Soulja Boy Blasts Claims He Joined Illuminati: ‘Believe in God and Stay Down’

soulja boy first rapper

Soulja Boy wants his fans to know he is not a member of the Illuminati and has all love for God. “When I first got in the rap game, a lot of people was like ‘Soulja Boy joined the illuminati. That’s how he got his money, that’s how he got rich.’ All you gotta do is believe in God and stay down. Nothing can f-ck with you.”

He added, “When you really believe in God, you gon’ go through s–t. You gon’ see the media lying on you, you gon’ see n–gas you don’t know beefing with you out of nowhere, hating on you. You go through more s–t when you f—in’ with God.”

Soulja Boy is facing financial hardships, according to a judge. Soulja Boy was attempting to have a six-figure judgment thrown out due to struggling with money, only to find out he actually is.

According to RadarOnline.com, Soulja Boy’s argument was not convincing, and he is still on the hook to pay his ex-girlfriend Kayla Myers for an alleged assault. Myers stated that Soulja Boy hit her head with a gun at a 2019 house party. Soulja Boy has been ordered to pay $472,000. Half of the total is for damages, and the other half is for punitive damages.

Soulja Boy currently rents a Los Angeles home for $25,000 a month. In addition, he has a car collection that as worth $600,000 when he purchased them and $18,000 in jewelry. The rapper does not own any property.

Soulja Boy currently makes $10,000 to $50,000 a show, but a $1 million tax debt counters that.

After analyzing the details, a judge noted the rapper’s “net worth is negative” but still awarded Myers her payment.

“While it is not clear that defendant could just snap his fingers and book as many shows as he would like, neither is it clear that he cannot work at all. It might not be the work he wants (and he might not be headlining), but the court has no reason to believe that he cannot perform at all,” the judge said.

The judge also suggested the rapper moves to a more modest home around $10,000 a month.

DeAndre Cortez Way, publicly known as Soulja Boy, has been an influential figure in the music industry for over a decade. From his breakthrough hit “Crank That (Soulja Boy)” to his entrepreneurial ventures, he has left a mark on the hip-hop industry. However, behind the fame and success lies a significant financial challenge – Soulja Boy’s tax debt.

In recent years, Soulja Boy has faced legal and financial battles, with one of the most pressing issues being his tax debt. According to reports, the artist owed a substantial sum to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) due to unpaid taxes. This predicament highlights many high-earning individuals’ common struggle in managing their finances and tax obligations.

The IRS relentlessly pursues unpaid taxes, and failing to address the issue can lead to severe consequences, including penalties, liens, or even legal action. Managing such financial obligations becomes crucial for an artist who has enjoyed significant commercial success.

The tax debt issue undoubtedly challenges Soulja Boy’s financial stability and career trajectory. Financial strain can limit his ability to invest in new projects, jeopardize his personal assets, and hinder his overall financial well-being. Additionally, it can tarnish his public image and credibility, leading to potential difficulties in securing partnerships or endorsement deals.

Resolving tax debt requires careful financial planning and cooperation with tax authorities. Soulja Boy’s team of financial advisors and attorneys are likely working diligently to negotiate payment arrangements and potentially reduce the overall amount owed.

Soulja Boy’s tax debt serves as a cautionary tale, emphasizing the importance of proper financial management for individuals in the entertainment industry and beyond. The struggle to balance personal finances and meet tax obligations is a common challenge high-earning individuals face. As Soulja Boy navigates this financial bump in the road, it is a reminder for all of us to stay vigilant and responsible regarding our financial affairs, ensuring compliance with tax laws and seeking professional assistance when needed.

Travis Scott’s ‘UTOPIA’ Tops Billboard for Third Consecutive Week, Moves 93K Units in Vinyl

Travis Scott's 'UTOPIA' Tops Billboard for Third Consecutive Week

Travis Scott’s UTOPIA will rule the Billboard chart for a third consecutive week. The latest album from Travis Scott will bring in 185,000 copies in the past week, becoming the first album to have three straight weeks at the top since Drake’s Certified Lover Boy.

The third week ties Scott’s personal reign as Astroworld sat on top of the Billboard 200 for three weeks in 2018.

In the week ending August 17, Utopia earned 185,000 equivalent album units, of which album sales made up 99,000 (an increase of 169%), SEA units made up 86,000 (a decrease of 22%, or 124.13 million on-demand official streams of the streaming set’s 19 songs), and TEA units made up a minuscule amount (a decrease of 38%).

Due in part to a promotional offer at Scott’s official webstore, which reduced the Utopia vinyl LP’s price from $50 to just $5 for a limited time, the album’s sales increased in the set’s third week. Vinyl made up 93,000 of Utopia’s 99,000 sales for the week. With that amount, Utopia enjoyed its best vinyl sales week to date, the seventh-highest vinyl sales week for any album since Luminate started keeping track of sales in 1991, and the biggest week for an R&B/hip-hop album.

Travis Scott is getting ready to tour his new album, UTOPIA. Hitting Instagram, Scott announced that tour dates are on the way. “UTOPIA TOUR SOON, US AND EURO DATES SOON TO BE ANNOUNCE, I MISS THE ROAD I MISSS YALLL,” he wrote.

The tour is reported to start in September in Chicago and wrapping in November after Thanksgiving in Miami.

During Travis Scott’s CIRCUS MAXIMUS show broadcast live from Rome, Italy, Ye appeared on stage in all black.

As Ye took the stage, Travis Scott put the fans on notice: “Only one human being on this mother f***ing planet that has ever walked side by side with me through anything and every mother f***ing thing.”

