Ma$e weighed in on the unfolding situation Dwight Howard situation on the most recent episode of It Is What It Is. In a bizarre monologue, Ma$e focused more on the fact that Howard admitted to a threesome with another man than anything else. “We gotta stop saying it doesn’t matter what happens behind closed doors because it does matter. People wouldn’t be talking about it if it didn’t matter. There’s a reason that 30 teams didn’t sign Dwight Howard,” the rapper argued. At no point in the monologue does Ma$e refer to the accusations being made against Howard.

Dwight Howard has formally denied sexually assaulting model Stephen Harper. Howver, he did not deny inviting Harper to his home for a threesome, which allegedly involved an individual named Kitty. Based on the accounts given by Howard and Harper, it is unclear if Kitty is a transgender individual or simply a cross-dresser. Furthermore, Harper alleges that he was forced to perform sexual acts on Howard and that Howard performed non-consensual acts on him after he objected to participating in the account. Howard has been sued by Harper but has not been formally charged with a crime.

Back in August, he and Cam’ron appeared to imply that Dwight Howard’s sexuality was more of a concern than the sexual assault allegations against him. In the episode, Cam’ron claimed that days before the assault allegations were made public, Howard’s team reached out. Their intention was apparently to secure an appearance for Howard. Cam’ron then proceeded to ask his co-host how he would react. In particular, given the revelations, how he would react if he was on a team and playing with Howard. “I don’t want to say it because we’re on the air. But I would probably want Howard to have his own space,” Ma$e argued. The comment implied that he would want Howard segregated from the team due to his attraction to men.

Cam’ron appears to agree with Ma$e, bringing up a video where Odell Beckham Jr. appears to appreciate his teammates’ asses. But don’t worry, Cam’ron later clarifies that he’s not homophobic because he “got gay relatives”. However, what’s most telling is that during this entire clip, no one actually brings up the allegations Howard has been hit with. The entire conversation is done through the lens of Howard’s sexuality, not the heinous acts he has been accused of committing.

Hough accuses Petty of attempting to intimidate and harass her, claiming that it’s had a negative impact on her life. Recently, she moved to amend her complaint, adding new evidence to strengthen her case.

The evidence includes various images from around the time of the alleged incident. The photos showcase wounds on Hough’s neck, as well as the knife allegedly used. Petty’s team claims that the evidence was put forth in an attempt to humiliate him to appease Hough’s lawyer. He claims that Hough has been accused of lying, now gaining the opportunity to prove her case with new evidence. “Now, [Hough] has secured confirming evidence… she is somehow ‘acting in bad faith,’” he explains. “If anything, [Hough] is acting in good faith, as she is solidifying a position that she has had concerning the rape in 1994, which is that she did not ‘lie on that man [Defendant Petty].”

“Petty did not come forward to clear the record when his wife went on her Queen Radio program and accused [Hough] of lying,” Blackburn also adds. “Accused [Hough] of being a white woman, saying ‘white equals right,’ and disgustingly insinuating that Plaintiff is comparable to Carolyn Bryant, the white woman who wrongfully accused Emmett Till.” Hough has also filed a $20 million lawsuit against Petty for allegedly harassing her over the years to recant her allegations. FIFA To Launch Landmark Sexual Assault Investigation Into Zambia’s Head Coach

FIFA has announced they will be launching an investigation into allegations of misconduct against Bruce Mwape. Mwape is currently the head coach of Zambia’s Women’s National Team and has been since 2018. Zambia, appearing at the Women’s World Cup for the first time, recorded a victory against Costa Rica but failed to qualify for the knockout stage. Allegations against Mwape first arose in September 2022, when the Football Association of Zambia announced it had referred allegations of sexual abuse to FIFA. Following Zambia’s exit from the tournament, The Guardian published a report claiming that Mwape had been seen rubbing a player’s chest in a sexual manner two days before the game against Costa Rica. Furthermore, an anonymous player claimed that “if he [Mwape] wants to sleep with someone, you have to say yes.”

