Blueface Pleads Guilty In 2022 Las Vegas Shooting: Report

Blueface is putting one of his legal cases to rest, according to 8NewsNow. Court documents reveal that the California rapper pleaded guilty to two charges related to two separate incidents in Las Vegas. The report claims that an attorney for Blueface, born Jonathan Porter, informed the judge that he would plead guilty to a misdemeanor battery charge and a felony count of discharging a firearm at or into an occupied structure. His attorney also stated that he waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

Records reveal that Judge Kathleen Delaney agreed to the deal on Monday. The judge scheduled his sentencing for Oct. 2nd, 2023 and it appears that he’ll dodge any sort of jail time. His attorneys Caitlyn McASmis and Kristina Wildeveld told 8NewsNow that he would only face probation when he faces a judge to receive his sentence. In the meantime, Judge Kathleen Delaney agreed to release Blueface from house arrest, stemming from his arrest earlier this month.

The felony charge is related to an incident at Euphoric Gentlemen’s Club in October 2022, per Las Vegas Review-Journal. A man, who police identified as Kentabius Traylor, told police that someone shot at his video as he drove away. He said that Blueface shot at him after making some remarks about his vehicle, leaving him with a bullet graze to his left hand. Although Blue might end up serving probation for the incident, there are still civil cases currently against him.

The battery charge is one that stemmed from a separate incident that occurred in May. The rapper and Chrisean Malone, better known as Chrisean Rock, reportedly got into an altercation with a woman who attempted to record them. She accused Blueface and his team of assault, leading to the battery charge. At the same time, he was also placed on house arrest, which he recently claimed was due to Malone’s actions that evening. We’ll keep you posted on any more updates surrounding the case.

Boosie Badazz Does “The Ankle Monitor” Dance With Lil Duval

In a new clip, Boosie Badazz and comedian Lil Duval show off a new dance move they’ve dubbed “the ankle monitor.” In the clip, the two men do the jig in what appears to be a restaurant. Lil Duval notes that one must be on probation in order to do the new dance.

Boosie was just recently released from jail after being arrested last month on gun charges. He had previously requested bond which a judge granted, but federal prosectors wanted to keep him behind bars. Boosie took to Twitter to share his thoughts. “After the judge has granted me a bond, and I paid my full cash amount,” he wrote, “the prosecution refuse to respect the judges decision to let me go.” He continued, “They showed no evidence of me being a flight risk or a danger to the community. The prosecutor Mr. wheat looked at me singing Wipe Me Down, wiped his shoulders and shook his head with a look of evil in his eyes. This is total misconduct from a prosecutor.” He was later released on $100,000 bond, double what his initial bond was.

Ezra Miller Serving 1 Year Probation After Pleading Guilty To Vermont Burglary

Ezra Miller found themselves in no shortage of trouble throughout 2022. As Deadline reports, during the last 12 months, the non-binary actor got in an altercation at a bar in Iceland. Afterward, they took part in disorderly conduct at a Hawaiian karaoke bar.

On the same island, the New Jersey native was given charges of second-degree assault. They allegedly threw a chair at a 26-year-old woman. Additionally, a Greenfield, MA, 12-year-old child and their mother issued a restraining order, and 18-year-old Tokata Iron Eyes’ parents previously filed a protection order against Miller for “grooming and brainwashing” their minor daughter.

Last May, The Perks of Being a Wallflower star broke into a Vermont residence and stole liquor. While pleading not guilty a while back, it was said that they could face 26 years in prison for the offence.

However, Miller’s attorney has since worked out a plea deal. This allows them to serve just one year of probation as a punishment. “The court will impose the sentence here… We accepted your plea of guilty. We will impose the fine here $500, and a sentence of 80-90 days which is all suspended with probation. The term of probation will be one year,” Superior Court Judge Kerry A. McDonald-Cady said yesterday (January 13).

“As part of the plea agreement here, the state will dismiss without prejudice counts 1 and 2, of the burglary and petit larceny,” the judge later added.

