Diddy’s Alleged “Freak Off” NDA Was Reportedly Standard For All Studio Sessions

Earlier this month, TMZ reported that Diddy allegedly had all his freak-off participants sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Reportedly, the document stated that signees could not record, photograph, or film Diddy or his crew without prior written permission. It also reportedly stated that signees could not write books or do interviews about their experiences.

“The terms of this agreement and duty to keep all information confidential and not use Prohibited Material shall commence on the first date above and continue for the life of Artist plus 20 years or seventy (70) years, which is longer,” it read. Now, however, The Neighborhood Talk reports that this was a standard NDA Diddy allegedly had anyone doing music or other business with him sign. This means it was not limited to alleged freak-off participants despite previous reports.

Update On Diddy’s Alleged NDA

This is far from the only accusation Diddy’s been hit with as of late, however. The Bad Boy founder is currently behind bars for charges related to alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. He’s also facing various lawsuits from several women and men accusing him of sexual assault and more. He’s denied any and all wrongdoing aside from the assault of Cassie captured in security footage that surfaced this summer.

Last week, his attorneys Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos asked the judge presiding over Diddy’s case to order potential witnesses and their attorneys to stop speaking to the media. They claim there’s been a “deluge of improper pretrial publicity.” They also allege that this is “undermining Mr. Combs’ right to a fair trial and the integrity of the grand jury proceedings.” What do you think of The Neighborhood Talk reporting that Diddy’s alleged NDA that surfaced last week is just a standard NDA? Are you surprised by this or not? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Diddy’s Alleged NDA For His Freak Offs Has Been Leaked

The alleged Freak Off parties that Diddy threw may be getting some more evidence via an NDA. According to TMZ (via XXL), they claimed they have the official “Standard Combs NDA” that attendees at these mysterious bashes were required to sign. Well, the day has come to where the allegedly true document is out and available for others to read. Overall, the details are pretty much what you would come to expect from a contract like an NDA. Essentially it prohibits those involved from sharing anything with anyone that could potentially leak critical information. “You hereby irrevocably agree that you shall not at any time use of disclose directly or indirectly to anyone any of the following information,” it says. “Artists, Artist parties, and or Artist business activities, entertainment activities, financial affairs and or personal life.”

Other pertinent stipulations include that no one photograph, film or record, or have another person photograph film or record Diddy and people in his circle without direct written consent. There are even social media sites that are named within the document that Diddy allegedly didn’t want his sex partygoers to post to. Then, the third key portion of the non-disclosure agreement states that nobody can “give interviews, write books or otherwise disseminate information about Diddy or the parties without prior written consent.”

Diddy’s Alleged NDA For His Freak Offs Is Fairly Standard

Finally, the kicker is that once signed, it is in effect for decades upon decades. Depending on which is longer, it lasts for the entire person’s life, plus an additional 20 years after his/her death. Or it can last for 70 years. At this time, more investigating will be the only thing that can really solidify this as true evidence against Diddy. For now, it’s at least interesting and intriguing to have on hand and break down as the days progress.

What are your thoughts on Diddy’s alleged Freak Off party NDA? Do you think this will become concrete? Do you think this will lead to investigations with all of those who allegedly signed it? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding Diddy. Diddy Allegedly Required Celebrities To Sign NDAs For “Freak Off” Parties

The details of the Diddy case are slowly coming to life. The Bad Boy mogul’s trial isn’t set to begin until 2025, but TMZ has recently uncovered revelatory information about his alleged “freak off” parties. TMZ claimed that Diddy required those who attended his parties to sign an NDA agreement. This contract ensured that none of the activities that occurred would be shared. If they were, Diddy would be able to take legal action. Furthermore, the NDA states that none of the attendees were allowed to record or film other participants.

The outlet described the NDA that Diddy used as fairly standard. Given the harrowing allegations that have been leveled at him, though, the conditions of the NDA take on a sinister undertone. Partygoers were not allowed share information pertaining to Diddy, his business associates, or his family members. They could not record or photograph, nor could they hire someone to record or photograph the events of said party. The NDA also lists the name of social media sites that attendees would not be allowed to post details about their experience.

