Dwight Howard Admits To Meeting Man For Threesome, Denies Sexual Assault Claims
Dwight Howard is currently in the midst of a sexual assault lawsuit. For those who may not know, just a few months ago, he was accused of engaging in nonconsensual sex with a man named Stephen Harper. Overall, the man had text messages as well as an Uber receipt that allegedly proved their meeting. As Harper explains, Howard allegedly invited him over for sex. However, when he got there, there was a man dressed as a woman, who wanted to be called “Kitty.”
Harper was not aware that Kitty would be there. Subsequently, Howard allegedly pressured the man into a threesome. At one point, he describes Howard taking his underwear off despite Harper not consenting to it. Howard allegedly performed oral sex on the man before realizing Harper wasn’t into it. From there, Howard allegedly had sex with Kitty while Harper watched on. According to Radar Online, Howard has since admitted to wanting to hook up with Harper. He also admitted to Kitty’s presence. However, he says it was all consensual.

Dwight Howard Situation Takes A Turn
“Defendant stood up (towering over Mr. Harper), grabbed Mr. Harper by the thighs, forcibly removed Mr. Harper’s underwear, held Mr. Harper down, and performed nonconsensual oral sex on Mr. Harper,” the lawsuit reads. “Mr. Harper was in fear of imminent bodily harm when he was pinned down and forced to remain in place while Defendant continued to sexually assault him.” Harper is in the midst of suing Howard for “assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment.”

Prosecutors In YNW Melly Case Seek To Add Evidence Of Witness Tampering
Prosecutors in YNW Melly’s double-murder retrial have requested to admit evidence of alleged witness tampering, according to the Miami Herald. They charged him with witness tampering in connection to his first murder trial, earlier this month. Prosecutors argue the rapper and his team attempted to prevent his ex-girlfriend, Mariah Hamilton, from testifying.
“The defendant went to great lengths to have others contact Mariah Hamilton for him,” the prosecution said. “Because he was in jail and had his phone privileges taken away previously by BSO for numerous violations, he utilized fellow gang members to do his dirty work. Not only did he use his fellow gang member Terrence Mathis, who was in custody with him, he also utilized his co-defendant Cortlen Henry, who was out on pretrial release at the time, to be his messenger.”

YNW Melly Booked In Florida
Melly was initially tried in the double murder case over the summer, but that trial ended with a hung jury. Now, Melly will face a new prosecutor after his team successfully got former lead prosecutor Kristine Bradley removed from the double murder case. Jury selection for the retrial began on October 18.
At the beginning of October, Melly penned an open letter to his father, expressing his confidence that the second trial will prove his innocence. “It’s finally over doe,” he wrote at the time. “I knew I wasn’t getting bond I’d have to have a second mistrial I ain’t trippin. DJ Akademiks is someone who is known for being a huge troll. Overall, he has one of the biggest online empires in hip-hop media. Although he has pissed a lot of people off on his way to the top, he has been able to continue his ascent. A lot of his work these days is done over on Rumble, where he is a streamer. He used to be on Twitch, and although he still streams over there, Rumble is giving him the bag. In fact, while on Rumble, he is a lot more free to say whatever he wants.
Akademiks has been a staunch critic of the City Girls in the past. More specifically, he has gone after the likes of Yung Miami. Consequently, it should come as absolutely no surprise that he had something to say about their poor showing as it pertains to the first week sales for their new album, RAW. The project is estimated to do 6K units in the first week, which is not great. On his stream, Akademiks decided to troll them in a truly brutal way.

Joe Budden Continues To Roast DJ Envy Amid Scam Allegations
Joe Budden is someone who never shies away from speaking on massive topics. Overall, he has been very vocal about what is happening with DJ Envy. Envy is being accused of taking part in a real estate scam with his business partner, Cesar Pina. Pina has been arrested already, although he is currently out of jail on bond. However, Envy continues to be investigated, and many are curious as to what is going to end up coming of this.
On Joe’s podcast, he jokingly gave props to Envy for continuing with his job over at Power 105. “I got to give it to Envy,” Budden began. “He’s still at work talking about ‘Morning!’ We as the audience like, ‘N***a, you can shut up with that. It’s over for all that. Today is the day of reckoning. It’s over for all of that. The Feds is pulling up n***a.” Eventually, Budden got serious and spoke about just how serious all of this is right now.

Earlier this month, Megan Thee Stallion started teasing something new, but it wasn’t exactly clear what. There was a lot of snake-like imagery and the term “Act 1” was being thrown around. Two prevailing theories have been that Meg is either launching a new musical era, or she has something in store for her beloved Halloween. Whatever the case, she teased some more last night (October 23) with a new video.
The 13-second teaser video shows just Megan’s mouth surrounded by black. As some music plays in the background, she says, “Just as a snake sheds its skin, we must shed our past over and over again.” We then get two creepy shots in succession: One of a shadowy Megan with snake eyes, and another of her baring her snake-like fangs. However, their statue of him turned out to be one massive disaster. As we reported yesterday, the statue was dragged all throughout social media. Fans could not believe how bad it looked. As it turns out, Wayne felt the exact same way. In a tweet, Wayne displayed his true feelings about his supposed “likeness.”
