Mustard Completely Rules Out Working With Drake Following The Kendrick Lamar Beef

If you were hoping for a Drake and Mustard collaboration, we are sorry to break your heart. According to an interview with the Los Angeles Times (via AllHipHop), the California producer is totally ruling that possibility out. It makes sense, as he did concoct the already iconic instrumental for Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us”. Additionally, his X rant about his low album sales for Faith Of A Mustard Seed was another indicator. He claimed that Drizzy helped Gordo drop his LP (which contained Drake collabs) the same day as his.

“Drake is the Malcolm X of white people 😂”, Mustard began. “And Akademiks make sure you post Gordo’s first week since Drake thought he did a thing with making him drop on the same day as me 😂”. So, yeah, he’s made his feelings pretty clear, but this feature with the outlet shows just how much hate he has inside of him for Drizzy. “I don’t think I want to make a song with that dude. He’s a strange guy”.

Mustard Is No Longer Messing With Drake

However, that quote is just the tip of the iceberg. When recalling the Pop Out show, he said it felt like everyone was getting rejuvenated. “I was right by the stage looking up at him as he was performing that night, and it was like everybody was getting healed”. Mustard said it had nothing to do with Drake, but all of the previous quotes we listed sort of contradict this one.

What are your thoughts on Mustard ruling out any possibility of working with Drake again? Do you think they will ultimately make up, why or why not? Is the hate for Drizzy going too far, or is it all valid? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Outkast Hits EDM Duo With Copyright Infringement Lawsuit For “ATLiens” Name

According to AllHipHop, Outkast has sued the EDM duo ATLiens for using their trademarked and iconic term without permission. Moreover, the lawsuit comes from High Schoolers LLC (André 3000 and Big Boi’s trademark holding company) against ATLiens Touring, Inc. The rap legends, along with their lawyers at Barnes & Thornburg LLC, seek to “permanently enjoin and restrained, directly or indirectly,” the electronic music group from using the name. Also, they wish to cancel U.S. Service Mark Registration No. 6,136,315 and to obtain consequential, compensatory, incidental, and other damages. Other considerations include royalties from this illegal activity’s profits, coverage of legal fees, and the complete removal of the dance artists’ use of the “ATLiens” name on the Internet.

“The defendant has and continues to sell tickets to concerts and give live performances in this state and District, with its next show being at the Coca-Cola Roxy Theater in Atlanta, Georgia on February 15, 2025,” Outkast’s lawsuit reportedly reads. “Defendant also advertises, offers for sale and sells products to consumers in this state and in this District though its interactive website, including merchandise bearing the ATLIENS mark. The word ATLIENS was invented by Outkast. Before Outkast created it, it [did not exist] in the cultural lexicon. In addition to the studio album ATLiens and the song ‘ATLiens,’ Plaintiff has used the ATLIENS mark as the title of a number of other distinct musical recordings. By way of example, but not necessarily limitation: (i) an album version of the ‘ATLiens’ song [appeared] on the ‘ATLiens/Wheelz of Steel’ CD Single.

“(ii) both an album version and an instrumental version of the ‘ATLiens’ song [appeared] on a M*** single,” Outkast’s suit continued. “(iii) three remixes, a ‘Bad Boy Remix,’ a ‘Bad Boy Instrumental’ and a ‘Bad Boy Alternative Mix’ of the ‘ATLiens’ song were featured on a Remix CD single; (iv) a clean version, album version, album instrumental and album acapella version of the ‘ATLiens’ song were featured on a 12′ Vinyl Single; and (v) ‘ATLiens’ was used on promo albums distributed by LaFace Records. Plaintiff is also the owner of all right, title and interest in and to the following United States Trademark and Service Mark Applications for its mark ATLIENS, which are presently valid and subsisting in law.

“Many years after Plaintiff commenced use of the ATLIENS mark as a trademark and service mark, many years after Plaintiff acquired common law rights in the ATLIENS mark, many years after Plaintiff commenced use of its ATLIENS mark in a manner analogous to trademark or service mark use, and many years after the ATLIENS mark became famous and inextricably associated with OUTKAST, Defendant formed an electronic dance music (“EDM”) duo in Atlanta, Georgia,” it concluded. “Upon information and belief, Defendant selected the name ATLIENS for their EDM duo to trade upon the tremendous fame and goodwill associated with Plaintiff’s ATLIENS album, song, and mark, or, at a minimum, to call to consumers’ minds Plaintiff’s famous ATLIENS album, song, and mark.”

Congressman Jason Crow Warns of Risks Posed by Trump’s Project 2025 Agenda at the DNC

Congressman Jason Crow Warns of Risks Posed by Trump’s Project 2025 Agenda at the DNC

At the final night of the Democratic National Convention, Congressman Jason Crow issued a stark warning about former President Donald Trump’s Project 2025 agenda. Crow emphasized that the proposed plan threatens the safety and security of the American people by weakening U.S. alliances and empowering adversaries like China and Russia.