The allegations against Mwape and others have overshadowed Zambia’s historic moment. It was the first time that any senior national team from the African nation had appeared at a World Cup. Furthermore, Zambia came away with the nation’s first-ever win as well. A press conference before their match against Spain ended early because reporters refused to stop asking questions about the allegations.

Speaking to People in 2023, Palmer explained how moments in her visual album Big Boss related to her experience of sexual assault in the music industry. These would include her alleged altercation with Trey Songz. “Those scenes are real. Those scenes are not actually inspired by that moment,” she said. “Obviously, people know that moment and are aware of that scenario from when it happened and when I spoke about it.

“But that just goes to show, that was one of many moments where things go down in this industry. Not always did I say something, but I said something in that particular situation because my likeness was being used. And I’m just a business person in that regard. But as far as being in an uncomfortable situation as a woman, where I’m either being sexually harassed, intimidated or just being made uncomfortable in a space that’s dominated mostly by men, those are very real people, and that’s a very real, accurate situation. That same year, Jahuara Jeffries accused Songz of attempting to sexually violate her at a Miami nightclub, per The Daily Beast. The lawsuit, originally settled for $10 million, was later dismissed. The lawsuit would later be refiled, with Jeffries then seeking $20 million in damages​.

Ariel Mitchell, the attorney for Jeffries told The Daily Beast in 2021: “She doesn’t want to hide behind the Jane Doe, she doesn’t want to be ashamed of what happened to her.”

The site also reported that “Jeffries claims she met Songz at a New Year’s Eve party held at Diddy’s Miami mansion before they continued the night at E11EVEN. Jeffries, who was wearing a dress with a high slit, claims that she felt ‘fingers being inserted into her vagina.’ When she turned around, she allegedly saw an intoxicated Songz ‘pulling his hand away from her bottom.’”

Video Released Amid Conor McGregor Assault Allegations

MMA fighter Conor McGregor has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman after Game 4 of the NBA Finals on June 9. According to the woman’s attorney, her client was assaulted in a bathroom at the Kaseya Center. The allegations were detailed in a letter to McGregor, the NBA, and the Miami Heat. After being separated from her friend by security guards, the woman was taken to a men’s bathroom where McGregor was waiting for her. McGregor reportedly “violently kissed” the woman before reportedly forcing her to perform oral sex on him. Furthermore, she allegedly only escaped after elbowing McGregor repeatedly when he allegedly attempted to sodomize her. McGregor has denied all the allegations made against him.

The alleged victim reported the incident to the police on the morning of June 11. Miami PD has since confirmed to TMZ that they have been investigating the incident for most of this week. In her letter, the woman’s attorney stated her client was seeking a settlement as opposed to litigation.

TMZ has reportedly obtained footage that appears to show the moments before the assault reportedly occured. McGregor is seen leaving a bathroom with his personal security, taking a woman by the hand and leading her back into the bathroom. The footage appears to contradict claims that the victim was forced into the bathroom by arena security. However, the footage does corroborate details about security preventing anyone from entering or exiting the bathroom after they go inside.

The woman’s attorney provided additional context, stating her client had been partying with McGregor earlier in the night and believed she was being taken to his hotel. In response to the video, McGregor’s attorney issued a statement.”After the video was released by TMZ, the claimant’s lawyer now has changed her story. Mr. McGregor welcomes the investigation, which he firmly believes will show the claims against him are false. After not responding to the demand for money made by claimant’s counsel, she turned to the media to apply pressure. SSGKobe Reveals He Was Dropped By His Label Following Sexual Assault Allegations

Back in December, Louisanna artist SSGKobe was accused of sexual assault. A fellow artist by the name of Ka$hkenni accused him of forcing her to have sex with him. Overall, these allegations also came with screenshots from alleged text message conversations. All of this was posted on her Instagram page, although the page was eventually taken down. At the time, SSGKobe tried to clear his name by responding to the situation.

