Connor Price Teams Up With Armani White For New Banger “Million Cash”

For those who may not know, Connor Price has been bubbling in the Canadian music scene. The multitalented artist has been putting work in as an independent. He racked up an impressive amount of streams this year, and he is looking to take his music to the next level. Overall, this is no easy task. However, if you can secure some big collaborations, then you can definitely get the ball rolling. Well, today, Price dropped his newest collab with the likes of Armani White, who is also having a very nice year.

Given the artists who are on this song, you can expect that there is a lot of energy in this song. Price is someone known for his laidback yet hungry flows that are paired with some heavy production. On “Million Cash,” that is exactly what we get. However, this time, he has something to prove. He feels as though his accomplishments aren’t being taken seriously enough, and he makes sure to get that point across.

Westside Gunn, Conway The Machine, ScHoolboy Q & The Alchemist Cooked Up A Heater With “Fork In The Pot”

Westside Gunn, Conway The Machine, and the Alchemist came through with a project a few years ago called Hall & Nash 2. However, this project never actually made its way to streaming services. Instead, a few songs here and there ended up being released online. Overall, fans were hoping that we would see the day in which the project would get an official release. Well, today was that day as Hall & Nash 2: The Original Version hit streaming services. This has led to a revisit of the project’s nine tracks.

One track that we are taking a look at is none other than “Fork In The Pot.” This is a song that features none other than ScHoolboy Q. Although Q is in a bit of a different lane, he certainly fits in with the artists on display here. Below, you can find the audio and music video to the song, which was released over five years ago. For some, revisiting this track is going to bring about some nostalgia. It also helps that the instrumental here has an 80s twinge to it that brings it to another level.

Each artist puts their best foot forward on this track and it makes for a dope cut. With the 80s-sounding instrumental hanging in the back, Gunn, Conway, and Q bring laid-back flows that still pack a punch. It is a song that makes for easy listening, and it encapsulates just how talented these individuals are.

O.T. Genasis “All I Wear For Cripmas” Hilariously Remixes Mariah Carey’s Christmas Jingle

Earlier today, we mentioned how quite a fair amount of rappers were putting their unique spin on Christmas music. This is not a new trend amongst the hip-hop community, as countless artists have done something to celebrate the most joyous holiday of the year. For 2023 though, there have been some questionable attempts. One of those was RXKNephew’s “HAPPY HOLIDAYS.” That was a spin on Mariah Carey’s classic jam which is beloved and hated by many. Coincidentally, O.T. Genasis must have seen him do this.

The Georgia rapper and the New York native must be competing for who can make a worse rendition of the pop star’s magnum opus. RXKN’s was more cold-blooded and serious. It was hard to tell whether or not he was taking it seriously. O.T. Genasis’s efforts are clear as he hilariously sings along with the same melody.

Listen To “All I Wear For Cripmas” By O.T. Genasis

According to HipHopDX, this is a parody, which makes O.T.’s version more acceptable. It is called “All I Wear For Cripmas,” as the song represents his commitment to the blue apparel-wearing gang. Some of the gut-busting lyrics include gems like this. “I don’t want a lot for Cripmas / I just want to bang the C / I don’t care about no presents / I’m just going to smoke my trees / I’m just thuggin’ on my own / Come to the set and get put on / By me and my crew / All I wear for Cripmas is blue.”

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new song, “All I Wear For Cripmas,” by O.T. Genasis? While this is a parody, is this one of the worst songs you have ever heard? Do you like when artists drop funny tracks like this, why or why not? Is this a sign that rappers need to stop making holiday songs? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section below. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest breaking news around O.T. Genasis. RXKNephew Drops A Head-Scratching “Christmas” Song “HAPPY HOLIDAYS”

The holiday season is still in peak form even after Christmas has come and gone once again. 2024 is just five days away and people are getting ready to start fresh. But before that happens, some artists are wanting to release some more Christmas cheer to keep the vibes up. We have seen quite a few artists take their respective stabs at creating some version of holiday-centric music. Some landed better than others. Unfortunately, RXKNephew is going to receive a lump of coal from HNHH.

