Kid Cudi Unleashes “ILL WHAT I BLEED”/MOST AIN’T DENNIS” After “INSANO” Is Pushed Back

Well, it turns out we are not getting Kid Cudi’s highly-anticipated album, INSANO next week. It is heartbreaking for us and for all of the fans out there. However, it is not so bad because Scott Mescudi has just released a two-pack of sorts with these new singles from the upcoming project. “ILL WHAT I BLEED” and “MOST AIN’T DENNIS” are out now SoundCloud only as of now. It is unclear if they will make their way to other streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music. But, let us be happy that we get to hear more of what Cudi calls this LP, “amazing.”

We got word of these two songs dropping in a tweet from Cudi a short while ago. He writes to his eager fans, “The good news is, since im doin this and I know you are all feinding to get a listen of the album, im releasing 2 new jams from INSANO tn on soundcloud.” Kid Cudi continues, “Just for you. (And I promise I wont take them down) These songs are some of my favorites on the album and I really think you’ll dig em. Im sorry for the delay everyday but im a perfectionist. And things gotta be right. I love yall!!! Enjoy! -Scott.” We can see why the Cleveland native favors these tracks the most, because they sound incredible.

Each cut features production from the next producer taking over, BNYX. He got recognition from other artists for his work with Yeat. Now, he is producing for artists like Travis Scott, Quavo, and Kid Cudi. Both songs are straight-up ragers, but that is what Mr. Rager is known for. The beats feature tons of amazing hi-hats, rumbling bass, and other-worldly warped sound effects that feel, INSANO. Cudi is talking big flexing his lifestyle as he fits right at home on these instrumentals. It is safe to say now that after these two singles and “PORSCHE TOPLESS,” this album will be insane.

What are your initial thoughts on these two new songs, “MOST AIN’T DENNIS,” and “ILL WHAT I BLEED,” from Kid Cudi? Are you excited for his next album, INSANO? Will this be Cudi’s best album based on what you have heard so far this year? We want to hear what you have to say about all of this. Beyonce Shares New Song For Her Birthday From LGBTQ+ Icons Ahead Of L.A. Show

The one and only Beyoncé is celebrating her 42nd birthday in style, and that calls for some new music from the musical icon. Moreover, the Parkwood Instagram page recently uploaded a new song “Nine Four Eight One” that honors Beyonce’s special day ahead of her L.A. show tonight to celebrate it. Specifically, the song is by Kevin Aviance, Kevin JZ Prodigy, and TS Madison, icons of the LGBTQIA2+ community that made a club-ready banger for the Texas native. Although it’s just an IG post and not an official release, it might as well be; it fits right in with RENAISSANCE‘s glitzy dance music aesthetics.

“Miss Tina, Miss Tina, what can we say,” the Beyonce tribute declares during its runtime. “You gave birth to her on this day / The magic that we all have seen / Made many of us happy, baby / Everything we see is pure.” “They say Yonce all on his mouth like liquor / She still all on his mouth like liquor,” Madison adlibs towards the track’s end. “You know why? / She’s Beyonce, b***h / Beyonce is not to be compared to any other b***h.”

Beyonce Shares New Track Celebrating Her Birthday

However, that’s not the only exciting musical news to emerge ahead of tonight’s Los Angeles show. While this got spoiled thanks to news reports online, there’s no doubt it will still make for an electrifying moment if it ends up panning out. None other than Diana Ross will reportedly sing happy birthday to the Destiny’s Child alum tonight, making the grand occasion all the more so. It’s a legendary prospect, and if there’s any stage that warrants that magnitude and can hold it, it’s the RENAISSACE tour. Hopefully we get to see that, or a whole slew of other great moments, later tonight.

Will Diana Ross Perform Tonight?

Meanwhile, there are already so many stars attending tonight’s show (and the previous ones) that it feels like a blur to mention them all. KAYTRANADA opened up tonight with what looked like a great DJ set, and we’re sure that he won’t be the only musical surprise of the night. Even though it’s very sad to write or read on this and not be there to witness it, we have to take what we can get. On that note, stick around on HNHH for the latest news and updates on Beyonce.

The beat might be strange to most, but it is right in TisaKorean’s wheelhouse. It is very intoxicating and the melody will work its way into your head quickly. Korean’s vocal work is always different and it makes the song a fun listen.

