Last week Sheryl Lee Ralph appeared on’ Way Up with Angela Yee’ and recalled the time she was forcibly tongue kissed without her consent by a famous TV judge.

Sheryl never mentioned a name but Judge Joe Brown threatened to sue for defamation of character. Sheryl cleared the other famous judge—Judge Mathis saying it wasn’t him and he was a good man. Judge Brown threatened to file defamation of character after actress Sheryl Lee Ralph recalled, without naming names, a popular TV judge who forcibly grabbed her by the neck and planted an unwanted kiss on her.
Now Judge Joe Brown believes Sheryl was sent by the Democrats to sabotage his run for the Mayor of Memphis…

Chris Rock On Donald Trump: ‘Arresting Trump Is Like Arresting Tupac…He’s Gonna Sell More Records’

Chris Rock is back in the news again.

The  comedian said arresting former President Donald Trump would be like imprisoning Tupac Shakur — arguing that it’ll only boost the 2024 presidential candidate and help Trump rally up more support.

“Are you guys really going to arrest Trump?” Rock asked on stage at a Sunday event to award the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor to Adam Sandler, per multiple reports.

Rock joked that apprehending Trump “is only going to make him more popular,” 

“It is like arresting Tupac. He’s just going to sell more records,” Rock said, per Deadline.

“Are you stupid? He slept with a porn star and paid off someone so his wife wouldn’t find out. That’s romantic,” Rock said.

Audience members, including former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and show business celebrities like Conan O’Brien, Steve Buscemi, and Jennifer Aniston, laughed at Rock’s joke, Fox News reported.

Feds Did A Sweep: Georgia Prosecutors Considering Hitting Donald Trump With RICO Charges Over Attempt To Overturn 2020 Election Results

Things seem to be crashing all around for Donald Trump. Over the weekend, he posted on his Truth Social platform that he expects to be arrested by Tuesday, March 21, in relation to a $130,000 payment he gave to pornstar Stormy Daniels in 2016. And yesterday, Georiga prosecutors said that they are considering hitting Trump with RICO charges in relation to his attempt to overturn his 2020 election results in the state.

According to CNN, prosecutors have a large amount of evidence of Trump’s attempt to change his election results, including “recordings of phone calls, emails, text messages, documents, and testimony before a special grand jury.”

The special grand jury met in Atlanta for 7 months and heard testimony from 75 witnesses who say that Trump tried to overturn the election results. Some of these witnesses even include some of Trump’s closest advisers during his last weeks as President.

As for the phone cals, investigators have at least three recordings of Trump calling Georgia officials, one even the Georgia House speaker, asking them to push for a special session to overturn the election results. There is reportedly another recording of Trump calling an investigator with the Georiga Secretary of State’s office in December 2020.

According to a source, Fulton County D.A. Fani Willis could make a decision to pursue the charges by Spring.

Chris Rock was on hand as Adam Sandler received the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor in D.C. Never one to miss a moment for political discourse, Rock threw a Trump joke while honoring his friend Sandler.

“Are you guys really gonna arrest Trump?” Rock stated. “Do you know this is only going to make him more popular? It’s like arresting Tupac. He’s just gonna sell more records. Are you stupid?”

And to be honest, Rock may be right, because that’s the thinking of Donald Trump.

According to CNN, Trump believes his base being charged up would help him politically. He also sees a positive in the indictment.

A spokesperson for Trump revealed that the former president didn’t receive any indication that he would be arrested. Instead, he was “rightfully highlighting his innocence.”

During the ceremony, Rock added more funny context to the potential indictment. “[Trump] f—ing a porn star and paid off someone so his wife couldn’t find out. That’s romantic,” Rock said.

According to Fox News, Rock made a comparison to everyday life.

It’s a tense week for Donald Trump, but Chris Rock is bringing laughs about the former president’s potential arrest. Days ago, Trump made an explosive revelation through his Truth Social app. Trump has been under several investigations, but it’s expected that a grand jury could indict him for misappropriating federal funds. Notably, his hush money purportedly paid to former adult film star Stormy Daniels is at the center of the investigation. It was further stated that Michael Cohen arranged for Daniels to be paid $130K to deny she had sex with him. Daniels has also gone on record saying the encounter did occur.

As the indictment looms, Trump revealed he expected to be arrested this week. Meanwhile, Chris Rock used the announcement as a part of his routine while honoring his good friend Adam Sandler. The Billy Madison icon was awarded the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor in Washington, D.C., and the onlooking crowd included several high-ranking political officials. “Are you guys really gonna arrest Trump?” Rock asked the audience. “Do you know this is only going to make him more popular? Rock additionally quipped, “[Trump’s] f*cking a porn star and paid off someone so his wife couldn’t find out. That’s romantic. We’ve all been cheated on. However, it was further noted that it’s unclear to Trump’s rep how he landed on Tuesday as being the day he was arrested. A grand jury is reportedly convening today to go over evidence, and it looks as if Trump believes there is enough stacked against him.

