Jay-Z Narrates Fight Video Starring Gervonta Davis

One of the most anticipated boxing matches of the year went down in spectacular fashion, especially after one of the hip-hop GOATs laid down some words concerning it. Moreover, Gervonta Davis knocked out “King” Ryan Garcia with a body shot on Saturday night (April 22) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Not only does this bring Davis’ record to 29 and 0, but it marked Garcia’s first loss. Afterwards, Jay-Z narrated the Tank’s video package, shot by Tahliq for GTD Promo/Victor Victor. The inspiring and motivational clip sees Hov spitting the aspirational and powerful words he built an empire with.

“Everything in life is for your greatest good,” the New York legend remarked in the clip. “No matter how difficult it seemed at the time, everything is for your greatest good. It’s just teaching you discipline so you can receive your blessing. See, I’m from the bottom, from the mud. Don’t matter if you from Brooklyn, from Baltimore. All that matters is that you believe in yourself when no one else will. Any time you want something in life, you just gotta set your intention. Your intentions, your beliefs. You’re powerful.

Jay-Z & Gervonta Davis In Inspirational Promo

“When you set your intentions, you believe that s**t with your soul, a hundred percent,” Jay-Z continued. “It’s gon’ happen for you. I promise. I’m saying that because I’m standing in front of you tonight, doing what I love to do in front of all these beautiful people ’cause I set my intention. ‘Cause I believed in myself. I came in the game saying ‘I’m gonna be the greatest of all time. I’m telling you, come. Watch how we get down.”

Of course, this match followed a lot of intense comments from one fighter to another, though now Davis’ words ring truer than Garcia’s threats. “All he talks about is that one punch,” the Tank remarked. “I only need one, too. I touch that jaw and I’m telling you: you’re going to sleep. I’m going to break your jaw, I promise you. Don’t even bring your mother or your daughter.” Regardless of the trash talk, it was an excellent match all around. “I am the face of boxing,” he stated post-victory. “I just saw Rihanna perform at the Super Bowl, and I was like ‘That was going to be me one day,’ and here we are.” Come back to HNHH for the latest on Gervonta Davis and Jay-Z.

Gervonta Davis And Ryan Garcia Make Another Bold Promise

Gervonta Davis and Ryan Garcia have already taken numerous steps in ensuring that their April 22 bout is going to be the boxing event of the year. The catchweight fight, which pits the reigning WBA lightweight champion against the former interim WBA champion, is already set to be a star-studded Vegas affair. The fight features two undefeated boxers and has the feel of a title fight, despite no belt being on the line.

But Davis and Garcia have also gone out of their way to make the spectacle as hype as possible. Last week, the fighters agreed to make it an all-or-nothing bout. Both will wager their purse on the result, meaning the fight immediately became a winner-takes-all affair. Now, just over 24 hours before the bell rings, they have once again made headlines.

Davis And Garia Vow To Break Each Other’s Jaw

Both fighters spoke to ESPN after their public press conference. Garcia (23-0) envisioned silencing the sold-out crowd at T-Mobile Arena. “I see him getting caught with a left hook, just slept – goodnight,” Garcia said, “One of the most brutal knockouts you’ve seen in many years. And the whole crowd’s just going to go silent and we’re all going to have to take a knee. I see that. Seriously.” Additionally, Garcia is barely speaking hyperbolically. While he has only finished nine of his 23 career fights via knockout, his devastating left hook has become his signature. This includes his last fight in July 2022 against Javier Fortuna.

However, Davis was undeterred by the 24-year-old’s bravado. “All he talks about is that one punch. I only need one, too. I touch that jaw and I’m telling you: you’re going to sleep. I’m going to break your jaw, I promise you. Don’t even bring your mother or your daughter.” Furthermore, Davis has a resume to back up his comment. Davis is a knockout specialist, finishing 26 of 28 fights through KO. Despite the barbs, we will have to wait until Saturday night to find out which of these powerhouse fighters will come out on top. Davis v Garcia: It Doesn’t Get Better Than This is set to start 8pm EDT on April 22.