Crow, a former Army Ranger, highlighted the potential impact on veterans, stating that Project 2025 would “gut critical benefits” for those who have served. He argued that the agenda prioritizes power over national security, leaving the nation vulnerable and compromising the well-being of those who have fought to protect it.

Crow’s message underscored the stakes of the upcoming election, urging voters to consider the broader implications of Trump’s policies.

Destroy Lonely is an artist who has been making strong waves on Playboi Carti’s OPIUM label. Overall, he has dropped some massive projects, and his fans adore him. However, over the past year, he has been wrapped up in controversies that have certainly left a bad taste in the mouths of fans. For instance, Lone recently came out and dissed LUCKI in a new snippet that was posted online. “Got my old b*tch so mad that I won’t f*ck her / I done surpassed my favorite rappers, guess I’m lucky,” he rapped.

Travis Scott Officially Releases Five Fan-Favorite Tracks For The “DAYS BEFORE RODEO” Deluxe

LET’S RAGE! Travis Scott fans can now finally listen to his 2014 mixtape, DAYS BEFORE RODEO. La Flame, at various points throughout the time in between now and the original release, had pondered doing this. However, at Fanatics Fest a few days ago, Scott went full send days after its 10-year anniversary. To pay homage to this point in his career, he even hosted a one-time show in Atlanta at The Masquerade with a strict 1,500 capacity to celebrate the rerelease. Fans who weren’t aware or around for this era of his are certainly in for a treat this weekend. However, we would argue that longtime supporters are eating even more so thanks to the DAYS BEFORE RODEO – DIGITAL DELUXE ALBUM.

Yes, in addition to getting the original 12-track set, Scott promised to polish up a “COUPLE DBR SONGS FROM THAT ERA FROM THE VAULT.” Well, he did that and then some, as there are actually five in total. They include “Mo City Flexologist”, “Too Many Chances”, “Yeah Yeah” (with Young Thug), “Serenade”, and “Whole Lots Changed”. As we said, die-hards are going to recognize these titles as they have been floating on Soundcloud, YouTube, and torrenting websites.

It is still available as we speak, so click the link here. You may also be able to hear them on the deluxe vinyl if you were a buyer of that as well. TMZ Apologizes After Beyonce Debunks DNC Performance Reports

Yesterday, there were tons of Beyonce DNC rumors floating around. Overall, it all started when someone at the event noted that there was going to be a very special guest. This subsequently led to speculation that it would either be Taylor Swift or Beyonce. Later in the day, TMZ came out and claimed that it was Beyonce who was set to perform. In fact, she would be performing the song “Freedom” which has become a rallying cry for the Kamala Harris campaign.

Unfortunately, for DNC-goers, the reports were simply untrue. Eventually, Beyonce’s team came out and said that she would not be performing and never had plans to. This was a disappointing update and proved to be one of the rare times in which TMZ was completely wrong about something. They had no choice but to apologize, and on Twitter, they decided to do so by referencing Beyonce herself. “To quote the great Beyonce: We gotta lay our cards down, down, down … we got this one wrong.” they wrote.

Lil Yachty Cancels His Podcast Despite Mitch Claiming That He And Yachty Are Cool

Lil Yachty had an interesting Thursday, and that is probably putting it very mildly. Overall, it all started thanks to the backlash he received for the comments he made on his A Safe Place podcast. During the podcast, featuring Key Glock, Yachty denigrated his podcast co-host Mitch. Essentially, Yachty said his friend wouldn’t be successful without him. Fans absolutely hated these comments and called out the rapper for being out of line in this instance.

This drama spilled over into the recent news that Karrahboo is no longer with Concrete Boys. After Karrahboo made an offhand remark about Yachty, the Lil Boat MC went off on Instagram Live. He exposed Karrahboo, claiming that he wrote every single one of her bars. Furthermore, Yachty noted that Karrahboo treated the people around her horrible, and that he had no choice but to kick her from the group. As for Mitch, Yachty claimed that he wasn’t rocking with his friend and that the podcast was canceled.

Lil Yachty Crashes Out

This was all very surprising, especially when you consider how Mitch came out and clarified what went down. On Twitter, he said that he and Yachty were cool. However, he did make it clear that he was successful before Yachty. Either way, the podcast appears to be in disarray right now. Yachty’s rant was impulsive, and only time will tell whether or not he truly burned any bridges with it.

Mitch Speaks

Let us know what you think of this situation, in the comments section down below. Do you believe that Lil Yachty has been too harsh to his podcast host? How did you feel about the comments Yachty made in regards to his former artist, Karrahboo? Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the music world. We will continue to keep you informed on all of your favorite artists and their upcoming projects.