He has just come through with “HAPPY HOLIDAYS,” a YouTube exclusive release. RXKNephew hails from Rochester, New York, and we have not covered much of any of his material. He did land on Valee and Harry Fraud’s collaborative tape Virtuoso earlier this year. In addition, Nephew has dropped several projects and singles under his name. We have yet to check all of that out.

Listen To “HAPPY HOLIDAYS” By RXKNephew

But, hearing this as his first song on the site is not a great start. Nephew does his best to rap on top of Mariah Carey’s classic, “All I Want for Christmas Is You.” However, he is so off beat and it just sounds awkward. Pair that with the ultra-aggressive lyrics and you have a recipe for disaster. We do not know if he was trying to make some sort of parody, or if he was trying. Because of that, we are left in disbelief after hearing this.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new song, “HAPPY HOLIDAYS,” by RXKNephew? Do you agree with the fans that this is some heat, or is just really bad? Were Nephew’s intentions for this track to be funny, or was he trying to be serious? If you think this is a bad song, is it the worst “holiday” song of all time? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section below. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest breaking news around RXKNephew. Finally, stick with us for the best song posts throughout the week.

Flo Milli Taps Bryson Tiller For New Version Of Her Hit Song “Never Lose Me”

Back at the very start of December, Alabama rapper and singer Flo Milli dropped one of her singles that might land on her upcoming album next year. “Never Lose Me” has been becoming a hit amongst her fans and the general public. The reason is because of how catchy and whispy Flo’s melodies are on it. Because of all of the hype surrounding it, she decided to add some new versions.

On Christmas Eve, Milli released an EP with all five renditions. It includes the original, a Lil Yachty feature, sped and slowed down, and a Bryson Tiller appearance. The latter is the one we are going to touch on today, as it was released recently compared to Yahcty’s. Adding the Kentucky born singer and rapper to this was a genius move by Flo.

Essentially, he is rapping from the perspective of the man that Milli is messing around with. He raps with a blistering pace nearly matching the same Flo (see what we did there). Yachty took a more melodic approach using his “Poland” like warbles. Overall, it is good to hear Bryson on some newer tracks. He recently dropped a Soundcloud exclusive EP not too long ago as well.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new version of “Never Lose Me” by Flo Milli and Bryson Tiller? Is this the best edition of the track, why or why not? Where does this song rank amongst the rest of the hit songs in 2023? Is Flo going to blow up even more next year, why or why not? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. J.I The Prince Drops Melodic Relationship Cut “Miss You Tonight”

The birthplace of rap is still producing new talent every single year. It seems New York will never have a shortage of eager artists looking to make a name for themselves. J.I the Prince of N.Y, sometimes stylized as just J.I, is one of those people. The melodic rapper from Brooklyn has been in the game since 2017.

He got his start with a pair of singles and then did not put out anything until 2019. In 2023, J.I came through with a follow-up to his 2022 record, Young & Restless, Vol. 1 Baby Don. One Way Or Another featured tracks like “Save You,” “New York City Ghanistan,” and more. Possibly, another new tape could be on the horizon in 2024 with the steady flow of singles.

M.I.A. Brings Great Writing To The Forefront On “AMEN”

The multi-faceted artist that is M.I.A. just came by with her brand-new LP, Bells Collection. The 16-track offering features material that only she can put forth. She recruited a ton of great producing talent from names like Skrillex, Cadenza, and more. However, it is all a little too good to be true.

We say that because the album is not on any conventional stream platform. Instead, it lands on M.I.A.’s website, ohmni.com. According to HYPEBEAST, there are rumors that she decided to go this route for the possibility of censorship due to some of the tracks titles and their political messaging. That would include a song like “FREE PALI” for example. One we want to focus on is “AMEN.”

Summer Walker Is Looking For Personal Space On “DROWN IN MY LOVE”

Atlanta, Georgia R&B specialist Summer Walker blessed us with an EP, CLEAR 2: SOFT LIFE back in the latter stages of May. The project had some great features such as J. Cole on “To Summer, From Cole (Audio Hug) and “New Type” with Childish Gambino. The messages of that project were moving away from heartbreak and anxiety, to focusing on loving herself and feeling happy. In the social media space, this implies that Summer is in her soft-life era.

With 2 being in the title, this was a follow-up to the CLEAR tape, which debuted in 2019. After that, Summer put out another EP. That included different versions of one of her hit songs, “Girls Need Love.” Now, she is back with a brand-new cut.