Gervonta Davis & Ryan Garcia Make Massive Wager

Gervonta Davis is one of the best boxers in the entire world right now. Overall, there are people out there who compare him to the likes of Floyd Mayweather. This is an apt comparison when you think about how they fight. Moreover, Davis is still undefeated and it feels like there aren’t a lot of people out there who could actually beat him. However, Ryan Garcia probably has the best shot of actually doing it. The two are set to fight on April 22nd, which is this Saturday, and it should be a match for the ages.

Heading into this fight, these two have had a whole lot of animosity toward one another. It is very obvious that they do not like each other, which is perfectly normal and okay. In fact, it is only going to improve the quality of boxing we see in the ring. Although many are saying Davis is the clear favorite, it will be hard to count Garcia out of this one. Last night, the two got to talk to each other on a Kai Cenat live stream, and it led to a pretty interesting wager that has massive financial implications.

Gervonta Davis Vs. Ryan Garcia Gets More Interesting

In the clip above, Garcia suggests that they should wager the entire purse of their fight. Whoever wins the match will get all of the money. Overall, this is a very bold suggestion, especially coming from the underdog. Although, Kai Cenat and Gervonta Davis seem pretty happy with the wager. Davis has all of the confidence in the world right now, and so does Garcia apparently. Either way, the fight just got a lot more interesting, and there is even more reason to watch now.

Whether or not Garcia will be eating crow, remains to be seen. Additionally, there is no guarantee that he even signs the contract which makes the wager official. This is one of those tools that can be used to draw attention to the fight. However, it doesn’t mean something will actually get signed. Let us know who you believe will win the fight, in the comments below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from around the sports world.

Gervonta Davis Threatens YK Osiris Over Lil Reese Bet

Gervonta Davis just threatened YK Osiris after Lil Reese called out his poor ability to pay back his bets. Moreover, the Chicago native said that he’s betting on Tank Davis to win his next fight, and challenged Osiris via Twitter. “Somebody tell ykosiris I got @Gervontaa for whatever he tryna bet,” he tweeted over the weekend. Not only that, but Davis himself stepped in to say that Osiris better pay up this time. Overall, it seems like they’re challenging him to bet against Tank and prove that he can pay a losing bet. “And I’m knocking him out if he don’t pay,” Davis replied to Reese on the social media platform.

Furthermore, the 28-year-old pro boxer is set to face off against Ryan Garcia in a highly anticipated 12-round bout. To elaborate, the fight will take place on April 22 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. What’s more is that the boxers just wrapped up a heated press tour that stopped in New York and L.A. earlier this month. The theatrical and intense displays of competitiveness and determination only add to excitement around the Showtime Sports PPV event.

Gervonta Davis YK Osiris If Lil Reese Bet Doesn’t Work Out

However, any mention of the word “bet” used to scare YK Osiris due to his shoddy past wagers. For example, he notoriously owed money to rappers like Drake, French Montana, Young Thug, Lil Baby, and more for his moves. Still, it would be one thing if he simply had bad luck and lost a lot of dough. Unfortunately, though, these issues seem to stem from late payments and unfulfilled promises. Still, that’s all in the past (at least hopefully), as the rapper said he was free of debt at the start of last year (fun fact: he wasn’t).

“I’m going shopping today about to take my son shopping today,” the “Worth It” artist said in a clip as he drove with his son. “You know we debt-free, man. Taking my son shopping today. We gon’ spend that money.” Hopefully he gets to support whoever he wants in Davis versus Garcia and has the bucks to match Reese’s boasts. Regardless, stick around on HNHH for the latest on Gervonta Davis, Lil Reese, and YK Osiris.

Gervonta Davis Earns Praise From Denzel Washington

Gervonta Davis is easily one of the best boxers in the entire world right now. Overall, he is an undefeated world champion who continues to gain critical acclaim. In fact, he is set to take on Ryan Garcia next month. This is going to be the biggest fight of his entire career. Although Davis is undefeated, there is this narrative that he hasn’t fought anyone worthwhile. Consequently, he has received quite a bit of criticism. This fight against Garcia is meant to show the world that he can beat top-tier fighters, and he can do it convincingly.

This past week, Davis and Garcia even had their first press conference for the fight. Overall, it was very interesting to watch. These two have a lot of bad blood between each other, and it should make for an amazing fight. Additionally, Davis is going into the match as a huge favorite. This will certainly motivate Garcia who now has to deal with the underdog label. That said, Davis is making sure that he still engages in some leisure time ahead of the fight. For instance, he was in L.A. last night to watch the Lakers play the Knicks.

