Bun B to Open Trill Burgers Location Inside NRG Stadium

Bun B is ready to take Trill Bugers to NRG Stadium for the upcoming Houston Texans season. The much-loved homegrown concept will proudly offer its mouthwatering signature burgers and delectable fries at four strategic locations within the stadium on game days throughout the 2023 NFL season.

Trill Burgers has already made a name for itself within the NRG Park community, delighting taste buds at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo in 2022 and 2023. The fan-favorite eatery made a triumphant debut within NRG Stadium during the NCAA Men’s Final Four and wowed attendees of three monumental Taylor Swift concerts. Notably, Trill Burgers is gearing up for Beyoncé’s highly anticipated return to Houston with performances on Sept. 23-24.

“We’re very excited to be at NRG Stadium for every home game to serve Trill Burgers and watch our Texans play to victory,” Bun B said. “Go Texans.”

In collaboration with Aramark Sports + Entertainment, Trill Burgers’ concession stands will be strategically positioned at Sections 115, 135, 520, and 548. The innovation doesn’t stop there; Section 548 will boast AI-powered Zippin technology, expediting orders for a swift return to action. And for those relishing luxury suite experiences, Trill Burger Packages will be available for convenient ordering.

The tantalizing NRG menu will showcase Trill’s award-winning OG Burger, crowned “Best Burger in America” on Good Morning America in 2022, alongside the Vegan OG Burger crafted with Impossible patties and vegan cheese. With seasoned fries and refreshing drinks completing the lineup, Texans fans are set to savor a winning combination of football and flavors this season.

In June, Drake made a trip to Houston, and during his visit, he pulled up on his OG Bun B to try Trill Burgers. A video from inside show Bun B greeting The Boy at the door and sitting down with him as he drives into the burger.

Trill Burgers, founded by legendary rapper Bun B, officially opened its first brick-and-mortar location on June 7th. The restaurant, situated at 3607 S Shepherd Dr. at Richmond Avenue in Montrose, spans over 3,236 square feet and will serve as an extended pop-up venue for six months while Trill Burgers continues its search for a permanent establishment in Houston. Initially, the restaurant will operate during soft opening hours, seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with further hours to be announced.

“It’s been a dream for us, and it’s actually coming true,” Bun B said. “It’s been our sole goal to open up an establishment where we can serve you guys Trill Burgers consistently at a high level daily. And now we’re ready to do it. We are now officially open for business, ready to serve you.”

Trill Burgers’ opening menu will feature the same signature items that have garnered acclaim during its pop-ups and events since its inception in 2021. This includes the OG Burger, consisting of two smashed all-beef patties, Trill Sauce, pickles, caramelized onions, and American cheese on a potato roll bun. A Vegan OG Burger with vegan cheese, vegan mayonnaise, and seasoned fries will also be available. The new location will also introduce triple and single-patty options, such as the Triple OG, Triple Vegan OG, Baby G, and Vegan Baby G kids meals. Chef partners Mike Pham and Fernando Valladares are collaborating on developing additional menu items, which will be unveiled during Trill Burgers’ grand opening in the upcoming weeks.

The brick-and-mortar establishment will operate on a cashless system and currently offers dine-in and walk-up ordering services, accommodating up to 125 guests. A drive-thru service will be introduced in the near future. Customers are advised that Trill Burgers does not provide online or phone ordering options, nor is it affiliated with any third-party delivery services or apps. Trill Burgers has partnered with the Texas-based beverage brand Dr Pepper as an exclusive in-store fountain drink provider.

Doug Freedman from United Equities facilitated the acquisition of the location for Trill Burgers, while the interior buildout was carried out by Houston-based Luria Construction, led by Aaron Lewis. The site was formerly occupied by one of Houston’s oldest James Coney Island locations, adding a touch of history to Trill Burgers’ new venture.

“I’ve been lucky to open more than a dozen fast-casual concepts, and nothing surpasses the love I have seen for Trill Burgers,” co-founder Andy Nguyen said. “When Bun, Nick Scurfield and I first launched this concept almost two years ago, we knew we had something special on our hands. Now it’s time to take it to the next level.”

Fan Throws a Bra at The Game, He Throws it Back Because of His ‘No Tricking’ Policy

The Game to young rappers advice

The “throw a bra on stage” craze of 2023 may begin and end with Drake. The Game was performing when a bra flew his way. He picked it up and said, “I don’t be doing no tricking!” before tossing it back. TMZ captured it all below.

