Tina Knowles Highlights Beyoncé's History of Cowboy Culture

Ms. Tina Knowles has officially reached her divorce settlement with her now ex-husband, Ricard Lawson.

According to In Touch magazine, Knowles will pay $300,000 for the settlement. There will be no additional spousal support notes. In addition, Lawson and Knowles are forbidden from speaking negatively about each other, their children, or their spouses.

Knowles filed for divorce in July 2023, dissolving the marriage of eight years. The two cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce.

According to TMZ, the two wed in April 2015. Tina is also seeking a termination of spousal support that would be awarded to either her or Richard.

Tina Knowles & Richard Lawson Divorce Settlement Figures Revealed

Tina Knowles and Richard Lawson have reportedly settled their divorce, and new details about the numbers involved and other considerations recently emerged thanks to court documents reportedly obtained by In Touch Weekly. Moreover, these docs state that they split due to “irreconcilable differences that have arisen between the parties which have led to the irremediable breakdown of the marriage, making it impossible for the parties to live together as husband and wife.” But it seems like this settlement satisfied both individuals.

Furthermore, one of the terms is that Tina Knowles must pay her estranged ex-husband a one-time payment of $300K. Neither she nor Richard Lawson will receive spousal support from the other. As a result of their settlement and agreed-upon terms, Tina also got a 2018 Tesla, a 2020 Bentley, the Matriarch Book partnership with Penguin Random House, a one-percent interest in Kirby Beauty Management LLC, furniture and art in her possession, and all creative works, ideas, drafts, and materials that she generated during their marriage. These awards don’t change the fact that Knowles must pay all credit card debits she garnered during their relationship.

At least Tina Knowles will keep her Los Angeles home and the belongings within. On the other hand, Richard Lawson’s awards were a 2021 Cadillac Escalade, various bank and retirement accounts, all money owed to Richard Lawson Studios, earned royalties, and all his creative works that manifested during the marriage. As far as the Cadillac, he had to pay everything for it. The court docs also reveal an NDA that both must sign, which bars both of them from speaking negatively about the other party, their children, or their grandchildren.

“With respect to the mutual desire to protect the privacy rights of any and all present or future grandchildren of either party, the parties agree that they will not, when asked by any media or person, discuss said grandchildren or future grandchildren whether verbally or in writing,” Tina Knowles and Richard Lawson’s agreement reportedly reads. In other news, Tina’s endorsement of Kamala Harris put some more Beyoncé songs on the campaign playlist. Tyler Perry Puts $800M Studio Expansion on Hold After Seeing Possibilities of OpenAI

Tyler Perry’s going all out with his deal at Netflix. He just announced the cast of his new series Beauty in the Black, which includes Debbi Morgan, Richard Lawson, Taylor Polidore Williams, Crystle Stewart, and, let his, 14 others!

Naturally, Perry is out front for this project. He will write, direct, and produce the 16-episode, hour-long series, which is expected under his creative partnership with Netflix.

Here’s the casting breakdown for Beauty in Black. The series will star Taylor Polidore Williams, Amber Reign Smith, Crystle Stewart, Ricco Ross, Debbi Morgan, Richard Lawson, Steven G. Norfleet, Julian Horton, Terrell Carter, and Shann on Wallace. Also starring are Bryan Tanaka, Joy Rovaris, Xavier Smalls, Charles Malik Whitfield, Tamera “Tee” Kissen, Ursula O. Robinson, Ashley Versher and George Middlebrook.

As Shadow and Act reports, Perry’s new series follows Kimmie (Williams) and Mallory (Stewart) two Black women whose lives become intertwined. According to the logline, “While Kimmie is struggling to make a living after her mother kicked her out, and Mallory is running a successful business, they find themselves entangled in each other’s lives.”

Here’s a recap of other projects Perry has rolled out under his Netflix deal, including A Fall From Grace, A Jazzman’s Blues, and Mea Culpa, the latter of which was a top-watched movie on the streamer.

Perry’s upcoming film, Six Triple Eight, tells the story of the only all-Black Women’s Army Corps or WACs during World War II. It’s set to star Kerry Washington. Perry is serving as a writer, director, and producer and is on track to hit Netflix sometime this year.

Perry is flexible and has a lucrative deal with Amazon MGM Studios. His upcoming film Joy Ride will star Shannon Thornton and Tosin Morohunfola. Keep em’ coming, Tyler!

I can reach for; perfection is God’s business.” The theme of “perfection” in the quote has some fans thinking her post was a nod to the interview. “Came across this quote this morning,” she captioned the post, “I could not agree more with Micheal J Fox! I believe Any human being who thinks that they are perfect, or someone else could be perfect is delusional! ! I believe that Only God is perfect ! What about you?” To many, it seems as though Knowles stands by what she said.

Lawson, on the other hand, has been making headlines as of late for some of his alleged Twitter likes. Tina Knowles and Richard Lawson are headed for a divorce. The pending split will dissolve Beyoncé’s mom’s marriage of eight years.

The divorce was filed on Wednesday, listing the separation date of Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce.

According to TMZ, the two wed in April 2015. Tina is also seeking a termination of spousal support that would be awarded to either her or Richard.

Additionally, Tina changed her name to Celestine Lawson with the marriage. She will now return back to Celestine Knowles.
