Tiffany Haddish Charged For Thanksgiving DUI

Tiffany Haddish has been formally charged over her DUI arrest in the early hours of Black Friday. Around 5:45am on November 24, police received reports of a car stopped in the middle of the road and someone “slumped” over the steering wheel. Upon arriving at the scene, Haddish was roused and arrested. However, she was quickly bailed and appeared at a gig in Long Beach later that day.

Hours before her arrest, Haddish had taken to social media to express her frustration at not being able to get into an exclusive LA club. “I’m in Inglewood trying to go to the Habesha party. Trying to get my East African on. I’ve been partying with the white people. Now I’m trying to party with my East Africans, and they won’t let me in the club.” It’s unclear why Haddish was being denied entry to the club. However, she was eventually let in. After gaining entry, Haddish immediately asks “where’s the bar” before the video ends. Haddish’s case remains a developing story.

Tiffany Haddish Blamed For Kevin Hart Cancelation

Elsewhere, the decision to abruptly reschedule a Kevin Hart comedy special from this weekend to next June has been blamed by many fans on Tiffany Haddish’s recent DUI. Hart was meant to headline a comedy special at Lucas Oil Live on December 15. However, the show will now place in June 2024. Many fans have blamed this on the fact that Haddish was publicly named as one of the supporting acts. No official reason was given for the sudden cancelation. Chelsea Handler was also due to perform at the event.

However, Haddish’s work may not be the only thing being affected by her recent arrest. Tiffany Haddish’s DUI Sparks Concern Amongst Comedian’s Friends

Friends of comedian Tiffany Haddish have expressed concern for her well-being after it was reported that she had been arrested for a DUI on Thanksgiving. “As soon as I heard it, I said ‘goddamn, I’m glad she’s okay. But it seems weird to me. You would think that someone would have a driver in that situation. This is tough because there’s nothing anybody’s gonna say to take away that this is her second offense. The way people look at drinking and driving. Hopefully there’s a lesson to be learned. If people want to be critical, I say f-ck that — you don’t know what a person is going through. You don’t know what’s troubling a person,” one of Haddish’s friends told The New York Post.

However, as mentioned by the friend, this is not Haddish’s first run-in with law enforcement. In January 2022, Haddish was arrested for a DUI in Peachtree City, Georgia. In an eerily similar series of events to her Thanksgiving arrest, Haddish was reportedly asleep at the wheel of her car. This week, it was announced that prosecutors in Georgia were pushing for Haddish to be subject to weekly drug testing while she remains out on bond.

Furthermore, Haddish herself has once more spoken about the incident. “I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries. This will never happen again,” Haddish said this week. It was a very different attitude to the one she showed the day after Thanksgiving. Despite having only been out of jail for a few hours, Haddish took to the stage in Long Beach to joke about the incident. Haddish joked that her “prayers for a man in uniform” had “been answered”. It’s a line that Haddish has used previously, namely when addressing her 2022 DUI on The Tonight Show.

Earlier this month, Tiffany Haddish found herself in some hot water after falling asleep behind the wheel of her car on her way home from a Thanksgiving celebration at The Laugh Factory. Officers found her on Beverly Drive, arrested her, and gave her a DUI. While this is the comedian’s second DUI in two years, she’s been open about plans to “get help” moving forward.

“This will never happen again,” she told ET. “I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries.” Despite Haddish’s promise, Georgia prosecutors are pushing to enforce some new restrictions on the Haunted Mansion actress, making it more difficult for her to offend again. According to new documents obtained by TMZ, they want Haddish to be barred from using alcohol and drugs.

Prosecutors want her to undergo weekly drug tests to ensure that she stays clean while out on bond, though the judge has yet to make a decision. Obviously, the circumstances are pretty serious, but she hasn’t shied away from joking about the incident, even making light of it the very same day of her arrest.

After posting bond, Haddish headed to The Laugh Factory in Long Beach, where she claimed that her “prayers” had finally been answered. Tiffany Haddish Intends To “Get Help” After DUI Arrest

Tiffany Haddish says she wants to “get some help” following her latest DUI arrest. She reflected on the incident while speaking with Entertainment Tonight‘s Kevin Frazier. Prior to the arrest, Haddish shared a video of her listening to the yacht rock band Yächtley Crëw at the El Rey Theatre on Instagram. She says her Tesla parked itself in a spot blocking off a portion of the street when she fell asleep behind the wheel.

Speaking with ET, she affirmed, “this will never happen again.” She added, “I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries.” Haddish also reflected on her Thanksgiving, revealing that she spent the day feeding underprivileged people at The Laugh Factory in Los Angeles before a set in honor of the holidays.

