Kobe Bryant Remembered By Fans Three Years After His Passing

Today is a sad day for many Lakers fans as it marks the day that Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna tragically died. On January 26th, the two were traveling with seven others via helicopter. They were on their way to a basketball game when their helicopter subsequently crashed into a mountain.

Overall, it was one of the worst days in the history of the NBA. Kobe had numerous plans for the future while Gianna was a future superstar. Additionally, it was incredibly tragic to have other children and parents lost in the crash. It was a senseless tragedy that still feels surreal.

Ed Reed Exposes Shannon Sharpe DMs On Instagram

Over the past week or so, Ed Reed has been trying to expose the conditions at Bethune-Cookman. Bethune-Cookman is an HBCU that had offered a head coaching job to Reed. The former Ravens legend was working overtime at the school, and he was showcasing just how bad the conditions were.

Subsequently, Reed was told he would not be the head coach in the end. With Reed making very public Instagram live sessions about the school, it became clear that the school didn’t want to continue its relationship.

This past week, Shannon Sharpe and Skip Bayless discussed this news on Undisputed. Overall, Sharpe was sad about the situation. However, he did note that he would have preferred if Reed hadn’t gone so public against the school.

Ed Reed Responds

In an Instagram post last night, Reed posted some DMs between he and Shannon Sharpe. As you can see, Sharpe reached out to Reed noting that he supports him. Additionally, he apologized for his comments on Undisputed. Reed did not accept the apology and said “you said a lot of wrong about me playa.” Consequently, Sharpe was a bit annoyed and finished things off by saying “Ed, I voiced an opinion. It’s not that deep. Wish you all the best, but I’m done with this.”

Since that time, Reed has continued to post on social media, much to the chagrin of his fans. For the most part, people believe he is simply doing too much. The public callouts aren’t getting anyone anywhere, and some want him to get off social media for a bit. However, it seems as though Reed is going to continue speaking out on the funding that HBCUs receive.

This is an ongoing story, and we’re sure we will hear more from Reed soon. That said, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news and updates from around the sports world.

Micah Parsons Denies Throwing Shade At Dak Prescott

Micah Parsons had a fantastic season with the Dallas Cowboys. While the team didn’t exactly reach its goal of a Super Bowl, they certainly posted an incredible defensive effort. Overall, Parsons was one of the players to praise, as he was a nightmare for opposing quarterbacks.

Additionally, throughout the season, Parsons was very vocal on social media. He is someone that isn’t afraid to express what he is thinking, which has run him into some trouble. However, Parsons doesn’t shy away from the criticism as he understands that it is all part of the game.

Micah Parsons Speaks

Yesterday, Parsons went on Twitter and spoke about the trend that we are seeing from the four remaining teams in the NFL playoffs. Basically, Parsons is noting that when QBs don’t make a ton of money, their teams go far.

“Besides mahomes, every team in the final 4 Qb is on a rookie deal and surrounded by talent! Mhmm interesting take!” he wrote.

With Dak Prescott making huge dollars, some fans felt like Parsons was throwing a bit of shade. Subsequently, Parsons took to social media again where he defended himself. He meant no shade to his QB, and he wanted to make that crystal clear.

“Listen we not gonna sit here like I’m talking about Dak,” he wrote. “Shid when I get paid ima want a big contract too ! Come on stop reaching.”

Parsons is going to make a whole lot of money during his NFL career, and the Cowboys need to prepare for that. However, if he continues to play this well, maybe the defense can carry the team to a Super Bowl.

Russell Wilson Has Future & Ciara’s Son Making One-Handed Catches

Russell Wilson had himself a pretty awful season with the Denver Broncos. It was one of those seasons that had people hitting Wilson with some hilarious memes. Overall, the Broncos looked pitiful and they even had to fire their head coach after just a few games.

If you are a Wilson fan, you are essentially begging for him to bounce back next season. After all, he is a QB who is very much capable of being MVP-caliber. Although, it is going to take a lot of hard work for him to get back to his output with the Seattle Seahawks.

Russell Wilson & Future

Luckily, Wilson has a stable home life that allows him to have some support. The offseason has already begun for Russ, and he has been working out with his family. This includes his stepson, who just so happens to be Ciara and Future’s child.

The younger Future has showcased a ton of interest in football over the years. He has worked out with Russ on occasion and has shown some prowess in throwing the football. Now, however, he appears to be making a case as a ride receiver. Down below, you can find a video in which he makes numerous one-handed catches. Consequently, Wilson had to note that Future “has crazy hands.”

Future is still very young, so he won’t be able to make that much of an impression just yet. However, if he continues to get this kind of training, perhaps he will find himself at a good college, much like his step-father. Subsequently, we could very well see him in an NFL jersey.

Let us know what you think of Future’s catching ability, in the comments below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news and updates from around the sneaker world.

Rihanna hasn’t said much about her upcoming blowout, but Stephen A. Smith recently ran into trouble with her fans. He was asked about the singer’s performance and suggested Rihanna’s talents don’t match that of Beyoncé.

Unsurprisingly, he earned the wrath of both artists’ fanbases. Smith later clarified that he didn’t mean to disrespect Rihanna, but he prefers Bey as an entertainer.

Stephen A. Smith Reveals Where Aaron Rodgers Should Go

Stephen A. has always proven to be a huge Aaron Rodgers fan. Over the years, Smith has continuously called the Packers QB a “Bad Man.” However, in recent years, Smith has been less impressed with the quarterback. Of course, this is because of his lack of results on the football field.

Overall Rodgers is a fantastic QB who will be going to the Hall of Fame. Although, his future remains up in the air. He could very well ask out of Green Bay, which means he will be on his way to a new team. Fans are curious to watch this play out, and quite a few teams are being theorized as new destinations.

