One incident mentioned in the filing occurred on August 20, 2021, where Jackson claims Palmer punched him in the face during a birthday party. Jackson also accused Palmer of grabbing his arms, punching him, and bombarding him with over 200 phone calls.

Another alleged incident took place on October 24, 2021, where Jackson claims Palmer violently gripped his arm to prevent him from leaving her house. On November 17, 2021, after Jackson declined to spend the night with her, Palmer reportedly called him over 200 times and sent over 50 emails.

The filing further details instances where Jackson claims Palmer physically attacked him, leaving marks on his body. Allegations include being punched and attacked by choking and hitting. Additionally, Jackson accuses Palmer of berating him with derogatory names such as a ‘b—-,’ a ‘punk a–,’ and a ‘loser.’

These recent accusations come after Palmer was granted a temporary restraining order against Jackson, citing domestic violence and providing security footage screenshots as evidence. The footage captured moments of physical aggression from Jackson towards Palmer.

According to reports from Radar Online, Joan Pendergrass has filed documents branding Tyrese as a “poor businessman” and claiming he is “incapable of getting a movie made.” These allegations are part of Joan’s effort to have Tyrese’s lawsuit thrown out of court.

Earlier this year, Tyrese initiated legal action against Joan, asserting that she excluded him from Teddy Pendergrass’ biopic despite his significant financial investment in the project. Tyrese, through his company Voltron Entertainment, alleged that he secured the rights to Teddy’s life in a 2011 deal with Joan. The agreement purportedly granted him the right to produce both a book and a movie in exchange for his substantial investment.

Tyrese claimed to have invested $450,000 of his own money over the past decade while working on the biopic. However, in 2022, Joan allegedly refused to extend the deal, leading to Tyrese’s lawsuit seeking $1 million in damages.

Joan, in response, denied any wrongdoing and contended that Tyrese relinquished his rights to Teddy’s life story in a 2019 agreement with Warner Bros. According to her, Voltron’s deal with Warner Bros superseded any claim Tyrese had through their 2011 agreement.

In the recent filing, Joan intensified her critique of Tyrese’s capabilities, stating that in 2019, Voltron and Tyrese were “proven incompetent at putting together a movie project about Teddy Pendergrass.” She expressed doubt about Tyrese’s business acumen and alleged that his association with the project hindered its success rather than helping it.

Joan detailed a series of events, including Voltron’s assignment of rights to Warner Bros for $85,000 and subsequent dealings with the studio. She claimed that by 2019, she had become convinced that Tyrese was “a poor businessman and incapable of getting a movie made.”

Joan demanded the dismissal of the entire case, confident that it would be exposed as a “meritless and vexatious abuse of the legal process.”

As the legal battle unfolds, both parties await a resolution that will determine the fate of the Teddy Pendergrass biopic.

This recognition celebrated Metro Boomin’s outstanding contributions, particularly for his years of commitment to supporting single mothers and families.

Following the presentation of the Key to the City, Mayor Jones declared December 14th as Leland “Metro Boomin” Wayne Day in St. Louis, a proclamation that was not only a public acknowledgment but also a heartfelt dedication to Metro Boomin’s late mother, Leslie Joanne.

In a surprise move, another proclamation was made, designating December 14th as Leslie Joanne Single Mothers and Caregivers Appreciation Day in honor of Metro Boomin’s mother. The artist shared this special moment with his four siblings: Leah, Landon, Lauren, and Logan, who joined him in commemorating their beloved mother.

Offset is shutting down claims that he slept with Chrisean Rock. Blueface stated Offset had sex with Rock, one of many reveals from the weekend, which included Blueface getting paternity tests saying he isn’t the father of Rock’s son.

Offset responded, “I ain’t never talk or touch that lady. Real talk man you need some help!”
