According to the femcee, she wasn’t totally truthful when asked about the extent of her relationship with Tory Lanez during their 2022 interview.

Megan Thee Stallion Sues Milagro Gramz For Allegedly Spreading Falsehoods About Tory Lanez Shooting Case

Megan Thee Stallion has dealt with no shortage of hate throughout her career, and now, she’s putting her foot down. According to Billboard, the “Mamushi” rapper recently filed a lawsuit against YouTuber and social media personality Milagro Gramz. She accuses her of “churning out falsehoods” about the Tory Lanez shooting case, and allegedly carrying out a campaign to “denigrate, belittle, insult, and spread false statements.”

Allegedly, Gramz also shared a pornographic deepfake depicting Meg. Her legal team argues that this allegedly violates a Florida statute that bans “altered sexual depictions” of people. “Enough is enough,” her attorneys at the Quinn Emanuel law firm wrote. “Ms. Pete—a victim of violent crime and champion of women’s rights to her millions of fans worldwide—will no longer stand for defendant’s campaign of harassment.”

Shortly after the suit was filed, Gramz took to X to acknowledge it. She said she’d “been informed that [she’s] being sued by Alex Spiro on behalf of his client Megan Thee Stallion.” Gramz added, “Of course we’ll chat about it. They threw in the tape too.” The lawsuit comes just after Meg’s attorney shut down Lanez’s team’s allegedly “outlandish claim” that the gun used in the shooting had allegedly gone missing, which they also accuse Gramz of spreading.

“Defendant Cooper’s statements recklessly disregarded the truth and suggested that the firearm was never presented in court because it had allegedly disappeared. Earlier this week, a statement from Tory Lanez’s former driver Jauquan Smith was released, in which he discusses what he saw on the night of Megan Thee Stallion’s shooting. Smith insists that he didn’t witness Meg get shot, but alleges that he saw her ex-bestie Kelsey Harris grab a gun away from Lanez. The statement sparked a conversation about the case in a new episode of The Joe Budden Podcast and led Budden to share an interesting theory.

Budden revealed that he speculates Lanez was set up, though he doesn’t think Meg was behind it. “First of all, I think it’s above her,” he explained. “I don’t think she made it up. It’s above her. She’s a mere pawn in this. This play is greater than her. She didn’t make nothing up.”

He went on, speculating that the gun used to shoot Meg was planted in Lanez’s car. “I ain’t gon’ say who I think made it up but it wasn’t her,” Budden said. “Actually, ni**gas out there know who it is. I ain’t saying it on this broadcast but I know exactly who it is, I know how that gun got there, I know who gun it was.” He then brought up Harris, who was a key witness in the case, and a private chat they once had about it.

“I thought it was weird that the last time we talked about this sh*t, Kelsey [Harris] jumped in my DMs talking ’bout, ‘Hey, don’t talk about this no more.’ Why? You got immunity. It’s odd. Why wouldn’t you want somebody to talk about one of the biggest cases in however many years? That was odd to me,” he added. Tory Lanez’s “Relevant Evidence” In Megan Thee Stallion Case Shot Down By Attorney General

There is a major updat e in regard to the “relevant evidence” that Tory Lanez was claiming to have. To catch you up to speed, the Brampton, Ontario, Canada rapper recently asked the California court to hear out a statement from his driver, Jauquan Smith. A witness at the scene of the crime, Lanez was hoping that Smith’s explanation that it was Megan’s friend Kelsey Harris holding the gun would be able to end his 10-year sentence. It was one of a few wins for the “Prison Tapes” MC, as the court was willing to hear out the evidence. However, that victory was short-lived, as HipHopDX is reporting that the California Attorney General’s Office is not accepting it.

In Smith’s affidavit, he claims that he did not have good recollection of who actually shot Megan Thee Stallion. Deputy Attorney General, Michael C. Keller, is the man responsible for making this decision to shoot down Lanez’s evidence and he did so in an informal response yesterday. What helped Keller come to this was a previous undisclosed statement from Lanez’s previous lawyer, George Mgdesyan.

Because George didn’t call Smith in 2022, Keller and the state came to the same conclusion. Essentially, they knew how Smith would go about his statements. “Because, obviously, his testimony is gonna be putting the gun in the hands of Kelsey”, Keller said. He also did not feel that because Smith claims to not know who pulled the trigger it “does not directly contradict [Megan]’s testimony that petitioner [Lanez] was the person who shot her”. Furthermore, he also cited that there is plenty of other evidence that goes against Lanez such as a DNA test and texts making it hard to believe it couldn’t have been anyone else but the Canadian.

For years, Ak has been suggesting that Tory Lanez is innocent in all of this. Of course, Tory was convicted for the shooting and sentenced to 10 years in prison. However, that has not stopped the theories from continuing.

