It Appears Kendrick Lamar Got The Artwork For His New Song From A Random eBay Listing
If you thought Kendrick Lamar was done releasing music for the year, think again. Lamar released a new track, his first since “Not Like Us” settled his feud with Drake for good, on Wednesday night.
The song doesn’t have an official title (fans have taken to calling it “Watch The Party Die”), but Lamar uploaded the track to Instagram with artwork showing a pair of dirty Nike Air Force Ones. It didn’t take long for internet sleuths to track down where the image seemingly came from: an eBay listing for “Vintage Nike Air Force 1 ‘82’ Low ‘Black Black 315122-001 Men’s Size 12.”
The Nike Air Force Ones, the “universal symbol of true goon-like activity,” cost $70 (plus $9 in shipping) and were located in North Little Rock, Arkansas from seller Good2BYou. The past tense is intentional, because they sold to someone in area code 94118 (San Francisco) on Wednesday, September 11, the day the song dropped. It’s unknown who the buyer is, but they made a wise investment. Meanwhile, “Good2BYou” must be kicking themselves over how much they could have sold the shoes for now.
But why shoes? One theory is that it’s Lamar retaliation for Drake mocking shoe size on “Push Ups.” You can see the listing for yourself here.

Shannon Sharpe is the subject of a lot of social media debates, memes, and discussions this week for pretty unfortunate but also understandable circumstances. If you hadn’t heard already, he accidentally went Live on Instagram while he was sharing an intimate moment with a partner. The football and sports commentary legend has been relatively forthright in recounting this. “Beware my @shannonsharpe84 Instagram was hacked this morning, my team and I are working vigorously to figure this out. -UNC,” he had initially relayed on his IG Story as his explanation and excuse shortly after the incident went viral. However, Sharpe then admitted on the Night Cap podcast that this was a mistake and not a hack.
“I’m very disappointed in myself I let a lot of people down,” Shannon Sharpe shared with viewers. “My kids, I reached out to them. I called my sister, my friends obviously reached out. […] I came in, threw my phone on the bed. And then engaged in an activity. […] I don’t know how [it] works,” he said of Instagram Live itself, which he had apparently never used before.

As you can imagine, this whole incident led to a slew of celebrity reactions, viral moments, and even some cheeky offers from adult sites. For example, Shannon Sharpe revealed that Katt Williams called him after this mishap. “The first thing out his mouth, guess what he said, Ocho?” Sharpe asked Ochocinco. “’You ain’t gay today.’” On the other hand, Snoop Dogg reacted to his explanation with some funny facial expressions and teases. “What’s understood don’t need to be explained. Hollywood Moves: Melvin Gregg to Star in Mockumentary Series Set in ‘The Office’ Universe at Peacock
Melvin Gregg is making moves. The rising actor has been cast in the upcoming follow-up series to “The Office”, set to stream on Peacock.
The news of Gregg’s casting was first reported by Deadline Hollywood and adds him to a growing ensemble, which includes Chelsea Frei, Ramona Young, Domhnall Gleeson, and Sabrina Impacciatore.
Get this, the new series, co-created by “The Office” adapter Greg Daniels and “Nathan for You” co-creator Michael Koman, is not an official spinoff but a mockumentary set within “The Office” universe.

What’s more, the documentary crew that immortalized Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch is in search of a new subject when they discover a dying historic Midwestern newspaper and the publisher trying to revive it with volunteer reporters.
Behind the camera, the series is being produced by Universal Television, the series promises to blend familiar comedic tones with a fresh setting.
Lisa Katz, President of NBCUniversal Entertainment, previously stated, “It’s been more than ten years since the final episode of “The Office” aired on NBC, and the acclaimed comedy series continues to gain popularity and build new generations of fans on Peacock. In partnership with Universal Television and led by the creative team of Greg Daniels and Michael Koman, this new series set in the universe of Dunder Mifflin introduces a new cast of characters in a fresh setting ripe for comedic storytelling: a daily newspaper.”
Along with Daniels and Koman, the show will be executive produced by Ricky Gervais, Stephen Merchant, Howard Klein, Ben Silverman, and Banijay Americas (formerly Reveille).