Mexico’s President Says “Lack Of Hugs” To Blame For US Fentanyl Crisis

Mexico’s president, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, says that a lack of “love,” “brotherhood,” and “hugs” are the cause of the United States’ fentanyl crisis. López Obrador explained his theory during a morning news briefing, earlier this week.

“There is a lot of disintegration of families, there is a lot of individualism, there is a lack of love, of brotherhood, of hugs and embraces,” López Obrador said on Friday. “That is why they (U.S. officials) should be dedicating funds to address the causes.” He has previously praised Mexico’s family values for keeping down its fentanyl overdoses.

A few days prior, López Obrador argued that his country is safer than the United States. The comments came after the high-profile kidnapping of four Americans in Mexico at the border city of Matamoros. “Mexico is safer than the United States. There is no issue with traveling safely through Mexico,” López Obrador told reporters at another one of his daily press briefings, according to CNN. “That’s something the U.S. citizens also know, just like our fellow Mexicans that live in the US.”

López Obrador cited the high number of Americans traveling to the country as well as those moving to Mexico City. He further claims there is “a campaign against Mexico from conservative U.S. politicians that don’t want this country to keep developing for the good of the Mexican people.” He added: “U.S. government alerts say that it’s safe to only travel [in the states of] Campeche and Yucatan. If that were the case, so many Americans wouldn’t be coming in to live in Mexico City and the rest of the country. In the past few years is when more Americans have come to live in Mexico. So, what’s happening? Why the paranoia?”

In response to the recent troubles, several politicians in the United States have called to designate Mexican drug cartels as terrorist organizations. They argue it will allow the U.S. military to handle the groups.

Donald Trump Attends NCAA Wrestling Tournament While Awaiting Potential Arrest

Donald Trump was in attendance at the NCAA wrestling tournament at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on Saturday night. Senator Markwayne Mullin reportedly invited the former president to the event, according to TMZ. The two posed for photos together and waved at fans inside the venue.

His appearance came just hours after revealing that he expects to be arrested on Tuesday. He explained in a fiery post on Truth Social that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg intends to indict him over the infamous Stormy Daniels hush-money investigation. Daniels has also agreed to make herself available as a witness, or for further inquiry in the investigation. Additionally, she dissed the former president on Twitter. The arrest could have major implications for Trump’s reelection bid in 2024.

Though Megan Thee Stallion spent much of early 2023 away from social media and the public eye, the Houston native has been outside with a vengeance lately. Not only did she make her red carpet return at the Vanity Fair Oscars After-Party, but she also announced that her first performance of the year will be taking place in her hometown at the end of March. This weekend specifically found the “Big Ole Freak” hitmaker taking a trip across the country to Washington, D.C., where she and Vice President Kamala Harris spent some time together in celebration of Women’s History Month. Megan shared a photo dump from her vacation on Saturday (March 18), revealing some of the fun the two had together.

San Francisco Considers Giving $5 Million Per Eligible Black Resident As Reparations

San Francisco has heard the pleas of their people. Now, they’re seriously considering giving out reparations to the Black community. They have not determined exactly what will be done to atone for the years of trauma related to slavery and systemic racism. However, there have been over a hundred suggestions on how the matter should be handled. Some of the ideas presented so far include $5 million for every eligible Black adult, and a $97,000 income for the next 250 years. Elsewhere, others hope to see $1 homes for sale in the city.

On March 14, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors had a meeting to hear another report on the matter. The city-appointed reparations committee put together a presentation with their thoughts and suggestions, hoping to find a solution that works for everyone involved and affected. The task force was created a couple years ago, during the George Floyd protests. According to TMZ, the board was very pleased with what they heard and were supportive of all of the ideas suggested. The only Black member, Shamann Walton, promised that this package will be included in future city budgets. The committee report, with the finalized plans, is expected to arrive in June.

Not Everyone is Happy with Financial Reparations

Not everyone is on board with this, however. Racists, who take issue with giving money to people who didn’t personally endure slavery, as well as those who claim the monstrosities never took place in California, are among those speaking out. In addition, there are also people commenting on the fact that San Francisco does not have a very large Black community – less than 50,000. In addition, critics are concerned about how many will be able to qualify for the reparations.

The San Francisco branch of the NAACP has their reservations as well. They would prefer if the money was instead put towards infrastructure such as education and healthcare. It’s worth noting that only the local chapter is expressing these views. The National NAACP put out a statement in 2019 that they are in favor of financial reparations.
