Waka Flocka Gets Tattoo Of His Ex’s Name Covered Just Weeks After She Did The Same

While some relationships are happily ever after, it still seems like a bad idea to get your partner’s name tatted on you. Online there are hundreds and hundreds examples of people who got ink they eventually regretted as they moved on from the relationship it was based on. That was the case for Tammy Rivera who was married to rapper Waka Flocka for eight years. She has the rapper’s real name, Juaquin, tatted on her shoulder. Or at least she did until a few weeks ago when she revealed in an Instagram post that she’d had it covered up.

Now, Waka Flocka has followed in her footsteps. He also had a tat of her name, this time on his fingers. While parts of it were covered it parts were also repurposed into a new piece. For example the T in Tammy is now part of the word “Hits.” Across both of his hands it reads “Hits Squad.” The timing seems a little bit too close to be a coincidence. Tammy didn’t confirm whether her cover-up was recent or just recently announced. Check out the before and after pictures of Flocka’s tattoo of his ex’s name below.

Last week, Waka Flocka popped up in a pretty unexpected place. Nicki Minaj played a pair of sold-out shows in Atlanta during her Pink Friday 2 tour stop in the seminal rap city. During the second show, Minaj was joined on stage by a pair of rap stars. First came 2 Chainz who joined Nicki for a performance of their collaboration “Beez In The Trap.” Later on, she brought out Waka to perform and also to show his love to Nicki with a heartfelt speech about her success.

Playboi Carti Responds After Fans Couldn’t Stop Roasting His New Hair

Playboi Carti is an artist who fans on the internet love to give a hard time to. Overall, a lot of this is because he tries to remain mysterious, all while being ambiguous with when he plans to drop new music. Although he still has a huge fanbase, there are plenty of fans out there who are sick of his schtick. After all, he has all but canceled his most recent tour. Not to mention, he has dropped six singles over the past few months and hasn’t even announced his album. This rollout has been a huge mess, and fans are ready to go on the attack, regardless of what Carti does.

A pretty solid example of this took place at the end of last week. As we reported, Playboi Carti popped out with a brand-new look. Overall, he was rocking some braided pigtails, and he seemed to be content with this look. Unfortunately, fans immediately pounced all over him, and made fun of the look. It all felt very mean and cruel, especially since he wasn’t doing anything particularly controversial. As it turns out, Carti saw the hate, and over the weekend, he opted to respond.

In true Carti fashion, he didn’t actually say much. Instead, he just implied that he wanted people to stop playing with him. He understands that hating on him is the cool thing to do, and he is certainly annoyed about it. However, this is the internet we’re talking about here. Future Posts Up With His Children On Instagram

Future recently took some time off from being a superstar and enjoyed his life as something much greater: a father. Corny intros aside, he recently posted a picture of his children on his Instagram Story in which they were all posing for the camera and showing off their fits. While it’s not the whole family, it’s wholesome to see Fewtch spend some quality time amid what must be a very busy, hectic, and distracting time for him. Sure, he doesn’t exactly have the most amicable or simple romantic history and life, but that energy never translates negatively into his love for his kids.

Of course, Future is probably quite preoccupied right now and deserving of breaks like these thanks to the recent release of his collaborative album with longtime producer Metro Boomin, WE DON’T TRUST YOU. The project has been very successful so far, getting a lot of fan love, plenty of commercial success, and a lot of media discussion. Furthermore, tracks like “Type S**t,” “Everyday Hustle,” “Young Metro,” and more have really taken off and stand among fan favorites of 2024 so far. But it’s all kind of overshadowed right now thanks to the track with Kendrick Lamar, “Like That,” and the beef that it seems to represent.

On this song, the Compton lyricist disses Drake and J. Cole, and it seems like Future and Drizzy are no longer the collaborative duo they once were. On top of all the other sides and players in this feud, fans were shocked when some bars and reevaluations of previous releases pointed to a rift in their relationship. After all, they have supported each other for over a decade at this point, and crafted one of the most high-profile team-ups in rap with the What A Time To Be Alive mixtape in 2015. Regardless, this is all pretty speculative, as nobody’s really launched a whole lot of explicit jabs except Kendrick Lamar.

In fact, Metro Boomin himself seemed to shut down rumors about Pluto and The Boy being at odds. He responded to a fan on Twitter to simply “enjoy the music” and not follow the gossip for clicks. However, it’s still technically possible that he’s just denying that their beef is over a woman, not the existence of the beef itself. As such, we’ll have to wait and see for more signs, and hopefully celebrate more family time and much more beneficial and important things to champion. 50 Cent Expresses Regret Over Vivica A. Fox

50 Cent says he regrets flirting with Vivica A. Fox after accepting the award for Best New Artist at the 2003 BET Awards. He shared a clip of the viral moment he complimented her on stage on Instagram, Sunday, admitting he needs to learn when to “shut the f*ck up.”

“I’m just happy to be present with all of these beautiful people in here… I want to thank Vivica Fox for wearing that dress too,” he said at the time. In the caption of his post, he added: “I look back at some of the sh*t that I did I gotta learn to shut the fvck up. Look at that look at end that’s trouble. [grinning face emoji] WTF.” 50 and Fox dated for a brief period afterward, but have made headlines for speaking about one another numerous times in the years since.

