedly sexually assaulted her, but she seeks to hold Diddy and other companies accountable for her experience nonetheless. Also, it’s important to point out that the lawsuit never indicates that she claimed to have spoken to or seen Sean Combs at the 2006 party. After flying back to Oklahoma, the plaintiff allegedly received a phone call from an anonymous woman who told her not to “waste her time” by legally going at a “celebrity.” Ariel Mitchell, Grayson’s attorney, indicated in the suit that she chose not to report anything at the time.

Jay-Z Seeks To Dismiss Sexual Assault Case After Accuser Admits To “Mistakes” In Her Story

The woman accusing Jay-Z and Diddy of sexual assault at a VMAs afterparty in 2000 elaborated on her accusations during an NBC News interview on Friday (December 13), but the Jane Doe ran into some challenges. While she admitted to “mistakes” in her story, she stands by her recollection and says that these inconsistencies do not prove that the alleged assault did not happen. Regardless, this debacle particularly and reportedly caused Hov and his lawyer Alex Spiro to move swiftly in court, according to TMZ Hip Hop. In a court letter reportedly obtained by the outlet, they inform the judge of these new developments and other updates, painting the plaintiff’s story as a fabrication.

“Basic facts in her narrative – the who, what, when, and where – are wrong,” Jay-Z’s attorney Alex Spiro expressed concerning the “sham” sexual assault lawsuit against his client. In addition, he claimed that she admitted to having “no single corroborating witness” and accused the woman’s lawyer Tony Buzbee of breaking court rules due to the accusation that he “almost certainly failed to undertake a reasonable inquiry into the facts before filing the complaint.”

Furthermore, Jay-Z’s attorney Alex Spiro reportedly relayed to TMZ Hip Hop that he will file a motion to dismiss the sexual assault case as soon as possible. As for Diddy’s legal team’s reaction to this whole thing, they reportedly issued a statement to the outlet on the matter. “Yesterday, a lawyer admitted that over 50 people falsely claimed to be victims,” they alleged. “Today, for the second time this week, a Buzbee plaintiff has been exposed. This is the beginning of the end of the money grab.”

As the hip-hop world continues to react to these Jay-Z allegations, court updates and motions are more crucial than ever to take stock of. The Diddy scandal dominated 2024 thanks to his federal case for alleged sex trafficking and racketeering and the mountain of civil lawsuits against him for other alleged crimes. Tony Buzbee is the attorney who has filed many of these civil complaints, and his amendment to a previous case shocked the hip-hop world on Sunday night (December 8). An anonymous alleged victim is suing Sean Combs and Jay-Z for allegedly sexually assaulting her when she was 13 years old at a VMAs after party back in 2000. The Bad Boy mogul’s lawyers have responded to this move, defending his Roc-A-Fella counterpart.

“This amended complaint and the recent extortion lawsuit against Mr. Buzbee exposes his barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are,” Diddy’s legal team stated to TMZ concerning the Jay-Z allegations. “Shameless publicity stunts.” For those unaware, this lawsuit initially emerged in October and only involved Puffy, but this new amendment roped Hov into it. In fact, he allegedly sued Buzbee for extortion weeks before this new sexual assault lawsuit went public. As you can see, it’s all a very complicated and unclear battle with heavy implications behind it.

These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case. This lawyer, who I have done a bit of research on, seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics! I have no idea how you have come to be such a deplorable human Mr. Buzbee, but I promise you I have seen your kind many times over.”

Model’s Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Diddy Could Be Dismissed Soon

One of the many lawsuits against Diddy for alleged sexual assault could result in a key legal precedent for his other cases on the docket, according to court documents reportedly obtained by AllHipHop. Moreover, it concerns a lawsuit from former model Crystal McKinney, who claims that he sexually assaulted her in 2003 at his Daddy’s House recording studio after a New York Fashion Week event, an alleged incident that she claims ruined her marriage. However, Sean Combs denies these allegations, and his legal team is now trying to dismiss the case.

This is due to the seemingly expired statute of limitations (in other words, it being too long since the alleged assault occurred to pursue legal action) and due to the defense’s claim that there isn’t enough evidence to support these allegations. Crystal McKinney’s lawsuit against Diddy came earlier this year under a two-year revival provision from 2022 for New York City’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law (VGM). This allowed for individuals who previously faced an expired statute of limitations to pursue legal action for old alleged incidents.

