Rubi Rose Accuses Druski Of Paying Her For A PR Relationship

Rubi Rose says she didn’t actually date Druski and the entire relationship was just paid P.R. She revealed the backstory to the short-lived romance in a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday. “And for the record i never slept with that man, n***a paid for PR. Not the p*ssy,” Rose wrote, before adding in more posts, “He is funny and nice tho! I only give it up if I’m in love, ion care how much money a n***a got. I’m rich asf lol”

Fans shared plenty of laughs in the replies to Rose’s admission. One user wrote: “Damn bruh you had that mf spending money on you and all you could do was give him kisses and asss grabs.” Another joked: “N****s not even paying for p*ssy no more …they paying for the illusion of getting p*ssy.” Others theorized how much she charged for the relationship.

Rose and Druski seemingly began dating back in April, sharing several photos together in the ensuing months. In late June, Rose posted about being single on social media. Eventually, Druski confirmed they were no longer an item in July. “[There wasn’t] nothing bad that happened,” he explained at the time. “We just, you know – she’s a beautiful girl. She’s doing great in life, man. She’s making money, I’m doing the same… I learned that when you got a bad b*tch, you can’t really…when you have a beautiful woman, of that caliber…it comes with a lot.”

Overall, Diddy was officially indicted in New York today where he is currently being held behind bars. He has officially been hit with sex trafficking, kidnapping, and racketeering charges. Furthermore, there are extensive allegations about his supposed “Freak offs.” Moreover, Diddy stands accused of luring in women with the promise of romantic relationships, only to coerce them into depraved sex acts.

Earlier today, authorities held a press conference in relation to the indictment. It was here where numerous exhibits of alleged evidence were shown off. Akademiks was streaming during the press conference, and he offered up incredulous reactions to what he was hearing. As you can see down below, he was absolutely flabbergasted when it was revealed that there are allegedly tapes of Diddy and his associates engaging in freak-offs. The Feds say they currently have numerous images and videos that showcase this.

Diddy’s Proposed Bail Package Includes His Mother’s House

Diddy is currently facing a laundry list of indictments now that the documents are unsealed. Because of this, it seems that he is looking for any sort of out here to continue to dodge the law. We say that due to the fact the music mogul is offering to sell his real estate properties. According to another report on X from Meghann Cuniff, she has a copy of the defendant’s bail package. On the page below, it shows that Diddy’s bond is set at a staggering $50,000,000. However, perhaps what’s even more interesting are the exact homes that he’s willing to list for sale.

The first is his is Miami mansion, which has a current value of $48,000,000. Also worth noting is that the house in unencumbered and the mortgage of around $18,000,000 has been paid off to potentially secure a bond and not have to worry about that aforementioned payment. Overall, that’s almost enough to nearly cover the full price of the bond. But it’s still not, and it’s why his mother’s home, which is also in Miami, is listed within the package. It doesn’t include the appraisal, but it’s presumably enough to pay for his bond.

Diddy’s Miami Pad Is Apparently Worth Near The Entire Cost Of The Bail

Furthermore, she’s willing to depart with the house, as she has co-signed it. Other advocates include Diddy’s sister, the mother of his eldest daughter, and his three sons. Other thigs that he and his loved ones have parted ways with include passports. However, those were given up to counsel earlier in the year, with Diddy’s being taken in April. Lastly, he can only travel to the Southern District of Florida and of New York for court, doctor’s appointments, and other important matters.

Atlanta Falcons Stun Philadelphia Eagles 22-21 In Monday Night Football Shocker

Whelp, we didn’t have that on our football picks bingo card. But Kirk Cousins apparently did after he led the Atlanta Falcons to a stunning 22-21 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday Night Football. Cousins delivered a quick 70-yard touchdown drive in just 65 seconds.

Get this, the Falcons trailing by six points and only 1:39 remaining in the game, when Cousins orchestrated a masterful drive that culminated in a 7-yard touchdown pass to Drake London. This score put the Falcons ahead and secured their first win of the season at Lincoln Financial Field.

Eagles star QB, Jalen Hurts had a solid performance for the Eagles, completing 22 of 28 passes for 170 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He also contributed significantly on the ground, rushing for 85 yards and another touchdown on 13 carries. Saquon Barkley added 95 yards on 22 carries, while DeVonta Smith put up 76 receiving yards and a touchdown on seven receptions. The Eagles had an opportunity to run out the clock on their final drive but had to settle for a field goal inside the two-minute warning. This gave them a six-point lead, leaving the door open for Cousins and the Falcons to rally.

This marks the first win for the Falcons after signing Cousins in the offseason. He went 20-of-29 for 241 yards and two touchdowns. Bijan Robinson provided a boost on the ground with 97 yards on 14 carries, and Darnell Mooney added 88 yards and a touchdown on three catches.

