Boosie BadAzz rejected the rumor that he got his nipples pierced on Instagram Live over the weekend. Responding to a fan who suggested as such, he remarked that he doesn’t do “sh*t that women do.”

“I don’t do no hoe sh*t,” Boosie responded. “I don’t do sh*t that women do. You ain’t gonna ever catch Boosie doing no hoe sh*t. I’m a man. I let women get all their pride. Following his Final Lap Tour in 2023, 50 is expected to turn his focus to film and television in the new year. That decision comes after he opened a studio in Shreveport, Louisiana. The city’s mayor, Tom Arceneaux, celebrated the move back in December. “We enjoyed for a period after 2005, we enjoyed a very robust television and film industry in the Shreveport area,” he said, as noted by HipHopDX. “This will bring back, I think, a lot of those people and will rejuvenate that industry in our area. So I think the film industry is about to blossom again in Shreveport. [50 Cent]’s undertaking all of the maintenance and repair, which is around 160 to 170 thousand dollars a year. So to look at just the lease payment is not fair to him. We also anticipate he’s going to make several million dollars of improvements to the facility. This is a very serious proposal, a very serious undertaking by him.”

Soulja Boy wants Blueface to get out of jail, solely so the two can fight. He explained his position while further dissing the rapper on Instagram Live, earlier this weekend. Blueface is behind bars for violating his probation.

“[What] would you rather be doing? Sitting in jail broke or free with millions of dollars?” Soulja asked. “Would you rather be rich with millions of dollars chillin’ doing whatever you want to do or would you rather be in jail broke owing $14 million and getting sued? C’mon, there’s level to this sh*t, he don’t want no real smoke.”

Statik Selektah has announced that he was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery, last week, and is currently recovering. He detailed the situation in a post on Instagram, on Sunday, while sharing a picture of himself with an oxygen tube in place. Many artists and fans shared supportive messages in the comments section in response.

Doja Cat Seemingly Teases New Tracklist

Doja Cat has dropped a cryptic Instagram post appearing to indicate that she may have new music on the way. The image showed a whiteboard title “S2” with the following list: Acknowledge Me, Head High, Gang, Masc, Rider, URRRGE!!!!, and Hungry. Most commenters have taken “S2” to mean either Scarlet 2 or a Scarlet Deluxe Edition.

After a viral marketing campaign, Doja dropped Scarlet in September 2023. It served as a “masculine” follow-up to 2022’s Planet Her, inspired by Doja’s growing disillusionment with the music industry. Preceded by the singles “Paint the Town Red” and “Demons”, Scarlet was Doja’s first project since 2014’s Purrr! to have no features. Scarlet peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Album 200. Scarlet did not receive any Grammy nods. However, “Paint the Town Red” and “Attention” received one and two nominations respectively.

Meanwhile, Doja has become more and more aggressive about her disdain towards her fans. During a 2023 show in Denver, Doja made a shocking declaration on stage. The rapper called her hit single “Say So” to be a “cash grab”. It’s not the first time that Doja has derided her previous work. “Planet her and hot pink were cash-grabs and yall fell for it.” In a follow-up post, she added: “Now i can go disappear somewhere and touch grass with my loved ones on an island while yall weep for mediocre pop,” the rapper declared on Twitter. As mentioned, much of Doja’s attitude stems from the way the industry spoke about her following Planet Her.

However, “Say So” was certainly a very successful “cash grab”, if that’s what Doja really believes. It picked up both Record of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance and the 63rd Grammys. Furthermore, it spent one week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in May of 2020. Despite all this, it’s clear that Doja is not done speaking on her past work.

I never seen that pop up, because they could just live in they own space. They ain’t in no competition with each other,” Gillie Da Kid said. However, he was also irked by the fact that it was even being called a podcast at all. “[W]e not no f-cking podcast, let’s get that right. We one of the biggest media outlets in the f-cking world,” Gillie added.

He also rankled at even having the podcast compared to others. “Can you tell me another podcast that do Gillie and Wallo K.O. parties where you sit 3,000 n-ggas in a arena and do 37,000 pay-per-view buys to see some n-ggas from the streets fight? Drake & DJ Khaled Link Up To Play Basketball

Drake, DJ Khaled, and Khaled’s son linked up to play a little freeform basketball. The trio shot some at Khalded’s place, using a hoop set up in the living room. Amid all the rumors and recollections of beef surrounding the pair of them, it is a welcome break to see them cutting loose and having some fun. As mentioned, Drake is currently reportedly feuding with Metro Boomin, although the reason for the beef isn’t clear. Meanwhile, Tony Yayo recently recalled nearly shooting Khaled during his beef with Fat Joe while appearing on VladTV. But the video is clear that despite all that, Drake and Khaled remain firm friends.

However, it’s not the only basketball activity that Drake has been involved in. He got the opportunity to provide some color commentary for his beloved Raptors as he joined the broadcast booth for the team’s in-season tournament game against the Celtics last November. Drake’s highlights included poking fun at some of the Celtics’ bench players getting minutes in a close game. “Payton Pritchard’s out there looking like a crypto scammer,” Drake trolled as the rest of the broadcast team barely restrained their laughter. Pritchard, Boston’s 2020 first-round pick, put up 5-3-3 in 17 minutes against the Raptors.

Jada Kingdom and Stefflon Don remain locked in the hip-hop and dancehall beef battlefield, both on wax and on social media. While fans are still debating who “won” in this situation between the two, apparently stemming from their previous romantic links to Burna Boy, they are also giving plenty of ammo for both bases to use. Moreover, Jada recently hopped on Instagram Live to troll a little bit by playing one of Stefflon’s diss tracks against her, “Dead Gyal Talking,” which is the “sequel” to “Dead Gyal Walking.” Overall, it seemed like she was just having some fun playing the track, perhaps as a way to suggest a victory lap.

Furthermore, most of this feud manifested in the form of diss tracks from one artist to another. Not only that, but they grew deeply personal, and fans wonder whether it’s even possible for this to clear up or die down in the coming months. For example, Jada Kingdom previously dropped “Steff Lazarus,” in which she accused Stefflon Don of sacrificing her family for the fame. The Birmingham MC denied any and all claims, whereas the Jamaican singer stood by her allegations.

Asian Doll recently stepped in to defend Stefflon Don and make some scandalous and combative remarks of her own. For one, she blasted Jada Kingdom on Twitter, who fired back with some presumptions about her, and kept the fire up with one response after another. It served as the caption for a photo of Censori smiling as she relaxed on a couch. It’s unclear what West intends to do with the trademark at this time.

It comes a week after West wished his wife a happy birthday. “Happy birthday to the most beautiful super bad iconic muse. Inspirational talented artist masters degree in architecture 140 IQ loving by my side everyday when half the world turned their backs on me. And the most amazing step mom to our children I love you so much thank you for sharing your life with me,” West wrote alongside a close-up photo of Censori’s face. However, most responses to the post were fans mocking West about the often-delayed Vultures album, which is now expected on January 19.