This is a short one, as it does not reach the two-minute mark. “DROWN IN MY LOVE” sees Summer still in that soft-life phase. The minimal lyrics still paint a clear picture that she is still not ready for a new love and wants healing to occur first. You can check out the YouTube-exclusive track above.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new single, “DROWN IN MY LOVE,” by Summer Walker? Is this the best material she has put out this year, why or why not? Do you think this is a sign of a new album dropping sometime soon? Should this song be longer than it was, or was it just right? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. Lil Uzi Vert Seamlessly Blends Happiness And Heartache On “Red Moon”

Philly’s eclectic artist Lil Uzi Vert is ramping up the Luv Is Rage 3 rollout once again. Rumblings around the third installment of Uzi’s coveted series began with the initial YouTube release of “NFL” or “Never Fall in Luv back in late September. They have been riding out the rest of 2023 mainly on the release of Pink Tape. However, for a considerable amount of people, that project has fallen out of rotation for some of its big missteps.

With “Red Moon” though, this might be the one to get some people back in their camp moving forward. We covered the news of it dropping out of nowhere on Christmas (if you celebrate) on YouTube. It seems listeners are going crazy for it so far, as it is number 11 on trending for music. The view count is steadily climbing and within its first 18 hours, the video sits at over 650,000 views.

Listen To “Red Moon” By Lil Uzi Vert

Uzi is known to mix feelings of glee and sadness in their music and “Red Moon” is no different. The beat from a stacked list that includes TM88 and FNZ is progressive and dreamy. Uzi is rapping and singing about relationships that have been tearing them down. At the end of the video, they leave some thought-provoking messages. “If someone can be away from you, let them be. Its better to be alone than losing yourself for approval. Love isn’t real, but with my imagination, I can make anything real. LIR3.” The last bit means that this is most likely to find its way to Uzi’s rumored last album.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new single, “Red Moon,” by Lil Uzi Vert? Is this the best track that is presumably going to land on Luv Is Rage 3, why or why not? Do you think this is their best song they have put out all year? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section below. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest breaking news around Lil Uzi Vert. Lil Uzi Vert Drops “Red Moon” Single & Music Video As A Special Christmas Gift

Merry Christmas to all if you celebrate, and even if you don’t, you have plenty of reasons to be happy if you’re a Lil Uzi Vert fan. Moreover, they just released a new single (not on streaming yet) and music video, “Red Moon,” which takes a pretty distinct direction compared to their other work. In fact, this is the track that the Philly superstar previewed just a couple of weeks ago, which samples Drake’s “7969 Santa” featuring Teezo Touchdown and Snoop Dogg off of For All The Dogs. In addition, they had mentioned that they finished filming the music video, and it seems like they couldn’t help but give fans this special present today.

Furthermore, given the “LIR3” text that appears towards the video’s end, it’s fair to assume that this is what truly kicks off the rollout for LUV Is Rage 3. Maybe it’ll be a while before the project drops, but Lil Uzi Vert used “Red Moon” to hint at their artistic direction and mental state. It’s a heart-ached relationship cut that sees them in their feelings, backed by a creative fusion of the aforementioned sample plus alternating trap and drum-and-bass percussion. As for the music video, the 28-year-old sits alone in their hotel room, travels the city around them, and runs on the beach toward the titular red moon.

Lil Uzi Vert’s “Red Moon” Music Video: Watch

From a visual standpoint, it’s a pretty simple but nonetheless engaging and creative presentation. After all, sometimes less is more, and seeing this more casual or pedestrian side to an artist is always an interesting perspective for us as fans to contrast with their usual flexing or grandeur. What’s more is that, now that Lil Uzi Vert seemingly doubled down on a soon-to-come retirement, these new songs will probably sting a little bit harsher. We hate to see them go, but we also know that this is by no means the end of their career, success, and fulfillment.

Meanwhile, Travis Scott recently brought the “Sanguine Paradise” hitmaker out for his Philly concert. It was absolutely electric, as there’s nothing quite like some hometown love to take a performance atmosphere to the next level. We’ll see what else is down the pipeline in the new year. For more news and the latest updates on Lil Uzi Vert, keep checking in with HNHH.