But according to these court documents reportedly obtained by AllHipHop, one of Diddy’s attorneys fought back against this notion. Erica A. Wolff shared that the VGM provision is “preempted” by the State of New York’s Adult Survivor’s Act (ASA), which provided a similar revival window for old alleged incidents that closed in November of last year. “State law takes precedence over city law,” Wolff posited. “McKinney’s claims expired in 2010. And nothing within the ASA’s timeframe allows these expired claims to be brought to court now.”

With this in mind, Diddy’s defense team claims that Crystal McKinney’s complaint became “time-barred.” What’s more is that the court’s ruling on this after deliberation in upcoming weeks could set a precedent for other lawsuits against the Bad Boy mogul. If they dismiss this case without prejudice, then various similar lawsuits regarding the statute of limitations, plus state and city laws, could also face dismissal on these grounds.

Unnamed Athlete Allegedly Stopped Diddy From Committing Sexual Assault On A Man At Ciroc Event

As you all know pretty well by now, lawsuits and allegations against Diddy are pretty much a daily topic. Today there is a new set of legal papers making the rounds online and it includes a pro athlete. However, the sports star is nameless. The allegation traces back to a Ciroc promotional party (one of Diddy’s many business ventures) in a which a former business partner and rapper was invited to. According to the Jasmine Brand, he alleges that he was asked to meet with Diddy a private office room.

Later into the October 20 documents, the man alleges that he remembers realizing that the embattled mogul was intoxicated when he entered the room. After that, that is when things got extremely uncomfortable and allegedly disturbing. Diddy allegedly approached the rapper and exposed his genitals. After that, the record founder felt up the man’s genitals through his pants and squeezed them in a “rough and sexual manner.” However, before things “escalated,” that’s when his alleged knight in shining armor arrived.

The anonymous athlete happened to walk into the room and intervened, stopping any further sexual advance. Overall, it’s another bad look for Diddy, even though some feel people shouldn’t be quick to jump to conclusions on him. Busta Rhymes is one of those folks, as he says that it doesn’t have anything to do with the genre. “His situation is not a hip-hop situation. And I also would like for everyone to be mindful of the thirst and the urgency and the need to speak on the situation.” While the correlation is debatable, it’s near impossible at this point for him image to be cleared.

Diddy Responds To Former Adult Film Star’s Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Diddy and his legal team have spent a lot of time responding to various allegations against him, whether in his federal case or in other lawsuits. They directed their latest address to a filing from former adult film star Adria English, who alleged that he sexually assaulted her. However, this case got an important update recently, as her lawyers recently backed out as English’s counsel according to a statement from her ex attorneys Ariel Mitchell-Kidd and Steven A. Metcalf. They submitted this motion due to how they “fundamentally disagree” with the nature of the allegations put forth and how they presented them.

“[English] has provided conflicting instructions that make it unreasonably difficult for Attorneys to effectively represent English,” Mitchell-Kidd stated concerning Adria English’s allegations against Diddy. “There has been a breakdown in the Attorney-Client relationship between Attorneys and [English].” After this development, Sean Combs’ legal team reportedly issued a statement to AllHipHop. This not only references English’s specific allegations against the Bad Boy mogul, but her lawyers’ decision. “Less than three months after filing her lawsuit against Sean Combs, Adria English has been dropped by both of her attorneys after making completely fabricated statements,” a spokesperson for Diddy reportedly told the publication. “In papers filed with the court today, her former attorneys cited Ms. English’s ‘questionable antics’ and ‘undermining behavior.’ As we’ve said from the start, anyone can file a lawsuit without proof, and this case is a clear example of that. Adria English escalated things by filing false police reports and making baseless claims, using high-profile events as a backdrop to harm innocent people. No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted, or sex trafficked anyone.”

Meanwhile, Diddy’s legal team will reportedly make a third attempt at bail, as they filed a notice of appeal to the court’s last denial of it. At press time, it’s still unclear if legal authorities have an answer or not, nor do we know what an alternative course of action would be if they face another rejection.

Former adult star Adria English, one of Diddy’s accusers, is without a legal team, according to an exclusive report from AllHipHop. In her lawsuit, she alleges that she was subjected to forced sex trafficking in the early to mid-2000s. Because of these alleged acts, English said she’s been suffering from emotional trauma, intimacy issues, painful memories, and etc. However, if she wants this lawsuit to progress, then she has to clean up her alleged “destructive behavior.” That is the way Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, Esq., and Steven A. Metcalf II, Esq, her now two former attorneys, have described her attitude in the new documents.