Stephen A. Reacts

On today’s episode of First Take, Stephen A. was asked about which team he would like to see Rodgers play for. Of course, the Packers remain on the table, however, a new team has appeared out of the depths. That team just so happens to be the New York Jets.

In the clip below, Smith was actually very on board with Rodgers going to New York. After all, it would mean to games per year against the likes of Bill Belichick. Furthermore, he would get to play Josh Allen twice, which would be a whole lot of fun. Not to mention, it would make the Jets relevant again.

The NFL as a whole is much more interesting when the Jets are playing well. If Rodgers were to go there, one would have to assume that they make the playoffs in his first year there. Although, he has to decide to go there, which hasn’t happened yet.

Let us know where you think Rodgers should land, in the comments section down below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for the latest news from around the sports world.

T.I. x Shannon Sharpe

Over the weekend, Sharpe sat down with T.I. for a conversation on Club Shay Shay. At the time, the Grizzlies game was on everyone’s mind. As a result, T.I. felt like it was as good a time as ever to bring it up. Sharpe was certainly receptive to the conversation as the two made jokes.

However, T.I. eventually got serious and offered some solid advice to the NFL legend. “We all fall short, ain’t none of us perfect,” the artist said. “Humans are fallible, our flesh is weak.” He went on to say that no one can lead a perfect life, and that overall, there is nothing to be ashamed over.

It was a very honest conversation that many will appreciate. The full episode is just over an hour long, and the two touch on a plethora of topics. Overall, it is well worth a watch, especially if you are a T.I. fan.

Josh Allen Reacts To Ridiculous Damar Hamlin Conspiracy

Josh Allen has been the leader of the Buffalo Bills for quite some time now. He has helped lead them to the playoffs on a consistent basis and there is this sense that he could win a Super Bowl. Additionally, he has helped lead them through the devastating incident involving Damar Hamlin.

Thankfully, Hamlin is okay and was even at the Bills’ playoff game on Sunday. Although his team lost, Hamlin appeared to be in good spirits as he cheered everyone on. Overall, it was great to see him in attendance considering where he was just two weeks ago.

Unfortunately, some people decided to come up with conspiracy theories about his health. There was this bizarre claim that he actually died and that the NFL was covering it up. Additionally, due to his face covering, people tried to say he was being cloned.

Josh Allen Speaks

During an appearance on Kyle Brandt’s Basement, Josh Allen addressed the conspiracy. As you can imagine, he was shocked that it exists. Furthermore, he immediately called it out for being baseless.

“Yeah, that’s stupid,” Allen said. “There’s absolutely zero chance. That’s the Damar Hamlin. That’s our guy…our brother. One, that’s Damar’s swag — he likes wearing that. Two, he was in the locker room with us pregame. So, yes. That was Damar.”

Overall, people don’t seem to be swayed by what Allen is saying. At this point, people just want to believe their dumb theories, regardless of their validity. Although Hamlin will likely show his face soon, even that won’t be enough for these people.

Deion Sanders Defends Daughter Over “JSU Murders” Claim

Deion Sanders took to his daughter’s defense over the weekend after Deiondra Sanders claimed that there were multiple murders on the campus of Jackson State University (JSU) while her father coached at the school. People quickly fact-checked her comments to find they were blatantly false.

“People don’t know there are killings on the campus … every few months,” Deiondra said.

In response to the backlash, Deion Sanders admitted that his daughter may be wrong, but added, “Some things we just should let go.” The legendary NFL player coached at the school from 2020 through 2022.

Deiondra later apologized for her comments in a lengthy video posted to Twitter on Sunday.

“I would like to apologize for a statement that I recently made concerning the JSU murders,” she explained. “I do feel like that I over-exaggerated due to the fact that every time I did come to town I was made aware of shootings, murders, robberies on campus, around campus and in the city. But I really do apologize for what I said. It’s just that things did happen while my family was there that the public was not made aware of. But I definitely shouldn’t have exaggerated like that and I do want to say that I apologize for that. So I apologize to the whole JSU community, JSU campus and everyone that’s a part of JSU.”

While there may not have been constant murders, one student died right before Deion announced he would be taking a job at the University of Colorado.

Eli Apple Clarifies Tweet That Some Felt Was A Diss To Damar Hamlin

Eli Apple is known for being a guy who is always trash-talking his opponents. The Cincinnati Bengals star got himself into trouble last year, as his trash-talk did not help him in the Super Bowl. In fact, he talked so much trash that fans would not let him forget about his inadequacies.

This year, however, Apple is not going away. His Bengals are a game away from the Super Bowl, and he is doing his best to get in the heads of his enemies. Overall, it is a very interesting strategy. However, Apple doesn’t care as he went after Stefon Diggs and Josh Allen in the tweets below.

Subsequently, Apple was criticized for using the number three in his tweet. Some people felt as though he was making a reference to Damar Hamlin. Considering Hamlin plays for the Bills, it is easy to see how some may have made the connection.

Eli Apple Responds

Apple saw the responses and decided to comment on the matter. In the tweet below, he notes how he would never make fun of such a serious situation. Overall, it was just a misunderstanding.

“All love thoughts prayers and concerns to @HamlinIsland as he continues to recover from that tragic incident,” Apple wrote. “Never would I make light of that scary unfortunate scene. This game is truly a dangerous risk to our bodies mind and spirit. Nothing but love to all my football brothers.”

Immediately after his apology, he continued to gloat in the face of Diggs, who called him a clout chaser. Below, you can see Apple write “safe travels to Cabo fam.” At this point, one could call Eli Apple the Patrick Beverley of the NFL.

The Bengals will now get to play the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game. It should be a whole lot of fun, and we can’t wait to see how it shapes out.

Let us know who you think will win this game, in the comments down below.
