Malika Andrews Seeks Restraining Order Against Man Who Allegedly Targeted Other ESPN Employees

Malika Andrews is someone who has been having an amazing career over at ESPN. In just a few short years, she has been able to advance her standing within the company. Overall, she is the host of NBA Today and she also gives her talent to a myriad of other broadcasts. Unfortunately, she is someone who has taken a lot of heat over the last few years. Recently, however, Andrews has been dealing with an incredibly scary situation. According to TMZ, she has a stalker who has been making threats on social media. The alleged perpetrator is Ahmed Abubakar from New Jersey. As she claims, Abubaker began sending her messages on Twitter which eventually became way too much. Court Grants Nina Agdal Temporary Retraining Order Against Dillon Danis

As of late, Dillon Danis has been going after Nina Agdal ahead of his fight against her fiancé, Logal Paul. He’s posted sexually explicit images of her, called her a “sl*t” and a “whore,” and more. The whole thing has been an attempt to mess with Paul before the fight, but he claims that the online bullying hasn’t impacted him or his bond with Agdal.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that Agdal filed a lawsuit against Danis, noting that she’s suffered emotional distress, humiliation, and more as a result of Danis’ taunting. The model additionally filed for a restraining order against the MMA fighter. Following the news, Danis took to Twitter to comment, and threw a few jabs at Agdal in the process. “Nina Adgel has filed a massive lawsuit against me,” he wrote. “She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail. This is actually wild but I won’t stop f*ck the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking. I will provide more details when I can, but because it’s a federal case, I can’t at this time. P.S. f*ck that hoe.”

Restraining Order Prohibits Danis From Posting Agdal’s Private Content

Despite the lawsuit, Danis went on to call Agdal a “clout-whore,” and allege that she sent details of the case to TMZ. He also went on to share more suggestive posts about Agdal. Fortunately, the outlet recently revealed that Agdal has been granted a temporary restraining order against Danis.

The restraining order will prevent Danis and his associates from “posting content in any way depicting or portraying Plaintiff that Defendant knows or has reason to believe was never meant to be shared publicly or was obtained without consent, through the hacking of any of Plaintiff’s accounts or devices, or through any other illegal or unauthorized means.” Keep an eye on HNHH for more updates on Nina Agdal, Dillon Danis, and Logan Paul.

Ja’Marr Chase Seeks Restraining Order Against 2021 One-Night Stand, Alleges Long-Standing Harassment

Ja’Marr Chase is one of the stars of a new-look Cincinnati Bengals team. After drafting Joe Burrow first overall in 2020, the Bengals added his top college receiving target fifth overall in 2021. Chase has given the Bengals two 1,000-yard seasons and has made the Pro Bowl in his first two seasons. If he can consistently avoid injuries, he missed five games in 2022, he is set to become an all-time great at his position. Through two seasons, he is already 21st on the Bengals’ list of all-time yardage receivers. Of course, the two names he will be looking to inevitably beat are Chad Johnson and A.J. Green.

But Chase is currently making headlines for a different reason. The wide receiver claims that he and his family have suffered consistent harassment from one Ambar Hunter. Hunter, who goes by Ambar Nicole on social media, has consistently posted accusations about Chase on social media. This has occurred since they engaged in a one-night stand in July 2021. Aside from accusing Chase of stranding at a hotel, Hunter also claims Chase is the father of her child and that Chase abused her.

Chase Denies Allegations, Seeks Restraining Order

Of course, Chase has categorically denied all claims made by Hunter. The wideout says that Hunter’s child is not his. Furthermore, he claims that she has refused to allow a DNA test to be conducted to prove this. Additionally, Chase has claimed that despite Hunter reporting his alleged domestic abuse, no law enforcement agency has found credible evidence to support her claims. Now Chase has taken things one step further.

On August 15, Chase filed a motion for a temporary restraining order against Hunter. In the court documents, obtained by TMZ, Chase calls Hunter “unhinged and disturbing”. The documents also state that she is engaging in “calculated and ongoing harassment” against him and his mother. Furthermore, Chase points to a July 2023 incident in which Hunter posted the personal cell numbers of Chase and his mother online to her 18,000 social media followers. “After exhausting every out of court remedy, he was left with no other option. Mr. Chase intends to use all legal options to protect himself and family from this unwarranted harassment. We have no further comment while this matter is pending,” Chase’s attorneys said in a statement.