ICYTWAT Puts Out YouTube And SoundCloud Exclusive Track “AWGE SH!T”

Brandon Banner, also known as ICYTWAT, is back with a brand-new single. Unfortunately, for many, it is not available on the powerhouse streaming platforms like Spotify and Apple Music. His new song, “AWGE SH!T,” is out on his YouTube page and SoundCloud account. The track is extremely short that it could be considered a snippet too. The song is one minute and 15 seconds in length, but it hits hard right from the beginning.

The song starts with some plucky strings that manage to give off this chilling vibe. After about 10 seconds the beat hits you like a semi-truck with pulsing 808s and kick drums. It fires off like a machine gun and then ICY comes in to rap over the production. He provides his signature Playboi Carti-esque inflection and flow, which makes sense because these two have worked together before.

Right around the time Carti was blowing up on SoundCloud with his material and his debut Playboi Carti, ICY was coming up with him. The recording artist and record producer from Chicago, Illinois, also pulled inspiration from listening to Bastard by Tyler, the Creator, according to Genius. Like “AWGE SH!T,” the beats he creates are ethereal and bass-heavy trap instrumentals. Besides Carti, he has produced for A$AP ANT, MadeinTYO, and more.

What are your initial thoughts on this new song, “AWGE SH!T,” by ICYTWAT? Is he a pioneer of the underground/Soundcloud rap scene? Which song is your favorite of his? Tobi Lou And FARADA Add “Losing You” To “Caturday” EP

Nigerian-born rapper and singer tobi lou just a week ago dropped a new EP called Caturday. It was a short, four-track project featuring some nice production from frequent collaborator, FARADA. The duo has quite an extensive list of songs together due to their two team efforts on their projects from just earlier this year. ‘Decent and Baggy Weather (Mini Version) were released two months apart, with the latter containing no features. Caturday contains no guests too and is an R&B and rap outing for these two.

However, tobi lou and FARADA are adding another track called “Losing You.” In addition, the EP has an alternate title too, Why Do It Feel Like I’m Losing You. It essentially takes on the title of the new song and is also the first track on the EP. The order from Caturday stays the same: 1. “Caturday” 2. “Meteorite” 3. “Roller Coaster” 4. “Fee.”

“Losing You” adds on to some of the themes and moods of the other tracks. This one talks about a relationship that is hanging on by a thread. Internal and external noise is splitting the two apart. FARADA’s beat contains spicy synths, trap percussion, and smooth 808s. Lou’s lyrics and delivery are a nice pairing and it could be the best track now from Caturday/Why Do It Feel Like I’m Losing You.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand new track, “Losing You,” by Tobi Lou and FARADA? Is this the best song from the EP? Do you think these two should continue to work together in the future? Finesse2Tymes Releases New Single And Music Video For “Can’t Go To Jail” After Recent Arrest

Polarizing and up-and-coming Memphis rapper Finesse2Tymes recently got into some hot water with the authorities. With everything going on around him, he decided to make a new song around the situation. “Can’t Go To Jail,” released on September 1, also got the music video treatment and that has people buzzing. The visuals see Finesse2Tymes, in essence, recreating his arrest. He is driving fast in a Dodge Charger trying to lose the police. Eventually, they catch up to him and handcuff him.

In the chorus, the 2023 XXL Freshman raps that he cannot be behind bars because he feels he will not get a bail offer. As the one-minute and 58-second track comes close to ending, Finesse2Tymes also says, “I do this for C Murda (No Limit).” Lately, there has been a lot of noise and headlines around Master P’s brother C Murda. He is serving a mandatory life prison sentence for the murder of 16-year-old Steven Thomas at a closed club in Louisiana. A questionable line to spit in a song about his arrest.

