Leena Sayed Denies Being Young Thug’s “Twin” After Leaked Jail Call

Leena Sayed and Young Thug became trending topics on Monday, December 23. The two were linked through a leaked jail call dating back to 2022. Sayed became visibly emotional when Thugger told her to move on and find someone else. The rapper’s feelings on the matter have sparked widespread debate. Some have theorized that he was also emotional, while others claimed he was trying to stifle laughter over the IG model’s tears. Either way, Leena Sayed and Young Thug have tried to distance themselves from their 2022 call.

Leena Sayed and the rapper issued statements via social media on Monday. The former claimed that had yet to meet her current boyfriend, professional boxer Devin Haney, when the phone call took place. “That video was before I met my bd,” Sayed wrote on her Instagram Stories. “I would never talk to Thug or any other man.” The speculation as to whether Sayed and Thug were romantically involved, however, gained traction among fans. Many theorized that the two were carrying out an affair while Young Thug was with Mariah the Scientist. Perhaps spurred by these theories, Leena Sayed issued another statement via Insta on Tuesday.

Sayed claimed that she was never Young Thug’s “twin” in a romantic sense. She also restated her love for Devin Haney, with whom she shares a child. “Lol I’m nobody’s twin,” the Instagram model asserted. “I’m 100% down for my baby daddy with whatever he do and whoever else he f*ck with.” Leena Sayed went on to suggest that those who have been criticizing her are merely jealous of her bond with the pro boxer. “That’s why y’all mad,” she posited. Leena Sayed’s decision to refute the “twin” association does feel like a direct response to Young Thug’s social media comments.

The rapper claimed that he was never romantically involved with Leena Sayed. He also made some crass remarks about being able to have her anytime he pleased. Even today. “I can have that lil sh*t right now if I wanted it,” Thugger tweeted. “But she been pushing the p harder then n*gas lol that’s the twin… I got who I want.” The rapper also claimed that he did not have feelings for Sayed in any capacity, romantic or otherwise. “I don’t know y she spoke on loving other people or anything else cause ain giving no f*ck bout no hes or n**gas,” he concluded.

Erica Mena & Safaree’s Saga Continues As She Allegedly Blocks Him From Seeing Their Kids For Holidays

You all know the deal by now when it comes to Erica Mena and Safaree’s damaged relationship. After the two reality stars split from one another in 2022 it’s been nothing but constant bickering and disagreements between them. For example, Mena recently made a formal and public apology to one of her ex’s highest-profile partners, Nicki Minaj. After hating on the Trinidadian femcee for years during her and Safaree’s time together, she realized that she was not the problem. “It’s funny how life comes full circle. Because the same thing he did to her, he’s doing to me.”

That same thing she claims is how he’s portrayed himself as the victim both relationships “I remember him pouring his heart out to me about all the stuff she did to him,” Mena recalled. “I didn’t think to ask, ‘What did you do to her?’…” “I owe this woman an apology,” she said in short. Safaree has of course retaliated and tried to disprove Mena’s claims time and time again. Overall, it’s hard to take either of their words as the truth, with fans acknowledging that as well.

There saga may never end, and we are convinced of that with them trading shots once again. The Neighborhood Talk was able to collect video and photo evidence on Mena and Safaree arguing about the “deadbeat dad” storyline. She’s persisted to push this narrative about him, recently stating that he hasn’t seen their children in six months. For context, Safaree had said that he hasn’t seen them due to him trying to finalize a visitation schedule legally.

Safaree started by sharing screenshots of him trying to text his four-year-old daughter on her iPad for holiday time. He sent multiple messages, but to no avail. He suggests that Erica blocked his number, writing, “I didn’t know 4 year olds know how to block people. It’s hard being a deadbeat.. but I’m sure after this I’ll somehow magically get unblocked.” Mena then clapped back with a video of their daughter’s iPad being dead, suggesting that was the real reason why she wasn’t responding. She captioned the post in short with, “I guess the photo opportunity is more important now than the once a week parenting time that’s been court ordered since 2022.”

Drake And Adin Ross Team Up For “Drizzmas Giveaway” Live Stream

Drake is a busy man these days. The rapper is in the midst of a legal battle against UMG and Spotify, in which he’s accusing both companies of artificially inflating Kendrick Lamar’s streaming numbers. Drizzy has decided to keep the fans fed amidst this corporate drama, though. On Monday, the rapper revealed that he will be collaborating with Adin Ross on a holiday-themed stream. It’s called “Drizzmas Giveaway” and the event will see the rapper and stream give out several expensive prizes to viewers.

