Alfonso Ribeiro Is Fed Up Of Fans Asking Him To Do “The Carlton”

Alfonso Ribeiro currently hosts America’s Funniest Home Videos, and with the show heading into a new season, he is looking to bring even more laughs into your living room. Of course, Ribeiro is primarily known for playing Carlton on the hit 90s show The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air. Carlton was the brainiac of the Banks family, and he was often times made fun of for his music tastes and dance moves.

His most famous dance move was “The Carlton” which has been mimicked by hundreds of thousands of fans at this point. Unfortunately, some fans think Ribeiro is constantly in character, and they love to bother him about doing the dance whenever they see him in public. While speaking to Jimmy Kimmel, Ribeiro noted that these kinds of requests make him very uncomfortable, especially as a black man.

“I’m a Black guy, I’m just not dancing for you. It’s not gonna happen,” Carlton said. “What makes you think that you just gonna ask a random person to dance for you, and they’re gonna be like ‘Oh my God, I’ve been waiting for you to ask! Hold on a second, let me get into character.’ It’s not — I don’t get it. It’s not gonna happen.”

Kimmel ultimately agreed with Ribeiro, noting that it is beyond weird that fans feel so entitled. Of course, both men have a point here as fan behavior can typically be very bizarre. Hopefully, moving forward, fans get the message and finally leave Ribeiro alone.

Stephen A. Smith Gets NSFW While Ripping The Warriors

Last night, the Golden State Warriors were absolutely awful against the Memphis Grizzlies. This is a game that the Warriors should have won, especially since Ja Morant was not in the Memphis lineup. Unfortunately for the Warriors, this did not make a difference for them as they played some of their worst defensive basketball of the entire season. The Warriors could not get a stop and the Grizzlies were able to walk all over them from start to finish.

Today, Stephen A. Smith spoke about the game on First Take, and he had some hot takes about what went down. As you can see down below, Smith felt as though “this was one of the greatest ass whippings [he’s] ever seen.” He also went in on the Warriors for playing this badly, noting that there are zero excuses for what went down. With Morant out, Smith states that this series should have been over as of last night.

“The star that’s gone from the team is not yours. It’s not like Steph Curry wasn’t playing. It’s not like Klay Thompson wasn’t playing. It’s not like Jordan Poole wasn’t playing. It’s not like Draymond Green wasn’t playing. Ja Morant wasn’t playing,” Smith said. “We’ve seen the Memphis Grizzlies enjoy success without the services of Ja Morant this year. And we’ve marveled at it. But nevertheless, nobody in their right mind would believe that you were going to see what you saw last night. I thought Memphis could win this game… It doesn’t matter what happens in Game 6 if the Golden State Warriors win. It don’t erase what we saw last night. That was an atrocity. That was one of the worst performances I have ever seen.”

The Warriors and the Grizzlies will now get to play Game 6 back in San Francisco. If the Grizzlies win again, then it will be back to Memphis for Game 7, which might prove to be extremely difficult for the Warriors.

Kendrick Lamar’s Album Cover Art Hints At A Second Child

The release of Kendrick Lamar’s newest album, Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, is less than 24 hours away. Being that the rapper hasn’t released a project since 2017, many wondered if they would ever hear from him again. Now that he’s back, social media hasn’t stopped buzzing with anticipation.

Now, though, instead of longing for music, fans have other questions on their minds. Yesterday (May 11), the “Alright” artist shared the cover art for his upcoming project. In it, he is wearing a barbed-wire crown and has a gun in his back pocket. He is also holding his two-year-old daughter, whose name has never been mentioned to the public.

In the background, his fiancé, Whitney Alford, sits on a bed while nurturing an infant.

Being that he included two of his actual family members, many social media users assumed that the younger child was his as well. Though neither of the partners has confirmed the birth of a second child, a lot of people believe this was Kendrick’s way of announcing it.

Additionally, in his latest single, “The Heart Part 5”, Kendrick rapped, “Make sure my kids watch all my interviews.” He added an ‘s’ to the word– implying that he has more than one. He also referred to Alford as his wife instead of his fiancé, though their marriage has never been reported. He rhymed, “… To my wife, I am serious. This is heaven.”

It’s clear that Kendrick keeps his private life low-key, but his new album might provide some insight into who he is on a more personal level.

Key Glock Links Up With The Creator Of “Ambition For Cash” TikTok Trend

“Ambition for Cash” has been hot on TikTok for a while now. The song is a hit off of Key Glock’s recent album Yellow Tape 2 and comes at a time when Key Glock has been mourning the tragic loss of his cousin, Young Dolph.

After a show in Los Angeles, Glock met with Tej Patel, the creator behind the TikTok trend. In a video of the interaction, a grinning Patel boasts to Glock that even “Kim Kardashian popped out with it… her first video on TikTok.” He continued by saying, “You gotta go crazy. I want it to go platinum.”

Glock then responds with a simple: “We’re going platinum. Ain’t gotta worry about that.”

The interaction ends with Patel thanking Glock for having him out to the show, and Glock saying, “You show love, we show love back.”

In the video, Key Glock wears a chain with a dolphin, presumably in reference to his cousin who has passed away.

In Patel’s original TikTok video, he shows off his photography as Glock’s “Ambition for Cash” plays in the background, all after having been prompted by the voice-over “So you’re an artist?”

The Kim TikTok referenced by Patel shows her makeup team with the voice-over “So you’re an artist?” followed by a glamour shot of Kardashian. The trend has definitely done wonders for Key Glock’s hit, and is certain to be a key factor if the song does indeed go platinum.

Chaney Jones Gets Kanye West’s Name Tattooed

Kanye West and Chaney Jones sparked dating rumors back in February after being spotted together numerous times. Since then, the couple has gotten pretty cozy. They’ve been seen on several dates, went on a baecation to Japan, and the Donda artist even bought her a $275,000 Birkin bag.

It’s safe to say, that what many people expected to be a quick fling between the two, has turned into something a bit more serious. Many social media users felt Chaney, 24, was just a distraction for West. After all, his divorce from multi-millionaire, Kim Kardashian, had been everything but smooth.

From their back and forth on social media to Kanye feuding with Kim’s new boo Pete Davidson, many thought Chaney’s role was to make the Kardashian jealous– it also helped that the influencer has similarities to his ex-wife, though she’s doesn’t see them.

Nonetheless, the couple doesn’t seem to be calling it quits anytime soon– especially now that Chaney has garnered some new ink. Earlier today (May 12), Chaney posted a side profile pic of herself on her Instagram story. It didn’t take long for social media detectives to dissect the image, and when they did, they found something shocking.

As she stood in her metallic outfit with her hand to the side, users noticed “Ye” tattooed onto her wrist. It’s a no-brainer that this is Kanye’s nickname, and Chaney posted it for her 584,000 followers to see.

She wouldn’t be the only one with ties to the Kardashian-West family to express her love through body art, though. Pete Davidson got a tattoo on his neck that reads, “My girl is a lawyer,” in reference to Kim.

Check out Chaney’s tattoo below.