Gervonta Davis x Denzel Washington

In the end, it was the New York Knicks who came out victorious. However, for Davis, it was a big night when you consider who he got to meet courtside. In the video clip above, Davis could be seen chopping it up with none other than legendary actor Denzel Washington. Washington was attending the game with Spike Lee, instead of attending the Oscars. As you can see, Washington had nothing but praise for Davis. The actor told the boxer that he loves him, and you could tell that Tank was loving every second of it.

Davis is someone whose fights are absolutely box office. He is a massive draw, and this fight against Ryan Garcia will only increase his status in the boxing world. Whether or not he will be able to quiet down the doubters, remains to be seen. Let us know who you have winning the Garcia Vs. Davis fight, in the comments below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news from the sports world.

Gervonta Davis Claims LeSean McCoy Is Gay

Gervonta Davis is one of the most famous boxers in the world right now. Overall, he is an undefeated fighter who has a ton of acclaim. He has the backing of Floyd Mayweather, and he is seen as a prodigy who will become a legend. However, there are some people who feel like he hasn’t really fought anyone significant. This is a fair criticism as Davis’ challengers have been fairly weak. Although, that promises to change as Davis is looking to fight against Ryan Garcia in his next match.

Ryan Garcia will easily be his biggest opponent thus far. These two have a significant beef with one another, and that bad blood will make for an amazing fight. Moreover, this is a match that has a whole lot of people talking. For instance, LeSean McCoy was recently asked about the match and who he is going for. The former NFL superstar went on to say “Tank is small, small arms & who has tank fought? He hasn’t fought anybody good.” Overall, this is a massive hot take, and Davis did not care for it whatsoever.

Gervonta Davis Claps Back

Davis subsequently took to Twitter where he put McCoy on blast. In fact, he decided to accuse McCoy of being gay, which is a pretty ridiculous response. However, it is fairly par for the course in regard to Davis. “I heard he like men..he need to stfu before I slap the shit outta him,” Davis wrote. This tweet led to plenty of reactions on social media as many were surprised to see him go there. It was definitely a shot below the belt, although all is fair in war.

As for this fight between Tank and Garcia, most people have Davis winning. Although, if Garcia pulls off the upset, it will make for fantastic drama. Boxing is one of those sports that loves an underdog, and we could very well see that play out in April. With this fight about a month away, let us know who you think will win, in the comments down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news and updates from the sports world.

Gervonta Davis Rips Jake Paul After Tommy Fury Loss

Gervonta Davis is one of the best boxers in the entire world right now. Overall, he is someone who dominates the sport and has yet to lose a single fight. Moving forward, he will take on Ryan Garcia in a match that will take place in April. Although Davis is the favorite in this fight, there is a lot of animosity here. Having said that, there is potential for Davis to get his first loss. No matter what, fans are very excited about the match as it will be a moment for Gervonta Davis to truly silence all of the doubters.

For many, Davis competes in real boxing as opposed to whatever Jake Paul just did against Tommy Fury. As we all know by now, Jake lost the fight, giving him his first professional loss. In the past, Davis and Paul have actually traded shots on social media. Overall, Davis feels as though Paul is a fake boxer and that what he does is actually detrimental to the sport as a whole. Subsequently, following Jake’s loss, Davis decided to sound off on social media with his feelings on it all.

Gervonta Davis Goes Off

“Crazy to people how these boxing shit work…y’all cheer for a clown after a lost but actually boxers y’all shit on em if they lose. Sport filled w d*ck riders!” Davis wrote in a now-deleted tweet. From there, Davis continued to make fun of Paul with a series of retweets. Additionally, he clapped back at a fan who had some words for him. This is where Tank wrote “You have 3 different cuts homie..a low cut..braids AND a fade I will never take you or ya words seriously!” Needless to say, Davis will not be gaining respect for Jake Paul, anytime soon.

For now, Davis should simply focus on his upcoming April fight against Garcia. This could very well end up being the biggest fight of the entire year, and fans are very pumped. Hopefully, everything will go off without a hitch, as we would hate a last-second cancelation. Let us know who you think is going to win that fight, in the comments section down below.

