Rick Ross’ Neighbors Are Trying To Kill His Car Show

Rick Ross loves cars. Last year, he started a car show on the grounds of his mansion in Georgia. Winners of the show walked away with a diamond-encrusted key. General reports suggested it was attended by at least 6000 people. However, some estimates place it at closer to 6500. Many famous faces and car enthusiasts were in attendance at the event last May.

This year, Ross wanted the event to be even bigger. The prize keys were bigger. Lil Wayne was scheduled to perform. He was hoping to top the 6500+ attendees from last year. However, it appears that not everyone in the Fayetteville area is a fan. It appears that some of his neighbors are trying to get the festival shut down ahead of its June 3 hosting.

Rick Ross’ Neighbors File A Petition Against Car Show

“I have the petitions here that we signed,” one neighbor said at an April 25 Fayette County Board of Commissioners meeting. Another neighbor testified that “Our quality of life was unnecessarily compromised.” Their claims stem from accounts that last year’s event brought traffic in the area to a stop, and caused major delays for residences. June 3 is a Saturday, meaning that if were to go ahead, the event could cause delays to people’s weekend plans. However, it is also something of a buzzkill move to go after what Ross is allowed to do on his property. Fayetteville is home to around 19,000 people. A southern migration has benefitted the town greatly, almost doubling the population from where it was in 2000.

“We feel locked out. It took me 40 minutes to get out of my subdivision,” testified a third individual. The opponents of Ross’ show also argue that Ross’ mansion and estate are not appropriately zoned to host a large-scale commercial event such as a car show. It is unknown if Ross, or a representative on his behalf, attended and testified at the meeting. The Board of Commissioners has not yet announced a ruling on whether Ross will be barred from hosting his show. Do you think Ross’ neighbors are out of line? Are you excited for his show? Rick Rosses Flashes Car Show Prize

Rick Ross loves cars. In fact, Rick Ross loves cars so much that last year he started his own car show. The Rick Ross Promise Land Car & Bike Show was launched last year at the musician’s Georgia estate. Last year’s five winners (plus The Turkey Hut food stall) went home with a diamond-encrusted key worth $5,000. The event was also attended by celebrities galore, making for an unforgettable day for those in attendance.

But the Rick Ross Promise Land Car & Bike Show is back for 2023. The event, once again held at Ross’ estate in Fayetteville, Georgia, will be held on June 3. Ross has been heavily promoting the event in recent days and dropped some white-hot details about what’s in store. That included revealing the grand prize, as well as some of the guest performances that will be adding to the festivities.

Key Necklace For Winners And A Lil Wayne Performance

Let’s start with the prize for the 2023 show. Taking to Instagram, Ross showed off the diamond-encrusted keys that would be given away. Similar in style to the 2022 prize, the key is covered in diamonds and bears the RR mark on one side. The key itself is reportedly 14-carat gold. It’s safe to assume they are worth something similar to the $5,000 mark of the 2022 keys. Though maybe not, as Ross says the 2023 prize is “four times bigger than last year’s”. However, these keys come pre-loaded onto some iced-out chains, making for some awesome drip.

But Ross wasn’t only flashing off the keys. He also revealed that the 2023 event would feature a performance from Lil Wayne. “The hot boy, you better believe it – Lil Tunechi,” Ross said in his video. While many celebrities were (and likely will be) in attendance, Ross is clearly going to all out to make this year’s show bigger and better. Ross will also be performing, making this an unmissable event for car and music fans alike. The Rick Ross Promise Land Car & Bike Show will run from 11am to 6pm on June 3. You already know that HotNewHipHop will have all the best rides and celeb sightings from the event.

Rick Ross Gets A Jesus Piece To End All Jesus Pieces

Rick Ross never shies away from big investments into luxurious items, and his latest flex is no different. Moreover, he took to Instagram recently to promote “The Rick Ross Car and Bike Show,” although he didn’t specify a date for it. Still, given his post, it seems that its second annual iteration will take place sooner rather than later. However, that wasn’t the most eye-catching part of his pics, which he captioned with a boastful “Are you ready?” Ross also showed off a massive golden chain of Jesus’ face, which looks as big as his hand and displays a silver beard and crown to boot.

Furthermore, the chain actually looks quite similar to the tattoo on his leg, which he also captured in the post. Although that certainly took up a lot of people’s attention when seeing Rick Ross and his latest IG post, don’t forget about his upcoming car show. He held its inaugural celebration in May of 2022 at his Fayetteville, Georgia estate, also called “The Promise Land.” In fact, you might even get a chance to see his beautiful (but sometimes too adventurous) buffalo.

Rick Ross & His Massive Jesus Piece

Apart from showing off his lavish lifestyle, Rick Ross is also making big money moves for other businesses. For example, he recently launched his own strain of marijuana named “Collins Ave,” named after a street he frequented during his days in Miami. In collaboration with the company High Tolerance, he joins other rap stars in promoting the brand. “High Tolerance is the best flower for all the ones who like to blow that good gas,” Rozay remarked. “This is the best flower in the world … this is why I decided to team up with High Tolerance. They have the best flower on the streets. Shout out to Manny, the biggest.”

Meanwhile, he made it clear that he’s a businessman that’s still down to tussle with his latest video of his kickboxing sessions. “You see, when I go wild, ‘cause I don’t want to train just to be training in the streets,” he said. “Ain’t no – all that tap s**t. I go buck wild. So if you don’t know me, when I nut up on you, it’s what I’ma say, which is gonna be horrendous. Then I’m going to jump with the punch,” he said as he showed off his moves. Whether it’s business, lifestyle, or new music, the 47-year-old is always down to entertain and keep living large. Regardless, check back in with HNHH for the latest news and updates on Rick Ross.