Overall, the song is a typical trap song with the Memphis treatment. The beat is extremely aggressive and is provided by Memphis Track Boy. Finesse2Tymes is rapping like he is running from the police, which does add to the track. However, it is certainly a bold choice to make a music video and song around all of the legal trouble he is in.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand new song and music video, “Can’t Go To Jail,” by Finesse2Tymes? Do you think the police were in the right to arrest him? Rap Duo Coyote Team Up For The Collab Of A Lifetime With Shaquille O’Neal On “3 Lokos”

The rap combo of brothers Ladies Love Guapo and Ricky Blanco is fairly new to the Los Angeles rap scene. They started releasing music to streaming platforms about three years ago, and they have already recruited a legend to their newest single. “3 Lokos” features NBA and Los Angeles Lakers legend Shaquille O’Neal, who if you were not aware is big in the music scene. The Diesel is also a DJ and longtime rapper, releasing his first song back in 1993, “(I Know I Got) Skillz.” That song would appear on his first studio album, Shaq Diesel.

Shaq quickly followed up a year later with his second full-length, Shaq-Fu: Da Return. However, he would take a long break from rapping until a few years past his retirement in 2011. In fact, 2016 was the next time he would hop on a beat. “My Squads Lit” by Pairanoid and Kryoman was the first track he would appear on in over 22 years. Since then, the Big Aristotle has become a massive DJ, packing outdoor shows and sending fans into moshpits. All of this history brings us to this new track from Coyote, “3 Lokos.”

According to TMZ, Shaq has been a fan of theirs for quite a while. Over time they formed a relationship, and the three of them began to work together in the studio. “[Shaq] was like as long as it’s some hardcore stuff, I’m down. So we made a hardcore hip hop ’90s-type song and we’re like ‘Bro, let’s send it to Shaq,’ and he got on it, did his thing, he spit like 32 bars. He went off!” Ladies Love Guapo said. Shaq certainly goes crazy over the aggressive instrumental. Shockingly, he does not curse one time, making it even more impressive. Hopefully, we get more moments like this from the Shaqtus.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand new track, “3 Lokos,” by Coyote and Shaquille O’Neal? Did Shaq rap well on this cut? Is he the greatest former or current NBA player that can rap? Knucks, Larry June, And Kenny Beats “I Suppose,” Make A Great Collaboration

UK rapper Knucks is making waves across the pond in the British music scene. So much so, that he teams up with one of the kings of vibe, Larry June, and famous producer Kenny Beats, for his new single. The song, “I Suppose,” is all about being at the top of the rap game even with people coming for you, but ignoring all of the outside noise. Knucks oozes confidence all over the glamorous trap production that Kenny Beats provides. The chorus, which is below, is so catchy and his unwavering personality sets up the rest of the track perfectly.

His verse is also great, as he raps, “Don’t even chat to me ’bout features, G /
N***** gotta pay me for the quote (What)
.” Then, when Larry June comes in, his post-chorus shows off his singing ability and he nails it. It is a nice segway into his verse where he thinks back to his past. However, it is about the journey and the struggles that make you great. He raps, “I been goin’ through motions, tryna make it home / Through these ups and downs, tryna right my wrongs / I still think about them days, I was losin’ hope / It’s levels to success, my n****, you the G.O.A.T.”

Overall, this song is really well put together. A lot of the credit deserves to go to Kenny Beats. He continues to lay down some terrific beats in the studio. He is a chameleon in that he can make your typical trap beat that gets your head nodding. But then, he can also surprise you with more unconventional production like on the short project with Denzel Curry, UNLOCKED. Everyone deserves their flowers for this song for the themes it provides as well as the production being grand and triumphant.

What are your initial thoughts on this new track from Kenny Beats, Knucks, and Larry June, “I Suppose?” Who has the best performance on the song? Your Old Droog Shares Short Madlib-Produced “Waves Crashing”

Prolific New York rapper Your Old Droog is back with even more new material. The rapper has shared his 5th new song of 2023 and once again he’s teaming up with legendary producer Madlib. Madlib produced the beat for one of his earlier singles “Pronouns” which dropped back in April. The song runs nearly 3 minutes, which is long for Droog and it’s wrapped up over 200k streams on Spotify. The pair’s second collaboration of the year is shorter but even smoother.

The Youtube description for Your Old Droog’s new song “Waves Crashing” reads “something light” and he delivers on that. The track features a relaxed and vintage instrumental that Droog rides perfectly. Lyrically the song focuses on some familiar motifs for the rapper full of pop culture references and wordy raps about his abilities. The slick presentation of the bars and buttery smooth instrumental is a match made in heaven. Check out the brief but very memorable new track below.