Recently, Drake asked his fans to hold their bras for one night as his son attended the Los Angeles shows. Drake launched his residency at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA, and wanted to protect his son, Adonis Graham’s, innocence.

“Look, to be honest with you, I can’t talk about titties tonight in L.A. because my son is at the show for the first time,” Drake said. “So we’ve got to keep this real PG tonight. Y’all keep your bras on.”

You can see moments from the nights below.

SZA Went All Out On A Unique Disguise To Go See Drake And 21 Savage’s Los Angeles Concert

Drake and 21 Savage have been entertaining fans across the country with their It’s All A Blur Tour. Throughout the stops along the way, the two rappers have also hosted special celebrity guests, including Bad Bunny and other performers.

At the recent Los Angeles stop, SZA dropped by to watch the show — but she kept her presence undercover in a hilarious disguise. She would later share the photos on social media, as she wore a baseball cap, a hoodie, a pair of glasses, and a fake mustache.

“Lost in the bit or is the bit lost in me,” SZA captioned a selfie of the outfit on her Instagram story.

It’s also no surprise that she decided to catch the show, as she and Drake have been longtime friends. The Canadian rapper was also supposed to appear on SZA’s recent album, although the collab didn’t work out this time.

Back in 2020, Drake also used a 21 Savage song to reveal that he and SZA used to date over a decade earlier.

“In this case a year of poetic rap license mattered lol,” SZA responded at the time. “I think he jus innocently rhymed 08 w wait. Anybody who really knows me and was around during this time can confirm.. it’s all love all peace. I just didn’t want anybody thinking anything underage or creepy was happening. Completely innocent. Lifetimes ago.”

Do Drake And Bad Bunny Have A New Song Coming Soon?

With each stop, the It’s All A Blur Tour reveals more about Drake’s future musical plans. First, the rapepr confessed in Montreal that he’d love to secure a feature from J. Cole after bringing him out for a surprise performance in July. On Sunday, August 13, for his second show at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, Drake announced that he was able to finish one song with another music superstar.

Last night, Bad Bunny was the special guest for the evening. But do Drake and Bad Bunny have a new song coming soon? According to Drake, the answer is yes. During his obligatory chat with the sold-out crowd, he shared the news.

“It’s been six years,” Drake told to the crowd before adding, “Imma let y’all cheer. Go ahead and make some noise for Bunny real quick.”

As the hype began to calm down, Drake went on to say, “Look, I want to tell y’all something. Because y’all are in LA, and we love you. It’s been like six years since me and Benito released a song. So, we have a song coming for y’all.

Drake did not specify if the track will appear on his upcoming album, For All The Dogs, or Bad Bunny’s next project. Either way, fans are excited to get a follow-up to their 2018 song, “Mia,” which appeared on Bad Bunny’s album X 100pre.

‘Top Boy’ Season 3 Now Has A Confirmed Premiere Date, Which Was Revealed With Some Help From Drake

(WARNING: Spoilers for Top Boy episode will be found below.)

In less than a month, a new season of Top Boy will be available for us to enjoy on Netflix. Earlier this year, the platform revealed that the show’s third season (fifth if you count Top Boy: Summerhouse) would premiere in September. Today, with help from Drake who is an executive producer on the show, Netflix revealed that Top Boy‘s third season will debut on September 7 in a new trailer for the series. This leaves less than a month before fans can enjoy the Top Boy experience for one last time.

Netflix renewed Top Boy for a third season shortly after the show’s second season came to an end in March 2022. That season concluded with a shocking ending as (SPOILER INCOMING): series favorite Jamie (played by Michael Ward) was ruthlessly killed by Gerard “Sully” Sullivan (played by Kane Robinson). Viewers expect Dushane Hill (played by Ashley Walters), who was close to Jamie, to retaliate against Sully in the new season and the new trailer seemed to hint at a face-off between Dushane and Sully. We also see Jamie’s little brother Stefan (played by Araloyin Oshunremi) put on Jamie’s beloved chain, which could mean that Stefan now plays to fill in Jamie’s role in more ways than one.

You can watch the new trailer for Top Boy above.

‘Top Boy’ returns to Netflix on September 7. Seasons one and two of ‘Top Boy’ are available now to stream on Netflix.