Haddish only spent a few hours in police custody as she was spotted doing another set the same night. “I prayed to God to send me a man with a job, preferably in uniform. God answered my prayers,” she quipped on stage. “Because God believes in me.” She made a similar joke during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon after another DUI arrest in January 2022. “I’ve been praying to God to send me a new man, a good man. God went ahead and sent me four in a uniform,” Haddish joked on the show.

However, a DUI is the least of Haddish’s legal worries. The mother of the two children that Haddish reportedly coerced into doing a poorly-received skit about pedophilia has sued Haddish for defamation. “I wasn’t concerned about the case being out of the public eye because I am not personally interested in any exposure. I was more concerned about the arbitration because I didn’t understand the process. Now that I know how it works, I look forward to presenting concrete evidence of how my daughter and I were bullied into signing the agreement and how she lied about being extorted,” Trizah Morris said in a statement this week.

Haddish and Ariel Spears were originally sued for allegedly coercing children, a brother and sister, into “filming sexually explicit child pornography skits” last year. Haddish later settled the suit. However, Morris, the mother of the two children, believes that Haddish has used the settlement to try and paint herself as the victim rather than the accused. Colts Owner Claims 2014 Arrest Was Because He’s A “White Billionaire”

Speaking with HBO Sports, Colts owner Jim Irsay claimed that his 2014 arrest for driving under the influence was the result of prejudice. “I am prejudiced against because I’m a rich, white billionaire. If I’m just the average guy down the block, they’re not pulling me in, of course not. I don’t care what it sounds like. It’s the truth. I could give a damn what people think how anything sounds or sounds like. The truth is the truth, and I know the truth,” Irsay said. Furthermore, Irsay claimed his inability to pass a sobriety test was due to a recent hip surgery, not intoxication. However, Irsay would later plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge.

Irsay, who took over as owner of the Colts from his father in 1995, was arrested in an Indianapolis suburb in March 2014. A subsequent toxicology report found oxycodone, hydrocodone, and alprazolam in Irsay’s system. While Isray claimed that they were prescriptions for post-surgery recovery, he has also been open about his battles with addiction in the past.

Entering Week 11, the Colts are 5-5, two games back of the division-leading Jaguars. They have won back-to-back games in recent weeks, ending a three-game skid that saw them drop to third in their division. However, questions of longevity remain after the long-term injury to first-round draft pick Anthony Richardson. Gardner Minshew is a fine substitute for Richardson. However, he still have a 8-6 touchdown to interception ratio.

Meanwhile, superstar running back Jonathan Taylor is slowly ramping back up after sitting out the first four games of the season. Taylor and the Colts were at odds over a long-term extension for Taylor. This was in spite of Taylor’s fantastic numbers since joining the league in 2020. Through six games, Taylor has 323 yards and two touchdowns. Up next for the Colts is a game against the ailing Buccaneers, followed by a divisional matchup with the Titans. Tennessee are 3-7 and have failed to make any major headway in the 2023 season.

Hulk Hogan’s Son Arrested For DUI In Florida

Nick Hogan, son of legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan, was reportedly arrested in the early hours of Saturday morning. Police in Clearwater, Florida detained Hogan for driving under the influence and refusing a sobriety test. Tracing the 33-year-old’s movements, his social media activity appears to indicate that he had attended a bikini contest at his father’s restaurant in the hours before the arrest.

However, the location of his arrest is notable. In 2007, a then-17-year-old Nick was involved in a serious car crash in the area. Nick pled no contest to reckless driving involving serious bodily harm and would serve eight months in prison. Furthermore, while Nick was mostly fine, the same couldn’t be said for his passenger. John Graziano, who was a serving US Marine at the time, was left with significant brain trauma. His family sued and later settled out of court with the Hogans.

Furthermore, it’s just not been a good year to be a lesser-known relative of Hulk Hogan. In August, Hogan’s disowned nephew David Bollea went viral for all the wrong reasons. Bollea has long been distanced from the family for trying to capitalize on their fame for his own gain. As a result, he has been trying to carve out a name for himself in the lower ranks of the MMA scene. That saw Bollea (8-3) fighting in the Fury Challenger Series. It’s hard to tell when it happened during the fight but Bollea was ignominiously dumped on his face by Paul Garza. It was some pretty lazy work from both fighters. However, Bollea dropped his guard after just a few swings and got rocked by a hook from Garza. Subsequently, Bollea faceplanted onto the mat and rolled onto his back as the referee stepped in and called the fight.

Other than not being great at MMA, Bollea has one other claim to fame. In the late 2000s, Bollea tried to ride his family name to his reality show. It was called My Girlfriend Wants A Girlfriend and appeared to revolve around Bollea and his then-partner attempting to start a thruple. While one slightly raunchy TV promo remains online, the show never actually made it to air.

