However, not everyone has the same sympathy, as social media reacted to this news by harshly bringing up all of her celebrity conflicts and her various lawsuits for allegedly defamatory comments. The commentator has beef with plenty of public figures who have blasted her claims and perspective in the past, and accumulated a lot of debt thanks to judgements in cases involving Cardi B and others. As such, folks online joked that this child would be born with a lot of debt too, which is quite the mean thing to tease about.

Still, fans pointed to how Tasha K has spoken on other celebrities and their children like Chrisean Jr., so they think that it’s all fair game to clown her amid this joyous occasion. Still, she did get a recent win in court, so maybe things will really turn around and pick up for her moving forward. The court will apparently dismiss R. Kelly’s lawsuit against Tasha and the U.S. government, which he filed last November due to allegedly leaked information. Steve Harvey has finally fired back at Katt Williams for the bombshell criticism he leveled at him during an appearance on Club Shay-Shay with Shannon Sharpe, earlier this year. He addressed his fellow comedian while speaking at Invest Fest in Atlanta, over the weekend. In doing so, he offered to turn their rivalry physical.

“You’ll never have a hater that’s doing better than you. Always know that,” Harvey remarked to Stephen A Smith while discussing Williams. He then joked about his fighting skills before adding: “I’d knock your short ass out.” When The Neighborhood Talk posted the clip on Instagram, fans mainly took Williams’ side in the comments section.

Moreover, she claimed to have evidence that paints this former Barb as a manipulator and as the person who instigated a lot of this complicated relationship, so we’ll see what comes of that.

Ice Cube’s son, O’Shea Jackson Jr., is concerned about Ludacris after the rapper shared a video of himself drinking still water directly from a glacier in Alaska. In the viral clip, he fills up his flask with the ice-cold water and takes a brave sip. Responding to the move on X (formerly Twitter), Jackson Jr. wrote: “……how long ago did he shoot this and have we been monitoring him?” In a subsequent post, he added: “I see a lot of people name calling but still water is still water. Boil that sh*t and make it cold again. Shoutout to @big_business_ I saw this video on his post about the same thing.”

When Hollywood Unlocked posted the clip on Instagram, users expressed similar concerns for Ludacris’ wellbeing. “First off…. You should NEVER drink any water that is STILL,” one fan wrote. “Unless, of course, you’re in the wilderness and happen to have a water purification kit. Now, he said it was a 600,000 year old glacier… how much ancient bacteria, parasites, diseases etc is defrosting and blooming in that water? Fivio Foreign sparked outrage online for filming a man using drugs amid a crowd that jeered and cheered him on, posting the interaction on social media on Sunday (August 25). This was during a link-up with Philly rapper Skrilla, and many felt like this clip promoted drug use and trade. “Philly bloccs Show got canceled we went to the hood to checc Skrilla,” he captioned the clip. The group around the user chanted “dog food,” a term often used to refer to heroin. One big part of the backlash was how the New York MC’s promotion of drug use contrasts with his 2024 U.S. presidential pick‘s policy.

Moreover, Donald Trump and his running mate J.D. Vance are very anti-drug, with the latter promising to subject convicted drug dealers to the death penalty if their campaign is victorious. Vance, an Ohio senator, should know well that the opioid crisis became a public health crisis in the state. This pairs with a rise in overdose deaths due to substances such as fentanyl. If Fivio Foreign thinks that drug use is a casual phenomenon that he should film indiscriminately, then perhaps he should reconsider his Trump support.

Tyga & Floyd Mayweather Accused Of Violating RICO Act In Massive Lawsuit

Tyga, Floyd Mayweather Jr., and The Money Team are facing accusations of RICO violations, fraud, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and more, in a new lawsuit brought by jeweler Leonard Sulaymanov. According to documents caught by AllHipHop, Sulaymanov is accusing them of refusing to pay for luxury watches and other jewelry.

“Mayweather, TMT, and possibly others have systematically created, participated and engaged in what can be described as a quasi-criminal, money laundering scheme involving high-end, rare and exclusive luxury watches and jewelry,” Sulaymanov’s lawyers claimed. “The Defendants, acting in concert and with other financially incentivized third parties, will purchase/acquire luxury watches by soliciting watch brokers, like Plaintiffs herein, and offering them upfront cash with payment terms in exchange for the purchase of watches and jewelry, with no intention of paying off the total balances.”

Sulaymanov further cited a number of meetings in 2021 with Mayweather’s associate, Jona Rechnitz. He claims the legendary boxer agreed to make several purchases amounting to a bill of $4,151,157. Rechnitz allegedly made an initial downpayment of $90,000, followed by another $177,000 payment, before he introduced him to Tyga in Las Vegas. The rapper agreed to buy a Rolex for $79,000 but allegedly didn’t make any initial payments on it. As time went on with no further payments being made by either party, Sulaymanov decided to take legal action.

“Defendants … take possession of watches and jewelry, demanding formal paperwork, boxes and warranties, request repayment terms with upfront cash deposits, only to refuse to pay the full price for said items and in some instances, claim they never ‘purchased’ the item but rather it was ‘gifted’ to them because of their fame and status,” Sulaymanov’s lawyers noted. “Lawsuits around the country have been filed in recent years against said Defendants.” Be on the lookout for further updates on Tyga on HotNewHipHop.

Martin Shkreli Ordered To Hand Over All His Copies Of Wu-Tang Clan’s Rare Album

Wu-Tang Clan’s one-of-one album Once Upon A Time In Shaolin went through some big changes this year. It was formerly in the hands of sole owner Martin Shkreli, but now belongs to the digital art company PleasrDAO. It will technically be released as partial NFT buys. Now, according to Billboard, the court has sided with Pleasr and ordered Shkreli to hand over any existing copies he has of the project. In 2021, authorities seized the LP to account for the former pharmacy executive’s $7.4 million judgement in a securities fraud case. But he kept livestreaming it and boasting about the extra copies that he made.

This move from the court is to preserve the rare Wu-Tang Clan album’s one-of-one status and to punish Martin Shkreli for violating the original purchase terms and forfeiture order. Authorities barred him from “possessing, using, disseminating, or selling any interest in the album.” Per court documents, this is the same for “its data and files or the contents of the Album, or in any way causing further damage to Plaintiff respecting the album.” Shkreli must “sequester and turn over all of his copies, in any form” by August 30. He has until September 30 to file an affidavit detailing the “information regarding alleged copies of ‘Once Upon a Time In Shaolin,’ people he might’ve given them to, and any money he might’ve made from distributing or playing the album.”