Drake Teases “Final Chapter” Of Netflix’s “Top Boy”

Drake, the executive producer of the series, gave fans a sneak peek of what to expect in the upcoming third and final season. On Sunday (August 13), the Toronto native took to Instagram to share a dramatic teaser trailer for Top Boy‘s last season. “So how do you think we survived all this time?” the trailer begins. The highly acclaimed British crime drama returns this fall.

Because of its authentic portrayal of life in East London, the Netflix series grew a cult-like fanbase. It also has tackled issues like social justice, mental health, racism, and poverty. The rapper promises to leave “no loose ends” in the caption, as in the trailer. “No.Loose.Ends… Top Boy, The Final Chapter. September 7th,” he wrote.

The TV series, which originally aired on Channel 4 in 2013, was canceled. However, after the rapper expressed his love for the show, he called for it to be revived and joined as an executive producer. Fans expressed their excitement for the potential revival in the comment section. “Peak story telling is back,” one person wrote. Others had different, more amusing ways of conveying their excitement: “time to annoy my wife with my fake british accent for a month.” Even Lil Yachty hopped in the comments to share his enthusiasm,” Finally,” he wrote.

On the other hand, while the rapper has reasons to celebrate, there is also bad news. Podcaster and alleged “industry plant” Bobbi Althoff and Drake have apparently severed their social media ties. It was recently reported that the pair unfollowed each other on Instagram. The Her Loss rapper appeared on her The Really Good Podcast a few weeks back. Certainly, this could definitely be a real feud brewing between the two, or it could just be a random falling out. Not only that, on YouTube, the only trace of the Drake interview on Bobbi’s channel is some “Shorts” that were released prior to the entire interview going live. Drake has had an unfollowing spree with other women in the past. Ice Spice is a prime example. The possibilities are truly endless.

Drake Instructed Concertgoers Not To Throw Bras On Stage, But The Temporary Cease-Fire Was For A Good Reason

In July, in an attempt to find a reasonable compromise with concertgoers, Drake declared that during his It’s A Blur Tour, he would allow fans to throw things on stage. However, the only acceptable items were bras. For weeks fans obliged his narrow request, and for one large-chested woman, it has reportedly landed her an offer from Playboy. But on Saturday, August 12, during night one of his performances at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, Drake called for a temporary cease-fire of unmentionables.

After attendees began tossing their garments on stage, instead of basking in the articles of clothing, Drake walked over to brush them off the stage with his foot. He then revealed that he couldn’t practice one of his favorite tour traditions because there was a special guest in the house. “I can’t talk about titties tonight in LA because my son (Adonis) is at the show for the first time ever,” Drake instructed the crowd. “So, we’re going to keep this real PG tonight. Y’all, keep your bras on.”

Although the decision may have been hard for Drake to cope with, it was ultimately the right call. Drake himself is a certified lover boy, but his adorable five-year-old, the muse for several of Drake’s tattoos, shouldn’t be exposed to that aspect of life on tour just yet. Plenty of tour dates remain; one tame night won’t hurt.

Drake Was Involved In A Heated Exchange With A Fan Attending His ‘It’s All A Blur Tour’ Stop In Los Angeles

So far Drake’s It’s All A Blur Tour has been a revolving door of busty women, including the now Playboy sought-after “36G lady,” fulfilling the entertainer’s request for bra donations and special guest cameos. Unfortunately, that streak of positive energy was nearly ruined Saturday, August 12, during his stop in the Los Angeles area. After stepping off the Kia Forum stage in Inglewood, California, Drake was involved in a heated exchange of words with one attendee.

In video clips captured by fans, Drake can be seen arguing with a concertgoer as security quickly intervened.

According to one social media user, the confrontation allegedly began after Drake attempted to give a group of women his used towel, but were blocked by a gentleman who sought to take it for himself. Witnessing the tussle between fans, Drake verbally stepped in to reprimand the fan for their behavior. Drake hasn’t issued a comment regarding the matter.

Before hitting the stage, Drake took to his Instagram Stories, hinting that some behind-the-scenes issues could have prevented the show from taking place in the first place. “Los Angeles, if you knew the things we had to do today to get this show off, smh… but for you, anything. I will see you tonight,” wrote Drake. Unlike with his Memphis stop, which was reportedly canceled for logistical reasons, the show went on as planned.