Diddy Gave Diageo A Warning About Racially Sensitive Vodka Flavor

The relationship between Diddy and spirits giant Diageo fell apart last month. The rapper filed a lawsuit against the brand amid claims of racism against their partners. Shortly following that suit Diageo officially cut ties between their company and Diddy. According to HipHopDX, information from the lawsuit was made public yesterday that added some specific context and details from the legal proceedings. The suit alleges that Diageo mismanaged the rapper’s two alcohol brands DeLeon Tequila and Ciroc Vodka.

Included in the lawsuit’s allegations are claims that Diageo released a racially insensitive flavor despite being warned about it. “Diageo presented Combs with a watermelon-flavored version of the tequila, despite Mr. Combs’s objections and efforts to educate Diageo about the racial history and connotations relating to watermelon,” the suit reads. It also includes claims that Diddy’s brands were limited internally to just “urban audiences. “Cîroc and DeLeón continued to be described as “urban brands” within the Diageo portfolio.” The suit also includes an email Diddy wrote to Diageo’s former president expressing many of the same sentiments. The email spoke to the necessity of diversity and inclusion but according to the lawsuit its sentiments were ultimately ignored.

Diddy’s son Justin Combs was just handed down two charges stemming from a DUI arrest last month. He’s facing a misdemeanor count of driving under the influence and another for having a blood alcohol content higher than 0.08%. Justin’s arrest sparked beef between his mother and Diddy as she called out his parenting and influence.

Musically, Diddy put out his summer anthem last month. The track “Act Bad” sees him collaborating with City Girls and Fabolous. Justin Combs, Diddy’s Son, Arrested For DUI

Earlier today, Diddy’s oldest son Justin Combs was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence. Police say they smelled alcohol in his vehicle during a routine traffic stop in the Beverly Hills area. This led them to give the 29-year-old various sobriety tests, which the LAPD says he failed. He was arrested and booked on a misdemeanor DUI charge. Police then took him to an L.A. County jail, where his bond was set at $5,000. It’s unclear whether or not Combs remains in custody.

“Officers conducted a traffic stop, and they observed the driver possibly under the influence of unknown alcohol or drugs,” one officer from the LAPD stated. He went on to claim, “The investigation revealed that he was under the influence.”

Diddy, on the other hand, has been heavily promoting his new track with City Girls and Fabolous, “Act Bad.” Last week, an associate of Swinderella accused Diddy of “jacking” the rapper’s 2020 song to come up with the hit. She wrote on Twitter, “The industry will really send people to bite your whole entire swagg!” She continued, claiming Swinderella “DID ACT BAD 2 YEARS AGO.” Her comment goes on to say, “The industry will be nothing without the underdogs,” and “SWINDY YOU’RE NEXT.” The up-and-coming rapper also chimed in to share her thoughts. “They keep telling me I need a hit whole time I got em and the billionaires stealing my whole sh*t,” she wrote.

Diddy’s alcohol company also recently sued it’s partner Diageo for allegedly neglecting the artist’s brands Ciroc and DeLeon. His company also alleges that the neglect was rooted in racism. “Diageo has typecasted Ciroc and DeLeon, apparently deciding they are ‘Black brands’ that should be targeted only to ‘urban’ consumers,” his legal team claims. Combs Wine and Spirits also later claimed they will be pursuing a separate lawsuit against Diageo, where they will seek “billions of dollars in damages due to Diageo’s neglect and breaches.”

DaniLeigh Arrested For DUI Hit & Run On Memorial Day Long Weekend

Earlier this month, DaniLeigh celebrated one of the biggest milestones in her career so far – working with Beyonce on choreography for the RENAISSANCE World Tour. Unfortunately, it appears the mother of one took her celebrating a bit too seriously, as she was arrested for a DUI hit and run early on Tuesday (May 30) morning. According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Dani was driving near Miami Beach when multiple witnesses noticed her swerving in and out of lanes while speeding.

Amid her joyride, the “Tasty” singer struck another person riding on a motorized scooter. She proceeded to drag the moped for roughly a block while concerned residents flagged down a nearby officer and initiated a stop. While speaking with Dani, the policeman noticed that she smelled distinctly of alcohol. The field sobriety tests he conducted on her ultimately failed, and her breathalyzer test didn’t yield flattering results either. Dani first blew a 0.145, as well as a 0.148 afterward, which is nearly twice the legal limit.

DaniLeigh has been arrested in Miami and charged with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property after hitting someone on a moped while drunk.

The 28-year-old was cuffed and taken to jail, where she was promptly handed three felony charges. As per the outlet, Dani is not facing driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property. Her alleged victim is alive but did require treatment at a local hospital. According to police, he suffered a kidney laceration and a spinal fracture as a result of the accident.

TMZ reached out to the dancer’s team for comment but has yet to hear back. Aside from working with Beyonce, DaniLeigh was also making her presence felt this spring with her first new single in a minute, “Tasty.” The wildly salacious song received much better reviews online than another from her discography, “Yellow Bone,” which earned the artist plenty of backlash after dropping it.
