When The Shade Room reposted the selfie, fans shared plenty of mixed responses, with many criticizing JT’s relationship with the rapper.

“Look like those connect the dot menu for the kids at IHOP,” one user joked. Another wrote: “He look like he boutta destroy the Hidden Leaf Village with an Almighty Push.” Others brought up Uzi’s relationship with JT. “There’s no way JT finds this white emo girl attractive. The viral selfie comes following the release of their latest album Eternal Atake 2. While the project has been receiving mixed responses from fans, JT showed Uzi love for the release on social media at the time. She captioned a post about the album: “So proud of you always! [three white heart emojis] My top 3 is light year, pears to mars & Mr.chow honorable mention chill bae! Really the whole thing but that’s being bias because you do no wrong in my eyes! It goes without saying that it’s been a rough year for Drake. The Toronto rapper went head-to-head with Kendrick Lamar in an explosive lyrical battle, and in general, the consensus is that he lost. This, of course, has resulted in a great deal of ridicule from internet trolls. Unfortunately, this was only compounded yesterday, when Kendrick Lamar shocked the world.

With zero warning, Kendrick dropped an entire album, GNX. In no time, it was trending all over social media, as listeners identified their favorite tracks and pointed out any interesting references. Unsurprisingly, countless fans have also been dragging Drake since the release, sharing memes and making jokes about the project adding to Kendrick’s impressive run. Drake has yet to respond to any of this clowning, but luckily, it looks like he may be tuning it all out. Early this morning, he took to his Instagram Story to share a new mirror selfie.

In the selfie, the 28-year-old looks relatively unbothered. He sports a leather jacket, which he paired with some eye-catching black shoes and his signature duck face. He even complemented his new short haircut, which he debuted on his Instagram Story last week, with a Nike headband. As expected, his selfie has earned mixed reactions from social media users. While some are praising him for seemingly remaining unfazed, others continue to clown him. Either way, Drizzy has his own career to worry about and has some big things coming up himself.

He’s currently working on a collaborative album with PartyNextDoor, for example, which doesn’t have an official release date. Fans expect to hear it sooner rather than later, however, as PartyNextDoor announced that it’d be getting finished once he was done with a tour that ended earlier this month. Drake is also scheduled to join xQc for a livestream tomorrow (November 24), where he’ll be giving away $500K.

Last night, he shared a new selfie, sporting his signature duck face and debuting a new hairstyle. As far as his hair goes, he’s kept it simple compared to some of his other recent styles, ditching the braids entirely. This, of course, has prompted plenty of commenters to reference Kendrick Lamar’s line about braids on his Drake diss track “Euphoria.”

“‘What is it, the braids?’ Got to him,” one Instagram user in Worldstar‘s comments section writes. “Kendrick got this man to cut his whole hair off,” someone else jokes. Others are more concerned with Drake’s pose. “Why he always tryna kiss me thru the phone,” a commenter wonders. Some even speculate that he must be trolling. For now, whether or not that’s true remains unclear, but this is far from the first selfie of its kind.

Earlier this month, for example, he hopped online to post a mirror selfie. In it, he’s seen rocking braided pigtails and a similarly pouty facial expression. He got roasted for that one as well, though it clearly didn’t stop him from getting back on the Gram. It looks like Drizzy could have far bigger things to worry about these days than selfies, however.

Last week, he told his followers that he put $355K on Mike Tyson winning his boxing match against Jake Paul. “I’m late but I’m here money on the liiiiiiiiine for today,” he captioned his post. “And tmrw @stake I need some dubs.” Sadly, both he and Mike Tyson took major losses on Friday. DDG Looks Unbothered In New Selfie With Son Halo Amid Halle Bailey Drama

Last night, DDG’s relationship with Halle Bailey took a turn for the worse, as she took to X to call him out. She took issue with him bringing their son Halo on Kai Cenat’s stream without her approval, claiming that nobody let her know ahead of time. Bailey described herself as “saddened” and “extremely upset” by the situation.

“Just so you know I am out of town and I don’t approve of my baby being on a stream tonight. I wasn’t told or notified,” she wrote, “I am extremely upset to have my baby in front of millions of people. I am his mother and protector and saddened that I wasn’t notified especially when I am out of town.” She also referenced her postpartum depression, and how her boundaries were not considered.

The drama about his sexuality began when he posted a photo of himself kissing his reflection in a mirror with the caption: “I Am Self Love, ALL PRAISES.” When a user on Twitter accused him of acting vague about his sexuality to attract an LGBTQ+ audience, Choppa fired back: “So none of yall kissed yall self in the mirror before? We counting childhood too.”

His fans came to his defense in response to the post as well. One user wrote: “No yall just mad because he comfortable with himself and yall want him to be gay. Folks flooded comments sections under posts covering this with cheeky, “zesty” GIFs of him, plus references to other similarly themed jabs at him. “It’s giving Ben Stiller in Zoolander,” one fan expressed, with another adding “21 can you do sum fa meeeee.”

Furthermore, part of this hyper-fixation is just because of how big Drake is as an artist and celebrity. Otherwise, folks wouldn’t care too much to comment on any old selfie from some guy, and they let some of their most critical or bigoted thoughts emerge when it’s about a huge superstar.