Drake and Adin Ross’ stream is Christmas themed, but it will take place at 8 pm EST on December 26. The duo can be seen rocking Santa hats on the poster for the event. Several prizes are listed on the poster, including a dream vacation for two, as well as a two person trip to see Drake perform live in Australia. A years rent for up to two people, and $250K U.S. for two people are also prize options. Drake and Adin Ross have interacted at various points in the past. The two reportedly hung out at a Toronto club in September, and Drizzy went semi-viral for leaving a comment about KSI on one of Ross’ streams.

Drake and Adin Ross are both born in October. The former even got on Instagram to wish the streamer a happy birthday and give him props. “BIG ADIN DAY TOO the most unlikely duo,” he wrote. “More life. You are a good human being and solid. What you do for the people around you, I admire. Love broski.” But the timing of the post, and Drake’s reputation post-Kendrick Lamar battle, caused fans to roast Ross for the co-sign. “If DRAKE calls you a good human being,” one Twitter user asserted. “Then you’re probably not a good human being.”

Drake is becoming an increasingly familiar face on live streams. The rapper recently linked up with fellow Canadian xQc for a gambling stream. The live stream drew impressive numbers, but Drake’s comments about enemies like The Weeknd, Steve Lacy, and, of course, Kendrick Lamar, overshadowed everything else about the event.The internet clowned Drake in return. Wendy Williams’ Son Shares Promising Update On Her Health

Wendy Williams’ son, Kevin Hunter Jr., says that his mother is sober and he expects her to come home soon as she continues to battle with dementia. He shared the update on his mom while commenting on a post from Charlamagne Tha God. The Breakfast Club host had shared a video of Wendy at Hunter Jr.’s college graduation from Florida International University in Miami.

“This makes me feel ancient. Congrats @topfloor_kev for graduating from @fiuinstagram with a degree in Economics. Next stop law school!!! Keep God First, Stay Humble, and Keep Working Young Man!!! We Truly Thank GOD for it ALL!!!” Charlamagne wrote in the caption. “Thank you fam! Let’s get her home,” Hunter commented. When one user expressed their love for his mom, he wrote in response: “While I’m here quick update on my mom. She’s sober and wants to come home. We’re fighting to make that happen because Isolation is killing her faster than anything else.”

Wendy’s brother, Tommy Williams Jr., previously revealed that she was staying at an undisclosed treatment facility while speaking with Us Weekly, earlier this year. “When I speak to Wendy, she sounds fine. Wendy has improved,” he told the outlet back in February. “I know my sister from where she was to where she is now, and she has a substantial amount of improvement. It’s dialogue and conversation, topics, content, speech pattern, everything.” At the time, Wendy had just been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia.

Snoop Dogg’s Daughter Reveals She’s Pregnant With Her First Child

Snoop Dogg’s one and only daughter, Cori Broadus, has not had the easiest path to growing up. Since the age of six she’s been diagnosed with lupus, an uncurable, chronic autoimmune disease. Following that, at the top of 2024, the 25-year-old entrepreneur began her recovery from a “severe stroke.” She’s been doing much better as of late, but as you can tell, Cori’s had a lot of roadblocks trying to bring her down. However, Snoop’s “toughest little thing” is soon to become a mother of her first child! She revealed this astounding news to E!, according to The Shade Room, and found out she was pregnant back in October.

She says that this was not planned, and it was quite the surprise. However, Cori and the rest of her family are embracing this life-changing milestone. Snoop Dogg’s daughter mentioned, “I found out Oct. 28. This baby is so unplanned, but we are soooo blessed.” With that in mind, Cori is now four months in. Due to her having lupus though, things could get dicey, doctors say. Some issues that could arise include blood clots, kidney problems, growth setbacks for the child, and more.

However, despite the possibility of these scary future problems, Cori is remaining strong throughout this journey. “God has his hands on me, and me and the baby are doing perfectly fine.” Wayne Deuce, Cori’s fiancé, is also very excited for what’s ahead of him as a father-to-be. “He knows she is going to be so beautiful, and he just can’t wait to build things for her and give her all the love in the world,” she shared.

The musical artist is also looking forward to being that protective figure in her daughter’s life. “Growing up, I wasn’t the most confident and never felt like I fit in, so just to instill all the beautiful things in her head at a young age.” As for how Snoop Dogg and the rest of the family feel, they are just as ecstatic. However, he couldn’t but joke a little bit and say that he was hoping for a grandson. Regardless, it’s going to be a beautiful little girl and we are so happy for Cori, Wayne, and the rest of the crew!