After 50 said that Black women “get mad” and “get angry” during an appearance on Lil Wayne‘s Young Money Radio back in 2020, Fox slammed him on Cocktails With Queens. “He just has such f*ckboy tendencies,” she said at the time. “When I read that, I was like, ‘Really?’ You would say that because you don’t want anyone to challenge you or talk to you. You want somebody to sit over there and be a pretty little dog that you can just pay. You can’t handle a Black woman, can you?” 50 ended up accusing Fox of still being in love with him afterward.

Drake Drops First Instagram Post After Kendrick Lamar Diss, Quotes NAV After He Unfollows Him

Well, about 54 hours after the world heard Kendrick Lamar on “Like That,” Drake decided to speak out following the shots he caught on that diss track. However, it’s not a response at all, but rather a series of snaps on Instagram from his Big As The What? tour with J. Cole, who also got heat on Kendrick’s verse. “I ain’t picking up I’m in Turks lil baby,” The Boy captioned the post, quoting a line off of NAV’s “Turks” with Travis Scott and Gunna. Moreover, this is particularly interesting because Internet sleuths discovered that NAV seems to have unfollowed him on IG, which is a very interesting development.

Furthermore, one possible explanation for this is NAV’s loyalty to Metro Boomin, who has his own beef with Drake. They have a collab tape together and multiple other collaborations, so it would make sense that he “picks a side” here as Metro and Future have promoted heavily for their own collab album, the brand-new WE DON’T TRUST YOU. This is where Kendrick Lamar chose to take shots at Drizzy and J. Cole, and lines up with Fewtch’s alleged rift in his relationship with OVO. There are a lot of conflicting loyalties here amid a group that used to be very tight, so it’s a hard call to make either way.

Regardless, it seems like Drake and J. Cole are in no particular rush to respond, or else they would’ve done something for their Saturday night (March 23) Big As The What? tour stop in Florida, their first since “Like That” dropped. Instead, they invited Lil Wayne to perform alongside them, as they previously announced for a number of upcoming shows. Aubrey Graham’s caption here could also suggest that he’s living unbothered, partying out in Turks and Caicos while the world waits for an answer to Kendrick Lamar. But with the “First Person Shooter” duo’s competitive spirit in mind, and all the smoke they’ve been foaming at the mouth for, it’s likely that we’ll get some type of response soon.

Blueface’s Mother Reveals Why They’re No Longer On Speaking Terms

Blueface and his mother, Karlissa Saffold, have had their fair share of differences in the past. The two of them have traded various public jabs at one another, but as of late, it appeared as though they were back on good terms. Unfortunately, however, Karlissa Saffold recently took to Instagram to reveal that the two of them aren’t even speaking right now.

On her Instagram Story, Saffold shared a screenshot of some texts she exchanged with someone who urged her to apologize to the mother of Blueface’s first two children, Jaidyn Alexis. According to her, Jaidyn threw shade her way first, so she’s not interested in making amends.

“We don’t speak because he ain’t know why I was talking sh*t to Jay and then wanted me to apologize,” she wrote. “I never told him what she said until he started acting funny and I still didn’t apologize.” She went on to share a clip from Blueface’s 2022 interview with Bootleg Kev, in which he says that he enjoys spending time at his restaurant as it makes him feel “like a kid again.”

In her caption, Saffold argued that if he had a bad childhood, he wouldn’t think back to it fondly. “He said he love the environment and feels like a kid again. Suck my D,” she wrote. “He ain’t never going to say that about none of these people or this bullsh*t. Now please leave me alone.”

Post Malone Shares A Snippet Of His Upcoming Collaboration With Morgan Wallen

He’s recruiting a collaborator who is currently the biggest voice in all of country music by any metric, Morgan Wallen.

Last year, Wallen released his new album One Thing At A Time which was absolutely packed with hits. Most notably the track “Last Night” was the biggest song of all of 2023 on the Hot 100, topping the year end chart. Other tracks from the album like the title track, “You Proof,” “Thought You Should Know,” and “Thinkin’ Bout Me” were also big hits. He teamed up with Lil Durk back in 2022 for a single called “Broadway Girls.” The pair teamed up last year once again for a track called “Stand By Me” which landed at the back end of Durk’s Almost Healed album. After winning his first ever Grammy earlier this year Durk teased that they might collaborate again in the future.

Last year, Morgan Wallen appeared in a music video alongside another one of the biggest stars around, Drake. Andre 3000 Reveals That His Shift To Ambient Jazz Was Unplanned

Last year, Andre 3000 released his long-awaited debut solo album New Blue Sun. The project surprised and divided much of his fanbase as it saw him shifting his style away from rap entirely into ambient jazz music which prominently featured him playing the flute. Many fans praised his willingness to step so far outside of his comfort zone and try a new style, while others were disappointed that they waited so long specifically for a new rap album from 3k.

Now during a recent performance he gave even more insight into how he arrived at the shift in style. A video captured by a fan depicts his discussion of the process. “‘How you just gon’ be rapping and then just get on stage playing f*cking flutes? Like, I didn’t plan to be the flute n*gga. I didn’t plan to be that. It just kinda, like, it happened. When I started rapping, I didn’t know what it would be. It was just me and Big Boi at the crib watching rap videos,” he explained. “We all freestyling. We all making this shit up as we go along. We have intentions but we don’t really know,” he concluded. Earlier this month, Andre 3000 reunited with his former Outkast partner Big Boi.
