Foolio’s Girlfriend Shares Heart-Wrenching Messages Following His Death

It was just three days ago that 26-year-old Jacksonville, Florida rapper Foolio was pronounced dead. The East Coast star was celebrating his birthday, first at an Airbnb, then at a Holiday Inn. It was reported that the shooting was an “ambush”, and it left three other people injured. Currently, the local police are “working day in and day out” to track down the suspects Chief Lee Bercaw said in a statement. “They’re developing some good leads. We’re working closely with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. We are working with our statewide prosecutor, our federal partners, the ATF and the FBI, and our local prosecutor Susie Lopez. I can guarantee you we are going to be following up and making arrests in that case”.

Unfortunately, all of the authority’s hard work can only lessen the pain so much. Those are essentially the feelings that the rapper’s girlfriend, Mani B, has right now. Since the passing of Foolio, she has been sharing several posts per day on X. Clearly, Mani is in the early part of the grieving stage, as she tries to pick up the pieces and move forward.

Perhaps the most heart-wrenching message of all is this one: “This s*** so unreal I just woke up and smiled and tried to wrap my arm around my boyfriend and realized his a** not even alive OR next to me”. A day before this, Mani B also wrote, “Y’all took my boyfriend from me. I hate y’all & I won’t be the only one crying”. Even though everyone deals with the loss of a loved one differently, people are still sending her unjustified hate comments. DJ Akademiks Points Out Foolio Fans Predicting His Death Under Pre-Shooting Instagram Post

Foolio’s tragic shooting at his birthday party in Tampa, Florida over the weekend shocked and saddened many fans, although some of them already had their reservations. Moreover, a lot of folks issued warnings and predicted that some extra caution would be necessary when he shared the address to his celebratory events on social media. In fact, DJ Akademiks recently went back to the rapper’s social media post showing the address and looked at comments from fans predicting that something horrible would happen. Of course, even the most skeptical and cold-blooded of spectators probably couldn’t have really predicted that we and the Florida native’s loved ones would face this loss.

Furthermore, Asian Doll recently caught flack for making light of Foolio’s death, as she tweeted and deleted a cigarette emoji after his passing. They had a lot of issues in the past, especially over Doll’s reaction to her then-boyfriend King Von’s shooting. Overall, it was a pretty nasty and distasteful situation either way, and the propagation of it didn’t make things any less nasty. Hopefully we see less responses like this in the public eye, and detractors and enemies respect those mourning the loss regardless of what their feelings might indicate.

DJ Akademiks Revisits Foolio’s Instagram Posts

Sadly, this triumphant reaction to Foolio’s death has been a big part of the social media discussion around it, led primarily by rap rival Yungeen Ace. He elicited some disturbed and flabbergasted reactions from fans after he dropped a diss track against him following his death, which many found to be in the poorest taste. Not only that, but Ace even insinuated that he ordered this, although that’s probably more of a result of rap beef boasting than actual criminal involvement. Either way, it’s not a pretty look to witness.

Meanwhile, new footage of the attack’s aftermath is also causing a lot of Internet debate and conversation. It’s a difficult event to witness, especially as conversations range more around how Foolio lived and not about how the hip-hop community can advocate against this violence. Regardless, folks will probably continue to discuss this tragedy in the coming days, and new information might surface as well. Asian Doll Bombarded With Hate After Rehashing Beef With Foolio After His Untimely Passing

The Florida hip-hop circle and the community at large lost another rapper too soon this past weekend. Foolio became the fatal victim during an “ambush” shooting at a Tampa Holiday Inn, leaving three additional people with injuries. He was celebrating his 26th birthday and it appeared to be a pretty publicly known event, as the MC was making his location quite available online. Lewis Fusco, his lawyer tragically confirmed the news via Instagram and to local news stations in Jacksonville. With so little information about Foolio’s involvement, as well as how sensitive things are right now, Mr. Fusco advised everyone to give his loved ones some space. “We will not be making any additional statements until further notice. “Please respect his family during this difficult time. Rest in peace @julio_foolio”.

Well, that wish is not being respected by fellow rapper from Dallas, Texas, Asian Doll. Prior to Foolio’s, death, him and Doll were beefing, especially around 2021-2022. The former’s presence on social media was one of instigation, and he seemed to start things with the TV star in ’21. Foolio shared a short video around this time in which he said, “Real s***. If somethin’ ever happen to me, bro, don’t be an Asian Doll. If you know what we was on and we didn’t talk like that, don’t be extra. For real. Don’t be on that Asian”. He made that statement after she was grieving the loss of her then boyfriend, King Von. A lot of people online thought Asian Doll was being too dramatic, and Foolio was in that camp, too.

She responded with some harsh words, saying, “But when some do happen to you watch nobody give no f***. Get off n**** d**k tho fan a** n****”. Distastefully, Asian Doll tweeted out a “” after the Foolio news, and even though it seems to have been deleted, fans are letting her hear it. Some are getting super disrespectful, with one user stating, “When it happens to her it’s a parade in every city”. Others are claiming she just wants her shine. “Y’all leave her she tryna be relevant haha ”. Our continued well wishes go out to Foolio’s family and friends during this difficult time.

Foolio Shooting: New Footage Shows Violent Aftermath Of The Attack

TMZ has obtained footage showing the aftermath of the violent shooting that resulted in the death of 26-year-old rapper Foolio. The video shows a grim scene. Cars are riddled with bullet holes while a victim is being carried away on a stretcher. There’s a large number of police vehicles in the area as well as paramedics and other emergency personnel.

Foolio was in Tampa to celebrate his 26th birthday at an Airbnb. After throwing a party, he was kicked out for having too many people on the property. In turn, the group relocated to a nearby Holiday Inn, where Foolio was ambushed. He had publicized that he was in the city on his Instagram page beforehand. TMZ Captures Aftermath Of Foolio Shooting

Foolio’s lawyer, Lewis Fusco, released a statement on his Instagram page on Sunday in which he confirmed the reports about his client’s death and asked for privacy for his family. He wrote: “Mr. Jones had been in Tampa to celebrate his birthday over the weekend. Law enforcement reports indicate that he initially stayed at an Airbnb but was asked to leave due to exceeding occupancy limits. He subsequently relocated to the Holiday Inn, where he was involved in an incident in the hotel parking lot and reportedly ambushed. While these events involving our client, Mr. Charles Jones, have been disclosed by law enforcement, we are unable to provide further comments at this time until additional details become public record. We kindly request that the privacy of Mr. Jones and his family be respected during this difficult time.”

Tributes for the late rapper have been pouring out on social media. However, not all of the responses have been so positive.