Diddy’s NDA Agreements Reportedly Lasted 70 Years

Beyond the visual medium, celebrities who attended Diddy parties were allegedly unable to talk about them during interviews. They were also forbidden from writing about them in memoirs, unless they got expressed written consent from Diddy himself. The length of the NDA agreement ensured that details of Diddy’s alleged exploits would not be shared during lifetime. TMZ reports that the agreement lasts for the life of an artist plus 20 years. Alternatively, the agreement could last 70 years, depending on which comes first.

Despite Diddy’s alleged attempts to cover the bases, legally speaking, people have come forth with stories about their party experiences. John Legend’s manager, Ty Stiklorius, told the New York Times that she was taken to a bedroom by a Diddy associate and had the door locked behind her. The party allegedly took place in 1997, and Stiklorius told the outlet that she managed to escape the seemingly dangerous situation. “To this day, I can’t remember how I managed to talk my way out of that terrifying situation,” she explained. “Perhaps my nervous babbling.” The man born Sean Combs is currently being charged with sex trafficking and racketeering.

The disrespect will not be tolerated,” she told the outlet at the time.

Tyga & Blac Chyna Will Fine Attendees Of Their Son’s Baptism $500k For Violating NDA

Tyga and Blac Chyna will have no patience for attendees of their son, King Cairo’s baptism who plan on spilling details on the internet. According to Page Six, they’re making guests sign a non-disclosure agreement that carries a $500,000 fine if violated. The agreement also mandates that signees not speak badly about the couple afterward. Furthermore, the couple will be allowed to inspect all electronic devices brought into the space.

Tyga and Chyna finally settled their custody dispute over the 11-year-old, earlier this month. The decision to have their son baptized comes after Chyna did so herself back in March. She also now uses her legal name, Angela White, to refer to herself.

Chyna recently reflected on the custody battle during an interview with The Viall Files in October, revealing that she thinks the matter could’ve been resolved sooner. “For the first four years of Kingy’s life, I had him Monday through Friday,” she said. “And then that’s when I had became pregnant with Dream [her daughter with Robert Kardashian Jr.]. And it was like, the school and [being] pregnant and [in] a new relationship — it was a lot for me. So then that’s when our schedules had changed. You [Tyga] have obviously more money than me. Why can’t we just settle this stuff outside of court, like [by] talking to you? He didn’t wanna do that, so now I have to go to court. We just both don’t need this. … The whole world’s watching, and it’s like, ‘We could’ve just had a conversation, man.’”

By the terms of their recent agreement, Tyga will not have to pay child support and both parents will maintain joint legal and physical custody. The two originally dated from 2011 through 2014. Be on the lookout for further updates on Tyga and Blac Chyna’s relationship on HotNewHipHop.

Tyga And Black Chyna Allegedly Having Guests At Their Son’s Baptism Sign NDAs

After a few months of back and forth in a legal custody battle, Tyga and Blac Chyna appear to have settled things. Chyna had publicly claimed that the she had made numerous attempts to settle things amicably outside of court, but her rapper ex was insistent on taking the legal route. Whether or not that public testimony helped or not is unclear, but the two appear to have settled things. Earlier this month, news broke that the pair had resolved things. They took the out-of-court route to decide on a custody agreement which allegedly has Chyna seeing their child every weekend.

Now a few weeks after that resolution, the pair are coming together for their son King’s baptism. But according to Hollywood Unlocked, the pair are making guests sign hefty non-disclosure agreements. The leaked papers they shared claim that guests looking to leak any information from the baptism would have to pay $500k. The documents also claim that guests will have all of their electronic devices confiscated and stored for the extent of the baptism. What isn’t clear is why exactly the parents are so worried about any videos or info leaking from the event. Check out snippets of the agreement guests will have to sign below.

Tyga And Black Chyna’s Son Having NDA Baptism

In the comments fans react to the NDA’s expensive clause. “What the h*ll is gonna be popping off at this baptism,” one fan asks. “If you can’t even trust people without this NDA being signed … why would you invite them to witness this sacrament to begin with,” another fan suggests.

Earlier this year, Tyga and YG teamed up for a new project. While it was technically labeled as a “playlist” it featured plenty of new material. Hit Me When You Leave The Klub also featured Lil Wayne, Busta Rhymes, and Blxst.
