They also added that Diddy would only receive visits from family, property caretakers, and friends who are not co-conspirators. Previously, Judge Robyn Tarnofsky argued that Diddy could theoretically and allegedly re-offend if released. “This is a crime that happens behind closed doors, even when pretrial services is monitoring,” she explained earlier this week.

In a clip from the courtroom, Schieb explains that his client is extremely sick with pneumonia and that the medication he’s taking allegedly creates cognitive impairment. Moreover, he claims that Lil Dee’s grandmother passed away a few days ago and that he’d like to attend the funeral. He asked that his client be released, promising that he wouldn’t go anywhere if he was. The clip arrives shortly after Schieb told the judge that his Lil Dee “will not survive” in Fulton County Jail.
“[Prosecutors] want him to testify, and something that he supposedly said years ago, I don’t know if he even remembers it,” he told Atlanta News First earlier this week. “I’ve talked to him. He’s been through so much. He’s been drained physically; he’s been drained mentally. They want him to testify. Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, says his client has been receiving “treatment and therapy” as federal prosecutors published a 14-page indictment against him on Tuesday. While Agnifilo didn’t clarify for what specifically Diddy is being treated, he did admit he’s “not a perfect person. “There’s been drug use, there’s been toxic relationships – which I think were mutual in their toxicity as these things often are,” he said at his arraignment on Tuesday.
In an attempt to get the Bad Boy mogul out on bail, Agnifilo argued that Diddy is working on bettering himself, is willing to pay $50 million, and would be okay with going on house arrest in Miami with constant survivance if it meant avoiding jail. Diddy’s Alleged Plot To Blow Up Kid Cudi’s Car Revealed Amid Arraignment
Diddy allegedly set fire to Kid Cudi’s car by dropping a Molotov cocktail through the roof, according to prosecutors who referenced the incident in a 16-page letter arguing against letting the Bad Boy mogul out on bail.