Things have only picked up steam thanks to the interview Kelsey Nicole did with The Danza Project. Nicole was at the center of the Tory Lanez shooting and was a key witness. In fact, Tory’s team has teased evidence that Kelsey was the one with the gun and that she pulled the trigger. Overall, this is just an allegation and has not been proven in a court of law. That said, it is a massive allegation, and during her interview, Nicole did not seem too pressed about it. “It took a lot for me to come and do this,” she said. “Part of that is, I wanted to be sure when I did speak that I wasn’t speaking from a place of anger. I’m able to articulate myself well enough and not allow the drama to overshadow how I truly feel. I think that’s very important. I didn’t want to take an interview or sit down with anybody until I was past that part.”

Nicole added that she’s since decided to “open up more,” and “let people into my life a little bit and maybe this will help them understand me more. Maybe my story will help somebody else. And I think it’s also part of the healing process. Maybe this will help.” Regardless of her side of the story, when The Neighborhood Talk shared her comments on Instagram, many fans took Megan’s side. “Using my name for likes and views. Meg wasn’t lying,” one user wrote. Another added: “A place of anger?! Girl you weren’t shot. What was you angry for?”

As the third party to the infamous shooting incident in July 2020, many believe that Kelsey is the only person, outside of Tory and Megan, who knows exactly what went down that night. However, with the blowback of Tory Lanez’s trial and her fallout with Megan Thee Stallion, she attempted to distance herself from the salacious headlines that galvanized social media for the past four years.

Finally, Kelsey Nicole gets ready to tell her side of the story. The Danza Project unveiled the trailer for season 2 of their podcast and Kelsey will help kick things off. The dramatic trailer sees Kelsey vibe out to Nicki Minaj’s “Big Foot,” shed a few tears, and open up about the traumatic shooting. “That morning, I woke up and I had said a prayer. If there’s something not for me, show me that. That night, it was destruction,” she says in the clip.

Perhaps, the most intriguing part about the whole trailer is when Kelsey Nicole addresses rumors of video footage from the night Megan was shot. If you recall, Wack 100 recently claimed that he got his hands on footage from that night and suggested that it would end Megan Thee Stallion. Though Kelsey didn’t confirm whether this would be a career-ending video, she said that she believes there is footage of the incident. “I’m positive there was a video. There had to have been one, you’re in LA, you’re in Hollywood,” she said.

Since the shooting, Kelsey Nicole’s remained rather quiet about everything that transpired that evening. Her testimony was particularly dicey, especially since she recanted certain statements on the stand that she made during interrogation. However, these days, she seems to be keeping to herself. The album delivered countless bangers that are still in rotation but one song in particular ruffled a few feathers. On “Circo Loco,” Drake seemingly dissed Megan Thee Stallion, weeks before Tory Lanez was expected to stand trial for shooting the Houston rapper. “That b*tch lie ‘bout getting shots but she still a stallion,” Drake raps on the song. Without mentioning Megan, the Canadian rapper’s words reverberated across the internet.

During a recent interview with Rolling Stone, 21 Savage opened up about the controversial bar while defending his collaborator. “I don’t feel like that was his intention [to diss Megan],” 21 Savage stated. “Remember when I said I was telling him to not hold back, people tried to twist that to make it seem like I was talking about that situation.” He added, “That bar was more of, like, a joke bar than him trying to say something about her. But I don’t really like speaking on people’s situations because life be real.”

“Circo Loco” Controversy

Lil Yachty previously defended Drake following the controversy as well. Hopping on Instagram Live following the release of Drake & 21 Savage’s Her Loss, Yachty, who has writing credits on “Circo Loco,” denied that the Toronto artist tried to make fun of Megan. “I know he’s not going to address it, because I know Drake,” he said. “It’s not about Megan it’s about women lying about their butt shots saying it’s real when it’s fake.” Still, Drake has yet to comment on the bars.

Tory Lanez Prison Photo Surfaces, He’s All Smiles Behind Bars

Tory Lanez was sentenced to 10 years behind bars in August after being found guilty of shooting Megan Thee Stallion in 2020. Since receiving his sentence, the performer and his fans have continued to push for his release. Throughout his prison stay, different reports have come out about how the performer is doing while locked up. In July, for example, attorney Ronda Renee Dixon described him as looking “totally despondent” in custody.

Now, however, a new photo of the performer has emerged online, and he appears to be doing okay. In the photo, which was posted on social media by Lanez’s close friend Ray Written, the two of them are seen standing in front of a mural. Lanez wears a big smile, flashing a peace sign and sporting an all-denim fit.

“Went to visit my brother yesterday,” Ray captioned the photo. “Man had the freshest cleanest air forces I ever seen. Spirit so high & energy so great. His latest motion stems from a testimony from his driver and bodyguard Jauquan Smith, who was present for Megan Thee Stallion’s shooting. Smith claims that he witnessed Meg and Tory get into an argument, which eventually turned into an altercation between the “Cobra” performer and Kelsey Harris. He alleges that he saw Harris holding a gun at one point, and that Lanez tried to grab it out of her hand when the shot was fired.