But that’s not all. Diddy Dealt Another “Horrific” Sexual Assault Lawsuit Amid Legal Woes

Diddy’s lawyers certainly have a major stack of legal documents to get through, but it’s growing one suit taller. According to a recent report from TMZ, Diddy now has another sexual assault allegation at his feet. It comes from a woman by the name of Thalia Graves, and she was in a relationship with of the embattled mogul’s employees. She says she was 25 at the time of the “horrific r*pe” which allegedly occurred in 2001.

Graves also adds that Diddy wasn’t the only man responsible for her “s**cidal thoughts”. The Bad Boy Records founder’s head of security, Joseph Sherman was also in on the act. Later on in the legal papers, she goes on to claim that Diddy and Sherman led her into a meeting of sorts and gave her a drink “likely laced with a drug that eventually caused her briefly to lose consciousness”. After waking up, Graves recalls that she was allegedly tied down and then abused and r*ped in two of her orifices.

The reason Graves decided to come forward now with this is because she was petrified that Sherman and Diddy would find ways to ruin her life if she spoke about it. She also claims to have been receiving intense psychological care, but still suffers from severe depression, anxiety and panic attacks. That all supposedly stems from the “fact” that Diddy and Sherman recorded the sexual assault. Graves states that she learned this back in November of 2023. Allegedly, both of them shared the tape to “multiple men” to “publicly degrade her and humiliate her and her boyfriend”, leading to her once again considering ending it. Diddy has yet to comment and Graves and her rep, Gloria Allred are going to give a press conference later today.

Russell Simmons Won’t Leave Bali Amid Sexual Assault & Forgery Allegations

It’s been a busy year for Russell Simmons on the legal front, and earlier this month, he was hit with yet another concerning accusation. An anonymous former Def Jam employee identified as Jane Doe, who’s currently suing him for alleged sexual assault, accuses him of also forging her signature. According to her lawsuit, the document dated back to the late 90s, and regarded her departure from Def Jam.

Doe argues that even if the document were real, it has nothing to do with her rape allegation, and instead only covers minor financial matters and her Def Jam exit. Simmons has since denied the accusations, alleging that Lyor Cohen had previously verified the signature’s legitimacy. Despite his legal battle heating up, however, it doesn’t look like Simmons will be returning to the United States any time soon. AllHipHop exclusively reports that he plans to stay in Bali instead, where he’s resided since 2018.

“I am not physically present in New York and I do not have an intention to live in New York in the future,” Simmons told the outlet, “I own no property in the United States. I have been living in Bali since 2018, which is where I intend to remain. For at least nine years before I moved to Bali, I lived in California. As a California resident, I paid California resident taxes in the years immediately prior to moving to Bali. Currently, I pay California non-resident state taxes.”

DJ Akademiks is having a rough time in the spotlight right now, as a woman named Fauziya “Ziya” Abashe officially filed a sexual assault and defamation lawsuit against him. However, he still has other things to look forward to and celebrate, such as his 33rd birthday. Moreover, the media personality recently celebrated with his partner, who took to Instagram to share some snaps from their vacation, their celebrations, and some of their antics. It’s bizarre to see this footage when the accusations are fresh in everyone’s mind, but this is all speculative right now, as nothing has been confirmed or officially dismissed at press time.

Furthermore, for those unaware, Abashe claimed that, in DJ Akademiks’ home in New Jersey back in 2022, two men unknown to her drugged and assaulted her. While this specific incident allegedly happened on his pool deck, she also accused him of sexually assaulting her in a bedroom. What seems to have provoked the lawsuit itself (as these claims have been around for a while) are supposedly defamatory claims that Ak launched in late 2023. He claimed that he was sleeping while the two men had a consensual orgy with Abashe.

Previously, he alleged that large institutions or groups like Roc Nation, as well as individuals like attorney Tyrone Blackburn, are out to get him. Much like the narratives against the former Everyday Struggle host, these claims are also unconfirmed and purely speculative. Whether or not this will fully go to court or see some other form of resolution remains a mystery.

Meanwhile, DJ Akademiks will most likely try to continue his career and share his perspective as usual, including a notorious rivalry with Meek Mill. Still, it’s impossible to tell whether or not things will remain the same for him moving forward.
