Inglewood’s Lil Duece is one of the most indispensable voices to come out of his city. Forever feeling badgered to put his best foot forward Duece is prepared to deliver his long-awaited and buzz-worthy effort entitled Forever Pressured.

In the 13-track collection, Lil Duece nabs talented producers Don Cannon, Killa Cam, Romo, LowTheGreat, and DbThePlug to create a signature sound that’s sure to be the foundation for his success in the future. Features on the project include RJ, Jerry West, and Seddy Hendrix.

The theme for the cover art includes photos of Lil Duece’s friends who have unfortunately passed within the last 2 years. The word “pressured” is designed in a diamond blue to symbolize and promote the strength that according to the artist, we all should continue to have after going through hard times, similar to the characteristics of a diamond.

The 26-year-old wordsmith has been on the uprise for years and has established his position through a number of hit tracks including his most recent viral offering and the lead single “Outside”. The infectious track has now surpassed a collective 1.5 million streams across all platforms and over 1 million views on YouTube since its release in mid-February 2021.

[WATCH] Gunna Drops New Video for “Banking On Me”

Gunna is keeping the DS4EVER momentum going, dropping the video for “Banking On Me.” The new video comes from the album that has surpassed 1.5 billion streams and over 955,000 albums sold. The album features Future, Young Thug, Kodak Black, and more.

Earlier this week, Gunna shared a open letter to fans and the public on social media. Currently being held in Fulton County Jail, Gunna spoke about the opportunity that he provided for other professionals and his loved ones.

“The picture that is being painted of me is ugly and untrue. My fans know I love to celebrate life, I love my family, I love travel, I love music, I love my fans. I have all faith that God will grant me justice for the purity in my heart and the innocence of my actions.”

Gunna also spoke to the constraints on his art as a freedom of expression:

“My art is now allowed to stand alone as entertainment, I’m not allowed that freedom as a Black Man in America. It is a sad reality that slavery is still alive in America today and still affecting my people. In 12 states more than half of the prison population is Black, one of those states is Georgia.”

Last week, Kevin Liles, the co-founder of 300 Entertainment, teamed up with Julie Greenwald, COO of Atlantic Records, for a petition to cease the use of rap lyrics in court. Liles also testified on behalf of Young Thug and YSL.

Rylo Rodriguez may be from the country town of Mobile, Alabama, but his story is felt in ghettos worldwide. It’s no secrete why Lil Baby added him to Four Pockets Full label. Rylo Rodriguez speaks for the streets but from the soul, and it’s evident in the new video “Benz Truck.”

In the video for “Benz Truck,” Rylo only needed white studio space and b roll footage. Over a soft guitar-driven production, he used authentic next-level lyricism to one of his many hood tales. True, he’s rapping on “Benz Truck,” but his sound is so intimate that it comes off as poetry. Southern folk rap poetry.

“Tell him get up off that block, go invest in him some stocks
Under the house, I hid the street sweeper, we ain’t need no mop
Imagine tryna feed people who don’t got an appetite
The ones I love left me, I pray one day, we gon’ make it right”

It’s uncertain if the 4PF artist has a project coming out, but “Benz Truck” is only the second single this year from Rylo Rodriguez. Earlier this year, he released “Set Me Free.”

Too $hort Joins Shift for “Lil Freak” Single and Video

Shifta, a reggae musician, and Too $hort collaborate on “Lil Freak,” a fresh interpretation of $hort’s classic “I Need A Freak.” This time, there’s a Caribbean twist that’ll have clubs all over the place this summer.

The two were having dinner one night when they decided to go into the studio and produce this banger with Lil Wonder and Jah Messiah on the spur of the moment. Third World Don directed the video, and the track is currently available on all platforms. Shifta’s upcoming EP, Lil Freak, will be published on Timeless Entertainment.

Inside The Looks of Megan Thee Stallion’s New Video “Plan B” Styled and Directed By Mugler

The Hot Girl coach turns up like a Texas heat wave on a July day for her new official video for “Plan B.” Teaming up Mugler, the French fashion house and Megan Thee Stallion bridge the intersection of music and style in a simplistic, sensual and fashionable way.

The “Plan B” visual sees Thee Stallion in a confident and ultramodern setting. Directed by Mugler creative director Casey Cadwadaller and co-directed by John Miserendino. While Cadwallader also created the fierce custom looks that the “Savage” rapper wears throughout the video.

The Houston native enters on a liquid runway wearing a revealing cropped, fitted blazer with black and see-through cutout leggings that accentuate her natural statuesque build.

Next, we then see Meg in a signature Mugler bodysuit with plunging neckline and cheeky slits revealing her snatched waist. The all-black backdrop highlights her accompanying sheer thigh-high tights and pointed black stilettoes as she boldly spits bars over the nostalgic sample of Jodeci’s “Freek’n You (Remix)” featuring Raekwon and Ghostface Killah.

“All them ho*s wanna look like me. (look like me). Bi**h most likely only fu****g you just to spite me (ayy, ayy, just to spite me). But please don’t get it twisted, I ain’t tripping. I never put my faith in a ni**a, bi**h, I’ma die independent (ayy, ayy, woah, woah, woah).”

The body oddy oddy author serves silhouette realness in her third look. Donning an all nude, flesh-toned bodysuit and an adorning, sheer black head covering. Posed like a literal piece of art, Megan left no crumbs.

Towards the end, Megan Thee Stallion pokes it out while rapping in a water scene seemingly completely nude.

[WATCH] Megan Thee Stallion Teams with Mugler for “Plan B” Video

Megan Thee Stallion and Mugler, a French fashion brand, have announced the premiere of her new music video for “Plan B,” which ingeniously combines music, fashion, and entertainment.

Mugler creative director Casey Cadwadaller directed the video co-directed by John Miserendino. Cadwallader also made Megan’s bespoke looks in the video.

Megan is at her cleanest and deadliest on “Plan B,” spitting bars over a Wu-Tang Clan sample of Jodeci’s “Freek’n You (Remix).” The Houston native teased the track during Coachella’s first weekend in April before releasing the much-anticipated single later that month.

The new video comes as the Houston native prepares for a transcontinental tour of Europe. She will play at festivals across the continent, including Primavera Sound in Spain and Glastonbury in England, among others.

In the new visual, SadBoy, Kap G, and YBE cruises through the signature Los Angeles’ palm trees in a drop-top lowrider — headed to the high-profile house party. Worry-free by the coast, surrounded by real ones and baddies, they set the scene, each verse reflecting their own definition of what they’ve got going on “over here.”

From the Micheladas being sipped to the Cali being smoked, the visuals reflect each artists’ words perfectly. Through the smooth sounds of a keyboard and a clap on the beat, Sadboy Loko emanates the nostalgic feel of a West Coast summer perfectly.