Gervonta Davis Takes Guilty Plea In Hit & Run Case: Details

Gervonta Davis is currently one of the best boxers in the entire world. However, he has been dealing with some issues as of late. For instance, Davis was at the Super Bowl this past weekend where he was in a wheelchair. Overall, Davis was not making a big deal out of his injury, although it could affect his future fights. Needless to say, fans are a bit concerned about Davis and whether or not he will actually get to go up against Ryan Garcia.

More recently, Davis has been in court over some hit-and-run charges that he incurred back in 2020. According to TMZ, Davis allegedly ran a red light and hit another car. As the alleged story goes, Davis hit a car that had a pregnant woman in it. Subsequently, he made eye contact with those in the car and eventually sped off. This all reportedly took place in Baltimore on November 5th of 2020. Now, however, Gervonta Davis is pleading guilty to the charges.

With this latest plea deal, Davis will only be on the hook for four charges. This is good news for the boxer as he was initially hit with 14 charges. As for the charges that are sticking, we have running a red light, driving with an expired license, leaving the scene of an accident involving bodily injury, and finally, failing to notify of property damage. Overall, these are some serious charges that Davis is still facing punishment for. On May 5th, he will have his official sentencing.

Needless to say, this is all very bad news for Davis who has been in the news for all of the wrong reasons as of late. People are hoping for him to straighten out as his career could take some massive hits. Additionally, he is going to court for an alleged assault that took place on December 27th. With these issues in mind, stay tuned to HNHH for any news and updates.

Gervonta Davis Shows Up To Super Bowl In A Wheelchair

Gervonta Davis continues to be one of the best boxers in the entire world. Pound for pound, Davis is feared by his biggest opponents. Overall, he has an undefeated 28-0 record. Moreover, he is co-signed by some of the biggest legends in the history of boxing. One such person is none other than Floyd Mayweather, who knows a thing or two about being undefeated. Simply put, Davis is in a great position to be successful for years to come.

Moving forward, Davis is currently in talks for a fight with Ryan Garcia. This match has been in the works for quite a while. Although there is a tentative date set for April 15th, the fight papers have not been officially signed. However, Garcia is certainly eager to get in the ring with Davis, especially since they have beef. Not to mention, it would be huge for Garcia to be the first person to beat Davis. Needless to say, this is a potential fight that fans are excited about. Unfortunately, it may not happen as Davis appears to be dealing with an injury.

Gervonta Davis Speaks

According to TMZ, Davis was spotted at the Super Bowl in a wheelchair. As you can see in the clip above, he was being wheeled around the venue as the Chiefs took on the Eagles. However, when approached by cameras, Davis said that it wasn’t a big deal and that he will be fine. That said, there is no telling what this could actually mean for the potential fight against Garcia. If it is an ankle injury that requires a lot of rest, then that April 15th fight date will have to be delayed.

If you are a boxing fan, this news is definitely going to be concerning. Although, young athletes tend to heal fast, so perhaps Davis can get in the shape he needs. Either way, Davis will remain one of the best boxers in the world, and we cannot wait to see how he performs in his next fight. Let us know what you think will happen in a fight between Davis and Garcia, down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news and updates from around the boxing world.

Mike Tyson Praises Gervonta Davis, Says He’ll Be A Legend One Day

Mike Tyson Credits Magic Mushrooms For Saving His Life: 'It's Amazing Medicine'

With a fight record of 28-0 with 26 KO’s and co-signs from some of the greatest boxers of all time, including Floyd Mayweather, Gervonta Davis is surely one of the greatest, if not the greatest lightweight boxer right now.

Apparently his quick and vicious fighting style has garnered some comparisons between him and boxing legend and former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, who was known for his punching power and early knockouts.

TMZ caught up with the former heavyweight champion in LA and was asked what he thought about comparisons between himself and “Tank” Davis.

“Tank is a great fighter,” Tyson said. “He’ll be [a legend] too if he keeps fighting.”

Davis remains undefeated after a 9th-round TKO versus Hector Garcia. At the beginning of the 9th, Garcia’s team said that their fighter would not continue. Garcia later said that he got hit so hard in the last round that he could not see.

Davis’ next fight will probably be his most anticipated yet as he fights undefeated lightweight Ryan Garcia on April 15th in Las Vegas.