Later on in his set, Scott also said, “There is no UTOPIA without Kanye West, there is no Travis Scott without Kanye West, there is no Rome without Kanye West”

During Ye’s time on stage, he performed “Praise God” and returned to his Graduation days for “Can’t Tell Me Nothing.” You can see the social media footage below.

50 Cent Jokes About Nick Cannon’s Kid Count: ‘I Don’t Want the Responsibility of That Many Women’

50 Cent Reacts to Surgeon Who Saved His Life After He Was Shot Pleading Guilty to Health Care Fraud

50 Cent revealed he learned a lesson about housing after buying a massive house for himself, but maybe Nick Cannon could use it.

Speaking with Forbes, 50 revealed buying a new large home was unnecessary because he would only use a small fraction of the home, but Nick Cannon and his 12 kids could love it.

“If I had Nick Cannon’s 12 kids or shit like that, you could put them all in a bedroom. Everybody’s here,” 50 said. “But I’m not going to have kids like that. I don’t want the responsibility of that many women that you got to deal with emotionally, especially after they don’t feel like your friend anymore.

“I don’t know what the fuck is wrong with Nick Cannon,” 50 added.

Has Nick Cannon sidestepped child support? One of the mothers of his children, Bre Tiesi, is a cast member on Selling Sunset. During a clip of season 6 of the shoe, Tiesi tells co-star Amanda Smith about child support limits.

“The way it works is like, after 10, the court can basically say he can’t afford to pay child support,” Tiesi said, according to Page Six.

But Tiesi seems unsure of how it impacts Cannon because he is fortunate in the pockets. “Because he is who he is, they could say, ‘We know you can afford X amount for each household,’” she said

Nick Cannon welcomed a new baby with Tiesi last year.

“I did it. An all natural unmedicated home birth,” Tiesi wrote online. “This was the most humbling / limit pushing yet awakening and completely empowering experience. I can’t thank my team enough for delivering my son safely.”

She added, “This experience has changed me forever and I couldn’t of asked for a more amazing and supportive partner. Daddy showed the f up for us.. I couldn’t of done it without you.”

Irv Gotti Says Fat Joe is No Longer His Brother Due to Defense of Ashanti: ‘Fat Joe Called Me a Sucker’

Irv Gotti Says Fat Joe is No Longer His Brother Due to Defense of Ashanti

Irv Gotti returned to Drink Champs, and he had a message for Fat Joe. “Fat Joe was my brother,” Gotti said. “I do not feel Fat Joe is my brother anymore.”

Irv’s statement comes after Fat Joe called our Irv Gotti and Ja Rule for Gotti’s account of a relationship with Ashanti during the Murder Inc docuseries and a previous Drink Champs interview.

The Murder Inc Drink Champs interview has caused ripple effects on social media since it first aired. During the conversation, Irv Gotti revealed he had a sexual relationship with Ashanti, and he also was jealous to see she was dating Nelly.

Seemingly tired of the discourse online and not a fan of how the conversation went, Fat Joe spoke out against Gotti’s statements and called them disrespectful.

“Whatever Irv has with Ashanti is 20 years old,” he said. “I know he was making some points that mean a lot to him but when you keep ranting about somebody 20 years later, it felt like he’s not over the young lady.

“Also, we didn’t know that they was fucking. The whole time, I’m there! ‘What’s Luv,’ Big Pun record, on tour. I never seen them together like that. Now, I’m not saying they wasn’t, they was, or there was rumors they was. I never seen it. But I don’t need to know.”

Fat Joe also mentioned Ja Rule’s presence in the interview, sitting next to Gotti while he aired out private information and called Ashanti out of her name. “Ja Rule was standing right next to him,” Joe said. Ashanti and Ja Rule have recently performed together and collaborated heavily over the years. During the interview, Ja did stop Gotti from using “bitch” when referring to Ashanti and women.

In the latest episode of Drink Champs, Gotti declared the difference between Rule’s statements and Joe’s.

“Once you show me who you are or you speak negatively about me, its over,” Gotti said. “His defense and Ja’s defense is they do shows with Ashanti, but Rule will never come out and say, ‘Gotti’s a sucker.’

“Fat Joe said, ‘Oh, Gotti’s a sucker.’ I gotta pull back and regress from that. Because If I was to go respond or anything with that, it could get crazy. He was on some ‘If I’m your brother I should be able to tell you when you’re wrong.’ My thing is like, you don’t know what went on with me and Ashanti.”

50 Cent Says BET is Not Worth Rumored $3 Billion Asking Price

50 on G-Unit Biopic: 'I'd Like to Forget G-Unit'

The sale of BET ended after no one was able to reach the rumored asking price of $3 billion. According to 50 Cent, it wasn’t worth that number. Posting an image that stated 50 Cent and Shaq could not combine for the purchase, the rapper and TV exec said: “We will get them next time @Shaq, that shit wasn’t worth 3,000,000,000.”

Paramount Global has called off the sale of BET Media Group. A potential sale is said, “wouldn’t result in any meaningful deleveraging of its balance sheet.”

According to Wall Street Journal, BET Media Group was purchased for $2.3 billion in 2000. The media group featured VH1, BET Studios, and the eventual BET + streaming service. Over the years, BET’s viewership has decreased, and Paramount was looking to offset those losses and additionally created by the Paramount+ streaming service.

In the sale, Paramount hoped to keep a minority stake and saw bids between $2 billion and $3 billion. Bidders ranged from Tyler Perry to Diddy. For now, the property will remain with Paramount.