Faizon Love Argues That Comedians Shouldn’t Be Beefing Amid Katt Williams Drama

Faizon Love argued that comedians shouldn’t beef with one another while discussing Katt Williams’ controversial comments about him from earlier this year. Williams labeled Love a “fat liar” while speaking with Shannon Sharpe for a now-infamous episode of Club Shay Shay back in January. He also joked about having a pot-bellied pig named after him at the GQ Men Of The Year event in November. Love responded to Williams during a recent interview on the We Playin’ Spades podcast.

“None of us should be beefing,” Love said of comedians as a whole. “He loves me. He thinks about me all the time. These other comedians– the white ones, they don’t beef with each other.” From there, he explained that he wasn’t offended by Williams calling him “fat,” but instead the accusation that he’s a liar.

While appearing on the Club Shay Shay podcast, Williams had ranted about several other comedians. In mentioning Love, he said: “I only put on comedians that are funnier than me. Anybody tell you different is a fat Faizon liar…Faizon said that getting a Netflix special is easy, I have 12 specials, guess how many Faizon got? Zero. Why is he allowed to have conversations about real stand-up people? We do not let people who are on the juice discuss real athletes, that’s all!”

Things are getting tense at ESPN right now, as First Take‘s Shannon Sharpe and College Gameday‘s Kirk Herbstreit are trading shots. The issue was actually started by his colleague and co-host, Stephen A. Smith. It all circulates around Ohio State University’s head football coach Ryan Day, who some feel is on the hot seat despite a 66-10 record. Smith is one of them mostly due to the fact that Day has lost his last four meetings to their arch nemesis in Michigan. Additionally, the program’s playoff success has been middling to some degree under Day.

Stephen A. feels that he should be fired, especially if he doesn’t win the national championship this year. Now, let’s fast forward to this past Saturday. With the game in hand for OSU against visiting Tennessee, Herbstreit takes the time to discuss the noise surrounding Ryan Day and his future. It’s worth noting that Kirk played quarterback for the Buckeyes back in the late 80s to early 90s, so he has a good pulse on the fan base and the program. Overall, he feels that coach Day has done a marvelous job. However, his comments didn’t stop there.

Not First Take. That was me, Stephen A. Don’t misquote me. What I said was, ‘this man Ryan Day, if he doesn’t get a national championship, he should go. As for Shannon, well, he was restrained, but not as playful. “I’m gonna be a good teammate. I’m gonna let it slide. Everybody’s at ESPN. Because had you not taken the route you’ve taken, I would’ve lit their a**es up. If we’re going to be on the same team, if we’re gonna work for the same network, don’t do that. Tariq Nasheed Explains The Backlash Fat Joe Received From Foundational Black Americans

Tariq Nasheed has responded to the backlash that Fat Joe faced for his controversial comments on Math Hoffa’s My Expert Opinion show. Moreover, for those unaware, Joey Crack called Foundational Black Americans (FBA) “radical Black racists” who are trying to downplay his identity and making up narratives around him. Nasheed is in strong disagreement with Joe’s sentiments about Black culture and Latin American culture, particularly Puerto Ricans, creating hip-hop “50/50.” For the most part in his response, the filmmaker called out what he sees as lies in people’s arguments against FBAs and other common cultural misconceptions on both sides.

Furthermore, this is just one small corner of much wider cultural conversations between so many different groups across or adjacent to Black culture and identity, something that this white-passing Puerto Rican writer, to quote Justin Hunte, is not in the position to properly contextualize. But Fat Joe is far from the only hip-hop artist that Tariq Nasheed has smoke for these days, as he also made some divisive comments about Sexyy Red earlier in 2024. He believes that white supremacists are pushing her because she, in his opinion, represents a negative image of Black culture.

In addition, there are some other Fat Joe takes that might rub Tariq Nasheed or others the wrong way, as his assessment of this past year in rap music also prompted critical responses. “I woke up 2024 feeling like [God dammit!] It’s been a horrible year,” he said of hip-hop this year. “I was just having a heated discussion with my people [about this]. All our legends. All our mentors getting scrutinized. This is the worst time to be a celebrity in history. I’m not sure you guys wanna be celebrities. […] This might be the worst year ever in hip hop history type s**t. This s**t bad.”

Meanwhile, Tariq Nasheed also brought up his Microphone Check documentary against Fat Joe, which also seeks to debunk his claims. As you can tell, these are very difficult cultural conversations that could be much more fruitful and beneficial if folks didn’t take such stubborn or staunch stances. Hopefully combative clap-backs instead turn into more direct dialogue in 2025.

“I hate the internet, I hope all this sh*t crash one day and we can’t use it no more! I just wanna live in real life. The internet is so f*cking cap!” Fletcher posted. When one user responded, “you the main one should be thanking God for the internet,” she fired back: “I’m telling you find something else to do before I get on yo ass.” As fans continued trolling her, Fletcher eventually wrote: “2025 everything private.”