Ex-Laker Trevor Ariza Receives Restraining Order From Wife, Turns Over Weapons

Earlier this month, the wife of former Lakers player Trevor Ariza ran to authorities requesting a restraining order. Bree Anderson married the ex-NBA star in 2018 but has brought to light his abusive tendencies. With a divorce underway for this couple, Anderson revealed her fear for safety, and plead with the court for protection against Ariza. While the investigation is ongoing, the judge has granted Anderson a temporary restraining order, according to RadarOnline.

In addition, the 37-year-old athlete was ordered to turn in a series of weapons. Ariza has complied with authorities by giving up four guns to the Los Angeles Police Department. The firearms included two Glocks and two AR-15s, the news outlet reports. His weapons will remain in the possession of the authorities for the remainder of Anderson’s case.

When Anderson initially sought protection against Ariza earlier this month, she claimed that he “engaged in acts of extreme physical abuse towards [her].” The victim continued in her statement, “he was verbally and emotionally abusive to me. Some of the abuse occurred in the presence of our children. I have been financially dependent on Trevor throughout our marriage.” Anderson also provided the court photographs of the aftermath of bruises caused by Ariza.

Throughout her statements, the alleged victim emotionally recounts the abuse she reportedly endured. On February 17th, 2020, she claimed Ariza severely choked her. “He immediately grabbed me by the throat and started choking me until I was unconscious,” Anderson reflected. Another instance occurred in 2021 when the basketball player demanded her phone. After refusing to turn it over, his wife claims that her husband choked her again, and punched her multiple times with a closed fist.

In her statement, Anderson summarizes the series of events and pleads with the court, claiming that “Trevor’s physical, verbal, and emotional abuse” warrants a restraining order. Currently, Ariza is temporarily prohibited from being within 100 yards of his soon-to-be ex-wife. On March 8th, the court will meet again to decide whether he will receive a permanent restraining order. For future updates on Ariza’s developing case, be sure to check back in with HNHH.

Natalia Bryant Gets Granted Restraining Order From Stalker

Kobe Bryants 18 Year Old Daughter Natalia Bryant Inks Modeling Contract

Kobe Bryant’s eldest daughter Natalia has been granted legal protection against a man she says poses a threat to her life.

Natalia testified at a court hearing in Los Angeles on Wednesday, saying she’s terrified of what 32-year-old alleged stalker, Dwayne Kemp, might do next based on his “unsettling” actions over the past couple of months. As per court documents, Natalia had first sought a temporary restraining order last month, claiming Kemp had been messaging her on social media “as if he wanted to initiate such a relationship” since December 2020. The court docs allege that Kemp sent Bryant numerous unsolicited messages, including one picture of her late father with the rest of the family. Bryant also said she received another message from him that read, “I Love You and
I’m Sorry. Can We Talk and Makeup So We Can Be Friends Again…?”

A Temporary Restraining Order, commonly known as a TRO, is a written instruction issued by a court or judge that temporarily protects people from Domestic Violence, Civil Harassment, Workplace Violence, and Elder Abuse. This court order directs the abuser to not contact and abuse the victim (i.e., person seeking the TRO). It regulates and restricts the behavior of the abuser. A TRO is generally issued for 21 days. In some cases, it can last a bit longer, usually until the abuser is served with the TRO.

A Restraining Order (also called a “protective order”) is a court order that can protect someone from being physically or sexually abused, threatened, stalked, or harassed. The person getting the restraining order is called the “protected person.” The person the restraining order is against is the “restrained person.” Sometimes, restraining orders include other “protected
persons” like family or household members of the protected person. If the restrained person Violates (breaks) the restraining order, he or she may go to jail, or pay a fine, or both. Unlike a TRO which is generally issued for 21 days, after having a court hearing, a judge can grant you a “restraining order after hearing” that can last up to five years. However, if there is no
termination date on the order, the order will last three years from the date it was issued.

Bryant was granted a three- year restraining order against Kemp, who has allegedly showed up at Bryant’s sorority house at the University of Southern California and at one of her classes and roamed the campus at USC. Under this order, Kemp cannot possess or purchase any firearms, and he has 24 hours to surrender any weapons he currently owns.

Natalia Bryant Wins Court Case

Recently, Bryant had been granted a temporary restraining order against Kemp. This meant the man could not come within 200 yards of her personal space. Overall, it was a huge win for Natalia, although now, she has secured an even bigger win.

In a new report from TMZ, it was revealed that Bryant was able to get a three-year restraining order against Kemp. Moreover, Kemp now has to give up all of his weapons. Previously, it had been noted that Kemp was a bit of a gun nut, which led to even more worry in regard to Natalia’s safety.