Well, well, well, looks like former President Trump is either playing chess or showing a rare glimpse of humility. Our money is on chess or knowing him, checkers.
Let’s get into it … So yesterday was the 23rd anniversary of the September 11 attacks. Per usual, political figures, including President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, former President Donald Trump, Senator JD Vance, and former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg all gathered at Ground Zero in New York to honor the victims.
Listen, we know some of those folks don’t like each other but like previous years, they put aside their political differences, briefly for the sake of solemn commemoration.
Check this out, a viral moment occurred when Vice President Harris and Donald Trump, fresh from their first in-person interaction at a presidential debate the night before, shared a handshake ahead of the ceremony.
Yup, that happened. Trump initiated it after Mike Bloomberg appeared to get VP Harris’ attention on behalf of Trump. We’re speculating but that’s what the tale of the tape appear to show us.
As you would think, this simple gesture stood out, given the high tensions of current political campaigning.
Following the solemn ceremony in New York, Biden and Harris traveled to Shanksville, Pennsylvania, to lay a wreath at the Flight 93 memorial.
At the site, Biden placed his hand on the wreath and made the sign of the cross as he observed a cross constructed from the plane’s wreckage. Biden also met with families affected by the tragedy at a local volunteer fire station, which had served as a critical gathering point in 2001.
What’s more, Biden and Harris participated in another wreath-laying ceremony at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. Trump was also expected to visit Shanksville later in the day, according to sources.
To highlight what we all know but the commemorations highlighted the lasting impact of the 9/11 attacks, which claimed nearly 3,000 lives when terrorists hijacked four planes, crashing two into the World Trade Center, one into the Pentagon, and a fourth into a Pennsylvania field after passengers fought back against the hijackers.
RIP to all who perished on 9/11 and much respect to their families, friends and the world affected.

Lil Scrappy Flirts With Summer Walker Amid Momma Dee & Erica Dixon Drama
Lil Scrappy is often dealing with some relationship drama with his exes and his mother, but that doesn’t define everything in his romantic pursuits. Lil Scrappy Shoots His Shot With Summer Walker
This is all relatively ironic because Lil Scrappy also had fans thinking that he and Bambi got back together, or at least made amends. “In my life that I’ve lived sacrificing for my family and my kids you never really hear or get gifts for being a good person, husband or father,” he shared of the literal and figurative flowers that she recently gave him. “But yesterday I received these flowers on my front porch out of nowhere, and I seen a familiar name on it. I asked the person what was going on, and they said, ‘I appreciate you for being a present parent in your kid’s life and thank you for always being there while they have to work or do anything.’”
Meanwhile, we don’t know how Summer Walker will respond to Lil Scrappy’s advances, if at all. She’s currently dealing with some ex drama of her own thanks to some shade from London On Da Track. Young Thug’s Lawyer Brian Steel Sees Himself As A Civil Rights Leader
Young Thug is currently on trial as part of the YSL RICO case, and in the eyes of many, this trial has been a complete and utter farce. Overall, the reasoning behind this is because little progress has been made. Moreover, the actions of those on the witness stand have been combative to say the least. With all of the delays and antics in court, there is a belief that the trial could go until 2027. If that is truly the case, then one could make the argument that Thugger is not being given his right to a fair and speedy trial.
That said, the trial has been continuing in court this week. With Lil Woody off of the stand, the trial has not been getting nearly as much attention. However, that is not to say that there haven’t been storylines to emerge. Case in point, there was a moment in court yesterday where someone noted there were no civil rights leaders in court. However, Thug’s lawyer Brian Steel took exception to this. As you can see below, he had the judge correct the record and let people know how he sees himself.

As for the Civil Rights leader comments, it remains to be seen if fans will be rocking with that. Regardless, there is no doubt that Young Thug has a lawyer who cares deeply about his freedom. That kind of representation is priceless.