Should Miller successfully complete probation, the actor’s charges will remain dismissed. “However, if there’s a violation of probation that was filed that a court found probable cause for, the state could refile the count 1 burglary,” the court told the 30-year-old.

Their attorney shared a statement after the hearing. “Ezra would like to thank the court and the community for their trust and patience throughout this process. [They] would once again like to acknowledge the love and support they have received from their family and friends, who continue to be a vital presence in their ongoing mental health,” Lisa B. Shelkrot wrote.

Miller will specifically be responsible for registering with the Vermont department of corrections. They’ll also notify their probation officer of their address each month, and of any probable cause for a new criminal offence. Their consumption of alcoholic beverages will be lower, with breathalyzer tests always being a possibility.

In the summer, the entertainer issued a statement on his “intense crisis.” This led him to accept the ongoing “complex mental health issues.” They wrote, “I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behaviour. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.”

At the same time, reports began circulating that Miller was meeting with Warner Bros executives. This, in hopes of saving a project that’s been undoubtedly on the rocks amid the chaos.

Yaya Mayweather Sentenced For Stabbing NBA Youngboy’s BM

A judge finally handed down a sentence in Yaya Mayweather’s 2020 stabbing case. Floyd Mayweather’s daughter will serve six years probation after she was found guilty of stabbing the mother of NBA Youngboy’s child.

Police arrested 22-year-old Iyanna Mayweather in Houston in 2020. According to prosecutors, Yaya reportedly showed up to YB’s home in Houston when she saw the rapper’s baby mother, Lapattra Lashai Jacobs, inside of the residence. From there, she reportedly claimed to be YB’s fiancée, picked up two knives, and charges at Jacobs.

Jacobs sustained injuries on her arm from the scrap between her and Yaya. An ambulance rushed Jacobs to the hospital where she underwent surgery for multiple lacerations to her arm. Authorities said she was in stable condition and recovered since.

On Thursday, the judge gave Yaya Mayweather a Deferred Adjudication of Guilt along with her six-year probation sentence. She pled guilty to an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge.

Yaya and Youngboy are no longer together but they do share a child, Kentrell Jr.

NBA Youngboy hasn’t publicly discussed the scenario since it occurred. However, he’s clearly in a productive and positive space these days. The Baton Rouge rapper delivered a spree of projects since August’s The Last Slimeto. He dropped off Realer 2, Ma’ I Got A Family, 3800 Degrees, and most recently, his collaborative effort with Quando Rondo, 3860. At the same time, he’s also unloaded a slew of compilation projects uplifting the Never Broke Again Team throughout the year. On top of that, he recently released “Military” with Rich Gang on Thursday night.

Additionally, Amazon and AMP partnered with YB for the launch of his own radio show. The show launched earlier this month as a promotional tool before his next studio album.

Clearly, NBA Youngboy is revving up for some major plays in the new year. We’ll keep you posted on more info regarding YB’s next studio album.

Yaya Mayweather Gets Six Years Probation In 2020 Stabbing Case

Screen Shot 2022 12 16 at 7.02.59 AM 1

Several reports have confirmed that Iyanna “Yaya” Mayweather, the daughter of living boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr., received six years of deferred adjudication after pleading guilty to the 2020 stabbing of another woman in Cypress, a suburb outside of Houston, Texas.

Mayweather went in front of a judge last month and plead guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for the incident in 2020, where she stabbed NBA YoungBoy’s BM several times in the arm following a physical altercation. The plea taken by Mayweather allows her to avoid jail time.

A deferred adjudication is a special form of judge-ordered probation that allows Iyanna to accept responsibility for a crime without an actual conviction placed on record. Under her sentence, Iyanna will need to abide by the following:

  • Cannot commit any offenses
  • Cannot use or possess any illegal drug or prescription drugs that are not currently prescribed by a medical professional
  • Report to supervising officer
  • Work a suitable employment and/or attend school full-time
  • Remain within Harris County or any counties directly touching Harris County, and cannot travel outside the location unless given permission

Earlier this year, Mayweather celebrated her birthday and posted a pic wearing a shirt bearing her mugshot.