Miley Cyrus Accused of Copying Bruno Mars ‘Flowers’ In New Lawsuit

Yet again, Miley Cyrus is facing a new lawsuit alleging copyright infringement. This time, her 2023 hit song “Flowers” allegedly intentionally copied elements of Bruno Mars’ 2012 track “When I Was Your Man.” Yikes.

Get this, the lawsuit was filed by Tempo Music Investments, which claims to hold a share of the copyright for Mars’ song, though Mars himself is not listed as a plaintiff.

Okay so according to the suit, Tempo Music Investments claims that “Flowers” borrows from “When I Was Your Man” in terms of melody, harmony, and chord progressions. The company argues, “It is undeniable based on the combination and number of similarities between the two recordings that ‘Flowers’ would not exist without ‘When I Was Your Man.’” They are seeking an unspecified amount in damages and are also demanding that Cyrus be prohibited from performing or distributing “Flowers” in the future.

As for Cyrus, the pop star has not yet publicly responded to the lawsuit, and representatives for both Cyrus and Mars have not issued comments.

What’s more is this lawsuit marks the fourth time Cyrus has faced accusations of copyright infringement. In March 2018, Jamaican artist Michael May, known as Flourgon, claimed that Cyrus’ 2013 song “We Can’t Stop” used lyrics similar to his 1988 track “We Run Things.” May alleged that the song “misappropriated” his “musical composition/lyrical phrase” and sought $300 million in damages. The case was eventually settled out of court in 2020.

Back in September 2018, another lawsuit was filed against Cyrus and Universal Music by Ariella Asher, known as Yella the Triple Threat. She alleged that the song “23” by Mike Will Made It, which featured Cyrus, had an “infringing composition” on her 2012 song “J’s On My Feet.” This lawsuit was dropped two months later, in November 2018.

Oh but wait, Cyrus was also sued in September 2022 by photographer Robert Barbera after she posted a photo of herself on Instagram. Barbera argued that Cyrus did not own the rights to the image and that her sharing it with her large Instagram following “crippled if not destroyed the potentiality of any market for the Photograph by Plaintiff.” This lawsuit was settled in October 2022 and dismissed “with prejudice,” preventing Barbera from refiling the claim in the same court.

Looks like lawyer fees are going to start piling up.

Sean "Diddy" Combs to Receive Global Icon Award and Perform at 2023 "VMAs"

The full indictment against Sean “Diddy” Combs has been made available online, shedding light on the extensive allegations against him following the March 2024 raids of his Miami and Los Angeles homes. According to the indictment, law enforcement officials seized “various Freak Off supplies,” including narcotics and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.

The indictment describes the “Freak Off” events as “elaborate and produced sex performances” that Combs orchestrated, directed, and participated in, often recording these activities electronically. It also notes that Diddy had IV fluids on hand for recovery from drug use.

Diddy faces serious drug charges, including intent to distribute cocaine, oxycodone, Xanax, CHB, MDMA, and ketamine. Additionally, authorities found three AR-15 rifles with scrubbed serial numbers and a drum magazine in his possession.

The indictment spans from 2008 to the present and includes allegations against Combs’ business associates for illegal activities such as sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for prostitution, coercion, and other offenses. The document suggests that Combs’ company, initially established for media and entertainment, also facilitated his sexual gratification.

Diddy remains in custody and is scheduled to have his charges read in court on Tuesday. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, has vowed to “fight like hell” to secure bail for the music mogul.

Diddy Allegedly Had Three Defaced AR-15 Rifles Seized From Both Home Raids

Diddy’s arrest is perhaps going to be one of the most extensive in recent memory. There is still so much to uncover surrounding this ongoing case, but today is certainly giving everyone a lot to discuss. What we know is that the rapper and entrepreneur has been indicted for “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution”. The alleged acts began taking place in 2008 and within the documents it says that all of this was to create some sort of criminal enterprise. Furthermore, this was all supposedly done through “prostitution, coercion and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice”.

We can surmise that the alleged weapons seized during the home raids were a part of this master plan. These were just some of the items taken by Homeland Security, and there’s apparently photo evidence of them. In an X post from world-renowned legal reporter Meghann Cuniff, she was able to obtain video footage from the press conference held after the unsealing of the indictment. U.S. attorney Damian Williams was the one responsible for addressing the public and revealing this new information.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams Has Photo Evidence Of Diddy’s Weapons

Mr. Williams says that during the raids, federal agents allegedly came away with “firearms and ammunition”. “Three defaced AR-15s and the large capacity drum magazine” were the specific weaponry seized. Then, Williams walks over to the pictures taken of said items that were allegedly in Diddy’s possession. They do in fact show the drum magazine, extra bullets, pieces of the AR-15s, as well as close-ups of them with the serial numbers removed. However, as we said earlier, this is just the start.