“The picture being painted is not based on facts,” he explained at the time, according to HipHopDX. “I apologize that my desire to not have a long term relationship with someone was not properly communicated by me, resulting in a false resharing of events. I will leave this matter to be further addressed by my legal team.” However, it seems as though things have gotten worse for the young artist. While taking to his Instagram story, SSGKobe revealed that he was dropped by his label.

Many of the show’s stars, such as squad member Jerry Harris and coach Monica Aldama quickly became national celebrities. Navarro was not just at the top of the pyramid, they were on top of the world. Furthermore, the small town of Corsicana, Texas has gained international recognition.

However, the country was rocked, and season 2 heavily impacted, by the 2021 revelations about Harris. Harris was imprisoned for 12 years for sexually assaulting two minors he had met through cheer. Later revealed that Harris was a serial sexual predator and was in possession of a plethora of child pornography. However, the second season of the show seemed to clear the college. The party line was that Harris acted in secrecy and without anyone at Navarro knowing. Now the college and Coach Aldama are in additional legal trouble.

Cheerleader Alleges History Of Hiding Sexual Assault

Navarro College and cheerleading head coach Monica Aldama have been named in a shocking new lawsuit. The suit has been filed by former Navarro cheerleader Madi Lane, who alleges she was sexually assaulted by a male cheerleader in 2021. Lane has gone on to testify that multiple members of the team, including Aldama, told her to not go public. Additionally, Lane alleges that Aldama told her, “If you keep quiet, I’ll make sure you can cheer anywhere you want.” Lane quit the team a few days after the incident.

However, the lawsuit does not stop there. It alleges a history of abuse being covered up by the college. Lane alleges that senior cheerleader Maddy Brum told her “You just need to drink it off and get your mind off it” and “We don’t tell anyone. We just keep it to ourselves,” when informed about the assault. The suit states that Navarro College and Aldama have long covered up sexual assault within the program to maintain its reputation. “RHOP” Star Coach Juan Dixon Exits Coppin State University Amid Sexual Assault Scandal

These days, Juan Dixon is taking hits from all sides. Prior to being known as a star on the Real Housewives f Potomac, Juan Dixon had a lucrative NBA career. He spent time with the Detroit Pistons, Washington Wizards, Toronto Raptors, and Portland Trailblazers. However, he’s been at the center of controversy ever since his wife, Robyn Dixon, joined the Real Housewives franchise. Currently, the Dixons are being criticized for their storyline and lying about a cheating scandal. That’s the least of Juan’s worries, as it’s being reported he has parted ways with Coppin State University.

Dixon acted as the men’s basketball coach and was thrilled when he landed the position. However, a controversy hit the university when Lucian Brownlee, an assistant coach on Dixon’s staff, was accused of inappropriate sexual encounters with a basketball player on their team. According to reports, Ibn Williams has filed a lawsuit against Brownlee and Coppin State for sexual assault, harassment, and other improprieties.

Juan Dixon Accused Of Knowing & Doing Nothing

The lawsuit further alleges that Brownlee catfished the baller and coerced him into sending intimate photos and messages. Later, Williams was blackmailed with the images, and the catfisher wanted the accuser to film himself acting out a sexual encounter. When the player stated they wouldn’t go as far as having sex with the catfisher, the material was reportedly published. It was also alleged that Dixon was aware of the scandal and didn’t take appropriate action against Brownlee. Coppin parted ways with the assistant coach long before this decision about Dixon was made. Williams also claims the school threatened to remove his financial assistance rather than address the coaches.

Meanwhile, the Dixons are also facing off against Bravo fans as they’ve been chastised for faking their life. Juan has been the subject of cheating scandals on more than one occasion in the series, but last season, the couple covered up yet another woman. The aftermath has taken the franchise by storm, even eliciting responses from Andy Cohen. While Juan’s wife Robyn seems set to appear in the next season, it is unclear where Juan stands. He has yet to make a statement about his Coppin exit.
